Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, but a few act as if they own the hotel, showing a rather rude attitude. One gentleman in particular speaks very loudly to clients in the lobby, which compromises the sense of privacy that should be expected in a hotel of this level.
Room:
The room is beautiful and spacious, with a bed and pillows of excellent quality that ensure a comfortable stay.
Pre-Check-in Welcome:
The hotel offers the option to take a shower in a private room if you arrive before your room is ready, which is appreciated. However, there was no shower gel available, only body lotion.
Reception & Facilities:
The reception area has an unpleasant smell, and the air-conditioning unit is extremely noisy, making it unsuitable for anyone seeking a calm and relaxing environment.

Thank you to the luggage attendant, who was very kind and helpful a true asset to the hotel team.
I'd go back there in a heartbeat. (Even if only to ride the most wonderfully teeny elevator I've ever seen!).

Great room with lovely view of the park, Musee D'Orsay and Eiffel Tower. Ve R y close to subway stop. Very convenient for walking and using public transportation. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast at hotel was very good. Nice teas and cake in the lobby each afternoon. Friendly staff.

Wonderful hotel down the street from the Louvre, very private overlooking the park with amazing views of Paris. The rooms were comfortable and the terrace was a great way to start and end our day. It is near great restaurants and shopping as well as just 200’ from a Metro stop. We will stay here again.
