Huge room, nice receptionists, very good breakfast and excellent city view. One disappoint- when I booked this hotel I really thought, that it's is in Montparnasse tower, but it's near in neighborhood

  The room was pretty decent with good size.   Highly recommend for those who takes the train from the Paris Monparnasee station

Good location which is nearby metro. Staff is nice and helpful. Very convenient to buy things in the supermarket which is exactly next to this hotel. Breakfast is fair as not many varieties and food is refilled so fast.

The street outside the hotel is under construction currently and is very dark at night, might made people feel a bit dodgy at night while i can see people smoking **** at the park nearby per photo

Check in was good and our breakfasts have been very good especially the service offered by Saifon - nothing was too much trouble, she was very attentive and quick to see when we needed coffee replenishing

Even the housekeeping staff were thoughtful, and when I checked out, the front desk staff asked how my stay had been with such genuine interest that I found myself smiling for the rest of the day

The lobby was big and spacious to welcome you. We went in June, so they handed Evian mineral water as complimentary at the lobby. Not sure if it in normal season too

Good afternoon, my name is Shaun Blake. I took my Niece Paris for her first time and my God I was blown away with how amazing the Novotel was. The location is amazing, literally 6 mins walk to the effiel tower

Only issue was toilet was separate, well away from washroom and the toilet cubicle didn’t have a sink! Double room #3017 - good. AC not powerful enough but being in autumn, wasn’t an issue

However, my experience with the breakfast was a bit of a mixed bag. While I appreciated the effort, the options were quite basic, and I was surprised to find that porridge wasn't available

But what really stood out was our last day's breakfast experience, which was quite disappointing. Despite seeing many empty tables, we had to wait in a long queue, and the food quality was subpar

The conference's rooms themselves were perfect, comfy chairs, pads and pens on every desk and even nicer, water (unopened)! Overall, very nice venue, professional staff, perfect for the occasion

Located in the 14th arrondissement of Paris, the hotel is close to buses and the metro, and is easily accessible by the RER from Charles de Gaulle Airport

Good hotel, very well located: 2mins away from Glacière metro station (the metro station for the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de triomphe etc …). The hotel lobby is very nice but the rooms are quite outdated

The room was nice, spacious and clean. I saw many tour groups staying here, which means it's pretty good. The breakfast was also very rich. There is a parking lot downstairs, which is very convenient

Wifi was good and metro is near. Modern design. Various spaces on 1st floor. Many tourists. But it is cold at night. Before you sleep, check it.

The hotel is very characteristic of the Parisian court. The rooms are very high, the balcony view is very good, and the front desk staff is very good

Additionally, there are railway lines under the hotel, so you might feel vibrations, especially in the bathrooms, whenever trains pass by, which feels like a mild tremor

Wonderful hotel. Our room was large with a view of the Eiffel Tower . All the staff were very attentive.

This place was an awesome experience with wonderful views and wonderful food. Very convenient location and got to see the Eiffel tower in its full glory.

In particular Najma was fantastic during the breakfast hour - my coffee seemed a bit off but she was very quick to fix the situation and continued to help us during our meal, even delivering our omelettes instead of us standing to wait for them

Came to attend the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games. The room was booked by the sponsor. The room was tidy and in a good location. I stayed there for a few more days.

They thought I booked for 8 nights for 2 people, but I only booked for 2 nights for 1 person. And they didn't even apologize for the mistake. -The phone in the room didn't work

I had to report it twice before they fixed it. - They didn't refill my shower gel from the first day I checked in. It wasn't prepared well at all, the sheets were wrinkled, and there was a lot of dust

The location of Mercure TGV is excellent. Its close to the train station and walking distance to many attractions. This hotel however is let down by its front desk experience and breakfast

Telephone wasn’t working to call Recep 😜。if you need iron your cloth you need to go a an ironing room, which is very small and iron was not hot. Overall is a nice hotel to stay a few days

It's not easy to get such a big room at this price in Paris. The air conditioning is very cold in summer. The view of the executive lounge is very good! The afternoon tea is very rich and it is enough for dinner!
