At 1st I gave the Hotel 3stars but I absolutely had to change it because of Mr. Please ask for him when you are in this Pullman location he is truly an exceptional employee
Modern room and adequate space compared to the rest of hotels in Paris. The staff were friendly and welcoming
I haven’t tried the food as I wanted to explore different restaurants daily but everything was really nice and definitely will visit again
Also recommend stopping by the cafe shop and ask for Ms. Valerie or Gabriel they are great and make excellent coffee
I’m not used to having the bathroom to have no lock on doors. The sink tub seems to take up more space and there aren’t enough space left to put up my things. The breakfast was great! Lots of option to choose from
The breakfast every morning was included and had a lot of great options and was a nice start to the day. The restaurant was also fantastic. Our waitress, Mira was very entertaining and we really enjoyed our time with her

They offered fresh veggies, fruits, a variety of cold and hot dishes, a Juice bar, milk and cereal station, coffee station, fresh bread station, and even handmade omelettes ready to order
I recently stayed at Le Méridien in Paris and had an exceptional experience. As a Platinum member, I was delighted to receive a room upgrade to accommodate the whole family, and a lovely welcome gift
The location is fantastic, with easy access to both the metro and RER stations. One of the highlights was the delightful breakfast service - a great way to start the day
The complimentary breakfast was high quality, and I thoroughly enjoyed the lounge access. The concierge was efficient in booking taxis, and the room cleaning service was impeccable
I highly recommend staying here for both the comfort and convenience
I recently stayed at Le Meridien Etoile in Paris for a week, and it was a fantastic experience! The location is unbeatable, just steps away from major attractions and easily accessible by public transport

The language is a problem as the cooks at the live counter (we tried omelet) don't understand what we want and cook something and give. Else breakfast was good, big restaurant, polite staff, good spread too
A busy city centre hotel, with lots of tourists and often queues for check-in and breakfast. But my room was spacious, with good amenities (fridge and safe), plenty of towels and a great view of the city
Bath and toilet separate, but no peg/hook in toilet. Use and come to the bathroom to wash hands. Staff at reception and in restaurant is very helpful and courteous
Perfectly clean, with good service from the staff, and a really good range of food at breakfast
There’s absolutely no service offered from the hotel, much like most of Europe. You arrive, you take your luggage to your room. even the travel cart isn’t available here unlike some other hotels
The front desk staff were welcoming and efficient, which made for a great first impression. Check-out was equally seamless. **Room Condition and Cleanliness:** The room was well-maintained and very clean upon arrival

The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The location could have not been better. We loved our stay at Pullman.
Breakfast bar offers everything , from omelets to pastries. Croissants are delicious! Celine greets you with a smile and warm welcome each morning for dining. Of course, location near the Eiffel Tower is a plus!
The hotel staff was very welcoming and the lobby was nicely decorated. Having breakfast on site was convenient. Our hostess, Celine, greeted us everyday and the servers were very attentive
They were simple and comfortable. The real value is the location. We could see the Eiffel Tower from our window. It was easy to get from the hotel to all of the sites in Paris and beyond
The location is close enough to the center, with metro stations very close by. There is also a street full of great restaurants only a short walk away
Room service needs improvement - over one hour wait with 3x reminders is not acceptable for a 4* hotel. Somewhat pricey for breakfast, food bar etc. Not much entertainment in hotel

Everyone really enjoyed listening to his beautiful talent and he added an extra special bonus to our stay if you were lucky enough to hear him share his musical gift with the guests
We had an unforgettable stay at L'Hôtel du Collectionneur Paris – the perfect choice for a city trip! The location is fantastic, with everything you need just a short walk away
We left to go on a tour through Paris on motorcycle sidecars which I highly recommend. Anyhow we get back to the hotel at 5pm and get the keys for three of our room
Our room offered a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower, which made the experience even more special. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection that left nothing to be desired
Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Would highly recommend if you’re coming to Paris. Extra thank you to Halim for the wonderful hospitality and care
During my stay at the Hotel, I had the pleasure of experiencing truly outstanding service. Among the staff, Fariba stood out as an exceptional professional who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort

