Park Hyatt Paris - Vendome

Great experience with the hotel. With the globalist status, they offered variety of cold and hot food for breakfast. The check in experience is also very good. Adeline showed us the room and provide guide to all the services provided in the hotel. She also suggested some place to visit during our time in Paris.

Understated yet memorable hotel with a boutique feel, highly recommend. They paid attention to every detail from the personalized service to the quality of the linens and towels, heated toilets and heated bathroom floors, nice bottle of wine and macaroons, spacious quiet room, and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The spa and fitness center are fantastic also with nice equipment, a sauna, hot tub, etc. I am not sure how it compares to other luxury hotels in Paris, but I moved to another mid-upper range chain hotel for the second part of trip and it feels like a hostel. I’m like … where is the private changing room and the bidet? Why are there are no artisanal clementines in the gym? :)

Every aspect from helpful staff, the spotless environment, and the highest quality products says luxury.

The location is perfect and walking to shopping, attractions, dining, or sightseeing is easy.

We never tried the food, with so much great French food nearby, it never happened but it looked and smelled great and others were smiling while dining.

I had an incredible stay at the Park Hyatt Vendôme in Paris, and I can’t recommend it enough! While the hotel is historic, it is impeccably well-maintained, blending classic charm with modern luxury. From the moment I arrived, the check-in staff were warm, accommodating, and went above and beyond—allowing me to use the spa facilities for a quick shower when our room wasn’t ready, which was a nice touch after a long flight.

The housekeeping team was excellent, always prompt and thorough in ensuring the room was kept in perfect condition throughout the day. A special shout-out to the laundry service staff who worked magic on several shirts that had been shrunk by a previous dry cleaner before my trip. They saved them, and I was so grateful!

The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and offered everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, offering a wide variety of options to start the day right.

If I had to provide any feedback, it would be that the breakfast service staff could be a little friendlier, as they didn't quite match the warmth and attentiveness of the rest of the hotel staff. However, this was a small detail in what was otherwise an exceptional experience.

Overall, I would absolutely return to the Park Hyatt Vendôme and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious, well-run hotel in the heart of Paris.

Honestly, we were pretty disappointed with this hotel. The service and staff of course were wonderful. The bed was comfortable and the statues everywhere were interesting. But the room itself was small, no view, lots of street noise. Everything was clean and functional but definitely not new, quite dated and in need of updates. Why did they include a bass-heavy music speaker in the room if playing it at a normal volume is going to disrupt people in the adjacent room? Why is everything from the room rate to the minibar to the breakfast stupidly expensive? Also it just felt like there was nothing really special about the amenities -- nowhere interesting to hang out in the small lobby, no rooftop, just a cute courtyard that it seemed like you couldn't use without ordering a drink or food. The location was nice and central, though also a bit dull because there's not much immediately surrounding it besides luxury fashion stores. Overall it was fine but you can get better for much less money elsewhere in Paris.

I had a fantastic 2-day stay at this hotel. The staff were all very friendly and professional from start to finish. My room was spacious, and I loved the restroom. Housekeeping twice a day was a nice touch. The location is excellent, and the service truly deserves five stars. Highly recommended!

Wonderful hotel in a great neighborhood. Everyone was very pleasant and attentive, from the front desk to the concierge to housekeeping. Special shout out to Evelyn, a hostess in the lobby bar/restaurant. She was extremely personable, remembered our names from day one and treated me and my family like we were her own family. Well done and thank you!

Beautiful hotel and amenities. I would say the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the restaurant staff was not as wonderful. We asked to sit outside and they said it was full but there were obviously several tables available, even for another 1 hour after. They would not let us eat some sandwiches in the lobby, even though we were staying there and wanted to order more food and drinks as well. Unfortunately the plumbing isn’t great but the gracious guest relations staff was very apologetic and tried to make it right. The location is beautiful and the check in staff, bell men, and concierge are outstanding.
