I stayed in a Deluxe King room for two nights and had a good experience overall. The location was convenient: just a short tram ride from the city center and close to the convention hall. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I also appreciated the tea and coffee facilities. The bar and restaurant were nice places to relax in the evening. The staff was friendly and professional and always...
My stay at the Hilton Strasbourg was overall very pleasant. The location is convenient, close to the European Parliament and with tram access to the city center. The room was clean and comfortable, though a little dated in style. Staff were polite and helpful, and the breakfast had a good variety. A solid choice for a short stay in Strasbourg.
The place is clean, odor-free, with a great view and convenient transportation. However, the hotel has few facilities, mainly the lobby restaurant. There are always groups staying here, probably because it is a favorite of travel agencies.
Hotel very nice and clean. Service great and breakfast good 👍
The location was the only flaws of the hotel. It takes around 15mins tram from the central station. Other than that it was almost perfect
Very good service, and excellent location!

We visited Christmas time, good location - tram station is near and it's a short ride to the center. It's convenient if you arrive by car, the hotel has parking. Nice view from our window. The lobby was nice and decorated. The room wasn't good. Bad air conditioner, a bit of draining problem in the tab, no heating in the showroom, all together it was a bit cold in the room. needs renovation. Also poor...
The hotel is ok, but I'm not amazed. It looks quite old and if you look closely you can see that a lot of the stuff should have been replaced a while back. The facilities also feel quite old (swimming pool, changing rooms etc.). It is true that not that many hotels in Strasbourg have them so at least it's something. They have a small fitness studio overlooking the pool and a sauna which I actually...
Good service this room is big arae for rest and activity i like it and comback to rest when to travel
Deserves the four stars, though does not stand out in any way for more than that
Needs some updates, but rooms are quite spacious and the staff is very pleasant. For 4 starts and a bit far from the old town needs some "modernity"
Everything was ok! The receptionists were realy nice. Breakfast was absolutely perfect.

Just 15 min walk to the Cathedral, very modern and clean hotel.
We stayed at the hotel for one night with our two kids. The location was nice, about 15 minutes walking distance to the center. The room was nicely designed and spacious. Unfortunately some of the electric devices were damaged, which could’ve been quite dangerous. Breakfast was ok, too pricey for the selection. The parking across the hotel was 24 euros a night.
Rooms are modern and comfortable! Definitely the best part. As others have mentioned, if you are driving and need parking you may want to choose a different hotel. The off site lot is privately operated and a 10-min walk. Breakfast was not good and very overcrowded, albeit convenient.
During our stay in December, during check in, we were greeted and welcomed. The hotel is modern, comfortable, close to the center (10 min walk) and has a restaurant/bar on site. During busy times or holidays it will be difficult to get an Uber from the train station, but it is doable. One thing to note, if you book a 2 bed room, it can only be shared by 2 adults. If you have more than 2, depending...
It's anice hotel marriott standard. But the breakfast is very, very simple with not many choices.
Was absolutely lovely, owners and staff make the entire booking an absolute treat.

Really friendly staff and green environment. Spacious and clean room! 5 mins walk to train station and 10 mins walk to downtown. Very recommended.
Really good hotel close to the city centre of Strasbourg. The staff is very friendly. Our room was on the last floor and very clean with a comfy bed. I recommend you to use the spa. The gym could have more machines. The only negative thing was during the breakfast, the restaurant space is too small and it was very crowded for all those guest.
What a wonderful hotel. The decoration of the room is very stylish, attention to details and makes you feel comfortable. The mattress firm and of good quality. No need to say the room spotless clean The staff is super friendly at the frontdesk even when its crowded. The breakfast is extraordinary. I can't recommend it enough. So many choices of cheeses, fresh pressed orange juice machine and a homemade...
The hotel impressed us from the very beginning with its elegant décor and charming atmosphere. Our room was absolutely beautiful—spotless, comfortable, and decorated with great care, which made our stay so enjoyable. What truly stood out was the wonderful staff, always kind, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Everything was on the highest level, and we left with only the best memories. We would...
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, always going out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The hotel is near to the train station, the breakfast is good, with fresh food. But the sofa bed for children is not so comfortable, the edge of the sofa is so sharp that it can cut the skin if you don’t pay attention. No first aid kit at the reception.
We arrived at the hotel 13:30 pm and the receptionist lady with glasses simply told us that we should take the room at 3 without even trying to see if there was possibility to get our room earlier. When we arrived at 3 the room wasn't ready so we had to wait tired enough one more hour without any information at all from reception at least to come at 4! The most inconvenient welcome to hotel.

