I stayed for two nights on a solo trip. The hotel is ideally located right next to Place Kléber, and the area was very quiet. However, it's a bit of a walk to the train station, Petite France, and the Cathedral. The room was clean, but the desk is positioned right by the door, making it difficult to enter or exit if the chair is even slightly pulled out. What's more, the chair was quite heavy, making...
The hotel is nice just the rooms need to be refurbished
I absolutely loved my stay at Sofitel! The location is excellent, close to everything. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. I would especially like to thank Karen, who was incredibly kind and attentive with my twins – the kids adored her! I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again. :)
Our team has visited this location multiple times for various business meetings, and each experience has been excellent. Celine, our meeting manager, was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the planning process. The team consistently complimented the hotel and spoke highly of the meeting spaces. It was a smooth and enjoyable experience.
The staff at the hotel is welcoming and always helpful. The location is great for walking to the important sites; one way to the Petite France medieval area, another to the Cathedral. It has about a 10-min walk to/from the train station that is safe and scenic. The restaurant at the hotel is indoor/outdoor and the food is very good. My favorite was the Caesar Salad with very crispy chicken. It was...
The hotel is well situated, close to the tram and the city centre. Staff are friendly and helpful, and in particular Anna and Alexandra in the restaurant at breakfast time were delightful. Kind, helpful, friendly and extremely professional and patient even under pressure. My thanks to both. My room was a little smaller than I might have wished but was clean and comfortable. I was disappointed that...

The hotel is near to the train station, the breakfast is good, with fresh food. But the sofa bed for children is not so comfortable, the edge of the sofa is so sharp that it can cut the skin if you don’t pay attention. No first aid kit at the reception.
A Hidden Gem in Provence ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "This is truly a hidden gem in the beautiful region of Provence. The hotel is set in a tranquil, picturesque village with breathtaking views of the surrounding vineyards. Our room was cozy and tastefully decorated, and the private terrace was a lovely touch for morning coffee. The staff was friendly and offered great recommendations for local dining and activities. Classic Elegance and Comfort ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming hotel ! The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the room was spacious and beautifully decorated. We loved the classic French touches that made the place feel so unique. The breakfast spread was delicious, with fresh croissants and local cheeses. The location is perfect, just a short walk from all the major attractions...
It is a nice hotel. The windows open. They do not put a plastic condomlike cover on the mattress. Breakfast is decent although the scrambled eggs come from a box. I enjoyed the fresh orange juice, dates and nuts in the buffet breakfast. It was all very clean. The pool is very warm and pleasant with clean dressing rooms. However, charging 9 EUR for it is really ridiculous. High praise on water in a...
The location was excellent, easy walk from the railway station and to the city center and Petite France. The hotel is new, very clean and decorated with quality materials and nice colors. Soundproofing and comfortable bed helped me sleep very well. Gym with Tecnogym cardio equipment in the basement, open 24/7. The breakfast had everything I like, except great coffee (machine coffee, average). Overall...
Fantastic stay! Room was spotlessly clean, bed and linens were very comfortable and nice sized bathroom with rainfall shower. Air conditioning was easily up to American standards. The pool/spa area was wonderful and much needed after a week of travel. Be prepared to pay 9 euro per person and book in advance, but this was no problem. I would not say that the pool is child oriented, but great for couples...
We arrived at the hotel 13:30 pm and the receptionist lady with glasses simply told us that we should take the room at 3 without even trying to see if there was possibility to get our room earlier. When we arrived at 3 the room wasn't ready so we had to wait tired enough one more hour without any information at all from reception at least to come at 4! The most inconvenient welcome to hotel.

