Quick check in, Nice entrance, good location. Pillow, bedding are comfy! Room in good size. Quiet and modern design where I can have good rest especially I was feeling unwell!

However. More improvement on staff training!

1) The hotel could inform us earlier to let us know the city centre is blocked for the Xmas market.

2) Instead of just passing me the city map, the Reception could have share more information about the city, and Christmas market info.

3) Housekeeping took more than an hour to send over amenities. Finally sent over after follow up call.

4) Housekeeping knocked my door at 10:30am despite I have my DO NOT DISTURB sign hang on my door. After I opened, the lady asked when am I leaving, ask their manager asked her to check on me. I was puzzled as I understand the check out time af 12noon, and I was right! I found this extremely ridiculous to knock the guest door with the sign hanging, for the sake of knowing when they can clean the room!!??

5) Arrived on a Sunday, walked into the restaurant. No one serving or trying to ask for your need. After my approach, they only provide snacks/light eats. A la carte not available. Disappointing!

6) There was a person waiting near the hotel entrance at night time, yell at you for asking for money, and being rude if you don’t support.

Overall, the hotel itself is nice! Need better management!

Great location, close to the Christmas market.

Had an incredible stay - facilities and people made our few days in Strasbourg memorable!

Excellent hotel in Strasbourg. Friendly customer service, spacious and modern guest rooms, beautiful facilities. Walkable to many nearby restaurants, shops and local attractions. They have a very nice restaurant offering a great breakfast buffet. Each room comes with complementary water bottles, juices and coffee. Very comfortable bed. Ask about their complimentary access to the fitness center nearby. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to the area.

Simply one of the best hotel experiences ever! I did not go to the restaurant because there are so many other places to eat. But the rooms were so clean, so comfortable, so functional, stocked with all you might need. The staff was so kind and helpful. It's a close walk to everything. Worth ever my dollar and I would return back in a heartbeat 💓

We stayed five nights at the Leonor and were impressed by the friendly, attentive staff who go out of their way to make their guests welcome and comfortable. We were happy with our junior suite which looks out over a pretty courtyard, well used by guests in sunny weather. Breakfast was superb and we ate in the relaxed bar on several evenings, enjoying a mix of small plates. Patisserie is a speciality and unmissable. A hotel which manages to be chic, relaxed and welcoming while charging reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed staying at Hotel Léonor; clean, well positioned, as well as having friendly staff.

This is a very popular 4 star hotel in Strasbourg that is well located in town. It's walking distance to most key attractions and shopping in town. The best part of this hotel is actually a lovely courtyard right in the centre. You can eat, drink and relax here from morning to night. It is super crowded in the evening with folks enjoying their drinks. One part is smoking and another part is non smoking which is great.

Breakfast is also very good with a wide assortment. The room is the only thing that is a slight let down. While it is large (we had one at the ground floor), it is not well equipped. For example, there was no iron and board. There was also no wardrobe but only a hanging rack. But bed was comfortable which is good. Overall service was good as well and they all speak good English.
