I had a very nice stay at this hotel. Clem and the team were able to accommodate several special requests, sometimes at the last minute. This made a huge difference to our stay. There are several vegan options at breakfast which is very helpful when traveling in France. An addition of vegan butter, cream cheese or hummus would be really nice in addition to the nice selection that's already provided
Nice hotel, clean, modern and so easy to get to on the tram. Really convenient. I do wish the room came with a mini fridge though...this is the main reason why I book Airbnbs instead of hotels!
the hotel is situated in a quiet residential area a few mins from the station and a couple of metro stops from the centre of Strasbourg. Quiet clean nicely decorated rooms with very helpful staff. Would definitely stay again. My husband had a full breakfast and we had the express option (3 pastries and a drink each) and the only suggestion i would make is to allow a family to sit together to enjoy...
Good hotel , nicely situated , very friendly staff. Free parking walkable distance, but also very convenient when using P rotonde. With the parking ticket 1-7 persons can use the public transport for a round trip same day €4,70 . Only flaw I found was no minibar in the room (4* hotel), only by paying extra.
Nice hotel 2,5 Km from the city center. There isn't refrigerator in the rooms. They dont accept foods to their refrigeratosrs if it is necessary for someone
Is exemplary for 4th grade. The friendly approach to the reception, the service shown by the employees, forethought in all the details inside the rooms, in the bathroom, in the hallways and stairs, decoration at the entrance for Catholic Easter. All objects have an aesthetic point of view. One of the fastest check-ins I've ever done to a hotel.

Loved it, brilliant location, kids welcome pack very appreciated. Staff extremely nice. Shame we could not try the restaurant as it required a credit card reservation and would have been charged if not cancelled within 24 hours
I had a most relaxing stay at this hotel. The team were all welcoming from the moment I walked in. I was in the Imperial Suite and found it met my expectations. I appreciated the welcome wine, fruit and pastries. The concierge team were excellent, they booked us 3 restaurants and were extremely helpful. I was sorry to leave!
We were greated so warmly. The room was fabulous and not one detail was overlooked. My husband was so very happy (the drink coasters are such a plus, I tried to buy them online!) The location could not have been better. Our stay was fabulous.
Beautiful location and centrally located. The hotel and the staff are lovely. The decor is dated and needs a refurb but the hotel was great and facilities were good.
Very basic for 4 stars. Small rooms and I had to send 4 mails to get an invoice. The rooms are really really claustrophobic.
Very nice hotel, friendly staff, nice location. We are family of 4, include 2 small kids. And the room is decent sized and clean.

This hotel is in a perfect spot. There were a lot of Asian restaurants nearby and everything was within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again. I was also able to check in early. Maybe it was just Luck.
Super service and good location. Everything is within walking distance and being able to park the car in the garage was super.
Stayed for 5 nights, one bedroom apartment (603). The windows are small and a bit high, make me feel a bit claustrophobic. No AC (2 fans), I should have read the description more carefully. The room design was hazardous (maybe it’s just this room): space is tight between the bed and the closet (danger at night when going to the bathroom) and the electric box is so close to the kitchen sink, my husband...

Very friendly and professional front desk staff. They gave us excellent recommendations on places to explore and eat. The location is great as it's on a quiet street but very close to the tram. The whole area is very walkable. The bar serves great wine. The room was very comfortable and well appointed.
Highly recommended for a stay in Strasbourg. Awesome, very quiet, new and modern hotel. You can reach everything by foot and the main sights in old town are max 10min walking distance away. Front desk very helpful and very nice bar. You can store your luggage convenient in a safe locker room. Parking is discounted for 25€/day in nearby opera parking garage. Two bottles of water and juice included from...
The location was really good. The staff were great at the reception. Stayed two nights and the room was not serviced after the first day, would have been nice for fresh bottled water to be given and for the coffee machine to be topped up. The bed is super hard.
Beautiful hotel in a converted historic building. Staff are friendly and speak English. Although all literature is in French for the most part it is easy to understand. Rooms are minimalist and clean with modern finishes. Really enjoyed our stay. Dog friendly but does not smell or have dog hair everywhere. Really well kept. Even as a dog owner, I would love to stay here again. Parking can be reserved...
It was an absolute pleasure to have stayed at this hotel. The staff were really helpful and kind. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The area is well positioned to local places of interest. The breakfast is really good too! The vibes at night are also cool as it seems like many locals frequent the place for dates and good times. What can I say it was just perfect!
Perfect location, impeccable service. Everybody is so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fantastic. decoration of the bar area and patio is superb. Strongly recommend for your trip to Strasbourg