Excellent value for money, it's a great location
Very nice staff. Breakfast was good for France, room was very big, everything worked
Hotel in a "belle-époque" style, very well located, very beautiful interior decorations Very complete breakfast Very welcoming and caring staff Only small downside the carpet and some stains present I still highly recommend

The hotel located in a quiet and fancy area, where several diplomatic sites are based, two km from downtown (Petit France). The room was very big, comfortable a silent, we even had an upgrade for free. Staff kind and professional. Parking place is available at a cost of 40€/day but you can for free in the nearby area, which looks safe even at night time. Spa and pool are small but just the right size...
High class ammenities, residential neibourhood, surrounded by embassies and quite and relaxation into the nature Outside pool view from our balcony - exceptional and inside pool with lanes for power jets of water for deeper relaxation. Just across the Orangerie Park and near European Council. Multiple water channels - in Strasbourg and great vibe of the Petit France are presenting a high class image
The last stop on our rail trip. The pool was the highlight of the hotel and we spent a peaceful afternoon there. The room was disappointing, very small with a tiny bathroom that was tired. There was nowhere to hang towels etc. No room for a bedside table on one side so nowhere to put glasses, book etc. The room was on the third floor but the lift only went to the second and we had to carry our cases...
A very comfortable and friendly hotel, perfect location for the Council of Europe. Couldn't recommend more highly.
Excellent location in a residential area. Delicious and varied breakfast, exceptionally high quality linen and towels, impeccable staff and a beautiful garden, with a small pool in the summer months…
The staff was very friendly and the room spacious. As hotel guest we had free access to the spa (sadly we were too early in the year for the outdoor pool to be open yet). The area feels very safe as there are many embassies around. The Orangerie Park is in perfect walking distance and great for a leisurely stroll. Everything was more than adequate for a hotel at this price point. But when we are attended to with exceptional care, I like to recognize good service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great hotel would surely stay again. The rooms are a small but everything is set out properly so it doesn’t matter. Fabulous shower and loved the heated towel rail. Great little hotel. Rooms are very spacious. There are two things that I didn't like. 1. Beds were too hard. Didn't enjoy them. 2. The toilet was in a separate room than the shower/sink which was very strange - and didn't enjoy it. Everything else great!
Boutique hotel with parking. Friendly staff. No air conditioning was allowed as September wasn't deemed hot enough. But window allowed ventilation. Unusual to have a separate toilet and bathroom. Fantastic shower

A 5star hotel and room have been renovated. Recommended if you stay at Strasbourg.
The hotel is located in the center of the old town of Strasbourg, close to the Christmas market and the big Christmas tree. There are two light rail stations around the hotel, and you can reach Strasbourg's famous attractions in a few minutes' walk. The room is spacious, but the lighting is a bit dim. Amazing service and amazing staffs. Although it is a bit of a walk from the train station, it is totally worth it. One thing tho, the facilities inside the gym room is quite old.

Magnificent building located in the Petite France district, surrounded by canals with the old icehouses integrated into the structure. Quality room, bar, and restaurant. Friendly and professional staff. The icing on the cake is a small spa for relaxation.
We arrived at around 11 o'clock in the morning. The concierge enthusiastically came out to help with the luggage storage. The hotel is right in the middle of the old town. Great hotel, fabulous garden Near most of the attraction parts of Strasbourg. Although some room doors need maintenance otherwise fabulous hotel!
The hotel is just off the tourist crowded Grand Rue in the old town which is a plus. Welcoming and very helpful staff, rooms are a pleasant mixture of modern fittings and well-chosen and functional antiques. All in all very good value.

