Always in demand, best price/quality/location option!!!
Affordable accomodation, with nice staff
Everything was totally fine vor the low price.
Good clean place 15 minutes walk from La Petite France
I believe for the price this is an OK-ish hotel; however, would not recommend it for spring/summer; the rooms are very hot, and they don't even have ventilators to help cope the heat! Staff were very friendly and supportive! I will most likely not come back to the hotel though.
Had stayed in a renewed deluxe apartment room with a comfortable bed and clean, there is a kitchen, fridge and sink. The bathroom was refurbished and clean with free toiletries. The sound proof from the room towards the trains and traffic is acceptable. I strongly recommend to use their private parking facilities, cuz neighbouring is not looking safe. The breakfast was okay, but overpriced for its...

I stayed in a Deluxe King room for two nights and had a good experience overall. The location was convenient: just a short tram ride from the city center and close to the convention hall. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I also appreciated the tea and coffee facilities. The bar and restaurant were nice places to relax in the evening. The staff was friendly and professional and always...
My stay at the Hilton Strasbourg was overall very pleasant. The location is convenient, close to the European Parliament and with tram access to the city center. The room was clean and comfortable, though a little dated in style. Staff were polite and helpful, and the breakfast had a good variety. A solid choice for a short stay in Strasbourg.
The place is clean, odor-free, with a great view and convenient transportation. However, the hotel has few facilities, mainly the lobby restaurant. There are always groups staying here, probably because it is a favorite of travel agencies.
Hotel very nice and clean. Service great and breakfast good 👍
The location was the only flaws of the hotel. It takes around 15mins tram from the central station. Other than that it was almost perfect
Very good service, and excellent location!

Hotel is a certain walking distance from train station but it is not far from old town. Double room is small and air conditioning is poor. Buffet breakfast is good.
Geç check-in yapma esnasında rezervasyonunuz bulunmamakta diyerek beni bir süre strese sokmuslardi.
The room was clean, the staff at the reception was kind and breakfast was good.
It basically is a good experience and the breakfast was great. However it is really not convenient for Asian travelers that there is no kettle in the room. I suggest the hotel to get some kettles if the customer requests.
It is just about the cost you paid and what you get  Not too bad but won’t comment as nice  It is just very simple accommodation

The hygiene is OK, and the bed in the room is quite comfortable. The design of the bathroom is a bit strange, but it is no problem to use it. The room is a little small, but the space design is quite reasonable, so it is not a problem to spread out the suitcases. The good thing is that the club has a relatively large business area and lounge area, and you can go in at any time to have some drinks,...
Nice hotel. Enjoyable experience
Modern design, friendly staff, and very convenient location, right next to a tram station. Also, the 14:00 checkout time is very accommodating!
Not so close to the centre by walk. Clean but the atmosphere feels somewhat impersonal and minimalist. Lacks a bit of warmth, also the location.
I really liked it! I stayed there for just one night. It was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. And it has plenty of bars, cafes, and restaurants nearby. I definitely recommend it!
The 24-hour club is simply amazing. We took the 6 o'clock train to Berlin, and went to the club to have a cup of coffee and some snacks before departure. It was really considerate and convenient. Thanks to the service staff of OKKO!

Awful Wi-Fi. SPA doesn’t work. Parking for 30 euros. Never come back.
I didn't try the food here, I don't know if it's good. The light was dark and I didn't like the attic.
It is a very unique hotel. After arriving, staff came to help with luggage and parking. The room is large and the location is very good. It only takes 7 or 8 minutes to walk to Petite France. There are also many good restaurants around.
Very nice hotel in the heart of Strasbourg ideal for visiting and walking. Everything is new and tastefully decorated, it’s an address to remember.
Perfect welcome personal setting Beautiful setting, beautiful address
Super hotel and super centrally located. You can reach everything on foot. The staff is very helpful and friendly. 😊 We had the room "Junior Suite" and it was just perfect. Super much space, very clean and just great. We booked without breakfast as it has a super bakery called "Hanss" 3 minutes walk away. It has a large SPA with pool, hamam and sauna. I stayed for two nights on a solo trip. The hotel is ideally located right next to Place Kléber, and the area was very quiet. However, it's a bit of a walk to the train station, Petite France, and the Cathedral. The room was clean, but the desk is positioned right by the door, making it difficult to enter or exit if the chair is even slightly pulled out. What's more, the chair was quite heavy, making...
The hotel is nice just the rooms need to be refurbished
I absolutely loved my stay at Sofitel! The location is excellent, close to everything. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. I would especially like to thank Karen, who was incredibly kind and attentive with my twins – the kids adored her! I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again. :)
Our team has visited this location multiple times for various business meetings, and each experience has been excellent. Celine, our meeting manager, was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the planning process. The team consistently complimented the hotel and spoke highly of the meeting spaces. It was a smooth and enjoyable experience.
The staff at the hotel is welcoming and always helpful. The location is great for walking to the important sites; one way to the Petite France medieval area, another to the Cathedral. It has about a 10-min walk to/from the train station that is safe and scenic. The restaurant at the hotel is indoor/outdoor and the food is very good. My favorite was the Caesar Salad with very crispy chicken. It was...

We visited Christmas time, good location - tram station is near and it's a short ride to the center. It's convenient if you arrive by car, the hotel has parking. Nice view from our window. The hotel is ok, but I'm not amazed. It looks quite old and if you look closely you can see that a lot of the stuff should have been replaced a while back. The facilities also feel quite old (swimming pool, changing rooms etc.). It is true that not that many hotels in Strasbourg have them so at least it's something. They have a small fitness studio overlooking the pool and a sauna which I actually...

