I didnt require any service. The bathroom door's lock didnt work and the view wasn't spectacular and we only found one restaurant near by circa 3 kilometers in range of hotel. Otherwise it was good. But not as good as Hilton in other locations as Copenhagen.

Hotel is a certain walking distance from train station but it is not far from old town. Double room is small and air conditioning is poor. Buffet breakfast is good.

It basically is a good experience and the breakfast was great. However it is really not convenient for Asian travelers that there is no kettle in the room. I suggest the hotel to get some kettles if the customer requests.

I absolutely loved my stay at Sofitel! The location is excellent, close to everything. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. I had a most relaxing stay at this hotel. The team were all welcoming from the moment I walked in. I was in the Imperial Suite and found it met my expectations. I appreciated the welcome wine, fruit and pastries. The concierge team were excellent, they booked us 3 restaurants and were extremely helpful. I was sorry to leave!

The hotel is ok, but I'm not amazed. It looks quite old and if you look closely you can see that a lot of the stuff should have been replaced a while back. Amazing place. The rooms were verey clean and very neat. The service was good as well. We required an iron and it was immediately given to us. It is a bit far from the city but not a dealbreaker as the train station is only 2mins from the hotel and it takes around 3mins to arrive at the city center. Totally recommended 👍

I had a very nice stay at this hotel. Clem and the team were able to accommodate several special requests, sometimes at the last minute. This made a huge difference to our stay. There are several vegan options at breakfast which is very helpful when traveling in France. An addition of vegan butter, cream cheese or hummus would be really nice in addition to the nice selection that's already provided

We stayed at the hotel for one night with our two kids. The location was nice, about 15 minutes walking distance to the center. The room was nicely designed and spacious. Unfortunately some of the electric devices were damaged, which could’ve been quite dangerous. Breakfast was ok, too pricey for the selection. The parking across the hotel was 24 euros a night.

We arrived at the hotel 13:30 pm and the receptionist lady with glasses simply told us that we should take the room at 3 without even trying to see if there was possibility to get our room earlier. Hotel is conveniently located near the train station! Everything was good! Thomas was very friendly too, and provided good service during our 2 nights stay! Only down side was there is no fridge and kettle! But overall still good!

Room and bed were all a little smaller than expected and the bathroom was freezing, but the vibe of the hotel was amazing.
