Lovely, cozy, beautiful hotel, with modern rooms, fitted with all you need, USB-plugs, very cool night light, great free showers without curtains needed, awesome beds with two different pilllows, a coffee machine and a lovely assortment of teas. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was wonderful, good choices of everything, a super delicious muesli crumble to mix with yoghurt or milk, fresh fruits...

The hotel was very well located, just 5 min to the closest bridge. It had a small but well formed room with a great size bathroom. The room was clean and light with a modern decor. It was a bit tight with the dog bed, as he's a mastiff x but we managed. They have a living room with a pool table and we used it with our dog, just to chill after the day walking around the Xmas markets ? ? it...

Hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed the celebration that brought me and my wife there. I can't overstate how impressed and appreciative we were. The room was comfortable and beautiful. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was incredibly helpful with dinner reservations. We loved our entire stay. We can't wait to go back!

Lovely hotel looks like a museum located near most of the city attractions, a lot of cafes and restaurants around. The receptionist was very lovely and welcoming. The room entrance is oddly designed could be due to the old building, but the room it’s self very nice. Their breakfast terrace very beautiful tho the breakfast limited and isn’t worth a 25€. If you visit Strasbourg I recommend this hotel

We’ve stayed here for 4 nights while in Strabourg and we’ve loved it. The reception were very helpful and oriented about the best places around the city. The rooms are clean and of good space, however, we have been given a room with a long corridor and very much isolated. You can sleep well as there are no noises around. Their breakfast options are average and it costs 25 euros per person. The location...

I had a very nice stay at this hotel. Clem and the team were able to accommodate several special requests, sometimes at the last minute. This made a huge difference to our stay. There are several vegan options at breakfast which is very helpful when traveling in France. An addition of vegan butter, cream cheese or hummus would be really nice in addition to the nice selection that's already provided

Nice hotel, clean, modern and so easy to get to on the tram. Really convenient. I do wish the room came with a mini fridge though...this is the main reason why I book Airbnbs instead of hotels!

the hotel is situated in a quiet residential area a few mins from the station and a couple of metro stops from the centre of Strasbourg. Quiet clean nicely decorated rooms with very helpful staff. Would definitely stay again. My husband had a full breakfast and we had the express option (3 pastries and a drink each) and the only suggestion i would make is to allow a family to sit together to enjoy...

Good hotel , nicely situated , very friendly staff. Free parking walkable distance, but also very convenient when using P rotonde. With the parking ticket 1-7 persons can use the public transport for a round trip same day €4,70 . Only flaw I found was no minibar in the room (4* hotel), only by paying extra.

Nice hotel 2,5 Km from the city center. There isn't refrigerator in the rooms. They dont accept foods to their refrigeratosrs if it is necessary for someone

Is exemplary for 4th grade.The friendly approach to the reception, the service shown by the employees, forethought in all the details inside the rooms, in the bathroom, in the hallways and stairs, decoration at the entrance for Catholic Easter. All objects have an aesthetic point of view. One of the fastest check-ins I've ever done to a hotel.

Very friendly staff that was easy to communicate with via email before arrival. Great for kids with provided cribs and a play room in the breakfast area. Easy walk downtown and to restaurants.

Great location just outside of the island - nice and quiet and very walkable to the downtown area. We checked in, and the staff at the desk were very friendly and accommodating. We had booked two rooms, and upon entry, one of the rooms had a very heavy cigarette smoke smell to it. I went down to let the staff know and they were super friendly and gave us another room immediately. Nice and clean...

The hotel is very central and you can easily walk to the town centre. The rooms are quite spacious, clean and comfortable though the bed is pretty hard. Breakfast is ok if a little disappointing- no bacon and eggs which surprised us as it is a big hotel chain. We also have a dog with us and despite them saying dogs are welcome they made quite a fuss when we said we would be leaving our quiet and timid...

Electric Key inside the room should be a bit more visible and accessible with regular colour like plastic white slot for the key, Red or Green colour - easily found or the porter escort should be available to introduce various facilities...

An okay hotel. Breakfast was not bad but also not that great. Probably could find a better restaurant nearby. Could use some customer service training. The room were clean and spacious. About a 15min walk to the center so that was a plus.

I am just amazed by this great hotel. Never in my life I stayed in such a luxury hotel for such an affordable price. Every little detail was well thought through. Beds were amazingly comfortable that we don’t want to leave. We really enjoyed the buffet too, everything is just so well planed and executed. Two days in Strasbourg. The hotel is just near the railway station and at the border of the pedestrian area of the city centre, so great location and strategic position for visiting the old town. If you arrive by car you can park at a public parking 5 min walk away, with a 50% discount offered by the hotel. The look is quite old, the interiors would need to be "refreshed" and internet connection improved...