Deserves the four stars, though does not stand out in any way for more than that

A 5star hotel and room have been renovated. Recommended if you stay at Strasbourg.
The hotel is located in the center of the old town of Strasbourg, close to the Christmas market and the big Christmas tree. Great location close to the central train station and public transit. Hotel staff was friendly and spoke good English. We enjoyed the on site fitness center. Rooms were a good size as well.
Amazing place. The rooms were verey clean and very neat. The service was good as well. We required an iron and it was immediately given to us. It is a bit far from the city but not a dealbreaker as the train station is only 2mins from the hotel and it takes around 3mins to arrive at the city center. Totally recommended 👍
We stayed in the Origami Hotel during our family trip in Europe. The hotel was very clean, stylish, staff were very friendly and professional. The lady who checked us in was amazing and very helpful. The family room was great option for 5 people. Thank you.
I had a very nice stay at this hotel. Clem and the team were able to accommodate several special requests, sometimes at the last minute. This made a huge difference to our stay. There are several vegan options at breakfast which is very helpful when traveling in France. An addition of vegan butter, cream cheese or hummus would be really nice in addition to the nice selection that's already provided
Nice hotel, clean, modern and so easy to get to on the tram. Really convenient. I do wish the room came with a mini fridge though...this is the main reason why I book Airbnbs instead of hotels!
the hotel is situated in a quiet residential area a few mins from the station and a couple of metro stops from the centre of Strasbourg. Quiet clean nicely decorated rooms with very helpful staff. Just opposite the Strasbourg station, there are lockers for luggage, which is very convenient. Good service, good breakfast quality, high overall CP value, recommended
The location of the hotel is very convenient for tourists who travel by train and bring large suitcases. It is only 100 meters away from the railway station. The hotel is very clean and tidy, but the room rate is too small and there is almost no space to turn around. It is more suitable for single occupancy.
The ultimate in rudeness It wasn't cheap, but the room was too small and the staff all seemed to ignore me The door was automatic, but it didn't open at night, so I had to ring the bell to check and open the door They were blocking the front of the door and doing construction, so I had to go around a lot I asked if there was a back door, but they kept saying the same thing
Location of the hotel is strategic as I was looking for a hotel near the train station as I didn’t wanna haul my two big heavy suitcases further than that, and for that I had a next train to catch near noon time. While the room and the bathroom were not big, they were sufficient. Other than that, there was not a lot of other facilities to mention. The reception staffs could have put on more friendly...

I often choose Le Grand Hotel near the train station, and this one did not disappoint me at all! We stayed in this hotel for the Christmas season and it was such a delight! Complimentary coffee in the lobby, so cozy for the winter season, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The only disappointing thing was that we didn't stay longer!
Super cute hotel with wonderful stuff. I can't say enough about how wonderful they were and helpful. The location in the city is great too. Very easy to get to and around. Loved the room themes and amenities. Would absolutely stay here again.
Spacious, clean room close to the Christmas markets. However, the bedding (IKEA) and towels (Thin and scratchy)did meet up to our expectations for a €400/night room. Room felt a bit spartan with no rug, just a bare floor.
Cons: wifi disconnects every hour or so and requires active reconnection. It will not auto connect when you return, no fans in the bathroom. Pros: amazing staff, room was nice and large, comfy bed and pillows, large bathroom with a separate toilet area, coffee and tea in reception, chilled wines and other beverages for sale in reception, great location.
This was a lovely boutique hotel in a great location. Walking distance to the old town and you are right amongst the heart of Strasbourg. However, the hotel was still quiet and private. A solid 4-star hotel at best. The location & view from the room is excellent and the amenities - spa, bar and a reputable restaurant - have potential, but the overall experience fell short of the 5-star standard the hotel advertises. Great location, the staff is correct. I have nothing much to say about this place
This is a small, very quaint, but very full of character hotel. Of all the hotels we stayed in, all four or five stars, in a five week trip through Europe, this was my favourite. The bells from the Cathedral ring at 9 am, and that might be a bother - if you stayed a week. But for those three mornings we were there I welcomed it as a call to go exploring this historic city. The elevator, well, no, its...
Excellent Location. Nice accomodation. Small rooms. Labyrinthine. 😊
Amazing view, very comfortable bed and clean room. Also nice breakfast with eggs and croissants. Some might find the morning bells from the cathedral, thin walls or small rooms disturbing, but it was still great for me.
Amazing location, well sized rooms and clean. Good service and facilities for those who are not completely able-bodied. Slightly pricey, breakfasts overpriced (but still nice). The hotel is very well located at the heart of Strasbourg, easy access to all the attractions. However, it looks like the hotel needs some renovation. The carpet, for instance, was very dirty. Great location, very convenient and good sized rooms for family of three. They converted the sofa into single bed for kid and we had a comfortable stay with good space for luggage and everything else. Definitely recommend!
We stayed at Novotel Strasbourg Centre Halles for five nights and chose it mainly for its excellent location. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk to the Christmas markets and roughly 10 minutes to the main train station, which made getting around incredibly convenient. Amazing hotel with very kind staff and many facilities such as sauna, hammam, indoor pool and bar. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Thank you for all. Would definitely recommend. ⭐️
I would have appreciated if the coffee capsules had been free for the duration of the stay and not just upon arrival. But, although this is my second visit, I highly recommend this hotel. And as the saying goes: "never two without three"... See you soon
The hotel has a very nice, clean and cozy spa area which is very well maintained. The rooms are spacious, with enough space to move around freely. What I found lacking were the room toiletries - there is only basic soap provided, no lotion or hair conditioner, and also no paper tissues. Would expect more toiletries provided in a 4 stars hotel. Otherwise all good!

Yes, if you book a regular room, maybe they'll upgrade you to a suite, but I can confirm, the extra for the suite is well worth it.
