Strasbourg, 7 rue de Molsheim 🧭 Map
Excellent experience for the affordable price (it was on discount on their web). We got the revamped room. It was a but small but at least it was comfortable. It's clean, and the hall smells nice. Staffs were very kind and welcoming!
We booked Ibis Centre Histrorique just a week before our travel dates and its prime location was the primary reason for booking it. The rooms are a little too small but we were visiting in winter and the cozy setting was fine. We faced some issues on the first day (the shower cabin was leaking water etc) but they were very kind and prompt to fix it all within a few hours. Ibis Centre Historique also...
Beds were very comfortable, food was satisfying (not perfect, at least for my taste), really fast and stable Wi-Fi connection. Bedroom and bathroom were absolutely clean and aesthetically looking. Whatsoever, I take 1 star away because rooms were very small and ceilings were too low. For me, an almost 2m tall guy, it wasn't very comforting, since I was afraid to bump my head somewhere. In conclusion...
Good value for money. Acceptable for short stay: the rooms are small and the bathroom is minimal. The structure is old-ish. Breakfast is good as well as the bar. Not far from the city center, offers free parking outdoor and there is a public underground parking by the hotel at 12 €/day.
Very good value hotel. Breakfast was nice, but basic. No scrambled eggs for example. The room was small, but for a short trip very comfortable. Bathroom is clean, but a bit cramped. IMHO, the bed is totally acceptable, not bad as others said.
Good location... high occupancy as a result... however the average price shows average care... corners in rooms dirty... shower rooms have low ceilings and moisture accumulates too much... mold in corners of shower and window sill... twin share is not a mattress but a raton like pad on a twin box... worn carpet and common area cleanliness left much to be considered for presentation... I must say staff...

A good network. Not cheap enough. But the service on top. Well done, keep the brand. Oh yeah, at the reception English speaking young man-very pleasant
Far from the center /you can walk to tram near the hotel/ big rooms clean / the hotel is old but still hilton Big park Nice view Friendly staff
I didnt require any service. The bathroom door's lock didnt work and the view wasn't spectacular and we only found one restaurant near by circa 3 kilometers in range of hotel. Otherwise it was good. But not as good as Hilton in other locations as Copenhagen.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was possible to adjust the hitting temperature. The service was good. It is far enough from the city centre, away from the hustle, but still perfectly connected to it via tram. I recommend this hotel.
Our stay at the spa hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spotless and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The spa area was spacious, well-maintained, and a great place to unwind. We enjoyed the convenience of the location—just a 10-minute drive to the city center. Parking at the hotel was easy and hassle-free. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it for a family...
When it comes to the hotel all went well, polite staff, modern, clean and quite rooms. However the wellness services have dropped massively with 1- the massage offered being one of the worst ever, a waste of time and money (and it came at a high price >€100 per person). 2- the pool was relatively cold vs what one might expect to find at a wellness center. A shame as the hotel’s wellness used to be...
The staff at both the reception and the restaurant were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, our experience was slightly marred by the unusually long wait for our meal, which prevented us from using the spa, though the warm service somewhat compensated for the delay.
Great hotel with a wonderful spa. The location is a bit far from a center for such a price but the friendly staff compensates for that. I would just have liked if the staff had reusable mugs in the rooms and informed us about massages.
Fantastic location and friendly staff. I totally recommended if you are planning to visit the Christmas Market.

Loved it, brilliant location, kids welcome pack very appreciated. Staff extremely nice. Shame we could not try the restaurant as it required a credit card reservation and would have been charged if not cancelled within 24 hours
I had a most relaxing stay at this hotel. The team were all welcoming from the moment I walked in. I was in the Imperial Suite and found it met my expectations. I appreciated the welcome wine, fruit and pastries. The concierge team were excellent, they booked us 3 restaurants and were extremely helpful. I was sorry to leave!
We were greated so warmly. The room was fabulous and not one detail was overlooked. My husband was so very happy (the drink coasters are such a plus, I tried to buy them online!) The location could not have been better. Our stay was fabulous.
Beautiful location and centrally located. The hotel and the staff are lovely. The decor is dated and needs a refurb but the hotel was great and facilities were good.
Very basic for 4 stars. Small rooms and I had to send 4 mails to get an invoice. The rooms are really really claustrophobic.
Very nice hotel, friendly staff, nice location. We are family of 4, include 2 small kids. And the room is decent sized and clean.

