I had a most relaxing stay at this hotel. The team were all welcoming from the moment I walked in. I was in the Imperial Suite and found it met my expectations. I appreciated the welcome wine, fruit and pastries. The concierge team were excellent, they booked us 3 restaurants and were extremely helpful. I was sorry to leave!

We were greated so warmly. The room was fabulous and not one detail was overlooked. My husband was so very happy (the drink coasters are such a plus, I tried to buy them online!) The location could not have been better. Our stay was fabulous.

One of the hidden gem hotels of Strasbourg, a little off the beaten track but well worth looking at if you are searching for a very good hotel.

The hotel is near to the train station, the breakfast is good, with fresh food. But the sofa bed for children is not so comfortable, the edge of the sofa is so sharp that it can cut the skin if you don’t pay attention. No first aid kit at the reception.

Fantastic stay! Room was spotlessly clean, bed and linens were very comfortable and nice sized bathroom with rainfall shower. Air conditioning was easily up to American standards. The pool/spa area was wonderful and much needed after a week of travel. Be prepared to pay 9 euro per person and book in advance, but this was no problem. We arrived at the hotel 13:30 pm and the receptionist lady with glasses simply told us that we should take the room at 3 without even trying to see if there was possibility to get our room earlier. When we arrived at 3 the room wasn't ready so we had to wait tired enough one more hour without any information at all from reception at least to come at 4! The most inconvenient welcome to hotel.

Great little hotel. Rooms are very spacious. There are two things that I didn't like. 1. Beds were too hard. Didn't enjoy them. 2. The toilet was in a separate room than the shower/sink which was very strange - and didn't enjoy it. Everything else great!

Hotel D was the perfect choice for a two-night stay for our family of four. We were near everything we wanted to see and do. The rooms were on the small side but configured to maximize everything we needed. Wonderful staff!! Nice sauna and gym. Garage parking was a plus.

With my child we had a pleasant stay here for almost a week. We appreciate the location and its quiet neighborhood. Everything is within walking distance. Especially after a long day of walking to be able to enjoy sauna is a big plus.

Excellent experience in the Hotel. Location is unbeatable, check in was one of the best I had and we travel quite a lot. The room was small but perfect for a city trip. We ended up booking a last minute stay for an unplanned stay in Strasbourg and used this property because we are Marriott Bonvoy members. It is located on a busy street that bustles with life (and trams) during the day. The hotel is just off the tourist crowded Grand Rue in the old town which is a plus. Welcoming and very helpful staff, rooms are a pleasant mixture of modern fittings and well-chosen and functional antiques. All in all very good value.

I didnt require any service. The bathroom door's lock didnt work and the view wasn't spectacular and we only found one restaurant near by circa 3 kilometers in range of hotel. Otherwise it was good. But not as good as Hilton in other locations as Copenhagen.

Hotel is conveniently located near the train station! Everything was good! Thomas was very friendly too, and provided good service during our 2 nights stay! Only down side was there is no fridge and kettle! But overall still good!

Room and bed were all a little smaller than expected and the bathroom was freezing, but the vibe of the hotel was amazing. After we finished with the christmas markets we just sat in the hotels dinning area and enjoyed complementary hot cider and snacks/treats until we were ready to turn in for the night.

Excellent 4* close to Strasborg centre. Helpful staff, clean comfortable communal areas. The rooms are super quiet and air conditioned. Hot powerful showers, kettle, coffee maker, hairdryer and fridge in rooms. Really close to a large shopping centre and supermarket for everything you need. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Great modern rooms and facilities. Dog fee is 20 Euro per night (which is very extreme so we will look for another hotel next time) and parking for 2 days was 32 EUR. But the hotel itself was superb. The hotel is very central and you can easily walk to the town centre. The rooms are quite spacious, clean and comfortable though the bed is pretty hard. Breakfast is ok if a little disappointing- no bacon and eggs which surprised us as it is a big hotel chain. An okay hotel. Breakfast was not bad but also not that great. Probably could find a better restaurant nearby. Could use some customer service training. The room were clean and spacious. About a 15min walk to the center so that was a plus.

