One night stay. Fantastic location lovely staff. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and can’t thank Alhil and Bryan enough for looking after us. They are both delightful, our meal was great but these two staff members made our night. They were professional extremely helpful, really fun, great smiles and laughs. We will be back and hope they are still here. Thank you both very much. Robbyn...
I stayed for two nights on a solo trip. The hotel is ideally located right next to Place Kléber, and the area was very quiet. However, it's a bit of a walk to the train station, Petite France, and the Cathedral. The room was clean, but the desk is positioned right by the door, making it difficult to enter or exit if the chair is even slightly pulled out. What's more, the chair was quite heavy, making...
The hotel is nice just the rooms need to be refurbished
I absolutely loved my stay at Sofitel! The location is excellent, close to everything. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. I would especially like to thank Karen, who was incredibly kind and attentive with my twins – the kids adored her! I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again. :)
Our team has visited this location multiple times for various business meetings, and each experience has been excellent. Celine, our meeting manager, was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the planning process. The team consistently complimented the hotel and spoke highly of the meeting spaces. It was a smooth and enjoyable experience.
The staff at the hotel is welcoming and always helpful. The location is great for walking to the important sites; one way to the Petite France medieval area, another to the Cathedral. It has about a 10-min walk to/from the train station that is safe and scenic. The restaurant at the hotel is indoor/outdoor and the food is very good. My favorite was the Caesar Salad with very crispy chicken. It was...

Really friendly staff and green environment. Spacious and clean room! 5 mins walk to train station and 10 mins walk to downtown. Very recommended.
Really good hotel close to the city centre of Strasbourg. The staff is very friendly. Our room was on the last floor and very clean with a comfy bed. I recommend you to use the spa. The gym could have more machines. The only negative thing was during the breakfast, the restaurant space is too small and it was very crowded for all those guest.
What a wonderful hotel. The decoration of the room is very stylish, attention to details and makes you feel comfortable. The mattress firm and of good quality. No need to say the room spotless clean The staff is super friendly at the frontdesk even when its crowded. The breakfast is extraordinary. I can't recommend it enough. So many choices of cheeses, fresh pressed orange juice machine and a homemade...
The hotel impressed us from the very beginning with its elegant décor and charming atmosphere. Our room was absolutely beautiful—spotless, comfortable, and decorated with great care, which made our stay so enjoyable. What truly stood out was the wonderful staff, always kind, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Everything was on the highest level, and we left with only the best memories. We would...
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, always going out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Everything was truly perfect, and our experience exceeded expectations. We highly recommend...
The hotel is near to the train station, the breakfast is good, with fresh food. But the sofa bed for children is not so comfortable, the edge of the sofa is so sharp that it can cut the skin if you don’t pay attention. No first aid kit at the reception.
We arrived at the hotel 13:30 pm and the receptionist lady with glasses simply told us that we should take the room at 3 without even trying to see if there was possibility to get our room earlier. When we arrived at 3 the room wasn't ready so we had to wait tired enough one more hour without any information at all from reception at least to come at 4! The most inconvenient welcome to hotel.

The male staff member at the desk was very kind to a Korean who came from far away! It was nice to see the cathedral outside the window, and the interior had a very French feel!
Excellent value for money, it's a great location
Very nice staff. Breakfast was good for France, room was very big, everything worked
Hotel in a "belle-époque" style, very well located, very beautiful interior decorations Very complete breakfast Very welcoming and caring staff Only small downside the carpet and some stains present I still highly recommend

The hotel located in a quiet and fancy area, where several diplomatic sites are based, two km from downtown (Petit France). The room was very big, comfortable a silent, we even had an upgrade for free. Staff kind and professional. Parking place is available at a cost of 40€/day but you can for free in the nearby area, which looks safe even at night time. Spa and pool are small but just the right size...
High class ammenities, residential neibourhood, surrounded by embassies and quite and relaxation into the nature Outside pool view from our balcony - exceptional and inside pool with lanes for power jets of water for deeper relaxation. Just across the Orangerie Park and near European Council. Multiple water channels - in Strasbourg and great vibe of the Petit France are presenting a high class image
The last stop on our rail trip. The pool was the highlight of the hotel and we spent a peaceful afternoon there. The room was disappointing, very small with a tiny bathroom that was tired. There was nowhere to hang towels etc. No room for a bedside table on one side so nowhere to put glasses, book etc. The room was on the third floor but the lift only went to the second and we had to carry our cases...
A very comfortable and friendly hotel, perfect location for the Council of Europe. Couldn't recommend more highly.
Excellent location in a residential area. Delicious and varied breakfast, exceptionally high quality linen and towels, impeccable staff and a beautiful garden, with a small pool in the summer months…
The staff was very friendly and the room spacious. As hotel guest we had free access to the spa (sadly we were too early in the year for the outdoor pool to be open yet). The area feels very safe as there are many embassies around. The Orangerie Park is in perfect walking distance and great for a leisurely stroll. Excellent hotel — clean, not far from the city center, with parking available (for a fee). I recommend it!
Everything was more than adequate for a hotel at this price point. But when we are attended to with exceptional care, I like to recognize good service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great hotel would surely stay again. The rooms are a small but everything is set out properly so it doesn’t matter. Fabulous shower and loved the heated towel rail. Great little hotel. Rooms are very spacious. There are two things that I didn't like. 1. Beds were too hard. Didn't enjoy them. 2. The toilet was in a separate room than the shower/sink which was very strange - and didn't enjoy it. Everything else great!
Boutique hotel with parking. Friendly staff. No air conditioning was allowed as September wasn't deemed hot enough. But window allowed ventilation. Unusual to have a separate toilet and bathroom. Fantastic shower

