I didn't try the food here, I don't know if it's good. The light was dark and I didn't like the attic.

It is a very unique hotel. After arriving, staff came to help with luggage and parking. The room is large and the location is very good. It only takes 7 or 8 minutes to walk to Petite France. There are also many good restaurants around.

I stayed for two nights on a solo trip. The hotel is ideally located right next to Place Kléber, and the area was very quiet. However, it's a bit of a walk to the train station, Petite France, and the Cathedral. Really good hotel close to the city centre of Strasbourg. The staff is very friendly. Our room was on the last floor and very clean with a comfy bed. I recommend you to use the spa. We arrived at the hotel 13:30 pm and the receptionist lady with glasses simply told us that we should take the room at 3 without even trying to see if there was possibility to get our room earlier. When we arrived at 3 the room wasn't ready so we had to wait tired enough one more hour without any information at all from reception at least to come at 4! The most inconvenient welcome to hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for the Christmas season and it was such a delight! Complimentary coffee in the lobby, so cozy for the winter season, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The only disappointing thing was that we didn't stay longer!

Spacious, clean room close to the Christmas markets. However, the bedding (IKEA) and towels (Thin and scratchy)did meet up to our expectations for a €400/night room. Room felt a bit spartan with no rug, just a bare floor.

Cons: wifi disconnects every hour or so and requires active reconnection. It will not auto connect when you return, no fans in the bathroom. This was a lovely boutique hotel in a great location. Walking distance to the old town and you are right amongst the heart of Strasbourg. However, the hotel was still quiet and private. Room was a great size and all the little touches they provided with amenities were great. Parking just across the road was easy to find and use. The hotel has a very nice, clean and cozy spa area which is very well maintained. The rooms are spacious, with enough space to move around freely. What I found lacking were the room toiletries - there is only basic soap provided, no lotion or hair conditioner, and also no paper tissues. Would expect more toiletries provided in a 4 stars hotel. I was upgraded to a suite unexpectedly. I highly recommend booking with them through their website for the best service. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was possible to adjust the hitting temperature. The service was good. It is far enough from the city centre, away from the hustle, but still perfectly connected to it via tram. I recommend this hotel.
