The hotel is near to the train station, the breakfast is good, with fresh food. But the sofa bed for children is not so comfortable, the edge of the sofa is so sharp that it can cut the skin if you don’t pay attention. No first aid kit at the reception.

We arrived at the hotel 13:30 pm and the receptionist lady with glasses simply told us that we should take the room at 3 without even trying to see if there was possibility to get our room earlier. I had a very nice stay at this hotel. Clem and the team were able to accommodate several special requests, sometimes at the last minute. This made a huge difference to our stay. There are several vegan options at breakfast which is very helpful when traveling in France. It is a simple but cosy hotel with a lot of pleasant touches to make your life easier. A free popcorn machine, coffee and tea available free of charge as well as free candy (gummy bears!!). Location is right in the middle of Strasbourg, Old Town. However please check for roadblocks and reserve for parking as we couldn't drive into the city center without permit or parking reservation. Had to park at a nearby facility which is 10 minutes walk.

The location is good. There are many restaurants nearby and a short walk to petite-france. It is a challenge to drive though. As we didn't know there's a need to make a reservation for parking, we got to park somewhere nearby and a walking distance away. Also, google Maps does not bring you to the front of the hotel, needs to do an illegal turn to get to the front of the hotel to unload luggage

Good location. Safety and comfortable. Nice staff and clean!

Overall, despite the fact that the hotel is a bit old, there are no complaints about the hotel. All the staff works conscientiously. Price and quality. A cheap hotel, so you can't expect much from it. The city itself just didn't grab me, it's dirty and repulsive.

The hotel is very close to Petite France, and is surrounded by the downtown area for shopping. The room is quite large, the bed is very comfortable, and there is always only one person at the front desk who needs to queue up

Very friendly place  except no gym in the building. Clean and well organised.

Wonderful room designs and great amenities. Location is wonderful and you are pretty much 10 min walk from most of the attractions.

The kitchen was well equipped and I would definitely like to stay here again. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Citadines Kléber Strasbourg, and I can confidently say that it exceeded all my expectations. From its prime location to its impeccable cleanliness and exceptional service, this flat hotel is a true gem.

The room is comfortable. I like the clothes rack behind the bathroom the most. All the clothes I change can be dried in one night. It's relatively close to the cathedral. We went there twice in one morning. It was so spectacular.
