My stay at the Hilton Strasbourg was overall very pleasant. The location is convenient, close to the European Parliament and with tram access to the city center. The room was clean and comfortable, though a little dated in style. Staff were polite and helpful, and the breakfast had a good variety. A solid choice for a short stay in Strasbourg.

The place is clean, odor-free, with a great view and convenient transportation. However, the hotel has few facilities, mainly the lobby restaurant. There are always groups staying here, probably because it is a favorite of travel agencies.

It basically is a good experience and the breakfast was great. However it is really not convenient for Asian travelers that there is no kettle in the room. I suggest the hotel to get some kettles if the customer requests.

I absolutely loved my stay at Sofitel! The location is excellent, close to everything. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. I had a most relaxing stay at this hotel. The team were all welcoming from the moment I walked in. I was in the Imperial Suite and found it met my expectations. We stayed at the hotel for one night with our two kids. The location was nice, about 15 minutes walking distance to the center. The room was nicely designed and spacious. Unfortunately some of the electric devices were damaged, which could’ve been quite dangerous. Breakfast was ok, too pricey for the selection. The parking across the hotel was 24 euros a night.

Fantastic stay! Room was spotlessly clean, bed and linens were very comfortable and nice sized bathroom with rainfall shower. Air conditioning was easily up to American standards. We arrived at the hotel 13:30 pm and the receptionist lady with glasses simply told us that we should take the room at 3 without even trying to see if there was possibility to get our room earlier. When we arrived at 3 the room wasn't ready so we had to wait tired enough one more hour without any information at all from reception at least to come at 4! The most inconvenient welcome to hotel.

The location is quite good. You can see the church spire and the train station from the window. It is very convenient to walk to the train station in a few minutes, and it takes more than ten minutes to get to Petite France.

I had a very nice stay at this hotel. Clem and the team were able to accommodate several special requests, sometimes at the last minute. This made a huge difference to our stay. There are several vegan options at breakfast which is very helpful when traveling in France. An addition of vegan butter, cream cheese or hummus would be really nice in addition to the nice selection that's already provided

The hotel is 100 meters away from the train station, just across the road. The cleanliness is OK, it has a sense of design, and the mattress is comfortable, but the elevator is very small, and can only take one person and one luggage at a time. I don't like the iron coffee table, and the bedside table is also iron. There is only a picture outside the window.

When I booked the rate given was EUR 108 inclusive of tax, and to pay at property. I did not include breakfast. However, when I arrived they charged my EUR 145. No details printed. They only send me the invoice via email after I have left the hotel. Then only i realized the amount was different and they added breakfast without telling me! We didn't take any breakfast as I assume it was how I booked...

Room and bed were all a little smaller than expected and the bathroom was freezing, but the vibe of the hotel was amazing.
