I strongly don’t recommend this hotel it is so far from the center and it doesn’t deserve 4 start hotel.
Location: super safe. a little far out of the city, but you get almost anywhere within 30 min with a close by metro station.
Service and hotel: loved our spacious junior suite room! shower was a little small though as compared to the entire room but was ok for us. had a super large chrome cast TV which was perfect for us to relax before bed. Didn’t engage with the employees much but they were super nice during check in and check out.
December 18, 2024: I booked a room.
January 23, 2025: The hotel charged $107.72 USD from my bank account.
January 28, 2025: When I arrived at the hotel, I was charged the full amount of €233.25 again.
I have tried to contact the hotel multiple times via email and Instagram to request a refund for the initial charge, but I have received no response. This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. I hope they address this issue soon, but for now, I cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers.