Amazing place. The rooms were verey clean and very neat. The service was good as well. We required an iron and it was immediately given to us. It is a bit far from the city but not a dealbreaker as the train station is only 2mins from the hotel and it takes around 3mins to arrive at the city center. Totally recommended 👍

I had a very nice stay at this hotel. Clem and the team were able to accommodate several special requests, sometimes at the last minute. This made a huge difference to our stay. There are several vegan options at breakfast which is very helpful when traveling in France. An addition of vegan butter, cream cheese or hummus would be really nice in addition to the nice selection that's already provided

Two days in Strasbourg. The hotel is just near the railway station and at the border of the pedestrian area of the city centre, so great location and strategic position for visiting the old town. If you arrive by car you can park at a public parking 5 min walk away, with a 50% discount offered by the hotel. The look is quite old, the interiors would need to be "refreshed" and internet connection improved...

If you feel lost when you are waiting for the madeleines in the shop in the left of the hotel then the cakes and tea in this hotel is the things you are deserved for. The tea room is warm and nice. The cakes are the best (apparently they are made by a famous patisserie in the town). The service is great too.

Spacious, clean room close to the Christmas markets. However, the bedding (IKEA) and towels (Thin and scratchy)did meet up to our expectations for a €400/night room. Room felt a bit spartan with no rug, just a bare floor.

Cons: wifi disconnects every hour or so and requires active reconnection. It will not auto connect when you return, no fans in the bathroom. This was a lovely boutique hotel in a great location. Walking distance to the old town and you are right amongst the heart of Strasbourg. However, the hotel was still quiet and private. Room was a great size and all the little touches they provided with amenities were great. Parking just across the road was easy to find and use. Highly recommend this place to stay and would love to go back!

The most darling hotel! The rooms are very unique and clean. The hotel is very quiet and quaint. The staff are excellent and really went the extra mile for us when we needed to borrow a cell phone for a Covid test, and Teo the resident lobby parrot is a sweet addition. It’s in an excellent location steps from the river, coffee shop next door, and excellent shopping.

The bus was delayed due to the transfer and we could not find an available hotel when we arrived in the city. We could not stay at the hotel because there was no availability, but the person in charge offered us hot coffee and did us a great favor. I send my love. 🙏🙏

A great hotel to use as a base for exploring Strasbourg. The rooms are small but for the area and price that was expected. The beds were comfy and all facilities were clean and comfortable. Great hotel. Breakfast was great. The crew was always very accommodating in the le club. Small rooms but that is probably the norm in France - I'm from Michigan. 20 minutes walk or 13 minute tram from the cathedral.

Very nicely designed hotel, very nice staff, and very cool concept in particular when traveling for work. While the rooms are a little small, they are perfectly functional and nice, and if you need extra space you can make use of "the club" - a space in the first floor, next to reception, where you can find spaces to work or relax, with access to snacks, coffee, tea, water and other drinks at all times...

Great hotel. The room was nice, big and clean. Service was super friendly and helpful. The location is close to the inner city but still allows you to stay away from the tourist crowds. The spa area was small but nice. Breakfast was a bit overpriced for what was offered. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

A hotel in the heart of the city, Straßbourg. It was close to attractions and well-known spots. The staff provided excellent service. The rooms were always well-maintained. Our 3-night stay was very pleasant.

Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable beds! Great air conditioner. There is a mini fridge and a mini sewing kit which is a nice touch! There is an elevator. There is also complimentary luggage storage for early arrival and after check out while you wait for the train so you can stroll the town some more. Convenient location. Noise level is moderate since there are restaurants nearby.

I am just amazed by this great hotel. Never in my life I stayed in such a luxury hotel for such an affordable price. Every little detail was well thought through.
