Mercure Paris Roissy Charles de Gaulle in Roissy

I wish I could rate this hotel a zero! The rooms are nice and spacious, the receptionists were exceptional 👌 and very friendly. Our issue was at the restaurant! Our flight got canceled by Air France, and they booked us into this low-budget hotel. The restaurant staff was very rude and refused to listen to any requests we had. We had a voucher from the airline, and the dude said all they could offer us for dinner was lasagna. We asked him for a menu, which he refused to provide. I told him my kids and I had food allergies and we don't eat diary. All he did was walk away after collecting our meal vouchers. The other waitress tried to provide another option of fish and chips, but she needed the approval of the manager who refused to listen to us. Overall experience was horrible! My kids were tired after waiting at the airport for over 6 hours trying to rebook another flight. Then we had to face another terrible experience at the hotel again.
