Beautiful room with a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower, five-star-plus breakfast, and high-level restaurant.
The concierge managed to get tickets for a long sold-out exhibition – simply priceless!
Thank you for making my weekend truly unforgettable.
That said, the room was in poor condition, the curtains were stained and several fixtures were broken. While we sincerely appreciate the team’s swift action and thoughtful service recovery, this should ideally not occur at the price point and standard of a 5-star hotel.
Thanks to the team’s dedication and positive attitude, we left with a much better impression than we otherwise might have. The property itself, however, is showing its age and would greatly benefit from refurbishment to reflect the same excellence as the people who run it.

Our stay was amazing from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located, but what truly made it exceptional was the service especially from Alessandra, the manager. She was warm, professional, and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. Her personal touch made all the difference. We’ll definitely be back!
