Hotel The Playce by Happyculture

I recently stayed here in early May 2024. Everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast is great along with the bar at night is super convenient. I actually forgot my rings at this location. The staff was so kind and helpful. I received my rings today in the mail (I’m from USA) all the way from France. I’m very thankful for the honesty and hospitality from the staff

Very nice hotel in a lively location, close to Montmartre and it s many nice restaurants but also close to the metro. Very friendly and helpful staff (especially Louise!) fresh lemon water and sweets all day long available . We came by bike and got the room near the entrance which was very convenient en ne big enough to park our bikes inside the room. Will for sure come back

We had booked a short getaway after exams and had a wonderful experience. Our twin room on one of the upper floors had a nice view onto the roofs and trees along the Boulevard, and the room itself was small, but not cramped. While Boulevard Barbes is not picture postcard Paris, we loved the vibrant neighbourhood and were within walking distance to Montmartre. Excellent for metro access, and right next to a supermarket. The breakfast exceeded expectations, and the staff very very kind. Even arranged a welcome surprise for my daughter at short notice! I look forward to staying again!

It is an eco-friendly hotel. I felt very good for the coffee and tea we were having for free at all moments of the day. I felt pampered. The room was small but cosy and the bathroom had all the needed. Good price as we stayed more nights and payed before arrival. Well located very near the metro line going to many important sites of Paris. ♥️

Nice hotel, clean, helpful staff. I also liked the "green approach". The location is very good. The subway station is a few steps away as well as the supermarket. Only the table should be a little bit bigger to comfortable work with a laptop. Overall, it was very pleasant stay.

Rooms are good and the staff was very nice. Located very near to a metro station which is walking distance. The view from the window which face to the main road was amazing. Overall satisfied and can be recommended.

Amazing experience! 👏👌The hotel is quite organized, clean and has a very good breakfast and a cool bar. Starting with Louise upon checking in at the reception with her kindness. Carol, with her courtesy and very nice city recommendations at the bar, made me feel at home. And Gustavo, with his helping attitude and attention at the front desk. All these people and the quality of the service and rooms made the hotel a come back location for my next stay. All this, quite near "Le Sacre Cour", puts the hotel in the heart of what I needed for my stay in the Citi Of Lights! Looking forward to coming back... 1

A good hotel with somewhat small rooms. The staff were polite and helpful. I think the rooms were a little shabby around the edges but perfectly serviceable.

Drinks are free in the lobby (water, tea, coffee etc) which is very nice.

Breakfast is (in my opinion) absurdly expensive at €15 a head. A few euros buys you a fresh pastry and coffee at any bakery you care to name close by.
