Hotel charged me on check-out again despite me already paying for room and is refusing to refund me. More hassle than its worth staying here

Beautiful, small, well-kept and familiar hotel at a fair price.
A little out of the way, but in a quiet area. Good parking facilities.
The city center can be easily reached on foot in 30 minutes.

One highlight of our stay was the huge balcony that came with our room. It provided a perfect spot to relax and unwind with a glass of wine, taking in the surroundings. The added privacy and tranquility made it a truly memorable experience.

I stayed at the hotel with my husband and my dog, and enjoyed it very much.
The girls at the reception we're super friendly and welcoming.
The room was very beautiful and there was !even a small welcome-note for our dog
The breakfast was extraordinary, we just loved it and could not stop eating.
We would be happy to have a small minibar in the room, for the wine and the cheese that we purchased, but eventually it was not a deal breaker
We will definitely come again :)

Very good boutique hotel, service is very good 24h/7, the room are really nice and spacious, a bit expensive but visited for christmass so i guess it was normal. Otherwise for the locations becareful because it is not in the city center, the bus can take you there in 10-15min. I still put 4 star as its was perfect for us with relatives living close by. Breakfast is also quite nice and big but a little bit expensive. Overall great experience we will definitely come back.

Great little hotel just outside of the centre from Strasbourg. Very friendly staff, comfortable, clean and modern rooms and a breakfast that leaves nothing to be desired. We will definitely come back.

Very nice hotel at a nice and silent location
10 minute away from the city center by bus, but the buses don't drive very often in the evening

What a stunning place! Such kind and lovely staff on service combined with a charming boutique villa vibe results in a perfect getaway. The city center is quickly to be reached via tram or bus and there is ample parking available close by (even for free). Rooms are spacious and stylish. We specifically loved the bedding quality and will come back for sure!
