The hotel facilities are bright and simple, the front desk staff is warm and friendly, and assisted with some work that is not part of the reception. I am very grateful to her. At the same time, the check-in and check-out process is also very fast.

The hotel is a few steps away from the train station and the old town. The Jeanne d'Arc Tower, the Rouen Museum of Fine Arts, and the Cathedral Museum are all within easy reach. The hotel's affiliated bar may sometimes knock on the door of the room in the afternoon to offer drinks, cheese, marshmallows, etc. I encountered this once during my 2-night stay. The rooms are spacious, with dry and wet separations, and bathrobes and simple slippers are provided. I had a good impression of Radiossion, such as the one in Etret, which pays attention to the needs of guests, but the one in Rouen ignored the needs of guests when booking, resulting in a delay in check-in. Although the emperor's daughter has no trouble getting married, she should also pay attention to brand and quality.

The time we originally planned to pick up our luggage at the hotel became 10 minutes, and SNCF refused to reschedule. In the end, we could only try our luck to see if the hotel front desk could take our luggage to the train station (although the hotel is only a 4-minute walk from the train station). The lady at the front desk agreed directly and waited for us at the station. I was really touched! And she didn't want any tip I gave her. I think this is the highest level of service in the hotel industry.

Good location near train station in Rouen. Love the hotel which is just next to the Rouen Tower, historical site. Love the sweets and candies and the fruits infused wster which is complimentary. Not forgetting the apples too. Front desk staff are friendly and very helpful.

The hotel is very close to the train station, which allows you to leave your things and walk for an extra day, delicious breakfast and a good view from the window

The room is large, the breakfast is good, there is an underground parking lot, and it is very convenient to pull the luggage to the room. When you open the curtains of the east window, you can see the Jeanne d'Arc Tower, and it is within walking distance to the attractions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one-night stay at Radisson Blu Rouen Centre. The room, 604, was very comfortable and clean with an excellent view over the old town from the very generous balcony. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable; we had the great pleasure of being checked in by Quentin. The breakfast was so good and the breakfast room so comfortable, we ended up staying there for almost two hours. We ate out in the evening but the hotel menu looked very reasonable.

I regret to say that our experience at Radisson was mediocre, falling far below the expectations we had based on the brand's reputation.
Firstly, we were charged a deposit that was different from what was mentioned on Booking.com, and no clear explanation was provided for the discrepancy. The staff was unapproachable and lacked empathy or enthusiasm for their work, which made the entire stay feel cold and impersonal.
To add to the frustration, our room access card did not work. We had to return to the reception to have it reactivated, even though we ensured it was not kept near a mobile phone or any other interfering device.
One particular receptionist, whose name I unfortunately did not catch, was impolite and told us we had to pay €5 for a pair of slippers. This raises the question: has Radisson lowered its standards to a 3-star or 4-star experience now?
On a positive note, the following day, a different staff member was much more empathetic and genuinely tried to improve what was left of our stay. However, the damage was already done, and it was hard to overlook the initial disappointments.
I sincerely hope that Radisson takes this feedback seriously and improves its service to meet the standards expected of such a renowned brand.

One of the best hotels in Rouen, a few minutes walk from the train station. Very convenient to all the check-in spots. The breakfast is very rich, and the overall feeling is homely. I will stay there next time.
