When I first met Fariba and Spa stuff I was a bit skeptical mostly because I was fatigued from a very long overnight flight. I scheduled a massage for myself and my wife 90 minute each We showed up early and enjoyed The Spa, but the treatment itself was completely amazing Everyone was professional they put up with me being grumpy, but when I left, I was completely satisfied Again, the staff...
Wonderful place to stay during our vacation. Everyone was very kind. The hotel rooms were clean and breakfast was fantastic. Also, the location makes it easy to visit major Paris sites.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Location was great. All the staff were kind and polite. We are delighted to meet Fariba a multi language lady that helped us during our stay. .also thanks to Wendy for her professionalism and her smile. Highly recommended
Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Would highly recommend if you’re coming to Paris. Extra thank you to Halim for the wonderful hospitality and care. Extra extra thank you to Olivier for being so kind at the door every time. Great service. Can’t wait to be back! The sauna and steam rooms were the perfect addition to a great hotel. The jacuzzi was out of service at this time to be fixed for the Olympics
The best service I've experienced in Paris coming from a hotel. Particularly Christina in Guest relations, Noah and William in Inroom Dining. Exceptional. The Spa is in need of a renovation and jacuzzi sadly not working. Don't expect food after 11pm. Only a cold club sandwich or cold salmon available. Was surprised at that. But the service overcomes these issues. Very warm.and welcoming and excellent...
We had an amazing stay!! We were in Paris for the Taylor Swift concert and stayed at the hotel for a week. The chat the hotel started once we were registered alerted us to an amazing deal for a room upgrade that we purchased a few days before our arrival. Our room was very large and the beds were super comfortable. I really liked the decor of the restaurants, bar and lobby. Everything was very spacious...

Stunning hotel! Staff was friendly, polite, and helped us get checked in and settled quickly. Unfortunately, we were only passing through Paris for one night, so our stay was short. We would have loved to stay longer, especially with the magnificent nighttime views from our balcony of the Eiffel Tower! We stayed in a beautiful suite on the 7th floor. The location was perfect as we were able to walk...
Our stay at Hotel Napoleon in Paris was absolutely delightful. The location couldn’t have been more perfect—just steps away from the Arc de Triomphe, which provided an incredible view from our room. The convenience of being so close to such a landmark made exploring Paris exceptionally easy and enjoyable. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful rooms that exude classic Parisian charm and elegance...
Great location, next to the Arc, which means most metros lead and go straight from the general area. Rooms are very small which makes sense because there’s so much to do in Paris. The bathrooms are actually as large as the room. The decor is very intriguing and consistent with the name of the hotel as there are paintings of Napoleon and battle scenes through out. The staff were very helpful and spoke...
The hotel is very beautiful and elegant! I recommend if you would love the boutique experience to try Hotel Napoleon! The restaurant across the street is excellent as well!
This is a wonderful boutique hotel with a great location. We were pleased with the helpful staff, excellent housekeeping, wonderful bar and cozy atmosphere. room size, cleanliness, soft bed and super warm blanket, I was able to feel at home.. besides, the rooms are quite spacious, the only thing is..if you need excellent soundproofing, specify that you want a courtyard room, in our case we refused...

Great Rooms. Clean and all furnishings perfect. Room service was on point and the general service across the hotel was top notch. A beautiful lobby and while mostly an empty restaurant when we were there the room service food was always very good. I have to say the service was outstanding. I noted ahead we would be early and the room was ready for us when we arrived. I cannot thank enough nor praise...
This is a decent hotel, but definitely 3 stars. The rooms are average, the service is average and the location is very touristy. They also asked us if we wanted to upgrade when we arrived. They didn’t mention it would be for a steep additional fee until I asked. We didn’t take the upgrade but it felt like a very unusual thing for a 5 star hotel to do.
Wonderful hotel with beautiful and spacious rooms. Lobby is decorated in art nouveau style and its lovely. The service was amazing on all sides and the location directly across from the Louvre can't be beat. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of us and making our Paris trip one to remember
Great staff , great location, perfect vacation. We stayed for 10 days and loved the place. Will go back.
The location is good in walling distance to main attractions and high end places. The view of our room was spectacular except the ferris wheel totally blocking the Eiffel tower. This was a disappointment and we were not warned prior to booking. Moreover, you can imagine that you pay more for a room with the Eiffel tower view. In a 5 star hotel you expect to have high quality room services such as...
Have stayed at the Hotel Regina off and on for over 25 years .....love the location, views, and neighborhood. Rooms seem to become smaller and smaller with each visit. Last visit solidifies that we need to find a new favorite. Too much money not enough amenities!

