We thoroughly enjoyed our one-night stay at Radisson Blu Rouen Centre. The room, 604, was very comfortable and clean with an excellent view over the old town from the very generous balcony. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable; we had the great pleasure of being checked in by Quentin. The breakfast was so good and the breakfast room so comfortable, we ended up staying there for almost two hours. We ate out in the evening but the hotel menu looked very reasonable.

I regret to say that our experience at Radisson was mediocre, falling far below the expectations we had based on the brand's reputation.
Firstly, we were charged a deposit that was different from what was mentioned on Booking.com, and no clear explanation was provided for the discrepancy. The staff was unapproachable and lacked empathy or enthusiasm for their work, which made the entire stay feel cold and impersonal.
To add to the frustration, our room access card did not work. We had to return to the reception to have it reactivated, even though we ensured it was not kept near a mobile phone or any other interfering device.
One particular receptionist, whose name I unfortunately did not catch, was impolite and told us we had to pay €5 for a pair of slippers. This raises the question: has Radisson lowered its standards to a 3-star or 4-star experience now?
On a positive note, the following day, a different staff member was much more empathetic and genuinely tried to improve what was left of our stay. However, the damage was already done, and it was hard to overlook the initial disappointments.
I sincerely hope that Radisson takes this feedback seriously and improves its service to meet the standards expected of such a renowned brand.

This was a comfortable room in a prime location to walk through historic landmarks.
My wife accidentally left her diamond earrings in the room during checkout, but the staff called, and we returned and picked them up. Honesty is appreciated

Absolutely the best hotel on our holiday Brittany, Ireland, Normandy (and we have been to many!!). It really does feel like a "pacha". The best rooms. Super modern but stylish. Never seen a TV with chromecast and the ability to attach your own hdmi dongle. Enormous and very comfortable bed. With 4 pillows. USB sockets everywhere. Coffee and tea. Beautiful bathroom with lighted mirror and TV sound (in the bathroom) to keep you company. Breakfast... Luxury. Everything and more. Needless to list everything... You will find all sorts of sweet and savory dishes. All top quality. Very smiling and friendly staff. Including the lovely Lucy who helped me get a room with a bathroom. Highly recommended and will definitely be staying here again when we return to Normandy. ❤️🌺

We had a great experience here. It is a beautiful hotel with a great location and a fantastic breakfast. The staff are very friendly and professional. Special thanks to Lucy; we booked online but didn’t realise our confirmation never arrived. At the end of the hotel they showed that our booking had been declined and although the hotel was full, Lucy spoke to her manager and got us a room. She really went the extra mile for us and we really appreciate it! We highly recommend this hotel.

Great experience at the Radisson blu. Had a great night and then a real "continental" breakfast. I've been to many hotels but nothing close to what they offer here for breakfast. Parking for one night is a bit expensive. If I remember well it was around 18 euros. Parked on the street overnight and paid 1-2 euros in the morning. Modern hotel with a nice bathroom, separate toilet and a comfortable bed. We would like to stay another two nights. I highly recommend 👌🏻

We stopped in for a one night stay in September and were very pleasantly surprised. The front desk staff was very friendly and accomodating. We had a "family" room which was a regulary room with an adjoining bedroom (no bath). Worked great for our needs. The bathroom was large but the sink was massive leaving no counter space making it a challenge for 2 females to get ready. The location was perfect and we would definately stay again.

This hotel is fantastic.
We have stayed in many Radisson Blu hotels. But they weren't like this one.
All the staff here are so friendly and really approachable.
Our room had plenty of space. It was super clean with a big shower and the essential tea and coffee facilities.
We arrived late in the afternoon, and we were asked if we would like to make a reservation for dinner, which we did, and we were glad we did.
The food was amazing so much so we ate there the next evening too. All the restaurant staff looked like they enjoyed their job and they all spoke good English.
We were relieved to see a secure garage. Which was a bonus for us, as we were travelling by motorbike.
If we ever find ourselves back in this area, we will definitely be staying here.

Very impressed. A very comfortable spacious room, with plenty of facilities such as ironing board/iron, UK channels on TV and excellent well lit shower room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant and bar were also good. Parking underneath although quite tight if you have a large car.
