Worst Holiday Inn experience. 1. This hotel is dirty. The lobby couches are filthy. The elevator perhaps was not cleaned for a couple months. The hallway carpet is disgusting. I got pics. 2. The front desk woman gave me a hard time about the number of guests, which is well within the limit. Total 5 guests and we have 2 rooms. 3. Front desk woman asked me to pay in full even if my rooms were prepaid in full in advance. 4. At 930pm front desk woman called and said I must go down immediately to pay off my dinner charges which I billed to the room. She did not want to wait til check out. I paid it. She should have taken a deposit on my card at check in. Or the restaurant should not have accepted a charge to room. 5. Front desk tried to make charges on my card without my approval. Thankfully my bank blocked their unauthorized attempted transactions. 6. Triple room came with 1 towel and 1 hand towel. 7. Worst pillows. Very tiny. One pillow per occupant only. 8. Over priced disgusting coffee in Lobby. Half small cup only but about 7.5 Euros each. Update: I cannot post my personal info here per Google policies.

Only stay here if you absolutely need to. Only perk is that it’s close to the airport (not inside) . I stayed here because Air France cancelled my flight. The hotel will treat you very differently if you get booked by a airline. Also the online site says there is a gym. Which 2 treadmills and one bench (with not weights) is not a gym. More or less a room “with space” to work out if anything. Food is below par, you get a limited menu of

NOT inside the airport as advertised and difficult to get to if you land late.
NOT a double bed room as advertised. Had one real bed and one pull out couch. Hardest and worst pillows I’ve ever had after years of travel and hostel hopping.
A/C in the room did not work.
No fan in the bathroom.
Check in was a zoo.
Wrote the wrong room number on our key and then lied about it when we came back down.
I get it, it’s a holiday inn, but it was quite pricey. If you are looking for something convenient and comfortable for an overnight connection, this is not for you. Not to mention staff has a bad attitude.
But it was clean! Free breakfast in the morning was okay.

Staff was friendly and professional. We appreciated the quietness of the room. Even though we were facing the runway, we couldn't hear the planes taking off and landing. They must have excellent windows! Very good breakfast with many options to choose from. Easy to take the free shuttle train to terminal 2. Comfortable bed. Good linens and towels. The only thing I wish they had was a small refrigerator in the room, but that is not as common in Europe as in the US.

We stayed for 4 nights and had a great experience. The front desk staff was amazing. They let us check-in earlier than our check-in time and even let us have breakfast. This was such a blessing since we had a long flight . A room to rest and some food kick started our vacation in a very positive way. Thank you!
The breakfast was decent and the room was comfortable.
The hotel is very close to the airport and very easy to find.
The hotel is also close to metro and going back and forth to Paris was a breeze. We did not have any issue.

We stayed here for one night because we had an early morning flight to catch. This hotel is in a convenient location from the airport, and the hotel itself is clean and comfortable. Although, breakfast was included, we didn’t have time to eat, since we left at 6:30 in the morning. We only had to walk about five minutes to the free train shuttle, which took us to the airport in no time.

It was ok for a night stay. Service was amazing and rooms were clean but there's no food around if you don't have a car so we had to have the buffet dinner which was €27pp and the food was very VERY mediocre for that price! Considering we had an amazing buffet 2 days before for the same price that had everything you can think of, felt like a massive rip off.

This hotel really exceeded our expectations for an overnight at the airport before a flight. The room is very spacious, with very comfy bed, lovely bathroom and plenty of plug sockets! Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, especially the French toast and pancakes

The employees here are really helpful and speak perfect English! I had a very good stay, not close to the airport...it is quite a walk and with bags, a challenge. 8 euro for the shuttle....worth it!! They have a breakfast and dinner, a small bar as well.

This hotel is the worst!!! The rooms were too warm and you can't get anything to eat from noon until 6:30 pm and then it's a buffet. You can't order any one thing, only the buffet. We went down to Residence Inn by Marriott to eat and they were very accommodating!
