Always in demand, best price/quality/location option!!!
Affordable accomodation, with nice staff
Everything was totally fine vor the low price.
Good clean place 15 minutes walk from La Petite France
I believe for the price this is an OK-ish hotel; however, would not recommend it for spring/summer; the rooms are very hot, and they don't even have ventilators to help cope the heat! Staff were very friendly and supportive! I will most likely not come back to the hotel though.
Had stayed in a renewed deluxe apartment room with a comfortable bed and clean, there is a kitchen, fridge and sink. The bathroom was refurbished and clean with free toiletries. The sound proof from the room towards the trains and traffic is acceptable. I strongly recommend to use their private parking facilities, cuz neighbouring is not looking safe. The breakfast was okay, but overpriced for its...

Hotel is a certain walking distance from train station but it is not far from old town. Double room is small and air conditioning is poor. Buffet breakfast is good.
Geç check-in yapma esnasında rezervasyonunuz bulunmamakta diyerek beni bir süre strese sokmuslardi.
The room was clean, the staff at the reception was kind and breakfast was good.
It basically is a good experience and the breakfast was great. However it is really not convenient for Asian travelers that there is no kettle in the room. I suggest the hotel to get some kettles if the customer requests.
It is just about the cost you paid and what you get  Not too bad but won’t comment as nice  It is just very simple accommodation
Great location! The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and tidy. However, there was no kettle.Great location! The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and tidy. However, there was no kettle.

Great location close to the central train station and public transit. Hotel staff was friendly and spoke good English. We enjoyed the on site fitness center. Rooms were a good size as well.
Amazing place. The rooms were verey clean and very neat. The service was good as well. We required an iron and it was immediately given to us. It is a bit far from the city but not a dealbreaker as the train station is only 2mins from the hotel and it takes around 3mins to arrive at the city center. Totally recommended 👍
We stayed in the Origami Hotel during our family trip in Europe. The hotel was very clean, stylish, staff were very friendly and professional. The lady who checked us in was amazing and very helpful. The family room was great option for 5 people. Thank you.
I had a very nice stay at this hotel. Clem and the team were able to accommodate several special requests, sometimes at the last minute. This made a huge difference to our stay. There are several vegan options at breakfast which is very helpful when traveling in France. An addition of vegan butter, cream cheese or hummus would be really nice in addition to the nice selection that's already provided
Nice hotel, clean, modern and so easy to get to on the tram. Really convenient. I do wish the room came with a mini fridge though...this is the main reason why I book Airbnbs instead of hotels!
the hotel is situated in a quiet residential area a few mins from the station and a couple of metro stops from the centre of Strasbourg. Quiet clean nicely decorated rooms with very helpful staff. Would definitely stay again. My husband had a full breakfast and we had the express option (3 pastries and a drink each) and the only suggestion i would make is to allow a family to sit together to enjoy...

Just opposite the Strasbourg station, there are lockers for luggage, which is very convenient. Good service, good breakfast quality, high overall CP value, recommended
The location of the hotel is very convenient for tourists who travel by train and bring large suitcases. It is only 100 meters away from the railway station. The hotel is very clean and tidy, but the room rate is too small and there is almost no space to turn around. It is more suitable for single occupancy.
The ultimate in rudeness It wasn't cheap, but the room was too small and the staff all seemed to ignore me The door was automatic, but it didn't open at night, so I had to ring the bell to check and open the door They were blocking the front of the door and doing construction, so I had to go around a lot I asked if there was a back door, but they kept saying the same thing
Location of the hotel is strategic as I was looking for a hotel near the train station as I didn’t wanna haul my two big heavy suitcases further than that, and for that I had a next train to catch near noon time. While the room and the bathroom were not big, they were sufficient. Other than that, there was not a lot of other facilities to mention. The reception staffs could have put on more friendly...
Good location and have a nice breakfast
I often choose Le Grand Hotel near the train station, and this one did not disappoint me at all! The service is very warm and professional, the room is reasonably furnished and comfortable, and the bathroom is of high quality. The most noteworthy thing is that the hotel is equipped with a luggage storage locker with a password!

Smooth and easy check in experience. Decent buffet breakfast
Nice place but a bit far away from the city center.
Good price, clean hotel and average room size. A bit far out from the city center and train station but the price is attractive.
The hotel inot in the center but it is beautiful and clean. Staff is also good.
location is close enough to walk to key spots, clean and reasonably sized rooms and they serve a hearty breakfast. Only thing they can improve are the towels that need replacements already.

We had a wonderful experience thanks to the excellent service. The staff went above and beyond by preparing breakfast for us very early in the morning before our train departure, which we truly appreciated. Everyone was extremely friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about our needs. The room was comfortable and clean, with a brand-new carpet that made it feel fresh and welcoming. Highly recommended...
We arrived late by train, so the hotel was ideal for us. Hotels on or near the Grand Île are expensive, and this was the case here. The room was quite spacious and comfortable, albeit minimal - no cupboards/drawers and no safe. The lighting was not good, in particular with the bathroom being illuminated only by a mirror. However, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was well serviced, very clean...
perfect location right outside the center station and within easy reach to the old town on foot. Personally we didnt request for a room with view and we didnt expect it at all consider we pay for the cheapest room type but we were given the room with amazing view to the strasbourg notre dame, amazing view. Checkin process was super speedy, perfect for us after long flight. Room was nicely cleaned compared...
The hotel is located right next to the train station and yet very quiet. We arrived in the night via a train and only had to walk 3 mins with our luggage. The breakfast selection is good with local fresh produce and the rooms are clean. The only downside was that we didnt receive much information from the reception. For example we only learnt that there was a swimming pool nearby when we checked out
Absolutely loved my stay here! The reception staff were incredibly warm, kind, and helpful — they really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Every interaction felt genuine and professional, and they handled everything with a smile. The hospitality deserves a full 5 stars — smooth check-in, helpful local tips, and a friendly atmosphere from start to finish. Location is perfect right by the...

