Where to stay with car in Paris

I recently stayed at NOVOTEL HOTEL in Paris and had an overall pleasant experience. Here are some key points from my stay: **Check-In/Check-Out:** The check-in process was smooth and quick

The front desk staff were welcoming and efficient, which made for a great first impression. Check-out was equally seamless. **Room Condition and Cleanliness:** The room was well-maintained and very clean upon arrival

The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh. The bathroom was spotless, with all necessary. Overall, I had a very good experience at hotel

The language is a problem as the cooks at the live counter (we tried omelet) don't understand what we want and cook something and give. Else breakfast was good, big restaurant, polite staff, good spread too

Bath and toilet separate, but no peg/hook in toilet. Use and come to the bathroom to wash hands. Staff at reception and in restaurant is very helpful and courteous

Eiffel Tower is 15 minutes walk only

Due to a slight delay with our room's availability, they surprised us with a delightful treat - macaroons and champagne delivered right to our room

The hotel is luxurious and elegant, located in the Opera area. Its location is excellent, close to shopping centers, especially Galeries Lafayette. The room design is classic, elegant, and comfortable

The staff at the reception, concierge, restaurants, and room service are very polite and always ready to help. I will definitely stay there again

We had a wonderful 4 nights stay in the intercontinental Paris hotel (during the end of December 2023 to January 2024), from the time we stepped in we loved the place as the staff are so welcoming, smiling, friendly, attentive and really helpful especially those at the reception, concierge and the lounge

When the staff learned of our son’s love of French language, culture and history, they sent a book on the history of the hotel with a personal note to him! It is obvious that the staff takes their hospitality seriously

We had a very wonderful and memorable stay in this hotel while we were in Paris for our 2nd trip. The hotel was very kind to upgrade our connecting rooms to suite. Buffet breakfast was one of the best we ever had

When I first met Fariba and Spa stuff I was a bit skeptical mostly because I was fatigued from a very long overnight flight

This location was perfect for our short stay. Our room was neat and clean as well as a partial view of the Eiffel Tower. We were just steps away from everything we wanted to see while visiting this beautiful, iconic city

The room was very nice, with adequate hanging space and shelves for our clothes, and serviced every day. Breakfasts were comprehensive and plenty of choice from both hot and cold options

The hotel is within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, although the view is somewhat partially blocked by another hotel

Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel and it's very friendly staff

Hotel lobby is well taken care of and nice. Staff was pleasant at checkin/checkout. Breakfast was excellent with wide variety and staff was pleasant

Stayed here for a weekend break. Couldn’t ask for a better location, right near the tower, you can literally see it as soon as you step out of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful

Thanks for a nice stay during our Paris trip. The front desk staff was very helpful anytime we had questions. The breakfast was nice and we appreciated having the vending machines and water fountain in the lobby

Hotel is very comfortable and really good located, about 20 min by walk from Eiffel Tower and close to the subway as well. The best thing it is pet friendly so we were able to enjoy with our dog

I would have liked to have a kettle in the room but you can find a coffee machine at reception anyway

The paid locker to store our luggage on the last day was helpful too

The staff are friendly, attentive, helpful. The breakfast is fresh and has good options

They only gave us 2 bath towels but no washcloths or hand towels. We asked for them but they didn’t have them. The bathroom was so a small it was barely big enough for one person to turn around

I had nice conversations when getting home late with the night receptionist Alain, was kindly taken care of with room service in the morning by Luna who managed to guess what I needed for breakfast while I was have asleep ordering on the phone haha

Location was absolutely amazing, we got a great deal on the room with Fleetway. The rooms are small but clean and sufficient. We were out in the city most of the time, so we didn't need the most extravagant room.

Breakfast is a self service buffet with a of choice of hot and cold food, catering for all tastes. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well decorated, some have a view of Paris over the rooftops

The staff is friendly and cooperative. They also changed the room location as per our preference. The hotel location is awesome having easy access to metro station and having lot of food options

Adama kindly printed some documents out for me, and of course Estelle the manager kindly planned my stay out and even up graded me to a better room with view on the Eiffel

Absolutely amazing hotel, with fantastic accommodation in an excellent location - The service was brilliant and all of the staff members went out of their way to make our family’s stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible, especially as we were travelling with our young children

Will definitely recommend and would stay here again next time we visit Paris

The staff was outstanding, Ismayel brought our bags to the room, and was courteous, friendly and welcoming! Yulia at the front desk, was outstanding and dealt with our request promptly, politely and with outmost genuine care 💖 breakfast was excellent! We used sauna, gym and steam

Hotel Rochester was the most amazing hotel we have stayed at. The bed was a lot larger than we thought it would be as most hotel rooms in Paris are small so they have small beds

The staff was easy to talk to and provided great recommendations in English. Everything is within reach here - shopping, dining, transportation - and still quiet outside

A perfect hotel! We had a real good time there. The staff is so nice and helpful. They really helped us with whatever we needed until the last minute. The room was big, comfortable, new and clean!