This was or first trip as a family of 4. And they converted a sofa to fit my 2 kids and provided a baby cot as an extra option. Still we had a little space left to navigate and be a family. Overall the staff made us feel comfortable, welcome and at home. They kept our milk in the fridge, gave is hot water, happy to serve coffee and tea at the bar. What can one expect more? :)

My wife loved this hotel. It was very nice and a great location. Breakfast was fantastic. Wish we would have had time to try the hot tub and spa.

This is a lovely hotel right in the centre of town. A great Spa and wonderful staff who speak English and so willing to help and resolve any issues. I highly recommend it!

Excellent experience in the Hotel. Location is unbeatable, check in was one of the best I had and we travel quite a lot. The room was small but perfect for a city trip. The view from the balcony is nice. The breakfast was included as a Platinum amenity and was delicious. The breakfast area is nicely decorated in a French style. If you're going to Strasbourg, stay here!

We ended up booking a last minute stay for an unplanned stay in Strasbourg and used this property because we are Marriott Bonvoy members. It is located on a busy street that bustles with life (and trams) during the day. The area is pedestrianized so there is no traffic noise at all and our room which overlooked the street was very quiet. The hotel is newly renovated and it shows. Loved the Art Deco...

They were understanding of me knowing very little French and were very helpful with maps of the city and holding our luggage while we toured Strasbourg for a day. Merci!

It's a wonderful hotel! Cosy and large rooms, you can easily leave your car in front of the hotel. Breakfast was amazing and a lot of bio options. Staff were very friendly and helpfull! We would love to come back again!

Want to give it more stars..... But the afternoon receptionist just killed the experience. Outside of her lack of service attitude, everything and everyone else was good standard! Breakfast was good, concierges were attentive, etc. Afternoon receptionist couldn't tell me roughly how much it cost taxi to the airport? For alternative breakfast arrangements, I had to call back to speak to night shift...

Excellent experience for the affordable price (it was on discount on their web). We got the revamped room. It was a but small but at least it was comfortable. It's clean, and the hall smells nice. Staffs were very kind and welcoming!

We booked Ibis Centre Histrorique just a week before our travel dates and its prime location was the primary reason for booking it. The rooms are a little too small but we were visiting in winter and the cozy setting was fine. We faced some issues on the first day (the shower cabin was leaking water etc) but they were very kind and prompt to fix it all within a few hours. Ibis Centre Historique also...

Beds were very comfortable, food was satisfying (not perfect, at least for my taste), really fast and stable Wi-Fi connection. Bedroom and bathroom were absolutely clean and aesthetically looking. Whatsoever, I take 1 star away because rooms were very small and ceilings were too low. For me, an almost 2m tall guy, it wasn't very comforting, since I was afraid to bump my head somewhere. Good value for money. Acceptable for short stay: the rooms are small and the bathroom is minimal. The structure is old-ish. Breakfast is good as well as the bar. Not far from the city center, offers free parking outdoor and there is a public underground parking by the hotel at 12 €/day.

The hotel is in a fine location for exploring old Strasbourg on foot, and the beautiful and comfortable room was just the thing needed for resting tired feet after that exploration.

The hotel is just off the tourist crowded Grand Rue in the old town which is a plus. Welcoming and very helpful staff, rooms are a pleasant mixture of modern fittings and well-chosen and functional antiques. All in all very good value.

Location is spot on for visitting the Christmas markets. The view of the city is amazing. And a hotelroom is always nothing more than a bed and a bathroom. For a short stay this hotel is fine. However, breakfast is small and it is a fight to find a table to eat your breakfast. Bar closes extremely early. There is no vending machine to buy drink and food. Nothing special it is standard Ibis. Smallish but clean room. Staff were cheerful and very helpful. This is right by the river and our rooms overlooked it. It is also attached to the Halles shopping center if that is what you are looking for. Property abuts the Quai and one of the bridges to the island is right there. Very nice location.

It was ok. Its very close to Stasbourg station. In most cities this would be bad, but its actually reasonably nice here. The rooms are clean but basic and the shower is too small. It was noisy outside at night if I forgot to close the double glazing window. With it shut I had a good nights sleep. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is fine if nothing special. I'd be happy staying again here.

I had a very nice experience at this hotel. The room was just the right size for a hotel located in the middle of the city, close to the train station and the historical center. The bed was very comfortable and overall everything was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and the local wine which I received as a welcome drink was very good.