My stay at the Hilton Strasbourg was overall very pleasant. The location is convenient, close to the European Parliament and with tram access to the city center. The room was clean and comfortable, though a little dated in style. Staff were polite and helpful, and the breakfast had a good variety. A solid choice for a short stay in Strasbourg.
The place is clean, odor-free, with a great view and convenient transportation. However, the hotel has few facilities, mainly the lobby restaurant. There are always groups staying here, probably because it is a favorite of travel agencies.
Hotel very nice and clean. Service great and breakfast good 👍

We visited Christmas time, good location - tram station is near and it's a short ride to the center. It's convenient if you arrive by car, the hotel has parking. Nice view from our window. The lobby was nice and decorated. The room wasn't good. Bad air conditioner, a bit of draining problem in the tab, no heating in the showroom, all together it was a bit cold in the room. needs renovation. Also poor...
The hotel is ok, but I'm not amazed. It looks quite old and if you look closely you can see that a lot of the stuff should have been replaced a while back. The facilities also feel quite old (swimming pool, changing rooms etc.). It is true that not that many hotels in Strasbourg have them so at least it's something. They have a small fitness studio overlooking the pool and a sauna which I actually...

Just 15 min walk to the Cathedral, very modern and clean hotel.
We stayed at the hotel for one night with our two kids. The location was nice, about 15 minutes walking distance to the center. The room was nicely designed and spacious. Unfortunately some of the electric devices were damaged, which could’ve been quite dangerous. Breakfast was ok, too pricey for the selection. The parking across the hotel was 24 euros a night.
Rooms are modern and comfortable! Definitely the best part. As others have mentioned, if you are driving and need parking you may want to choose a different hotel. The off site lot is privately operated and a 10-min walk. Breakfast was not good and very overcrowded, albeit convenient.
During our stay in December, during check in, we were greeted and welcomed. The hotel is modern, comfortable, close to the center (10 min walk) and has a restaurant/bar on site. During busy times or holidays it will be difficult to get an Uber from the train station, but it is doable. One thing to note, if you book a 2 bed room, it can only be shared by 2 adults. If you have more than 2, depending...

It was very nice and close to the train station and the old town. Very nice front desk service as well!
Here is a clear and precise comment that you can leave: The location of the hotel is very good, but the rooms are old and quite small. This may be a point to consider for those looking for more comfort. The hotel offers a garage for €30 per night, but I strongly advise against it for people with a large car: we had a lot of trouble getting through the garage door. Amazing place. The rooms were verey clean and very neat. The service was good as well. We required an iron and it was immediately given to us. It is a bit far from the city but not a dealbreaker as the train station is only 2mins from the hotel and it takes around 3mins to arrive at the city center. Totally recommended 👍
We stayed in the Origami Hotel during our family trip in Europe. The hotel was very clean, stylish, staff were very friendly and professional. The lady who checked us in was amazing and very helpful. The family room was great option for 5 people. Thank you.
I had a very nice stay at this hotel. Clem and the team were able to accommodate several special requests, sometimes at the last minute. This made a huge difference to our stay. There are several vegan options at breakfast which is very helpful when traveling in France. An addition of vegan butter, cream cheese or hummus would be really nice in addition to the nice selection that's already provided
Nice hotel, clean, modern and so easy to get to on the tram. Really convenient. I do wish the room came with a mini fridge though...this is the main reason why I book Airbnbs instead of hotels!

If you feel lost when you are waiting for the madeleines in the shop in the left of the hotel then the cakes and tea in this hotel is the things you are deserved for. The tea room is warm and nice. The cakes are the best (apparently they are made by a famous patisserie in the town). The service is great too.

honestly quite upset because there was a construction going on early in the morning and the drilling woke me up which was really annoying. should’ve informed us during check in that there would be such work going on. other than that, very happy here!
Location is right in the middle of Strasbourg, Old Town. However please check for roadblocks and reserve for parking as we couldn't drive into the city center without permit or parking reservation. Had to park at a nearby facility which is 10 minutes walk.
The location is good. There are many restaurants nearby and a short walk to petite-france. It is a challenge to drive though. As we didn't know there's a need to make a reservation for parking, we got to park somewhere nearby and a walking distance away. Also, google Maps does not bring you to the front of the hotel, needs to do an illegal turn to get to the front of the hotel to unload luggage
Very satisfied. The children like the small bed in the room. There is also a small balcony where you can see the street view of the city center. It is a good experience.
The hotel is very well located, the staff is very helpful and very kind. On the other hand, regarding the room and its facilities, I expected something relatively better compared to the price and the fact that it is a 4-star hotel. The photos are not representative of the room.
Excellent structure located in the center, quiet at night, comfort of the room, cleanliness, excellent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful receptionist and breakfast attendants. A mini fridge in the room would have been appreciated, otherwise the room was well stocked and of a good size.