Magnificent building located in the Petite France district, surrounded by canals with the old icehouses integrated into the structure. Quality room, bar, and restaurant. Friendly and professional staff. The icing on the cake is a small spa for relaxation.
We arrived at around 11 o'clock in the morning. The concierge enthusiastically came out to help with the luggage storage. The hotel is right in the middle of the old town. The hotel is in a fine location for exploring old Strasbourg on foot, and the beautiful and comfortable room was just the thing needed for resting tired feet after that exploration.
Great hotel, fabulous garden Near most of the attraction parts of Strasbourg. Although some room doors need maintenance otherwise fabulous hotel!
The hotel is just off the tourist crowded Grand Rue in the old town which is a plus. Welcoming and very helpful staff, rooms are a pleasant mixture of modern fittings and well-chosen and functional antiques. All in all very good value.

My stay at the Hilton Strasbourg was overall very pleasant. The location is convenient, close to the European Parliament and with tram access to the city center. The room was clean and comfortable, though a little dated in style. Staff were polite and helpful, and the breakfast had a good variety. A solid choice for a short stay in Strasbourg.
The place is clean, odor-free, with a great view and convenient transportation. However, the hotel has few facilities, mainly the lobby restaurant. There are always groups staying here, probably because it is a favorite of travel agencies.
Hotel very nice and clean. Service great and breakfast good 👍
The location was the only flaws of the hotel. It takes around 15mins tram from the central station. Other than that it was almost perfect

We visited Christmas time, good location - tram station is near and it's a short ride to the center. It's convenient if you arrive by car, the hotel has parking. Nice view from our window. The lobby was nice and decorated. The room wasn't good. Bad air conditioner, a bit of draining problem in the tab, no heating in the showroom, all together it was a bit cold in the room. needs renovation. Also poor...
The hotel is ok, but I'm not amazed. It looks quite old and if you look closely you can see that a lot of the stuff should have been replaced a while back. The facilities also feel quite old (swimming pool, changing rooms etc.). It is true that not that many hotels in Strasbourg have them so at least it's something. They have a small fitness studio overlooking the pool and a sauna which I actually...

Deserves the four stars, though does not stand out in any way for more than that

Just 15 min walk to the Cathedral, very modern and clean hotel.
We stayed at the hotel for one night with our two kids. The location was nice, about 15 minutes walking distance to the center. The room was nicely designed and spacious. Unfortunately some of the electric devices were damaged, which could’ve been quite dangerous. Breakfast was ok, too pricey for the selection. The parking across the hotel was 24 euros a night.
Rooms are modern and comfortable! Definitely the best part. As others have mentioned, if you are driving and need parking you may want to choose a different hotel. The off site lot is privately operated and a 10-min walk. Breakfast was not good and very overcrowded, albeit convenient.
During our stay in December, during check in, we were greeted and welcomed. The hotel is modern, comfortable, close to the center (10 min walk) and has a restaurant/bar on site. During busy times or holidays it will be difficult to get an Uber from the train station, but it is doable. One thing to note, if you book a 2 bed room, it can only be shared by 2 adults. If you have more than 2, depending...

It was very nice and close to the train station and the old town. Very nice front desk service as well!
Here is a clear and precise comment that you can leave: The location of the hotel is very good, but the rooms are old and quite small. This may be a point to consider for those looking for more comfort. The hotel offers a garage for €30 per night, but I strongly advise against it for people with a large car: we had a lot of trouble getting through the garage door. Amazing place. The rooms were verey clean and very neat. The service was good as well. We required an iron and it was immediately given to us. It is a bit far from the city but not a dealbreaker as the train station is only 2mins from the hotel and it takes around 3mins to arrive at the city center. Totally recommended 👍
We stayed in the Origami Hotel during our family trip in Europe. The hotel was very clean, stylish, staff were very friendly and professional. The lady who checked us in was amazing and very helpful. The family room was great option for 5 people. Thank you.
I had a very nice stay at this hotel. Clem and the team were able to accommodate several special requests, sometimes at the last minute. This made a huge difference to our stay. There are several vegan options at breakfast which is very helpful when traveling in France. An addition of vegan butter, cream cheese or hummus would be really nice in addition to the nice selection that's already provided
Nice hotel, clean, modern and so easy to get to on the tram. Really convenient. I do wish the room came with a mini fridge though...this is the main reason why I book Airbnbs instead of hotels!

