Hotel is a certain walking distance from train station but it is not far from old town. Double room is small and air conditioning is poor. Buffet breakfast is good.

The room was clean, the staff at the reception was kind and breakfast was good.

It basically is a good experience and the breakfast was great. However it is really not convenient for Asian travelers that there is no kettle in the room. I suggest the hotel to get some kettles if the customer requests.

It is just about the cost you paid and what you get  Not too bad but won’t comment as nice  It is just very simple accommodation

location is close enough to walk to key spots, clean and reasonably sized rooms and they serve a hearty breakfast. Only thing they can improve are the towels that need replacements already.

Great location close to the central train station and public transit. Hotel staff was friendly and spoke good English. We enjoyed the on site fitness center. Rooms were a good size as well.

Amazing place. The rooms were verey clean and very neat. The service was good as well. We required an iron and it was immediately given to us. It is a bit far from the city but not a dealbreaker as the train station is only 2mins from the hotel and it takes around 3mins to arrive at the city center. Totally recommended 👍

I had a very nice stay at this hotel. Clem and the team were able to accommodate several special requests, sometimes at the last minute. This made a huge difference to our stay. There are several vegan options at breakfast which is very helpful when traveling in France. An addition of vegan butter, cream cheese or hummus would be really nice in addition to the nice selection that's already provided

Nice hotel, clean, modern and so easy to get to on the tram. Really convenient. I do wish the room came with a mini fridge though...this is the main reason why I book Airbnbs instead of hotels!

the hotel is situated in a quiet residential area a few mins from the station and a couple of metro stops from the centre of Strasbourg. Quiet clean nicely decorated rooms with very helpful staff. Would definitely stay again. My husband had a full breakfast and we had the express option (3 pastries and a drink each) and the only suggestion i would make is to allow a family to sit together to enjoy...

The room was so small for the price we paid! Bathroom was also tiny and water pressure was so low. When I asked if they gave us the right room they insisted but I felt it was not the room I booked . Location was good opp the central station.

From the review of others, I was quite worried that the shower of the bathroom would be separated from the rest part of the bathroom only by a curtain, not even reaching the floor, making the floods all over. Hotel is conveniently located near the train station! Everything was good! Thomas was very friendly too, and provided good service during our 2 nights stay! Only down side was there is no fridge and kettle! But overall still good!

Room and bed were all a little smaller than expected and the bathroom was freezing, but the vibe of the hotel was amazing. After we finished with the christmas markets we just sat in the hotels dinning area and enjoyed complementary hot cider and snacks/treats until we were ready to turn in for the night.

Only two observations: - too much vegetables on the wall (outside).... attract insects in the rooms.... - maybe it should be a little better promoted ... it*s a question... The services are very good and the staff are the 20+ note (high class)!

Very basic hotel. Small rooms and bathrooms, thin beds, minimal facilities. Lots of noise from the corridor and street. Also has a weird system where you need to hand in your keys every time you leave the building, which feels very weird for security.

Alright hotel. We choose a small room so that's what we got. In the brochure laying in the room it said that everything is sound proof, but our door had a 5 centimeter gap between the bottom and the floor. Tiny bathroom with no side to move around in the shower. The room needs maintenance. The elevator is also tiny which makes it Awkward to use it with other people. Had a very nice stay here. Staff was super helpful (recommended good restaurants and helped us book). Lovely room and decor—very warm (got sick of other cold “modern” minimalist hotels). Nice walk to the city and parking was fairly easy. Lovely bath tub :)

Great hotel which is only 10 mins walk from the main sights. Lovely rooms which are well maintained. Great breakfast with a good selection of cereal, pastries etc. Lastly, very friendly staff with nothing being too much trouble. If back in Strasbourg it will be my first choice of places to stay.

During the day a grumpy old dude...so better wait for some service in the evening 🤣 parking across the streets but despite booking.com telling otherwise it is not included. Parking cost 15 euro for a day.

The hotel is well located downtown. The room are basic and pretty small but it's OK if you want to spend most of the time out in Strasbourg. The receptionist in night time has been very nice and helpful!

If you feel lost when you are waiting for the madeleines in the shop in the left of the hotel then the cakes and tea in this hotel is the things you are deserved for. The tea room is warm and nice. The cakes are the best (apparently they are made by a famous patisserie in the town). The service is great too.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Strasbourg, delicious breakfast. Rooms small but cosy with good cathedral views. Hotel is very quiet although not far from cathedral square. Old building with steep stairs and a small elevator, not suitable for wheelchairs. Beautiful open-air patio for breakfast or a cake in the afternoon. Rooms are also in the building at the corner.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Citadines Kléber Strasbourg, and I can confidently say that it exceeded all my expectations. From its prime location to its impeccable cleanliness and exceptional service, this flat hotel is a true gem.

The room is comfortable. I like the clothes rack behind the bathroom the most. All the clothes I change can be dried in one night. It's relatively close to the cathedral. We went there twice in one morning. It was so spectacular.

The breakfast is poor don't worth to. Better go to nearby coffee place. Almost no hot food and the service is limited. The room is small but well organized. The best is it location and friendly staff.

I had a very nice experience at this hotel. The room was just the right size for a hotel located in the middle of the city, close to the train station and the historical center. The bed was very comfortable and overall everything was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and the local wine which I received as a welcome drink was very good.

Very nice hotel. Lovely receptionists and a nice and clean room very close to the train station. There was a large and modern Samsung Smart TV also. It would have been 5/5 if not for a problem with not being able to turn off the heater and a malfunctioning bathroom fan.