The conference's rooms themselves were perfect, comfy chairs, pads and pens on every desk and even nicer, water (unopened)! Overall, very nice venue, professional staff, perfect for the occasion
This is a nice clean hotel centrally located in Paris. My husband and I stayed here on our trip to Europe June 2006. We had a very nice room and the hotel staff were pleasant
This was the last place we stayed before our return to the United States and even though it wasn't my favorite hotel on our trip it was still quite nice
I stay here about four times a month and its a perfectly upscale Marriott right off the metro line with good shopping opportunities around the area
It is also walking distance to the metro with two stops near by. I really like the rooms very quiet and spacious. I highly recommend staying here
Then when I presented my Marriott rewards card to put on my reservation a room was then available

I am here with a group now. I can tell you that the staff is very polite and helpful. Rooms are quite normal. The food is good. The location is very good due to a lot of restaurants, supermarkets, close to metro.
I had to make an urgent reservation at the hotel, and Mr. Vicente was an excellent help. He provided all the information and assisted with my booking. The room was small but very clean and well-equipped
The next day, I also ate at the self-service restaurant, and the food was good
Rooms are tiny, no space to store your clothes really, so don't go more than a day or so. Mattress kept slipping off the bed. Two items went missing after room service. Our friends couldn't get hot water in their room
The entrance is strange, quite hidden, especially if arriving on foot. The staff were very helpful and friendly. You are close to all public transport so good location. It wasn't really worth the money it cost
Had some problems with the room upon arrival and nobody was ready to help to resolve it. Room request was not satisfied. It was a surprise that no safebox and kettle in the room

This location was perfect for our short stay. Our room was neat and clean as well as a partial view of the Eiffel Tower. We were just steps away from everything we wanted to see while visiting this beautiful, iconic city
The room was very nice, with adequate hanging space and shelves for our clothes, and serviced every day. Breakfasts were comprehensive and plenty of choice from both hot and cold options
The hotel is within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, although the view is somewhat partially blocked by another hotel
Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel and it's very friendly staff
Hotel lobby is well taken care of and nice. Staff was pleasant at checkin/checkout. Breakfast was excellent with wide variety and staff was pleasant
AND a view (while a little obstructed by the Pullman Hotel) of the Eiffel Tower! Very comfortable for our 2 night stay but you definitely pay for the location! But so easy to walk to the Eiffel Tower and right next to the metro!

Thanks for a nice stay during our Paris trip. The front desk staff was very helpful anytime we had questions. The breakfast was nice and we appreciated having the vending machines and water fountain in the lobby
Hotel is very comfortable and really good located, about 20 min by walk from Eiffel Tower and close to the subway as well. The best thing it is pet friendly so we were able to enjoy with our dog
I would have liked to have a kettle in the room but you can find a coffee machine at reception anyway
The paid locker to store our luggage on the last day was helpful too
The staff are friendly, attentive, helpful. The breakfast is fresh and has good options
They only gave us 2 bath towels but no washcloths or hand towels. We asked for them but they didn’t have them. The bathroom was so a small it was barely big enough for one person to turn around

Excellent service. Great location. The staff is always helping you with anything you need. The spa is GREAT, very relaxing. Nice rooms, enough space and very clean.
Loved that we got the drinks refilled every morning and the hotel was very near to montparnasse station and Gaite - we could walk to most places we needed to get to and some of the best eats in Paris are close by
15-20 min walks to darn near everything you would want to see if you were a tourist. The staff is great and the bartenders are nice. Everybody I speak to speaks English so that's always a plus
There was no aircon in the room so they had to give us a fan
It was a nice stay for three of us in the triple room
It was still "winter" (in fact: quite warm outside) - and therefore: absolutely no ventilation. Some rooms (looking to courtyard) have windows which can be opened. Rooms with external view: no opening windows