We loved our experience here. We were traveling with a toddler and felt truly taken care of, and they made our toddler feel very welcome. The rooms were beautiful, the food was delicious, the pool/spa area was serene, and the service was exceptional. So many thoughtful details. It is not my favorite street in Paris...but a metro line is right outside and it is very close walking distance to many of...
This is one of our favorite hotels in Europe. It’s not the most glamorous but that’s why you go. Understated, peaceful, and calm luxury in a busy lovely sometimes chaotic city. The underground spa is worth a trip to Paris in and of itself. You just can’t beat the experience for the price. Have stayed 5+ times and would recommend again and again!
Stayed at this boutique hotel for 4 days during our euro trip back in the summer. It’s a great location and there are many electric scooters nearby (back streets) available to book via app. Pick up and drop off by car was also very easy because the street was huge. The hotel itself is nothing short of luxurious although the rooms are somewhat small. Dyson hair products are offered by request and they...
Fantastic boutique hotel located on L'Avenue de l'Opera. I picked this hotel for its central location and sterling reputation and was not disappointed in the least. Stylish, well-appointed rooms, delicious restaurant, a cool lounge with live music, excellent bar and a small but terrific spa with a full-size heated pool in the lower level. Chic and classy we stayed here for my wife's 50th birthday and...
Excellent hotel. The rooms were nice and comfortable with all amenities needed, as well as a beautiful and trendy design. The location was good for us because we could walk to the dinner and other attractions we wanted to visit. We did not have dinner in the restaurant but we did stop in for a late afternoon snack and cocktails. The service was good, the food and drinks were tasty, and it had a nice...
Absolutely awesome Hotel, close to so much including shopping, sites, restaurants. And the staff is excellent. They go out of their way to be accommodating and one step ahead of your needs. It’s a small Hotel which makes it all the more cozy.

Stupidly expensive , terrible rooms.
This place is one, if not the best in Paris. The service is exquisite, cuisine impeccable. I will always come back here with true confidence I will get another memorable experience.
Everything was so delicious! We had a wonderful time here ❤️
A very expensive and pretentious hotel. Located in close proximity to the Ephel Tower. One of the favorite places of rich and successful people.
One of the most beautiful hotels in Paris, with excellent breakfasts. But the Michelin-starred restaurant Ducasse disappointed, despite 3 stars.

I took my daughter to Paris for long weekend break to celebrate her birthday. For us, it was this unbelievably luxurious hotel that absolutely made our time in the already wonderful city. Absolutely amazing. We stayed here for a week and each night was enjoyed. The room was immaculate, in room dining was delicious and the service was posh and accommodating throughout the entire staff. Thank you Hotel...
I recently enjoyed a five-night stay at Hotel Lutetia in Paris, experiencing its unique blend of modern and antique luxury amenities. From hospitable staff to amazing food and classy rooms, it stands out as one of the finest stays. The hotel's facilities cater to every need, making it a top choice in bustling Paris.
I recently had the pleasure to visit this place. It was spontanous coffee/drink after a walk. The service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to ensure every need was met. The personnel were not only professional but genuinely friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The luxury interior design added an extra touch of elegance, making me feel pampered from the moment I walked...
Amazing experience. The hotel & the room were terrific. The spa is fantastic, but it's open to more people than the hotel customers; therefore, it was crowded with people the afternoon we were there. A guy was there for swimming laps, which made the place not peaceful anymore. We had dinner at the bistro. One of the best spots was reserved for us, and the food was excellent. We would give it 4.8 stars
This is a legendary hotel with a great renovation. But management needs to do a few things differently. Room service was not good although they did try and make it up with berries. The single beds are not good. The shower handheld has no pressure, the TV does not work with cast from phone and sports channels are not subscribed to. On the positive side, staff are awesome , the bar is great and...

Stunning bar with a super cool concept, delicious cocktails and afternoon tea with divine cakes! A unique space to unwind from the hustle and bustle of Paris. Great service, the staff are going the extra mile!
Very nice place, the staff is awesome.
Simply perfect! I came here on a Saturday for the brunch and I had the best time and the best meal ever! The service was on point, friendly and efficient staff. I took the vegetarian option: the pain perdu was just DELICIOUS! But overall, excellent quality food and just the right amount of quantity. The place is just so cozy and beautiful! I will definitely come back!
Superb location, large well appointed room with great view, complimented by professional and polite staff. Lounge area currently being redeveloped but plenty of room in the bar / restaurant.
Excellent hotel. One block away from louvre museum. Very friendly front desk staff. Will definitely comeback again.
Location of the hotel allows easy and fast access to all the main sites of interest. The louvre museum is 60 seconds away and the Palais Royal Metro station is 20 seconds away from the entrance of the hotel. There is a convenience store located behind the hotel and one to the front. Great hotel.
Great rooms and great staff. Highly recommend!
My favourite hotel in Paris and mainly because the service is impeccable and really friendly. The restaurant is also great. Weirdly all their whiskies in the bar seemed to come from Islay though I was not complaining.