Amazing stay! Comfy bed, friendly check in, amazing location and great vibe to the property. Really loved our stay, it was good value and we would highly recommend it.
Great stay. The location is wonderful. We got a great, stylish and very clean room. Hope to visit this picturesque city and to stay in Regent Contades again.
I had a great experience with this hotel. It's a very beautiful historic building, clean with polite people. Bravo 👏 ! I recommend it for everyone. I rated it with 4 stars because when i purchased some jewels from the showcase, i couldn't pay with credit card because empoyee told me that they accept only cash.
Old hotel in the city centre . Everything is clean . Large rooms .For lovers of antiquity . If the Windows overlook the courtyard, it is quiet, you can sleep well . The price is not expensive for a 4 star . If you compare with other hotels .
Beautiful interior, white ornaments and classic design in the breakfast room. Rooms were nice as expected. the only negative thing was that you needed to prebook the sauna, which we didn't know.

We visited Christmas time, good location - tram station is near and it's a short ride to the center. It's convenient if you arrive by car, the hotel has parking. Nice view from our window. The lobby was nice and decorated. The room wasn't good. Bad air conditioner, a bit of draining problem in the tab, no heating in the showroom, all together it was a bit cold in the room. needs renovation. Also poor...
The hotel is ok, but I'm not amazed. It looks quite old and if you look closely you can see that a lot of the stuff should have been replaced a while back. The facilities also feel quite old (swimming pool, changing rooms etc.). It is true that not that many hotels in Strasbourg have them so at least it's something. They have a small fitness studio overlooking the pool and a sauna which I actually...
Good service this room is big arae for rest and activity i like it and comback to rest when to travel

The hotel is very central and is very unique. The rooms are very spacious and we had a good view of the station. Staff are very friendly and their breakfast ia nice aswell
From the review of others, I was quite worried that the shower of the bathroom would be separated from the rest part of the bathroom only by a curtain, not even reaching the floor, making the floods all over. I was also worried about the water temperature of the shower. Luckily, non of my worries happened, since we were assigned a room facing the street. The water pressure of the shower was low as...
Hotel is conveniently located near the train station! Everything was good! Thomas was very friendly too, and provided good service during our 2 nights stay! Only down side was there is no fridge and kettle! But overall still good!
Room and bed were all a little smaller than expected and the bathroom was freezing, but the vibe of the hotel was amazing. After we finished with the christmas markets we just sat in the hotels dinning area and enjoyed complementary hot cider and snacks/treats until we were ready to turn in for the night.
The hotel may not be spacious, but it’s comfortable and well-maintained. It’s conveniently located near the train station, but it’s a bit further from the main tourist spots. However, the highlight of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Thomas. He was very helpful and kind throughout my visit, making the stay even more better.
Excellent location right in front of the train station. Quiet, clean rooms. Very modern black , white and red decor. There is even a Pac-Man game machine and a foosball table in the reception area! The young staff is professional and helpful. There is no electrical kettle in the room. We will return