Excellent hotel in Strasbourg. Friendly customer service, spacious and modern guest rooms, beautiful facilities. Walkable to many nearby restaurants, shops and local attractions. They have a very nice restaurant offering a great breakfast buffet. Each room comes with complementary water bottles, juices and coffee. Very comfortable bed. Ask about their complimentary access to the fitness center nearby...
Simply one of the best hotel experiences ever! I did not go to the restaurant because there are so many other places to eat. But the rooms were so clean, so comfortable, so functional, stocked with all you might need. The staff was so kind and helpful. It's a close walk to everything. Worth ever my dollar and I would return back in a heartbeat 💓
Very cozy and comfortable stay. As travelling with our 7 years old daughter, we all were highly satisfied with our experience with the hotel: +car parking area easy to find and park +good decoration of hotel lobby +easy check in- our room was ready with our early check in +very comfortable pillows and bed. Especially the pillows were very comfortable +very silent and good soundproofing +big room with...
We stayed five nights at the Leonor and were impressed by the friendly, attentive staff who go out of their way to make their guests welcome and comfortable. We were happy with our junior suite which looks out over a pretty courtyard, well used by guests in sunny weather. Breakfast was superb and we ate in the relaxed bar on several evenings, enjoying a mix of small plates. Patisserie is a speciality...
This is a very popular 4 star hotel in Strasbourg that is well located in town. It's walking distance to most key attractions and shopping in town. The best part of this hotel is actually a lovely courtyard right in the centre. You can eat, drink and relax here from morning to night. It is super crowded in the evening with folks enjoying their drinks. One part is smoking and another part is non smoking...
Very friendly and professional front desk staff. They gave us excellent recommendations on places to explore and eat. The location is great as it's on a quiet street but very close to the tram. The whole area is very walkable. The bar serves great wine. The room was very comfortable and well appointed.

The hotel is excellent. The location is good. Walking distance from the station. The center is within walking distance. The staff is friendly. They explain everything. The window opened. The bed is comfortable.
This hotel is very conveniently located near the train station and city center, making it easy to get around. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the recently renovated rooms were clean and comfortable. A great choice for both convenience and comfort.
It was very nice and close to the train station and the old town. Very nice front desk service as well!
Here is a clear and precise comment that you can leave: The location of the hotel is very good, but the rooms are old and quite small. This may be a point to consider for those looking for more comfort. The hotel offers a garage for €30 per night, but I strongly advise against it for people with a large car: we had a lot of trouble getting through the garage door. Finally, breakfast was not included...
It was conveniently located a 2-minute walk from the station, and I was so happy to be able to spend Christmas here.
The location is quite good. You can see the church spire and the train station from the window. It is very convenient to walk to the train station in a few minutes, and it takes more than ten minutes to get to Petite France.

Super nice centrally located hotel with super attentive staff. We stayed in the standard room which is small for two big suitcases. Our bikes were stored in a separate storage.
Location was perfect. Rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was fantastic; they were not only friendly and helpful but also always enthusiastic to share some recommendations, hear about our day, or just simply interact with us.
Love the hotel and vibes. Staff are friendly and helpful in providing directions too.
Hotel Tandem is at good location. There are 2 to 3 mins walk to the station. Some rooms are faced to train station. A Carrefour supermarket near the hotel. Some restaurants around the hotel.
I am very satisfied with this hotel. It is close to the train station. Although it is along the street, it is not noisy at all and very quiet. The hotel decoration is very unique, the room is very clean, and we can park our bicycles in the room. The waiter is also very thoughtful and enthusiastic, and the breakfast is very rich and delicious. I would have stayed a few more days if I had known earlier
The hotel is 100 meters away from the train station, just across the road. The cleanliness is OK, it has a sense of design, and the mattress is comfortable, but the elevator is very small, and can only take one person and one luggage at a time. I don't like the iron coffee table, and the bedside table is also iron. There is only a picture outside the window.

The male staff member at the desk was very kind to a Korean who came from far away! It was nice to see the cathedral outside the window, and the interior had a very French feel!
Excellent value for money, it's a great location

Hotel in a "belle-époque" style, very well located, very beautiful interior decorations Very complete breakfast Very welcoming and caring staff Only small downside the carpet and some stains present I still highly recommend

When I booked the rate given was EUR 108 inclusive of tax, and to pay at property. I did not include breakfast. However, when I arrived they charged my EUR 145. No details printed. Very nice hotel, very nice stay! Location super.
A very good hotel, located not far from the train station. You can find it by crossing the road from the train station! High comfort and good service! It is a highly recommended hotel!
The hotel and rooms are very new. The top floor room has a view of the cathedral. The same convenient and well-decorated rooms in Paris are more than twice as expensive. There is a retro elevator on the 1st to 5th floors, which is very interesting.