The Intercontinental Paris is an incredibly upscale hotel and one of the finest in Paris. The hotel features a beautiful bar with excellent music that I thoroughly enjoyed
My room had a view of the Opéra Square, which was truly a delightful experience. I also want to express my gratitude to the reception staff, who helped me on my first day when all rooms were fully booked
Despite my exhaustion, they managed to secure a temporary room for me to rest. Regarding breakfast, the food was good but not particularly remarkable
The best definition would be “to feel like a princess 👑 “ even better when Prince Charming is by your side. Breathtaking in Architekture and designs
We have stayed her many times and this hotel continues to deliver the highest quality of service. Cafe De La Pax should be on your itinerary for dinner and certainly for breakfast. Staff is exceptional.
Additionally, there are railway lines under the hotel, so you might feel vibrations, especially in the bathrooms, whenever trains pass by, which feels like a mild tremor

Everything is good and properly managed… right from check inn to check out I felt comfortable… Front desk staff is doing services at optimum levels with smiling faces… Special thanks to Ms Celine for taking care of my concerns… Only one suggestion is pls try to keep some vegetarian option in menu so that we can also enjoy the taste of food at this beautiful hotel having charming staff members…
“I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by the hotel concierge Ms Jeanette she were incredibly friendly and displayed a level of hospitality that made my stay truly memorable
Their attentiveness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond to assist with my needs were outstanding. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!”
In many hotels with carpets, I usually have allergic reactions, but thanks to the attention to hygiene here, I didn’t face any issues
Typically, carpets can appear worn or dirty, but here, they were perfectly clean and well-maintained. The cleaning team truly did an excellent job. I would like to extend a special thanks to the breakfast staff
Notably, they took great care by using a separate pan, free from pork products, on a different stove to make our omelets, demonstrating their attention to our preferences and dietary needs

A special thank you goes to Tonia at the reception, whose kindness and professionalism stood out. Because of this exceptional experience, I’ve decided that I will always stay at the Westin whenever I visit Paris
They also provide complimentary coffee in the morning to help start your day. The Eiffel Tower is within walking distance if you are up for it. I did experience lots of sirens as the police car flew by constantly
The best experience i had in Paris this summer during the Olympics, was this hotel. Close to everything, cozy and beautiful. I stayed for 11 days, and it was really worth it
I had a room overlooking the park with a clear view of the Eiffel Tower. Breakfast was complimentary and did not disappoint. The restaurant in the center of the lobby was amazing. I believe they decorate it by season
The hotel’s great location in the heart of the Vendôme district adds to its charm, making it an ideal choice for those planning a shopping trip, with easy access to all the top luxury brands
My experience at the Westin was truly exceptional. The entire staff was incredibly professional, warm, and welcoming, making me feel right at home

Great location. My room was clean, though there were some minor maintenance issues. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Rooms are attractive and surprisingly spacious for Paris. Walls are thin and hallways can be noisy. Courtyard rooms are likely quieter than “city view” facing the boulevard. Nice free happy hour in the lounge
The location of the hotel was perfect, it was a short walk from everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful

So many options to choose from and Everything absolutely delicious! Thanks to chef and staff that was taking care of breakfast area in the mornings! Merci❤️
The access to the main entrance shuts after 8 pm and would need your key card to access it
Everyone talks about location which is indeed suberb, but I wanted to mention incredible breakfast buffet! Everything was absolutely outstanding and delicious and fresh and can't praise it high enough! The most crispy bacon, fresh bread, delicious scrambled eggs, pastries and so on and so on
We visited as a family of four. We loved the apartment, having a kitchenette was great. The location was excellent for nightly visits to the Eiffel Tower and close to the RER, Metro stations, shopping and groceries
AC was nice, keep in mind most European hotels don’t offer this, so the halls were not air conditioned but the rooms are. It’s not ice cold like we are used to in the states but definitely cooler than outside
Clean and more than enough cooking equipment. In general the room is clean and tidy. The dish washer in my room is not function well (the lower rack cannot fix the position) but other than that no complaint

