Park Hyatt Paris - Vendome

I had a fantastic 2-day stay at this hotel. The staff were all very friendly and professional from start to finish. My room was spacious, and I loved the restroom. Housekeeping twice a day was a nice touch. The location is excellent, and the service truly deserves five stars. Highly recommended!

Wonderful hotel in a great neighborhood. Everyone was very pleasant and attentive, from the front desk to the concierge to housekeeping. Special shout out to Evelyn, a hostess in the lobby bar/restaurant. She was extremely personable, remembered our names from day one and treated me and my family like we were her own family. Well done and thank you!

Beautiful hotel and amenities. I would say the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the restaurant staff was not as wonderful. We asked to sit outside and they said it was full but there were obviously several tables available, even for another 1 hour after. They would not let us eat some sandwiches in the lobby, even though we were staying there and wanted to order more food and drinks as well. Unfortunately the plumbing isn’t great but the gracious guest relations staff was very apologetic and tried to make it right. The location is beautiful and the check in staff, bell men, and concierge are outstanding.

We are finishing up a four night stay here and have loved every minute of our stay. The front desk gentleman when we checked in was awesome and from that point on, everyone we encountered here was so helpful. The rooms were beautiful and the location is fabulous!!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay we are sad to leave.

Gorgeous hotel. The epitome of excellence in hospitality. A perfect example: I was on my way outside, mentioned to my husband I should bring my jacket back to the room when the doorman overheard me. He offered to have my jacket brought up to the room for me. Quite a lovely gesture.

This hotel is perfectly situated in a beautiful location with easy access to shopping, cafés, and sightseeing. The rooms are large compared to the average hotel in Paris. It looks and feels like what you’d expect from a luxury hotel. We stayed at 3 different hotels during our trip and this one was by far our favorite. The staff are exceptional and go out of their way to accommodate their guest requests. We also ate at PUR, the Michelin starred restaurant on site. It was fabulous! We will definitely stay here again on future trips to Paris!

In the restaurant, the service was exceptional, particularly from one staff member who took the time to accommodate my son's allergies, even preparing special baked goods for him. Their attentiveness and thoughtfulness made our dining experience truly memorable.

The front office manager and her team deserve special recognition for their exceptional service. Not only did they upgrade us to a beautiful suite, but they also took the time to engage with us and share insights about Paris. When they learned that my son was unwell, they sent a thoughtful gesture of ginger lemon tea and baked goods, which was a welcome surprise and indicative of their genuine care for their guests.

Overall, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. The level of service provided by the entire staff made our experience unforgettable, and we cannot recommend this establishment highly enough. We look forward to returning in the future.