The hotel located in a quiet and fancy area, where several diplomatic sites are based, two km from downtown (Petit France). The room was very big, comfortable a silent, we even had an upgrade for free. Staff kind and professional. Parking place is available at a cost of 40€/day but you can for free in the nearby area, which looks safe even at night time. Spa and pool are small but just the right size...
High class ammenities, residential neibourhood, surrounded by embassies and quite and relaxation into the nature Outside pool view from our balcony - exceptional and inside pool with lanes for power jets of water for deeper relaxation. Just across the Orangerie Park and near European Council. Multiple water channels - in Strasbourg and great vibe of the Petit France are presenting a high class image
The last stop on our rail trip. The pool was the highlight of the hotel and we spent a peaceful afternoon there. The room was disappointing, very small with a tiny bathroom that was tired. There was nowhere to hang towels etc. No room for a bedside table on one side so nowhere to put glasses, book etc. The room was on the third floor but the lift only went to the second and we had to carry our cases...
A very comfortable and friendly hotel, perfect location for the Council of Europe. Couldn't recommend more highly.
Excellent location in a residential area. Delicious and varied breakfast, exceptionally high quality linen and towels, impeccable staff and a beautiful garden, with a small pool in the summer months…
The staff was very friendly and the room spacious. As hotel guest we had free access to the spa (sadly we were too early in the year for the outdoor pool to be open yet). We stayed at the room #4 for 3 nights in May. This room had that lovely small balcony that is visible on the main picture of the hotel. One of the big plus of this hotel is that it’s located near the Orangerie park as we like starting our day from the morning walk through a park to catch the morning vibe of the nature. By the way, never seen so many storks on the nests in one place! Another plus...
The room was modern, clean and I have absolutely no comment there. As we traveled with our baby, having a quiet place was particularly important, so I appreciated the room being soundproof. The only matter that was a bit of an inconvenient about the room was that it was accessed from the outside and therefore we had to dress and undress the baby on the way to the restaurant every morning. Perfect location within a short walking distance of the central station- while also being a short walking distance from the city centre. The receptionist was extremely friendly and welcomed us cordially, we came a bit early but they were able to hold our luggage while we went out for lunch. The room was clean, small but very functional. Bed was very comfortable.
We are very happy with our two nights here. Great location and friendly staff. Free coffee and water in the lobby. Very close to the tram station and supermarkets.
The location of the hotel is very convenient. The cathedral is a 10-minute walk to the left and Petite France is a 3-minute walk to the right. The French breakfast is average. The room is small and it is understandable that it is an old house in the old city, but it is a bit far-fetched to give it 4 stars.
Good view and large room. Facilities are a bit loose and old but overall good
I thought the staff were really friendly and helpful. Location was perfect! I would stay there again!

honestly quite upset because there was a construction going on early in the morning and the drilling woke me up which was really annoying. should’ve informed us during check in that there would be such work going on. other than that, very happy here!
Location is right in the middle of Strasbourg, Old Town. However please check for roadblocks and reserve for parking as we couldn't drive into the city center without permit or parking reservation. Had to park at a nearby facility which is 10 minutes walk.
The location is good. There are many restaurants nearby and a short walk to petite-france. It is a challenge to drive though. As we didn't know there's a need to make a reservation for parking, we got to park somewhere nearby and a walking distance away. Also, google Maps does not bring you to the front of the hotel, needs to do an illegal turn to get to the front of the hotel to unload luggage
Very satisfied. The children like the small bed in the room. There is also a small balcony where you can see the street view of the city center. It is a good experience.
The hotel is very well located, the staff is very helpful and very kind. On the other hand, regarding the room and its facilities, I expected something relatively better compared to the price and the fact that it is a 4-star hotel. The photos are not representative of the room.
Excellent structure located in the center, quiet at night, comfort of the room, cleanliness, excellent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful receptionist and breakfast attendants. A mini fridge in the room would have been appreciated, otherwise the room was well stocked and of a good size.

A little out of town but very quiet A little dated but very large and comfortable room. Had a very good stay
Everybody at the hotel was very friendly, and the area around it was absolutely beautiful. The only thing I would like to criticize is the fact that the parking spaces that the hotel provides are way too small for hybrids and SUVs. Free street parking in that area is almost impossible to find, and the ’payant’ spaces are outrageously expensive
Good hotel, calm and confortable, thank you.

Rooms are smaller and outdated and dim for 4 star. Location is convenient to tram station but not in a vibrant neighborhood.
I loved this hotel but the elevator was a little too small for my luggage and family of 3 and the garage wasn’t available since it’s too small for my car but it’s fine since I just went to a parking lot like a normal person, the rooms were perfect
Good location and nice staff. But strong mouldy smell in the room. Pay attention if you are easy to get allergy. Receptionists English is ok to communicate. Not worthy as a 4 star.
Initial impression was that the room was painted in too dark a shade but actually the colours grew on me and everything else about the room was perfect.
