My two night stay at this hotel somehow exceeded my expectations. The reception area is a bit unusual ... but in a good way. The room is bigger than most in Paris. The neighborhood is safe, although a bit far from the city.

Very good view from 8th floor restaurant! Near metro , only about 5 minutes walking distance! Very helpful and supportive staff! They helped us keep my wedding flower well from express! I can enjoy an unforgettable moment in Paris!

Booked the beautiful junior suite and no regrets at all! Got a beautiful panoramic view of the expo.
Location: super safe. a little far out of the city, but you get almost anywhere within 30 min with a close by metro station.
Service and hotel: loved our spacious junior suite room! shower was a little small though as compared to the entire room but was ok for us. had a super large chrome cast TV which was perfect for us to relax before bed. Didn’t engage with the employees much but they were super nice during check in and check out.

I had a very disappointing experience with Hotel Luxor in Paris regarding my reservation and payment.
December 18, 2024: I booked a room.
January 23, 2025: The hotel charged $107.72 USD from my bank account.
January 28, 2025: When I arrived at the hotel, I was charged the full amount of €233.25 again.
I have tried to contact the hotel multiple times via email and Instagram to request a refund for the initial charge, but I have received no response. This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. I hope they address this issue soon, but for now, I cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers.

The room (number 61) is not in good shape and needs painting. The internet in the room is so slow that it is unusable. The room is not accessible from the elevator. The room is in the upper floor of the building and the ceiling is very low. You have to crouch to get to some areas of the room because of the low ceiling.

Room was bigger for Europe. It was just a bit far from things but it was nice to see the Eiffel Tower at night on the rooftop.