Great hotel … but…. Fantastic and friendly staff, great location, clean and fab views with cool music in the evenings… But The breakfast sucks, we got a refund for 1 of our breakfast, as a couple, it was dire! The pasties were all stale bar a couple of fresh chocolat au pain! This is France!!! Aren’t their pastries supposed to be the best??? When I complained I was told repeatedly that they were fresh...
Excellent 4* close to Strasborg centre. Helpful staff, clean comfortable communal areas. The rooms are super quiet and air conditioned. Hot powerful showers, kettle, coffee maker, hairdryer and fridge in rooms. Really close to a large shopping centre and supermarket for everything you need. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
Great modern rooms and facilities. Dog fee is 20 Euro per night (which is very extreme so we will look for another hotel next time) and parking for 2 days was 32 EUR. But the hotel itself was superb. Big rooms. Great pillows. Quite hards beds though. Great black out curtains. Very clean and modern shower. I recommend anyone without a pet to stay here!
It is beyond my expectation. Arrived late and got warm welcoming from the staff. Great room with amazing view and coffee machine. Great location! Great bar ambience with delicious cocktails. The fitness area is also nice with view! Worth the price! We enjoyed our stay there!
The hotel was nicely decorated, and the staff were friendly. The room was big and cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping cleaned every day, which was greatly appreciated. The only bad thing about the room was that there was no privacy in the bathroom. If you wanted to take a shower, there was no way to do so without your roommate seeing you. If you're a couple, this isn't a problem, but...
Despite checking in rather late the check in process was fast without any headache. The staff were super friendly. The room was clean and had a marginally good view. I decided to go to the bar near the lobby and the bartender was amazing. He reminded me of the movie, “Cocktail” with his bartending skills. I believe he made a coffee martini. It was wonderful and really made my stay wonderful. Breakfast...

Beautiful, small, well-kept and familiar hotel at a fair price. A little out of the way, but in a quiet area. Good parking facilities. The city center can be easily reached on foot in 30 minutes. Exceptionally tasty breakfast.
Boutique Hotel des XV in Strasbourg is a highly recommended option for those seeking to stay a bit further away from the city centre. Fantastic stay! Room was spotlessly clean, bed and linens were very comfortable and nice sized bathroom with rainfall shower. Air conditioning was easily up to American standards. The pool/spa area was wonderful and much needed after a week of travel. Be prepared to pay 9 euro per person and book in advance, but this was no problem. I would not say that the pool is child oriented, but great for couples...
Great rooms and reception very nice. Food was ok although we had to wait for replenishment. Checkout time was fair, 12 pm, contrary of some others that asks 10.30 or 11. Had to reserve parking space in advance, strongly recommend this. I would recommend it
Really enjoyed our stay! One the of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff was really kind and helpful. I think it’s a high end hotel at a good price. Flawless, or at least as close to flawless that I have gotten with a hotel. Complimentary breakfast in the morning is excellent. Staff are responsive for both scheduled and unexpected matters. I hope to return. 10 minute walk...
Thank you for the mask tester from Staycation_fr. I was surprised.. and happy for the little surprise. The hotel is cute. But they do not provide any toothpaste on the bathroom, (probably available upon request). Love everything, except the toilet (the water wasn’t strong enough compared to our toilet at home in Germany).
Rooms are the typical size for Europe, but very well designed. Excellent location with attentive staff and excellent breakfast. A variety of amenities are offered at additional charge. I would definitely stay here again when in Strasbourg.
We arrived at the hotel 13:30 pm and the receptionist lady with glasses simply told us that we should take the room at 3 without even trying to see if there was possibility to get our room earlier. When we arrived at 3 the room wasn't ready so we had to wait tired enough one more hour without any information at all from reception at least to come at 4! The most inconvenient welcome to hotel.