Comfortable beds, dark and quiet rooms, very friendly service. The city center is very convenient to reach by public transport. Would definitely come again
Not far from the train station. Nice and friendly staff. Breakfast is really good. Cozy, clean, good view and valuable price. Worthy

Athena Hotel is highly recommended. The rooms are great, the staff is friendly, and Nabila from the kitchen made the stay extra special. A fantastic accommodation experience.
Amazing hotel with very kind staff and many facilities such as sauna, hammam, indoor pool and bar. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Thank you for all. Would definitely recommend. ⭐️
I would have appreciated if the coffee capsules had been free for the duration of the stay and not just upon arrival. But, although this is my second visit, I highly recommend this hotel. And as the saying goes: "never two without three"... See you soon
The hotel has a very nice, clean and cozy spa area which is very well maintained. The rooms are spacious, with enough space to move around freely. What I found lacking were the room toiletries - there is only basic soap provided, no lotion or hair conditioner, and also no paper tissues. Would expect more toiletries provided in a 4 stars hotel. Otherwise all good!
I was upgraded to a suite unexpectedly. I highly recommend booking with them through their website for the best service. Yes, if you book a regular room, maybe they'll upgrade you to a suite, but I can confirm, the extra for the suite is well worth it. I will be staying with them when I stay in Strasbourg and paying a bit more for the suite. The spa and fitness facility is included which is a service...
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was possible to adjust the hitting temperature. The service was good. It is far enough from the city centre, away from the hustle, but still perfectly connected to it via tram. I recommend this hotel.

Excellent modern hotel, clean, good amenities, a little out of the way, few shops but "Cathedral & Petite France" quickly reachable at 6 tram stations
The receptionist was very welcoming, kind and professional. After a long day of driving we had a late arrival and were tired. We were met with a genuine smile and the check-in was fast. Excellent customer service.
The counter staff were very helpful and had a great attitude. The breakfast was simple but good.
Clean, spacious rooms. Design, optimistic, zero waist. ibis Styles have interesting concepts! Not high end but also not high end prices. Nice breakfast. Absolutely recommend!
The hotel fee had been prepaid on Ctrip, but the hotel did not notify Ctrip when the deduction was unsuccessful; as a result, another 135 euros was deducted from the staying guest.
Staff very friendly and helpful

We stayed in this hotel for the Christmas season and it was such a delight! Complimentary coffee in the lobby, so cozy for the winter season, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The only disappointing thing was that we didn't stay longer!
Super cute hotel with wonderful stuff. I can't say enough about how wonderful they were and helpful. The location in the city is great too. Very easy to get to and around. Loved the room themes and amenities. Would absolutely stay here again.
Spacious, clean room close to the Christmas markets. However, the bedding (IKEA) and towels (Thin and scratchy)did meet up to our expectations for a €400/night room. Room felt a bit spartan with no rug, just a bare floor.
Cons: wifi disconnects every hour or so and requires active reconnection. It will not auto connect when you return, no fans in the bathroom. Pros: amazing staff, room was nice and large, comfy bed and pillows, large bathroom with a separate toilet area, coffee and tea in reception, chilled wines and other beverages for sale in reception, great location.
This was a lovely boutique hotel in a great location. Walking distance to the old town and you are right amongst the heart of Strasbourg. However, the hotel was still quiet and private. Room was a great size and all the little touches they provided with amenities were great. Parking just across the road was easy to find and use. Highly recommend this place to stay and would love to go back!
Lovely hotel. Conveniently located. Friendly staff
