Good location which is nearby metro. Staff is nice and helpful. Very convenient to buy things in the supermarket which is exactly next to this hotel. Breakfast is fair as not many varieties and food is refilled so fast.

Hotel’s hardware is good and new, while the service is mediocre where their air conditioning system is switching itself off every 15mins which made me unable to sleep at all and forced to swap room at 5am

The street outside the hotel is under construction currently and is very dark at night, might made people feel a bit dodgy at night while i can see people smoking **** at the park nearby per photo

The rooftop bar has a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower and definitely worth a visit. Good selection of food and drinks at breakfast. No complaints and would happily stay again next time we’re in Paris

This hotel surpassed my expectations and will always look for a Hyatt to stay at everywhere I travel. I stayed one of the suites and the views of the Eifel Tower were spectacular especially at night when it was all lit

Anyone who stays here or visits must go to the sky window bar as the sun is going down the view of the Eiffel Tower as it lights up is spectacular. I highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is in a great location as it is walking distance to several shops, cafes, restaurants and the train station. There is a bar on the top floor that has an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower

The breakfast buffet was delicious and had plently of healthy choices. The level of luxury and cleanliness was amazing. Forever a Hyatt fan from now on

We really didn’t like the toilet being in a totally different room from the rest of the bathroom. Bed was comfortable and our son said the pull out bed was comfortable

Perfect location for visiting Paris and being near the Eiffel Tower. The lobby and lobby staff were amazing. Room seemed a little dated - stained carpet and shower door needed to be resealed

Some rooms offer views of the Seine River, and a few have a partially obstructed view of the Eiffel Tower. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, which made for a nice stroll along the river

We stayed at Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel and found the location to be very convenient. The hotel rooms are simple and basic, with separate entrances for the washroom and toilet from the room

We also found several halal restaurants within walking distance, which was a great plus. If you’re booking a Junior Suite, make sure to confirm the size and layout in advance

The conference's rooms themselves were perfect, comfy chairs, pads and pens on every desk and even nicer, water (unopened)! Overall, very nice venue, professional staff, perfect for the occasion

This is a nice clean hotel centrally located in Paris. My husband and I stayed here on our trip to Europe June 2006. We had a very nice room and the hotel staff were pleasant

We stayed in a junior suite 1536 and room was perfect. The food in restaurant is good. Gym is also fully stocked with free weights and machines only a rowing machine is missing

Overall it was worth the $$$ spent for the time at the hotel however I gave 3 stars because when we checked in we were told a room was not available, even though we were open to either 1 or 2 beds, yet the hour we waited we watched other people arrive and go up to their rooms

The room was nicely sized, which was a welcome surprise. Didn’t dine at the restaurant as it was a bit pricey. Hotel is close to 2 metro stops, 1 being about 1. 5 blocks so we could easily access and use to see the sights

The second issue is that Marriott's webpage said there would be complementary water bottles but there were none. I called the front desk to ask about it. They responded that it was not included and just hung up

It's my first time to stay ibis hotel and it was so good experience. First of all room is quite cozy helpful you can have deep sleep Second of all all crews are so friendly

The entrance is strange, quite hidden, especially if arriving on foot. The staff were very helpful and friendly. You are close to all public transport so good location. It wasn't really worth the money it cost

The hotel quite far from the center city but it’s come with less expensive price. No amenities in the rooms even coffee, kettle etc. However, The service of staffs is good.

Negatives: Room service will nickel and dime you for every single thing. They charged me 5 Euros to bring silverware to the room and then wanted me to tip. Breakfast was good, but wildly over priced

Excellent location, with Eiffel Tower view at the lobby. However, decor of the hotel looks a little old and dated and only the premium rooms comes with Eiffel Tower view from the room

Breakfast bar offers everything , from omelets to pastries. Croissants are delicious! Celine greets you with a smile and warm welcome each morning for dining. Of course, location near the Eiffel Tower is a plus!

Hotel is very comfortable and really good located, about 20 min by walk from Eiffel Tower and close to the subway as well. The best thing it is pet friendly so we were able to enjoy with our dog

Thanks for a nice stay during our Paris trip. The front desk staff was very helpful anytime we had questions. The breakfast was nice and we appreciated having the vending machines and water fountain in the lobby

The room we stayed in was significantly smaller than it appeared in the photos, making it feel quite cramped. Additionally, there was no proper wardrobe, which made organizing our belongings a bit challenging

The location of the hotel is quite lovely but if you want good service, (and that too as a person of colour), might I suggest any of the other hotels in the same area? Don’t think we will be staying here again

We have stayed her many times and this hotel continues to deliver the highest quality of service. Cafe De La Pax should be on your itinerary for dinner and certainly for breakfast. Staff is exceptional.

Went for an event and the ball room is quite amazing, high ceiling, mirrors and a luxurious décoration that just put you in a pleasant mood

(even a chic sheikh from the Emirates hold weddings there) and luxurious lounges restaurants and rooms

Plus the bar outside the Ball room seemed nice but I didn't test it, maybe next time

They thought I booked for 8 nights for 2 people, but I only booked for 2 nights for 1 person. And they didn't even apologize for the mistake. -The phone in the room didn't work

The location is very good, the view is also great, you can directly see the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre, you can walk to many attractions directly, it is very cost-effective compared to similar hotels

Loved that we got the drinks refilled every morning and the hotel was very near to montparnasse station and Gaite - we could walk to most places we needed to get to and some of the best eats in Paris are close by

The location of Mercure TGV is excellent. Its close to the train station and walking distance to many attractions. This hotel however is let down by its front desk experience and breakfast

Comfortable beds (and particularly good pillows), but overall the rooms are basic, dated, and worn. In particular, the bathrooms need completely replacing. Rude housekeeping staff.

Staff at reception were brilliant,efficient,friendly and polite even though they were understaffed. Breakfast is busy on weekends so not enough seating in winter when you can't eat outside on the terrace

Had a great three nights stay. Rooms are cozy, a little bit small but for only sleeping in that's quite enough. The hotel was quite well located for my plans for my stay and the staff is overall great.
