This was our first visit to this hotel and we have been pleased with what we have experienced

Check in was good and our breakfasts have been very good especially the service offered by Saifon - nothing was too much trouble, she was very attentive and quick to see when we needed coffee replenishing

I struggled to book tours for our family without success and arrived on New Years Day in Paris exhausted from my efforts. I relayed this to Sarah, the Hotel Concierge, and she immediately set to work

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view of the city was breathtaking. Everything was impeccably clean, which added to the overall luxury feel. The staff at Pullman Paris was outstanding

Not only that, she was able to get skip the line tickets, a must, and had everything wrapped up, presenting us with tickets in hand. AMAZING! She was incredibly thoughtful, saving our vacation

Very satisfactory to stay here!! *There was a family room to stay with 2 kids. *There were department store, restaurants, grocery market and korean market near. *Walking distance to Eiffel tower

There’s absolutely no service offered from the hotel, much like most of Europe. You arrive, you take your luggage to your room. even the travel cart isn’t available here unlike some other hotels

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation

Quite far from the center of sightseeing but it was manageable to move. * I didn’t like to bring tumbler, but the system to get the water from the 1st floor was effective

* There is microwave available to warm up foods quickly on the 1st level. * Santa was coming during Christmas season

The conference's rooms themselves were perfect, comfy chairs, pads and pens on every desk and even nicer, water (unopened)! Overall, very nice venue, professional staff, perfect for the occasion

This is a nice clean hotel centrally located in Paris. My husband and I stayed here on our trip to Europe June 2006. We had a very nice room and the hotel staff were pleasant

This was the last place we stayed before our return to the United States and even though it wasn't my favorite hotel on our trip it was still quite nice

I stay here about four times a month and its a perfectly upscale Marriott right off the metro line with good shopping opportunities around the area

It is also walking distance to the metro with two stops near by. I really like the rooms very quiet and spacious. I highly recommend staying here

Then when I presented my Marriott rewards card to put on my reservation a room was then available

I am here with a group now. I can tell you that the staff is very polite and helpful. Rooms are quite normal. The food is good. The location is very good due to a lot of restaurants, supermarkets, close to metro.

Overall, I had a great experience as the staff was incredibly helpful and went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The amenities were great, with clean and stylish rooms

It's my first time to stay ibis hotel and it was so good experience. First of all room is quite cozy helpful you can have deep sleep Second of all all crews are so friendly

I had to make an urgent reservation at the hotel, and Mr. Vicente was an excellent help. He provided all the information and assisted with my booking. The room was small but very clean and well-equipped

You don't need to get burden to ask them anytime Lastly breakfast is so good helpful to begin your journey with full energy

We had an unforgettable stay at L'Hôtel du Collectionneur Paris – the perfect choice for a city trip! The location is fantastic, with everything you need just a short walk away

We left to go on a tour through Paris on motorcycle sidecars which I highly recommend. Anyhow we get back to the hotel at 5pm and get the keys for three of our room

Breakfast bar offers everything , from omelets to pastries. Croissants are delicious! Celine greets you with a smile and warm welcome each morning for dining. Of course, location near the Eiffel Tower is a plus!

The hotel staff was very welcoming and the lobby was nicely decorated. Having breakfast on site was convenient. Our hostess, Celine, greeted us everyday and the servers were very attentive

They were simple and comfortable. The real value is the location. We could see the Eiffel Tower from our window. It was easy to get from the hotel to all of the sites in Paris and beyond

The location is close enough to the center, with metro stations very close by. There is also a street full of great restaurants only a short walk away

Room service needs improvement - over one hour wait with 3x reminders is not acceptable for a 4* hotel. Somewhat pricey for breakfast, food bar etc. Not much entertainment in hotel

The Intercontinental Paris is an incredibly upscale hotel and one of the finest in Paris. The hotel features a beautiful bar with excellent music that I thoroughly enjoyed

My room had a view of the Opéra Square, which was truly a delightful experience. I also want to express my gratitude to the reception staff, who helped me on my first day when all rooms were fully booked

Despite my exhaustion, they managed to secure a temporary room for me to rest. Regarding breakfast, the food was good but not particularly remarkable

The best definition would be “to feel like a princess 👑 “ even better when Prince Charming is by your side. Breathtaking in Architekture and designs

We have stayed her many times and this hotel continues to deliver the highest quality of service. Cafe De La Pax should be on your itinerary for dinner and certainly for breakfast. Staff is exceptional.

Additionally, there are railway lines under the hotel, so you might feel vibrations, especially in the bathrooms, whenever trains pass by, which feels like a mild tremor

Thanks for a nice stay during our Paris trip. The front desk staff was very helpful anytime we had questions. The breakfast was nice and we appreciated having the vending machines and water fountain in the lobby

Hotel is very comfortable and really good located, about 20 min by walk from Eiffel Tower and close to the subway as well. The best thing it is pet friendly so we were able to enjoy with our dog

I would have liked to have a kettle in the room but you can find a coffee machine at reception anyway

The paid locker to store our luggage on the last day was helpful too

The staff are friendly, attentive, helpful. The breakfast is fresh and has good options

They only gave us 2 bath towels but no washcloths or hand towels. We asked for them but they didn’t have them. The bathroom was so a small it was barely big enough for one person to turn around

They also provide complimentary coffee in the morning to help start your day. The Eiffel Tower is within walking distance if you are up for it. I did experience lots of sirens as the police car flew by constantly

