Hotel location very convenient, bed was fairly comfortable and staff were helpful in arranging airport taxi. These are the only good points. Reception unmanned on arrival even though we arrived on time at 7pm as pre arranged. Key left on front desk. Room was very dirty. Thick dust in every corner Bathroom with mould everywhere Shower doors encrusted with dirt round edges Airconditioning unit was a wreck - no cover, just a hole in the ceiling. Surprisingly it worked but no thermostat - blasted icy air all night! Breakfast disappointing - dry bread and croissant, no fruit. On reflection, should have complained but only there for one night and there was no one there to complain to when we arrived. Not good value for money - even for Paris.

This place boasts an amazing location and is very affordable compared to a room in the city center. The staff are friendly and welcoming, making it a great choice for solo travelers. The room is clean, but small.

Accept for giving you a bed and a toilet. This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in my life first of all when we entered my card declined because i did not have the right type of card, but the owner thought it was funny to make a joke with his colleague in french (probably thinking we would not understand) about how i probably did not have enough credit to pay. Then when we checked out they kept our luggage there for the day but when we came back there was no one to give our luggage back to us after waiting for 32 minutes someone finally came and we had to hurry so that we would not be to late for our train that we had to catch. And they did not seem to care. Also all the documents of peoples there passports and id's layed open on the big table in the lobby where everyone could take it. Absolutely no security on private documents.

Nice hotel situated at the heart of Paris. The hotel has friendly atmosphere, it’s quiet, without big fluctuation of people and without noise. Stuff was also very kind. And the caring owner brings every morning fresh French croissants for breakfast.. to enjoy even more the Paris authenticity!

Hotel staff are incredibly nice! Very kind people.
Room was tight but I expected that and it was totally fine for us.
Elevator barely fits 2 people with bags.
Everything was clean and no complaints.
Location is amazing!!
My only issue is how much noise and sound there is. You will hear the person next door coughing very clearly.
Worst part was the construction next door. Literally a jack hammer on the other side of my wall at 7:am. It was horrible. Luckily we left early most days but on the 2 days we slept in a little, it was incredibly disturbing.
Hammering, drilling and jack hammering non stop. Not possible to sleep at all. This is not the hotels fault since it was another building.
I did mention this to the staff which somewhat just brushed it off. I wish they offered another room on a different floor that wasn't having work done on the other side of the wall.
If no construction, i would come back. But that's impossible to plan so probably not returning.

This little gem of a place is definitely the best stay for a sojourn in Paris. Located only 2 minutes away from Odeon metro station and about 7 minutes from St Michel, it's super accessible to all of Paris. The rooms are neat and clean. Just step out and the Latin Quarters' amazing cafes, bakeries and restaurants await you! The staff are really sweet.
Breakfast is basic though, but you're in the Latin Quarters so you won't be hungry!

Good communication with very friendly staff. Clean room. Simple but fresh and good breakfast. I recommend it, it's a small, friendly hotel with easy access, close to the metro and good restaurants nearby. Calm neighborhood

I was here for 1 night. The location is what sold it to me. Good price for the central location - 3 minutes walk to the Odeon Metro and 25 minutes at the most walk to the Louvre. The room was simple and reception good.

Two star hotel with excellent location 3 minutes from the Odeon metro station and nice in terms of care. Unfortunately, however, the rooms are really very small and there is a bad smell (like the smell of feet)... maybe the carpet, I don't know. Unfortunately there are cobwebs on the walls that move with the air conditioning. Overall, however, the bathroom was clean although very small. I give two stars because as soon as we arrived the concierge asked us when we would be leaving and made us very anxious by saying that on Sundays there is a lot of chaos in the city and it would be better to call a taxi, which he would have taken care of. The problem is that he told us that the taxi would ask us €55 to get to Orly airport compared to €36 for the official taxi (obviously ours was not official). In short, he wanted to scam us. I'm sorry but friendliness is answered with friendliness... and tourists shouldn't be scammed. Obviously there was no traffic and we arrived in 10 minutes.

The room is too small compare with price. It is true that location is very good but too expensive.