Lea and Harper not only helped us with our booking beforehand but continued to provide outstanding support throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and well-cared-for
It was my brother in law’s birthday and the entire staff was soo helpful that they helped us in giving supplies like the card, balloons and even the speaker
The check-in process was seamless with easy-to-use computers, and the in-room tablets provided quick communication with the staff and allowed for complete control of room settings, adding to the overall convenience
Free water and free bread to take back in room. Seeing them smile all the time makes the hotel welcoming. The lounge is very cute to hang out. We felt very safe all throughout our stay
Bed is comfortable and very well made. Our view is very scenic facing the seine river. Location is superb-very near train stations. Breakfast is excellent - heaps of varieties
The hotel is exceptional in its design. The rooms are beautifully furnished and the location is, as always, excellent. Thank you for a fantastic stay

The room cleaning was thorough, and I appreciated the generous supply of bottled water—thank you for that. I’m also grateful to the concierge, who helped when my child was in distress
However, I had trouble communicating with the person at the front entrance, and I felt a sense of unfriendliness. Upon seeing me, they greeted me in Japanese, which was uncomfortable as I’m not Japanese
The server also didn’t ask if I wanted eggs, and after waiting, I had to eat other items as I ran out of time to continue with my travels
However, I must say that having smoked salmon was a great touch, and it paired beautifully with the salad and flavorful olive oil
One morning, I arrived around 9 a. , and there was no fruit yogurt—just plain—and no yogurt drinks at all
I’m not sure if this qualifies as 5-star service, but it seems like the hotel holds its 5-star rating based primarily on its location

The hotel and the rooms are very clean, the staff changes your sheets and towels every day, and the room is cleaned every day, as well as the rest of the hotel, which we saw daily
The staff is friendly, the beds are comfortable, the place is well connected to bus and metro stations, and plenty of restaurants with great food are within walking distance
When we talk about the location of the hotel, of course it is not to be praised, the streets are very dirty, everywhere smells of urine and only foreigners live there
Good, not expensive hotel in Paris. Perfect for short tourist visits. A little far from nearby metro station - Garibaldi, 600 m.
When I talk only about the hotel, then I have to give 5 stars because for that money you get a very good service
The hotel is not to blame for that, and for that price as far as the hotel is concerned, it's worth it! 👌

Breakfast was served à la carte, which was nice, but the selection was quite limited. As for in-room dining, it was really underwhelming—small portions (we ordered a salad and fries) that didn’t match the high price
Since we don't understand French(wish we do!), it was bit stressful since we were running late. I think this is such an easy fix. Have they known that we were about to leave, I think they would've waited til we check out
This was my second visit to this incredible hotel! Staff is always helpful and they go out of their way to make your visit special! The team that serve breakfast are incredible! All around great location and staff! Highly recommend!
Excellent hotel. Exceptionally friendly staff, rooms were very clean. Greay location for walking to all attractions, bars, and restaurants. When returning to Paris, we would definitely stay here again.
we were running late for the airport. and I was thinking, I wish they would've been notified our departure. Then, as we were about grabbing an elevator, same housekeepers asked us something in French
Thank you!! I would definitely come back to this hotel! Only one minor suggestion: As we are packing our luggage, they knocked on our door and asked us whether we need a housekeeping

Location was absolutely amazing, we got a great deal on the room with Fleetway. The rooms are small but clean and sufficient. We were out in the city most of the time, so we didn't need the most extravagant room.
Breakfast is a self service buffet with a of choice of hot and cold food, catering for all tastes. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well decorated, some have a view of Paris over the rooftops
The staff is friendly and cooperative. They also changed the room location as per our preference. The hotel location is awesome having easy access to metro station and having lot of food options
Adama kindly printed some documents out for me, and of course Estelle the manager kindly planned my stay out and even up graded me to a better room with view on the Eiffel