Nice comfortable bedroom with a reasonable shower/bathroom. Not too conveniently located to the Metro but manageable on a dry sunny day. Good patisserie next door if you want to save some money on breakfast

The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the train station. The staff are not very friendly to non French speaking guests. They do not clean your room daily even you stay longer than a night

The bed is a bit too firm for me. The air conditioning also doesn't work, had to open the windows. The room looks nice and clean though. Breakfast buffet was good as well

The small bar in the lobby is a little soulless but there are great bars & restaurants opposite the hotel or a few minutes walk away. For a business trip this is perfect

Bedrooms are relatively large by Paris standards and the shower was very good. Breakfast options were good and staff were friendly and efficient

While our stay was wonderful, i came here to brag about the concierge, Jeff. I first got Jeff on the phone when i called about booking the car service they provide. Jeff made this request happen within 2 hours

I believed it would be delightful to revisit the same boutique hotel when traveling to Paris with my family, primarily because of the following reasons: the hotel's convenient proximity to various Parisian attractions, the friendly and accommodating staff who consistently went the extra mile to provide assistance, with a special acknowledgment to Ludwig!

You know you are at the right place if you end up having a drink in the bar with the King & Queen of xxx (trust me on this one). Rooms comfortable, hotel beautiful and walking distance from all the main attractions

Behind the very fashionable exterior lies an exceptionally well run hotel. Perhaps not suited to those looking for a quiet stay as there is some noise from the club on weekends, but no one visits Le Marais for quietness

Everything about our stay at Hotel Chateau Frontenac was wonderful and exactly as I hoped it would be. It has a luxury boutique feel and the location is excellent. We were able to walk everywhere from the hotel

Secrets de Paris definitely exceeded everything we hoped for. The location is great, minutes away from the Moulin Rouge, the building is very nice, the rooms very clean, very romantic, and decorated with a lot of taste

Receptionist said: we have a problem with our boiler and hot water starts at 17:00… 17:00: hot water was not fixed yet they wanted to give me a hour in the jacuzzi. I have a jacuzzi in my room so i didnt want that

I arrived around 13:00 at the hotel after a 8 hour drive. I wanted to check in but the check in was at 15:00. No problem went for lunch and returned at the hotel on 14:30. I asked if the room was ready

The hospitality was amazing, the amenities were of the highest standard and we were really made to feel at home. The location was so convenient and the extra little details made our stay extra special

Yet, it was still close to all the main attractions, especially the Eiffel Tower, within walking distance of the hotel. We had a fantastic view of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony window, which was a nice bonus

Plenty of small shops and restaurants nearby. Parking available within a few blocks at Gare de Lyon train station’s garage for a fee

We stayed here for one night for the Olympics and were not disappointed! The hotel team made us feel very welcome, were very helpful and even helped me and my family practice (and improve!) our French language skills! The hotel is ideally positioned very near to Gare de Lyon so it is easy to get the Metro / RER / buses around Paris

This hotel is walking distance to the train station. It is easy to get from there to key attractions such as the Louvre by either foot or public transportation. The Bastille monument is also nearby

We booked two rooms, both of which were a very good size for the centre of Paris and very comfortable. Next time we hope to visit for longer - many thanks once again to the hotel team!

Great place to stay! Very friendly and helpful staff. My room was large, nice furniture and very clean. Wonderful view to the street. At breakfast you have a great variety.

The night shift bartender, I can’t remember his name, was great and gave us several recommendations for things to see and do in town

High ceilings and floor to ceiling windows gave an air of drama. Gym is very nice with strong millennial hipster vibes. Smoothie bar for a protein shake just in the front - v convenient

Pool seems reasonably family friendly which is surprising for a place with such a young / edgy vibe. I normally stay at Costes but would come here again especially if travelling with family. Service was generally v good

Was only here one night on a solo boys trip but this hotel is dripping with cool. Room was small like most Paris rooms but absolutely beautiful (I had a deluxe)

This was my first time traveling to Paris and I researched multiple hotels before settling on the BW. In the US, BW is a lesser brand, but this hotel in Paris was great and met my expectations

This is our second stay here. They had our room ready early and let us check in right away. The personnel are very friendly and it’s well located by the Opera Garnier and Sacre Coeur.

The pharmacy where we got our health pass from was a 6 min walk away. The area around the hotel is less touristy and it felt safe and I felt we experienced Paris as a quasi local

There were metro stations in close walking distance and we always felt safe in the area of our hotel. The rooms are decorated very cute, the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom was larger than expected

We had en excellent expereinece at this hotel! Sandra was super nice, helpful, freindly, and caring! She went above and beyond in helping us with the language, directions, and how to use the metro ( By the way she speaks Spanish English French and Portugese!)

The rooms are a little small but all rooms are in Paris. What really made the stay here were the front desk staff in the evenings. The two guys were extremely helpful and really helped us make the most of our stay

The area is also really nice with some great food options around the canal

If you are coming to Paris, this is an excellent hotel! The rooms are clean, area is safe, it has easy access to the metro, and the best part is the amazing hospitality of Ibrahim! He was an excellent brand ambassador for IHG and I am so glad I chose this hotel for my first visit to Paris!