We recently spent a few nights in Paris and stayed at this wonderful hotel. From the time we walked in the doors, exhausted from our trip, we were greeted warmly by all the staff. There are not enough words to describe how exceptional this place is. We stayed in the gorgeous junior suite with views of the Eiffel Tower, a stunning spot for a special occasion. Beautiful rooms, delightful restaurant & meals and individual interest and help to our needs. Our 7 year old granddaughter became ill and the concierge had a doctor come to help. That saved our trip! We will definitely return and tell all we know about this gem!
This is a wonderful boutique hotel. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and quiet. We enjoyed eating breakfast there several mornings. Delicious food. Good cocktails late afternoon. 4 stars on the location because it was not very close to our activities and traffic was bad during our stay. We did a lot of extra walking.
We loved this hotel. And its special location. Peaceful neighborhood vibe walking distance to best shopping and central to everything. The staff was fantastic and make us welcome guests alike our own apartment in Paris. No amenities which makes it more like home. And a superb boutique restaurant. One of best in city. After having a horrible experience AirBnB we checked in at this hotel. I think this changed our entire perspective on Paris. It was the most magnificent time. Loved our breakfast and every little detail about it. Business Center could be better but everything else is next to none ❤️
One of the best hotels I've been too. Beautiful building and rooms. Great location. But the service was hands down the best - so much attention to detail. Staff were great.
Had one of the most important life milestones in this hotel with my beloved one. The staff are absolutely lovely and helpful throughout. The location is perfect with excellent view of Eiffel tower. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely come back again. Thank you for all the beautiful things the staff have done for us!
It was a very pleasant experience we had with my wife to stay in Shangri-la Paris. First of all, the valet service person was very nice and kept safe my car during the stay. We enjoyed our 2 weeks stay. We were able to walk to many famous places. Breakfast of fresh baguettes, croissants and more was fantastic. Overall great hotel and loved the location. But don’t count on the spa. I had a really bad experience with the hotel spa. Booked a massage for 150 euros. But quality was really bad. It’s nothing against the therapist because she was an extremely sweet person but she literally was just rubbing (very gently) oil over my body and it wasn’t really a massage. It was like applying lotion on my body. Also...

The fiance and I stayed in later November and we could not have been more happy with the hotel. The facade is picturesque, especially at night. Although it was too cold to enjoy; the courtyard is very charming...
Main floor has reception, breakfast room, bar, piano lounge. Basement has a beautiful pool for lap swimming. Dry sauna, wet sauna, massages. Rooms are clean and tastefully designed. Highly recommended for a rare 5⭐ stay in the Latin Quarter.
We had a wonderful stay here in early November, trying to use up covid19 airfare credits set to expire in December. So our stay was short, but memorable. We were already familiar with the location, having stayed down the street on a trip to Paris two years ago. This was the first time for the d'Aubusson, but definitely not the last. It's quiet, beautiful and a tranquil oasis in a busy city. The buffet...
Great facility and concierge service. Nice to have an iron, shoe cream and even a string to dry clothes on in the bathroom. Unfortunately pretty poor room cleaning. Why not refilling the tissue box properly instead of squeezing in 3 tissues to make it look like it was full? No shampoo refill for 2 people within 5 days. It's all about the details for me...
The perfect hotel in Paris. Great location, friendly people, comfortable rooms. And a jazz bar! What else do you need. A lovely courtyard for when the weather is nice, a fireplace for when the weather is less nice. A pool, a good vibe, character and not outrageously expensive like some places. Very glad to have stayed here, and looking forward to my next stay!

Pont Royal is an excellent hotel, centrally located, and a great option for families and large friend gatherings. We were a party of 7 people, accommodated across 3 rooms, and the arrangements worked wonderfully. The staff is attentive, the breakfast offerings are good, and we would definitely stay here again.
Stayed here with my Mom for 3 nights in April. Our room was perfect with 2 balconies and a view of the Eiffel Tower. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was kind, knowledgeable and offered exceptional hospitality. Lastly, the location of this hotel is PERFECT. Walking distance to everything you in and in the area are so many amazing hotels, shops and picturesque streets.
Hotel staff were wonderful and beyond helpful as we were first timers to Paris. Metro stop around the corner and safe neighborhood for my daughter and I to travel in and out around. Splurged to the Jr Suite with the view and we used our little balcony daily. Perfect stay.
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. We chose it due to its history and location in Paris. We stayed in a junior suite with a balcony view. The location was great as it was on a quiet street but had great access to the museums and Metro. There were two adults and one child and the room was a great size to accommodate us all. Get the upside down martini at the bar.
The balcony was an amazing option to have, we sat on it every morning and evening. The lobby was very regal. The rooms were nice though would have used a bit more closet room and while that bathroom was elegant, it was a bit awkward to shower without a shower curtain (very difficult to avoid getting water everywhere).
