Staff were excellent. With the cheap price came a quite small room that wasn’t a great design. Also it had no air conditioning and on a hot night it was very uncomfortable. We opened the windows but with planes flying directly overhead the very good noise insulation no longer worked. The shuttle bus booking procedure is not at all clear on the website or booking documentation at all but is explained well when you get to the reception. Good for a cheap room before catching a flight.

The good:
- Close to the airport and inexpensive
- Shuttle service to the airport (we ended up taking bus because it was cheaper for us and the bus stop was right across the street, but appreciated having the option)
- Friendly and helpful customer service at the front desk
- Ability to order food to the hotel for a small fee
The bad:
- No AC in the room and no fan able to be provided. Thankfully the night cooled down so opening the windows was enough of a relief, but we had to have them shut for about an hour while our toddler fell asleep because there was no other way to darken the room. The room got really, really hot and stuffy during that time.
- The room is very, very small, with almost no floor space in which to put luggage
The ugly:
- We woke up with bed bug bites after our night spent here. Gross. I had checked the mattress for signs of them and didn't see anything concerning, but the bites the next morning were unmistakable.

With the temperature being up to 80F until about 9pm and no air conditioning or fans, the room was SO hot and uncomfortable to sleep in. The vending machines didn't take cash, only coins. The toilet in my room smelled as bad as a portable potty at a festival, and I had to close the door to it to make sure it didn't stink up my stuff. Because of the heat, despite hanging my towel on the hook in the shower to dry, the towel smelled musky by the next time I used it only hours later. When I left in the morning there were literally people sleeping in the hallway. I'm guessing because of the heat?
Additionally, the hotel is on the corner of a different hotel, with only one sign at the entrance of all of the hotels in the complex. So it was hard to understand where to go when checking in at night.
I didn't try the breakfast.
The staff were friendly when I checked in and out. The location is only about 10 minutes from all CDG terminals.
I'd never suggest this brand based on this experience.

Travel and use Ibis hotels frequently.
This budget version is close to CDG, which is good for airport connect.
The staff is/was friendly and professional.
Rooms are very dated, need a very detailed cleaning and new paint. Other areas of the hotel also need a detailed cleaning.
Downside is the amount of flightpath noise for a good night's sleep.
I have stayed at other Ibis locations around CDG, and I would recommend those locations before this budget site.

Easy to reach once you have contacted the hotel for the shuttle bus, close to the airport. Room size perfect for 1-3 pax. Essential amenities provided in the room. Excellent customer service from the gentleman at the reception.

Arrived late night. Actually 3.00 am. Staff ready welcome even at that time. Friendly and helpful staff. Room is perfect and you get everything you need for a short stay. Good breakfast. If you need to go Paris, you need to get a busy or hotel shuttle to Airport and you get trains

Very basic hotel with minimal amenities. As expected rooms and showers are tiny. Good for overnight stays between flights but nothing else really

I chose the hotel because of the location and price - not expensive stay and near the airport for the flight next morning. Also, the hotel offers shuttle service to Terminal 3 CDG airport at EUR 4. Simply scan the QR code at the reception desk to make a reservation. (Other terminals can be accessed by free inter-terminal shuttle CDGVAL)
The check-in was fast and invoice was ready at check-in, making check-out fast the next day. There was no room key, but codes to enter the room.
The shower and toilet in the room was spacious and bed was comfortable. It would've been great if there were a hair dryer in the room.

Very, very basic hotel for just sleeping. Don't expect any service, any amenities. The bed is just enough, room needs to be repainted amd refurbished, good location near airport and fair of Villepointe.

Hotel room was clean. But I'd appreciate if more toiletries can be included in the room. The room had only hand/body/face wash (all in one kind of wash). Hotel staff was good. They helped me in booking a taxi and understand other things. There was no language barrier. They can speak English. However, I was carrying 2 heavy luggage of 20 kg each, there was no assistance provided. (Keeping in mind that in India, some guy from the hotel staff carries your luggage from the car, straight to your room). But there is an elevator. So you can help yourself. But I think someone from the hotel staff should help with heavy luggage. WiFi worked well inside the room. Breakfast was good.
