The best service I've experienced in Paris coming from a hotel. Particularly Christina in Guest relations, Noah and William in Inroom Dining. Exceptional. This is a decent hotel, but definitely 3 stars. The rooms are average, the service is average and the location is very touristy. They also asked us if we wanted to upgrade when we arrived. They didn’t mention it would be for a steep additional fee until I asked. We didn’t take the upgrade but it felt like a very unusual thing for a 5 star hotel to do.

We loved our experience here. We were traveling with a toddler and felt truly taken care of, and they made our toddler feel very welcome. This is one of our favorite hotels in Europe. It’s not the most glamorous but that’s why you go. Understated, peaceful, and calm luxury in a busy lovely sometimes chaotic city. Pont Royal is an excellent hotel, centrally located, and a great option for families and large friend gatherings. We were a party of 7 people, accommodated across 3 rooms, and the arrangements worked wonderfully. The staff is attentive, the breakfast offerings are good, and we would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here with my Mom for 3 nights in April. Our room was perfect with 2 balconies and a view of the Eiffel Tower. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Walking distance to everything you in and in the area are so many amazing hotels, shops and picturesque streets.
