I recently stayed at this hotel and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, Benjamin at the reception made me feel incredibly welcomed. His warm demeanor and helpful nature truly set the tone for my stay.
The overall service was excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was delicious and diverse. It was the perfect way to start each day. The staff, especially Benjamin ♥️, made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and inviting stay!

My wife and I just stayed at this hotel for one night before our flight out from CDG Airport. Their rooms were actually spacious and nice. Noise wise, no complaints about hearing neighbors or anything. The only real noise here is via the airport, which is not bad.
During our stay, the heat/AC is our room was broken and extremely hot in our room and entire floor. The front desk staff did move us to a different room where the window did open to help out a little.
They do offer a private shuttle to the airport. However, we just walked as it was like a 3 minute walk, and there is a free airport shuttle to take you to each terminal, which is great.

Had a great time, super clean and nice room. Great staff, Remon was amazing. He works at the Bar in the lobby, and his hospitality skills are top notch! We stayed at the hotel for 4 days and every time we saw him in the lobby; we were reassured and happy that we had someone who was going to take Great care of us! The food and drinks were great too!!!

Superb hotel near CDG airport, strategically located.
We were received with warmth, and even though our rooms were not ready they promptly kept our luggage and we headed our for Paris sightseeing.
Breakfast spread was pretty good and the best part is that they open at 6am to cater to people catching the early morning flights.
Must stay hotel during transit due to it's location and proximity and connectivity to the airport

It was clear upon check in that we made the right choice for a quick overnight stopover on our way back to Canada. We were immediately greeted by the front desk staff who were friendly and very helpful. The room itself was clean and met our expectations. The breakfast was quite plentiful with many wonderful options, with plenty of seating despite being quite busy. The hotel itself was a very short walk from the Airport Train via a very safe and well lit path.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn the day before our departure flight from Paris. It was convient to use the airport shuttle train and only a short walk through the parking to the hotel.
The hotel is fresh and clean. Our room faced the airport so we saw the planes but it was still very quiet.
Breakfast is included and had a wide range of choices. The tables were cleared quickly and it was very clean.
I have to applaud the staff they were all kind, friendly and helpful.

After our flight had been canceled, we ended up at Holiday Inn . The front desk person was very kind and polite. We had also had dinner included, it is 27 € per person, what is not bad at all because you have a variety of food included. The drink was not included. We called the front desk for some extra towels, and we got them 2 min later. Food is very tasty.

Worst Holiday Inn experience. 1. This hotel is dirty. The lobby couches are filthy. The elevator perhaps was not cleaned for a couple months. The hallway carpet is disgusting. I got pics. 2. The front desk woman gave me a hard time about the number of guests, which is well within the limit. Total 5 guests and we have 2 rooms. 3. Front desk woman asked me to pay in full even if my rooms were prepaid in full in advance. 4. At 930pm front desk woman called and said I must go down immediately to pay off my dinner charges which I billed to the room. She did not want to wait til check out. I paid it. She should have taken a deposit on my card at check in. Or the restaurant should not have accepted a charge to room. 5. Front desk tried to make charges on my card without my approval. Thankfully my bank blocked their unauthorized attempted transactions. 6. Triple room came with 1 towel and 1 hand towel. 7. Worst pillows. Very tiny. One pillow per occupant only. 8. Over priced disgusting coffee in Lobby. Half small cup only but about 7.5 Euros each. Update: I cannot post my personal info here per Google policies.

Only stay here if you absolutely need to. Only perk is that it’s close to the airport (not inside) . I stayed here because Air France cancelled my flight. The hotel will treat you very differently if you get booked by a airline. Also the online site says there is a gym. Which 2 treadmills and one bench (with not weights) is not a gym. More or less a room “with space” to work out if anything. Food is below par, you get a limited menu of

NOT inside the airport as advertised and difficult to get to if you land late.
NOT a double bed room as advertised. Had one real bed and one pull out couch. Hardest and worst pillows I’ve ever had after years of travel and hostel hopping.
A/C in the room did not work.
No fan in the bathroom.
Check in was a zoo.
Wrote the wrong room number on our key and then lied about it when we came back down.
I get it, it’s a holiday inn, but it was quite pricey. If you are looking for something convenient and comfortable for an overnight connection, this is not for you. Not to mention staff has a bad attitude.
But it was clean! Free breakfast in the morning was okay.
