I stayed here for about a week with my dad and grandma. The staff have been incredibly friendly and helpful. Given the hotel's proximity to landmarks and transport, I could not ask for a better place to stay. As we were checking out, we were offered some coffee and happily obliged. The beds were comfortable which was a great relief after our full days of bounding around Paris.

Booked Louisa last minute for an Olympics trip and it was good value for money. Amazing location 10 mins walk from Trocadéro one way and arc de triomphe the other. Rooms were small but clean, perfectly fine for a one night stay. No air conditioning but luckily it wasn’t too hot the night we were there.
Only issue was the city tax. The Agoda booking, along with printed info in the room and lobby advised city tax of €1.13 per person per night. However at check in we were told it had gone up to €3.25 per person. I have no issue with the city tax increasing (it happened all across Paris) but the incorrect information on the booking confirmation and in the hotel rooms is misleading and should be corrected. The tax changed in January, over 7 months ago!

Amazing location (20min walk to the eiffel tower) and really good price! Friendly staff and clean rooms.

Rooms are really small they lack circulation and we were lacking the basic necessities, We had to go down and ask for a few more towels as they only provided one set between two of us.
Location is great but its not a comfortable stay at all. Please note it is NOT accessible, the stairs are narrow and steep. ‘dining’ area is the same as lobby. Spoke to a receptionist and he was very rude and not accommodating at all.

We booked thru Agoda for our early December trip, less than 12 hours before arrival. We reached around 11am and the checkin time was 1pm; so despite request we could not get a room. Sweet Nadia did offer us to leave our luggage if we wish to. The rooms were very small, two people cannot cross simultaneously. So are the washrooms, though for the entirety of our stay, we had housekeeping service daily, change of towels, supply of toiletries etc. Staircase is circular and very narrow. Elevator only fits two people at one time, and is between two floor, so if you are on 5th floor, you'll have to climb a couple steps up and if 4th, then down. They offer breakfast for 9 or 10 euros, which is coffee, bread and orange juice. But there are so many eateries and bakeries close-by that we did not bother. When asked, Nadia provided us an adapter and an umbrella. Great location in central Paris; 15 minutes walk from Eiffel Tower and almost similar on the other side to Arc de Triomphe

We stayed 2 nights, good quality/price ratio If we consider the location and that the room has all the basic necessities. The only thing that I didn’t like was the fact that the soap bar was changed every day and that shower gel and soap bars are disposable and wrapped in plastic. Would be awesome if you could refill a bottle instead of using the disposable ones.

Great location, ok for basics. Stay would have been much improved w/ microwave & refrigerator, even if they were communal. Our twin room was so small we couldn't separate the beds (my hubby snores) so the pics are deceiving. The comforters were so hot I woke drenched in sweat. The receptionist wasn't even aware of the blankets in each room (we didn't see them tucked on the 7+ft high shelf until our last night..and we were there 11 nights!), and we only slept better after getting a flat sheet (there were only fitted sheets).

An excellent hotel for being 2stars. We had a great time at Louisa hotel. The location is great - central to many attractions, restaurants, cafes, metro, and scooter rental stops. My friend and I (23 and 24 year old females )stayed for 4 nights and had no problems. I was a little apprehensive as it is a two star hotel with no AC. However, it was absolutely great. Far exceeded my expectations. The room was very small - just the bed and a bathroom. But that was all we needed. We were gone most of the day. The bed was comfy and there was a super powerful fan provided which was heavenly. If you know it’s not a luxury hotel and manage your expectations, this place is a gem. Would 100% go again. The staff were friendly and helpful and we felt safe.

Very small rooms, you can hear everything from the rooms nextdoor. Over a blanket there is just a piece of linen, not very hygienic at all. Nice receptionist and very close to the Eiffel Tower ?.