If you feel lost when you are waiting for the madeleines in the shop in the left of the hotel then the cakes and tea in this hotel is the things you are deserved for. The tea room is warm and nice. The cakes are the best (apparently they are made by a famous patisserie in the town). The service is great too.

honestly quite upset because there was a construction going on early in the morning and the drilling woke me up which was really annoying. should’ve informed us during check in that there would be such work going on. other than that, very happy here!
Location is right in the middle of Strasbourg, Old Town. However please check for roadblocks and reserve for parking as we couldn't drive into the city center without permit or parking reservation. Had to park at a nearby facility which is 10 minutes walk.
The location is good. There are many restaurants nearby and a short walk to petite-france. It is a challenge to drive though. As we didn't know there's a need to make a reservation for parking, we got to park somewhere nearby and a walking distance away. Also, google Maps does not bring you to the front of the hotel, needs to do an illegal turn to get to the front of the hotel to unload luggage
Very satisfied. The children like the small bed in the room. There is also a small balcony where you can see the street view of the city center. It is a good experience.
The hotel is very well located, the staff is very helpful and very kind. On the other hand, regarding the room and its facilities, I expected something relatively better compared to the price and the fact that it is a 4-star hotel. The photos are not representative of the room.
Excellent structure located in the center, quiet at night, comfort of the room, cleanliness, excellent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful receptionist and breakfast attendants. A mini fridge in the room would have been appreciated, otherwise the room was well stocked and of a good size.

I loved this hotel but the elevator was a little too small for my luggage and family of 3 and the garage wasn’t available since it’s too small for my car but it’s fine since I just went to a parking lot like a normal person, the rooms were perfect
Good location and nice staff. But strong mouldy smell in the room. Pay attention if you are easy to get allergy. Receptionists English is ok to communicate. Not worthy as a 4 star.
Initial impression was that the room was painted in too dark a shade but actually the colours grew on me and everything else about the room was perfect. Quiet, great air-conditioning, shutters to block out the light, very comfortable beds and powerful shower. I liked the fact that the toilet was separate from the bathroom. Enya, the receptionist was exceptionally helpful and pleasant, answering lots...
A great hotel to use as a base for exploring Strasbourg. The rooms are small but for the area and price that was expected. The beds were comfy and all facilities were clean and comfortable. As to the breakfast, it is absolutely commendable. We have felt such a warm feeling from the wonderful staff. We are looking forward to our next stay here.

Awful Wi-Fi. SPA doesn’t work. Parking for 30 euros. Never come back.
I didn't try the food here, I don't know if it's good. The light was dark and I didn't like the attic.
It is a very unique hotel. After arriving, staff came to help with luggage and parking. The room is large and the location is very good. It only takes 7 or 8 minutes to walk to Petite France. There are also many good restaurants around.
Very nice hotel in the heart of Strasbourg ideal for visiting and walking. Everything is new and tastefully decorated, it’s an address to remember.
Perfect welcome personal setting Beautiful setting, beautiful address
Super hotel and super centrally located. You can reach everything on foot. The staff is very helpful and friendly. 😊 We had the room "Junior Suite" and it was just perfect. Super much space, very clean and just great. We booked without breakfast as it has a super bakery called "Hanss" 3 minutes walk away. It has a large SPA with pool, hamam and sauna. We also booked a massage, which we can highly...

Good location. Safety and comfortable. Nice staff and clean!
Overall, despite the fact that the hotel is a bit old, there are no complaints about the hotel. All the staff works conscientiously. Price and quality. A cheap hotel, so you can't expect much from it. The city itself just didn't grab me, it's dirty and repulsive.
The hotel is very close to Petite France, and is surrounded by the downtown area for shopping. The room is quite large, the bed is very comfortable, and there is always only one person at the front desk who needs to queue up
Very friendly place  except no gym in the building. Clean and well organised.
Excellent location... Excellent breakfast.... But rooms need to renovation...
The Hotel was not bad. Good service. Not far from old town.Did have a pleasant stay

Great location and friendly staff. Would stay again!
Wonderful room designs and great amenities. Location is wonderful and you are pretty much 10 min walk from most of the attractions.
The kitchen was well equipped and I would definitely like to stay here again. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful.
Perfect location right in the city center. All sights and many restaurants within walking distance. Parking on site at a good price. Great service
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Citadines Kléber Strasbourg, and I can confidently say that it exceeded all my expectations. From its prime location to its impeccable cleanliness and exceptional service, this flat hotel is a true gem.
The room is comfortable. I like the clothes rack behind the bathroom the most. All the clothes I change can be dried in one night. It's relatively close to the cathedral. We went there twice in one morning. It was so spectacular.
