Really cozy hotel, super well located and close to everything! The staff there is great and friendly. They are having details with the clients all the time and try to help in everything that is in their hands. Sabrina was especially nice with us! 100% recommended

Hi, everything was so amazing until the taxi driver came for airport transfer. The driver did not give me the reminder of money. Please change your supplier for transportation! That's not very nice.

The location is very nice, different buses leave from every corner. The room was nice, the bathroom was small but I think it was sufficient. Shopping center Lafayette is 3 minutes away.

Very nice hotel. In the middle of city centre, close to everywhere by walking. Beautiful and cheap breakfast. Thank Letticia and Sabrina for excellent service.

Nice little hotel in great location. Rooms are comfortable and good size for Paris standards. Just be aware that it is a bit noisy at night if room on side of street and you can hear the metro as it passes under the hotel if you are on first floor. Didn't bother us as we were out late that night

I LOVED IT! It's a small 3 star boutique hotel in a prime location in downtown Paris. 10 min drive to Eiffel tower and lots of cafes and other touristic places around. Given it's location it's quite expensive but worth it. We were a family of 4 and took the bigger room and they were nice enough to add an extra bed for a reasonable fee. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The breakfast is well presented and the omelets are delicious. Definitely recommended.

Fine hotel in the middle of Paris. Service was good and the room in general too, but there was a lot of noise from the metro line roaming below the hotel and my room only had a shower inside a bath tub, which was quite a small space for tapper people like myself. I would have preferred a separate shower and tub, or just a good shower and no bath tub.

We were supposed to have two interconnecting rooms with a double bed and a single bed. They gave us instead a small room with only a double bed. After realising the mistake they now added a camp bed. As a consequence we can barely move around in the room. This is not at all what I booked and paid for and I asked immediately for a refund. They told me I’ll have to talk to the manager tomorrow.
PS the experience got worst. Refused to reimburse me the difference for the price of the room they gave me versus what I booked. And claimed that the breakfast they offered as an apology should cover the difference. Baseline: I’m blocking my credit card payment to them since there is a very simple word for this behaviour.
Note for families: on the last night we got the family room we paid for, only to discover that there is no heating in the room meant for the child.
Overall, my experience has been just horrible - I would have never chosen to stay in these conditions travelling with a small child!
Never again! Stay clear of it!
PPS: after investigating the matter my credit card company reimbursed me and is recouping the cost from the hotel.