Bad air conditioner, a bit of draining problem in the tab, no heating in the showroom, all together it was a bit cold in the room. needs renovation. Also poor...
The hotel is ok, but I'm not amazed. It looks quite old and if you look closely you can see that a lot of the stuff should have been replaced a while back. The facilities also feel quite old (swimming pool, changing rooms etc.). It is true that not that many hotels in Strasbourg have them so at least it's something. They have a small fitness studio overlooking the pool and a sauna which I actually...

Lovely hotel but outdated and in need of renovation.
Great service and AMAZING staff!
I had a great experience with this hotel. It's a very beautiful historic building, clean with polite people. Bravo 👏 ! I recommend it for everyone. I rated it with 4 stars because when i purchased some jewels from the showcase, i couldn't pay with credit card because empoyee told me that they accept only cash.
Old hotel in the city centre . Everything is clean . Large rooms .For lovers of antiquity . If the Windows overlook the courtyard, it is quiet, you can sleep well . The price is not expensive for a 4 star . If you compare with other hotels .

Excellent experience for the affordable price (it was on discount on their web). We got the revamped room. It was a but small but at least it was comfortable. It's clean, and the hall smells nice. Staffs were very kind and welcoming!
We booked Ibis Centre Histrorique just a week before our travel dates and its prime location was the primary reason for booking it. The rooms are a little too small but we were visiting in winter and the cozy setting was fine. We faced some issues on the first day (the shower cabin was leaking water etc) but they were very kind and prompt to fix it all within a few hours. Ibis Centre Historique also...
Beds were very comfortable, food was satisfying (not perfect, at least for my taste), really fast and stable Wi-Fi connection. Bedroom and bathroom were absolutely clean and aesthetically looking. Very nice breakfest
Good value for money. Acceptable for short stay: the rooms are small and the bathroom is minimal. The structure is old-ish. Breakfast is good as well as the bar. Not far from the city center, offers free parking outdoor and there is a public underground parking by the hotel at 12 €/day.
Very good value hotel. Breakfast was nice, but basic. No scrambled eggs for example. The room was small, but for a short trip very comfortable. Bathroom is clean, but a bit cramped. IMHO, the bed is totally acceptable, not bad as others said.

A great hotel to use as a base for exploring Strasbourg. The rooms are small but for the area and price that was expected. The beds were comfy and all facilities were clean and comfortable. As to the breakfast, it is absolutely commendable. We have felt such a warm feeling from the wonderful staff. We are looking forward to our next stay here.
They advertise they have a private parking but they mention the parking can fit cars of max height of 1,80 m ONLY AFTER it is too late to cancel the reservation without penalty. Followong this, you can find yourself looking for a parking spot around crouded area, tired after a day of driving. The hotel is partially refurbished with the accent on "partially". The smell of old os still there.
The hotel is nice but nothing special. Also the internet didn't work properly.
What a great hotel! The bed was a little hard and it could have used a few more pillows, but it had air conditioning! The staff there was so great. If you go there be sure to ask for restaurant recommendations. They won't steer you wrong. The breakfast buffet is worth the extra money, so enjoy.
Very very pleased with this hotel. Had everything. Very clean. Will go back.
Bedroom is great and comfy but not too much light. The shower is awesome but you'll get the whole bathroom swamped. Lift is tiny. Parking is useful for a tiny car, as there is no room to turn into the ramps in 1 manoeuvre with a long vehicle.

When it comes to the hotel all went well, polite staff, modern, clean and quite rooms. However the wellness services have dropped massively with 1- the massage offered being one of the worst ever, a waste of time and money (and it came at a high price >€100 per person). 2- the pool was relatively cold vs what one might expect to find at a wellness center. The staff at both the reception and the restaurant were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, our experience was slightly marred by the unusually long wait for our meal, which prevented us from using the spa, though the warm service somewhat compensated for the delay.
