The ReMIX Hotel

We read a number of reviews about the location of this hotel that indicated there are around it was not safe. We chose it to be close to the venue we were attending a concert at. We took advice and paid attention to our surroundings, left our important documents in our room, and traveled in our small group of 3 people. We had ZERO trouble with safety at this location. We walked the half block to the subway and the several blocks to the venue and saw very few homeless folks (who bothered NO ONE) and felt safe at all times. The hotel staff arranged our taxi service when we needed it and it was a very pleasant place to stay. Of course, young women traveling alone should be diligent about their safety but, we made sure to stay in well lit areas with lots of people and had no problem. Will stay again when we travel back to Paris.

Comfortable Hotel with nice breakfast and kind service

Check in was simple, hotel very well located within 30 seconds from metro exit. Room facilities basic but not bad for price we paid. Only marked down because shower and bath had poor water temperature. It was either too cold for a nice bath or when having a shower, would burst out scalding water a few seconds every 1 minute, making it a very uncomfortable affair...