The best experience i had in Paris this summer during the Olympics, was this hotel. Close to everything, cozy and beautiful. I stayed for 11 days, and it was really worth it

I had a room overlooking the park with a clear view of the Eiffel Tower. Breakfast was complimentary and did not disappoint. The restaurant in the center of the lobby was amazing. I believe they decorate it by season

This place in Paris is incredible! I arrived at 11AM, which was a bit early, but “ Diana “ was so helpful that she let us check in early for free

Loved that we got the drinks refilled every morning and the hotel was very near to montparnasse station and Gaite - we could walk to most places we needed to get to and some of the best eats in Paris are close by

There was no aircon in the room so they had to give us a fan

It was a nice stay for three of us in the triple room

Lea and Harper not only helped us with our booking beforehand but continued to provide outstanding support throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and well-cared-for

It was my brother in law’s birthday and the entire staff was soo helpful that they helped us in giving supplies like the card, balloons and even the speaker

The check-in process was seamless with easy-to-use computers, and the in-room tablets provided quick communication with the staff and allowed for complete control of room settings, adding to the overall convenience

Free water and free bread to take back in room. Seeing them smile all the time makes the hotel welcoming. The lounge is very cute to hang out. We felt very safe all throughout our stay

Bed is comfortable and very well made. Our view is very scenic facing the seine river. Location is superb-very near train stations. Breakfast is excellent - heaps of varieties

Quiet, rooms quite soundproof. The real downfall was patchy wifi, which caused a lot of hassles for us in terms of bookings, communicating with family at home etc. Breakfasts were excellent, great selection

Had a great three nights stay. Rooms are cozy, a little bit small but for only sleeping in that's quite enough. The hotel was quite well located for my plans for my stay and the staff is overall great.

Bercy is a fantastic area and this Ibis easily had really welcoming staff that made staying here and absolute pleasure. Reception were great people and made staying here fun

Decent sized rooms, breakfast could've been better but overall this was a really good stay

I had nice conversations when getting home late with the night receptionist Alain, was kindly taken care of with room service in the morning by Luna who managed to guess what I needed for breakfast while I was have asleep ordering on the phone haha

Location was absolutely amazing, we got a great deal on the room with Fleetway. The rooms are small but clean and sufficient. We were out in the city most of the time, so we didn't need the most extravagant room.

Breakfast is a self service buffet with a of choice of hot and cold food, catering for all tastes. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well decorated, some have a view of Paris over the rooftops

The staff is friendly and cooperative. They also changed the room location as per our preference. The hotel location is awesome having easy access to metro station and having lot of food options

Adama kindly printed some documents out for me, and of course Estelle the manager kindly planned my stay out and even up graded me to a better room with view on the Eiffel

We stayed here for one night and loved it! The rooms were very spacious and modern! The staff were very welcoming and the area around the hotel is very beautiful! Lots of theatre’s and great cafes just outside! I would definitely come back and stay longer! I regretted not booking this spot to begin with for my entire trip!

We had a pleasant stay and everyone is friendly. We had specific requests concerning our delayed luggage and they were able to execute efficiently. We loved the breakfast too!

Location is everything with this hotel. Rooms are OK, basic but comfortable. Thought the bathroom could have been much better, some cracks in the floor and sink. Bar in the lobby was nice and the staff were friendly

Great location and still very quiet rooms towards a backyard. Very friendly stuff, nice breakfast selection. The room is functional, the bathroom, specially the shower, could use some maintenance once.

However, the rooms are quite small, which was a bit disappointing. The bathroom, unfortunately, was not very well cleaned, and the sink was cracked, which is a crucial aspect for any hotel stay

Cleanest accommodation that we have ever experienced. Housekeeping touched our room 3 times per day. The Housekeeping Manager came by to ensure that we were satisfied. I could go on… So I end where I began

Whether it was Karina and Toni and the entire Concierge Team, or the Somms in Restaurant Le Cinq, the housekeeping personnel, room service, bar personnel, or restaurant associates, all were amazing

The staff is courteous and attended all the needs politely and efficiently. I highly recommend this place to all who want to stay closer to the Paris city center and enjoy world class stay and amenities

As a Napoleonic buff I particularly enjoyed the First Empire decor throughout the building and portrait of Josephine in my room (which was superbly comfortable)

Hotel Napoleon ticks all the boxes a tourist need in Paris. Located a minute away from Arc de Triomphe, you are walking distance away from all the major Paris tourist hotspots

The room was spacious with separate living room and bedroom, two toilets (with a jet spray), big veranda for smoking or to just have drinks outside

Very good experience. Low prices, very nice and clean rooms, warm atmoshpere. The breakfast is crowded but good. The parking is next door and for 28 EUR you can stay overnight. Very cheap respect the rest of Paris.

The bed is very weak and small. You can improve on that. The room is a perfect size for solo travelling. The location is in a walking distance from the train, but it is a bit far with the luggage.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and everything was great. You can see that is an old building, but the rooms were clean, the lighting was good as well. The shower was delicious, warm and with a great flow of water

At the front desk everyone was so nice and helpful. The guy and the girl that served us at the bar, both in the morning and afternoon were also very nice and he made good mojito and aperol spritz

15 minutes walk from the metro. We went to watch the football at the stadium round the corner from the hotel. The bar was still open and very busy after twelve o'clock when we arrived back

Service was wonderful, all employees were friendly and helpful, the bartenders knew how to mix a good cocktail, the room was clean and the shower was god's gift to man