The bus was delayed due to the transfer and we could not find an available hotel when we arrived in the city. We could not stay at the hotel because there was no availability, but the person in charge offered us hot coffee and did us a great favor. I send my love. 🙏🙏
Rooms are smaller and outdated and dim for 4 star. Location is convenient to tram station but not in a vibrant neighborhood.
I loved this hotel but the elevator was a little too small for my luggage and family of 3 and the garage wasn’t available since it’s too small for my car but it’s fine since I just went to a parking lot like a normal person, the rooms were perfect
Good location and nice staff. But strong mouldy smell in the room. Pay attention if you are easy to get allergy. Receptionists English is ok to communicate. Not worthy as a 4 star.
Initial impression was that the room was painted in too dark a shade but actually the colours grew on me and everything else about the room was perfect. Quiet, great air-conditioning, shutters to block out the light, very comfortable beds and powerful shower. I liked the fact that the toilet was separate from the bathroom. Enya, the receptionist was exceptionally helpful and pleasant, answering lots...
A great hotel to use as a base for exploring Strasbourg. The rooms are small but for the area and price that was expected. The beds were comfy and all facilities were clean and comfortable. We stayed in this hotel for the Christmas season and it was such a delight! Complimentary coffee in the lobby, so cozy for the winter season, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The only disappointing thing was that we didn't stay longer!
Super cute hotel with wonderful stuff. I can't say enough about how wonderful they were and helpful. The location in the city is great too. Very easy to get to and around. Loved the room themes and amenities. Would absolutely stay here again.
Spacious, clean room close to the Christmas markets. However, the bedding (IKEA) and towels (Thin and scratchy)did meet up to our expectations for a €400/night room. Room felt a bit spartan with no rug, just a bare floor.
Cons: wifi disconnects every hour or so and requires active reconnection. It will not auto connect when you return, no fans in the bathroom. Pros: amazing staff, room was nice and large, comfy bed and pillows, large bathroom with a separate toilet area, coffee and tea in reception, chilled wines and other beverages for sale in reception, great location.
This was a lovely boutique hotel in a great location. Walking distance to the old town and you are right amongst the heart of Strasbourg. However, the hotel was still quiet and private. Room was a great size and all the little touches they provided with amenities were great. Parking just across the road was easy to find and use. Highly recommend this place to stay and would love to go back!
The most darling hotel! The rooms are very unique and clean. The hotel is very quiet and quaint. The staff are excellent and really went the extra mile for us when we needed to borrow a cell phone for a Covid test, and Teo the resident lobby parrot is a sweet addition. It’s in an excellent location steps from the river, coffee shop next door, and excellent shopping.

Nice rooms and nice service. Kind, friendly staff especially in the bar. The view from my room was fantastic and the bed was extremely comfortable. Excellent 4* close to Strasborg centre. Helpful staff, clean comfortable communal areas. The rooms are super quiet and air conditioned. Hot powerful showers, kettle, coffee maker, hairdryer and fridge in rooms. Really close to a large shopping centre and supermarket for everything you need. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
Great modern rooms and facilities. Dog fee is 20 Euro per night (which is very extreme so we will look for another hotel next time) and parking for 2 days was 32 EUR. But the hotel itself was superb. Big rooms. Great pillows. Quite hards beds though. Great black out curtains. Very clean and modern shower. I recommend anyone without a pet to stay here!
It is beyond my expectation. Arrived late and got warm welcoming from the staff. Great room with amazing view and coffee machine. Great location! Great bar ambience with delicious cocktails. The fitness area is also nice with view! Worth the price! We enjoyed our stay there!
The hotel was nicely decorated, and the staff were friendly. The room was big and cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping cleaned every day, which was greatly appreciated. The only bad thing about the room was that there was no privacy in the bathroom. If you wanted to take a shower, there was no way to do so without your roommate seeing you. It is a nice hotel. The windows open. They do not put a plastic condomlike cover on the mattress. Breakfast is decent although the scrambled eggs come from a box. Fantastic stay! Room was spotlessly clean, bed and linens were very comfortable and nice sized bathroom with rainfall shower. Air conditioning was easily up to American standards. We arrived at the hotel 13:30 pm and the receptionist lady with glasses simply told us that we should take the room at 3 without even trying to see if there was possibility to get our room earlier.
