I had a most relaxing stay at this hotel. The team were all welcoming from the moment I walked in. I was in the Imperial Suite and found it met my expectations. I appreciated the welcome wine, fruit and pastries. The concierge team were excellent, they booked us 3 restaurants and were extremely helpful. I was sorry to leave!

We were greated so warmly. The room was fabulous and not one detail was overlooked. My husband was so very happy (the drink coasters are such a plus, I tried to buy them online!) The location could not have been better. Our stay was fabulous.

One of the hidden gem hotels of Strasbourg, a little off the beaten track but well worth looking at if you are searching for a very good hotel.

The hotel is near to the train station, the breakfast is good, with fresh food. But the sofa bed for children is not so comfortable, the edge of the sofa is so sharp that it can cut the skin if you don’t pay attention. No first aid kit at the reception.

Fantastic stay! Room was spotlessly clean, bed and linens were very comfortable and nice sized bathroom with rainfall shower. Air conditioning was easily up to American standards. The pool/spa area was wonderful and much needed after a week of travel. Be prepared to pay 9 euro per person and book in advance, but this was no problem. We arrived at the hotel 13:30 pm and the receptionist lady with glasses simply told us that we should take the room at 3 without even trying to see if there was possibility to get our room earlier. When we arrived at 3 the room wasn't ready so we had to wait tired enough one more hour without any information at all from reception at least to come at 4! The most inconvenient welcome to hotel.

Excellent experience in the Hotel. Location is unbeatable, check in was one of the best I had and we travel quite a lot. The room was small but perfect for a city trip. We ended up booking a last minute stay for an unplanned stay in Strasbourg and used this property because we are Marriott Bonvoy members. It is located on a busy street that bustles with life (and trams) during the day. Great little hotel. Rooms are very spacious. There are two things that I didn't like. 1. Beds were too hard. Didn't enjoy them. 2. The toilet was in a separate room than the shower/sink which was very strange - and didn't enjoy it. Everything else great!

Hotel D was the perfect choice for a two-night stay for our family of four. We were near everything we wanted to see and do. The rooms were on the small side but configured to maximize everything we needed. Wonderful staff!! Nice sauna and gym. Garage parking was a plus.

With my child we had a pleasant stay here for almost a week. We appreciate the location and its quiet neighborhood. Everything is within walking distance. Especially after a long day of walking to be able to enjoy sauna is a big plus.

The hotel is just off the tourist crowded Grand Rue in the old town which is a plus. Welcoming and very helpful staff, rooms are a pleasant mixture of modern fittings and well-chosen and functional antiques. All in all very good value.

I didnt require any service. The bathroom door's lock didnt work and the view wasn't spectacular and we only found one restaurant near by circa 3 kilometers in range of hotel. Otherwise it was good. But not as good as Hilton in other locations as Copenhagen.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was possible to adjust the hitting temperature. The service was good. It is far enough from the city centre, away from the hustle, but still perfectly connected to it via tram. I recommend this hotel.

When it comes to the hotel all went well, polite staff, modern, clean and quite rooms. However the wellness services have dropped massively with 1- the massage offered being one of the worst ever, a waste of time and money (and it came at a high price >€100 per person). 2- the pool was relatively cold vs what one might expect to find at a wellness center. The staff at both the reception and the restaurant were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Hotel is conveniently located near the train station! Everything was good! Thomas was very friendly too, and provided good service during our 2 nights stay! Only down side was there is no fridge and kettle! But overall still good!

Room and bed were all a little smaller than expected and the bathroom was freezing, but the vibe of the hotel was amazing. A great hotel to use as a base for exploring Strasbourg. The rooms are small but for the area and price that was expected. The beds were comfy and all facilities were clean and comfortable. We stayed in this hotel for the Christmas season and it was such a delight! Complimentary coffee in the lobby, so cozy for the winter season, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The only disappointing thing was that we didn't stay longer!

Spacious, clean room close to the Christmas markets. However, the bedding (IKEA) and towels (Thin and scratchy)did meet up to our expectations for a €400/night room. Room felt a bit spartan with no rug, just a bare floor.

Cons: wifi disconnects every hour or so and requires active reconnection. It will not auto connect when you return, no fans in the bathroom. This was a lovely boutique hotel in a great location. Walking distance to the old town and you are right amongst the heart of Strasbourg. However, the hotel was still quiet and private. Room was a great size and all the little touches they provided with amenities were great. Parking just across the road was easy to find and use. Highly recommend this place to stay and would love to go back!

The most darling hotel! The rooms are very unique and clean. The hotel is very quiet and quaint. The staff are excellent and really went the extra mile for us when we needed to borrow a cell phone for a Covid test, and Teo the resident lobby parrot is a sweet addition. It’s in an excellent location steps from the river, coffee shop next door, and excellent shopping.

Nice rooms and nice service. Kind, friendly staff especially in the bar. The view from my room was fantastic and the bed was extremely comfortable. However small problems exist which could do with some improvement. In the room there aren't enough hooks near the shower to hang the towels especially since we are 2 people. Excellent 4* close to Strasborg centre. Helpful staff, clean comfortable communal areas. The rooms are super quiet and air conditioned. Hot powerful showers, kettle, coffee maker, hairdryer and fridge in rooms. Really close to a large shopping centre and supermarket for everything you need. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Great modern rooms and facilities. Dog fee is 20 Euro per night (which is very extreme so we will look for another hotel next time) and parking for 2 days was 32 EUR. But the hotel itself was superb. The hotel was very well located, just 5 min to the closest bridge. It had a small but well formed room with a great size bathroom. The room was clean and light with a modern decor. A hotel in the heart of the city, Straßbourg. It was close to attractions and well-known spots. The staff provided excellent service. The rooms were always well-maintained. Our 3-night stay was very pleasant.

There is also complimentary luggage storage for early arrival and after check out while you wait for the train so you can stroll the town some more. Convenient location. Amazing place. The rooms were verey clean and very neat. The service was good as well. We required an iron and it was immediately given to us. It is a bit far from the city but not a dealbreaker as the train station is only 2mins from the hotel and it takes around 3mins to arrive at the city center. Totally recommended 👍

I had a very nice stay at this hotel. Clem and the team were able to accommodate several special requests, sometimes at the last minute. This made a huge difference to our stay. There are several vegan options at breakfast which is very helpful when traveling in France. An addition of vegan butter, cream cheese or hummus would be really nice in addition to the nice selection that's already provided

Quaint historic hotel just steps from the Cathedral and other local museums, shops and architectural gems. The check in and front desk staff are well conversant in English which made this anglophone very comfortable, at ease, and very welcome. The room was lovely with a great bed and linens. The hotel breakfast is good enough. Fruits, yogurt, cereal, local cheese, egg, bacon, home bread. The staff is very friendly, we were able to have breakfast earlier in out checkout date. The standard room was small for a 4* but the extremely friendly staff got me a better room. The hotel is oldish. The AC makes strange noises even if you turn it off. This was a great four star hotel a bit out of the way from the tourist area but a close walk. (20 minutes or so) We thought the hotel was great, my only complaint would be if you enjoy a good shower....our shower had zero water pressure and the shower head was set off to the very left side of the shower so you had to press up against the wall to get any sort of water while showering. Average Best Western. Nice bar and very friendly helpful staff who speak good English. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are on the small size and OK. The hotel has 2 lifts. The one I used was big enough, just, for me, one suitcase and one small wheelie bag. There is no restaurant and very limited parking.