Great location and friendly staff. Would stay again!
Wonderful room designs and great amenities. Location is wonderful and you are pretty much 10 min walk from most of the attractions.
The kitchen was well equipped and I would definitely like to stay here again. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful.
Perfect location right in the city center. All sights and many restaurants within walking distance. Parking on site at a good price. Great service
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Citadines Kléber Strasbourg, and I can confidently say that it exceeded all my expectations. From its prime location to its impeccable cleanliness and exceptional service, this flat hotel is a true gem.
The room is comfortable. I like the clothes rack behind the bathroom the most. All the clothes I change can be dried in one night. It's relatively close to the cathedral. We went there twice in one morning. It was so spectacular.

Basic hotel with good location Average hotel with average service. The room was basic with a nice bed. It was quiet and you can make it dark, so you could get a nice sleep there. Double room was ok for one person, but with two persons it would have been a bit too tight. No water kettle or a fridge, but you could get some boiled water from the restaurant downstairs. Good room, basic but fine for a night. Area around hotel was noisy in the evening
It was clean and very comfortable.
Friendly and welcoming staff. Hotel is in a great location and rooms are clean and updated. We stayed here over the holiday and had a fabulous experience. The rooms have USB outlets so if you forgot your converters you are okay. Breakfast was also good. Hotel is connected to the mall for easy access to shopping and other amenities. I recommend this place!
Good location, tasty breakfast, okay Hotel Hôtel is well located. Worked well for visiting the Christmas markets. Our room was very small. It was hard to move around the bed. A very warm welcome and helpful suggestions. The availability of hot drinks was much appreciated at -4 degrees Celsius. Breakfast was a special treat with a very diverse buffet, attractive tableware, and attentive service. The room for three adults was comfortable, and the separate toilet was a real plus. The location in town made it easy to explore on foot. A very pleasant stay. Highly recommended
The hotel is located on the edge of the old town, with most attractions within walking distance. The breakfast was very thoughtful, and the staff were very friendly; one staff member even went to get me sanitary napkins from a colleague in the middle of the night – I was very grateful. We were staying in the annex. Tiny room with no way to open the window wide, no air conditioning, with a constant, nagging noise from the pipes. Impossible to sleep. Not only should it not be rented in...

Small French hotel. Meaning micro room. :) Staff were very nice and helpful, breakfast was ok. Do eat the scrambled egg, disaster. Other that that, nice.
Great little hotel. Superb location, very friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Great value for money. When I got back to the room, the trash hadn't even been emptied, which makes me wonder about the overall cleaning process. Wasn't I informed about public transportation options despite my request?
A good location in between the old town and European Parliament, with both within walking distance. Not a lot of food in the area in the summer, as many places were closed for holidays or closed early/opened late. However, the hotel itself was clean and quiet with standard amenities. The area is also very safe.
The hotel is lovely, comfortable to sleep in, near the park, you can walk and relax. It is about 1,500 meters from the city, but you can walk comfortably.
Still a quiet location! Located in a safe neighborhood, not too far from the city center! It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the city center, and there are two tram stops 2-3 minutes away.
The hotel is located very close to the city center, and is a short walk to major attractions and the train station. The hotel is very spacious and clean, making it suitable for two people.

The room was so small for the price we paid! Bathroom was also tiny and water pressure was so low. When I asked if they gave us the right room they insisted but I felt it was not the room I booked . Location was good opp the central station.
Very good location and clean room.
From the review of others, I was quite worried that the shower of the bathroom would be separated from the rest part of the bathroom only by a curtain, not even reaching the floor, making the floods all over. I was also worried about the water temperature of the shower. Luckily, non of my worries happened, since we were assigned a room facing the street. The water pressure of the shower was low as...
Hotel is conveniently located near the train station! Everything was good! Thomas was very friendly too, and provided good service during our 2 nights stay! Only down side was there is no fridge and kettle! But overall still good!

Everything good! Very quite, good location, lovely service.
Good location -5 to 10 minutes from station The room is abit dark and small for standard room but the customer service is good. They will provide small welcome gift for every booking
Overall, the hotel met expectations. It's a budget option, but everything is clean and tidy. It's close to the train station. The only downside is that my windows overlooked a street with a tram. It's also noisy on that street until late at night. With the windows closed, the noise is practically nonexistent, but you can hear the tram. Next time I'm in Strasbourg, I'll stay here again.
Good location. convenience to travel due to proximity to metro and train stations. Good for a night stay.
The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the train station. The front desk is very good, there is a supermarket next to it, and it is very close to the scenic spots of Petite France and convenient to go to churches, etc. It is relatively quiet at night and the windows are well soundproofed.

Do not be scared of the horrid reviews online. While it's not the nicest hostel I have stayed in, it's certainly okay for the price. Our room was clean and the bathroom was okay as well
Despite these negative reviews in the past, I honestly would like to give a five stars (given the value we paid) . The room we had was a great sized superior studio, matching what we expected.
