Loved it, brilliant location, kids welcome pack very appreciated. Staff extremely nice. Shame we could not try the restaurant as it required a credit card reservation and would have been charged if not cancelled within 24 hours

I had a most relaxing stay at this hotel. The team were all welcoming from the moment I walked in. I was in the Imperial Suite and found it met my expectations. I appreciated the welcome wine, fruit and pastries. The concierge team were excellent, they booked us 3 restaurants and were extremely helpful. I was sorry to leave!

We were greated so warmly. The room was fabulous and not one detail was overlooked. My husband was so very happy (the drink coasters are such a plus, I tried to buy them online!) The location could not have been better. Our stay was fabulous.

Beautiful location and centrally located. The hotel and the staff are lovely. The decor is dated and needs a refurb but the hotel was great and facilities were good.

Very basic for 4 stars. Small rooms and I had to send 4 mails to get an invoice. The rooms are really really claustrophobic.

Fantastic stay! Room was spotlessly clean, bed and linens were very comfortable and nice sized bathroom with rainfall shower. Air conditioning was easily up to American standards. The pool/spa area was wonderful and much needed after a week of travel. Be prepared to pay 9 euro per person and book in advance, but this was no problem. I would not say that the pool is child oriented, but great for couples...

Great rooms and reception very nice. Food was ok although we had to wait for replenishment. Checkout time was fair, 12 pm, contrary of some others that asks 10.30 or 11. Had to reserve parking space in advance, strongly recommend this. I would recommend it

Flawless, or at least as close to flawless that I have gotten with a hotel. Complimentary breakfast in the morning is excellent. Staff are responsive for both scheduled and unexpected matters. I truly felt supported in all matters during my time at Voco. Rooms are spacious and cleaned often. Extra services are great - fitness room, pool and spa, and laundry service. Thank you for the mask tester from Staycation_fr. I was surprised.. and happy for the little surprise. The hotel is cute. But they do not provide any toothpaste on the bathroom, (probably available upon request). Love everything, except the toilet (the water wasn’t strong enough compared to our toilet at home in Germany).

Rooms are the typical size for Europe, but very well designed. Excellent location with attentive staff and excellent breakfast. A variety of amenities are offered at additional charge. I would definitely stay here again when in Strasbourg.

We arrived at the hotel 13:30 pm and the receptionist lady with glasses simply told us that we should take the room at 3 without even trying to see if there was possibility to get our room earlier. When we arrived at 3 the room wasn't ready so we had to wait tired enough one more hour without any information at all from reception at least to come at 4! The most inconvenient welcome to hotel.

Adjacent to Ukranian consulate and across from the Ecuadorian consulate. Fabulous Italian and French cuisine walking distance and near to famous park with large Storks in trees and on buildings. One of the hidden gem hotels of Strasbourg, a little off the beaten track but well worth looking at if you are searching for a very good hotel.

Old hotel in the city centre . Everything is clean . Large rooms .For lovers of antiquity . If the Windows overlook the courtyard, it is quiet, you can sleep well . The price is not expensive for a 4 star . If you compare with other hotels .

Excellent experience in the Hotel. Location is unbeatable, check in was one of the best I had and we travel quite a lot. The room was small but perfect for a city trip. The view from the balcony is nice. The breakfast was included as a Platinum amenity and was delicious. The breakfast area is nicely decorated in a French style. If you're going to Strasbourg, stay here!

We ended up booking a last minute stay for an unplanned stay in Strasbourg and used this property because we are Marriott Bonvoy members. It is located on a busy street that bustles with life (and trams) during the day. The area is pedestrianized so there is no traffic noise at all and our room which overlooked the street was very quiet. The hotel is newly renovated and it shows. Loved the Art Deco...

It's a wonderful hotel! Cosy and large rooms, you can easily leave your car in front of the hotel. Breakfast was amazing and a lot of bio options. Staff were very friendly and helpfull! We would love to come back again!

Want to give it more stars..... But the afternoon receptionist just killed the experience. Outside of her lack of service attitude, everything and everyone else was good standard! Breakfast was good, concierges were attentive, etc. Afternoon receptionist couldn't tell me roughly how much it cost taxi to the airport? For alternative breakfast arrangements, I had to call back to speak to night shift...

Boutique hotel with parking. Friendly staff. No air conditioning was allowed as September wasn't deemed hot enough. But window allowed ventilation. Unusual to have a separate toilet and bathroom. Fantastic shower

Hotel D was the perfect choice for a two-night stay for our family of four. We were near everything we wanted to see and do. The rooms were on the small side but configured to maximize everything we needed. Wonderful staff!! Nice sauna and gym. Garage parking was a plus.

With my child we had a pleasant stay here for almost a week. We appreciate the location and its quiet neighborhood. Everything is within walking distance. Especially after a long day of walking to be able to enjoy sauna is a big plus.

The location of the hotel and the attention of the employees are very good points.The breakfast is a bit weak and parking is expensive, but when it comes to Strasbourg, parking is a serious problem.The running and walking routes they give you when you enter the hotel are a very nice detail.

We had our stay in Hotel_D in the end of June. This is a great hotel. Location is very good - the old town is across the canal. We were amased how food a little room (18 square meters) was organized, it has a huge bed and shower and toilet are in separate rooms! The staff was extremely helpfull and friendly. Air conditioning is very good. Breakfast has all options you want to keep you full till evening...

Overall a very nice hotel. My only complaint is the cold scrambled eggs at breakfast. On our last day, we were even there at 6:30 am when breakfast opened and the eggs were already cold. They obviously made them much earlier and don't have a good system to keep them warm.

The hotel is in a fine location for exploring old Strasbourg on foot, and the beautiful and comfortable room was just the thing needed for resting tired feet after that exploration.

The hotel is just off the tourist crowded Grand Rue in the old town which is a plus. Welcoming and very helpful staff, rooms are a pleasant mixture of modern fittings and well-chosen and functional antiques. All in all very good value.

I had a very nice stay at this hotel. Clem and the team were able to accommodate several special requests, sometimes at the last minute. This made a huge difference to our stay. There are several vegan options at breakfast which is very helpful when traveling in France. An addition of vegan butter, cream cheese or hummus would be really nice in addition to the nice selection that's already provided

Good hotel , nicely situated , very friendly staff. Free parking walkable distance, but also very convenient when using P rotonde. With the parking ticket 1-7 persons can use the public transport for a round trip same day €4,70 . Only flaw I found was no minibar in the room (4* hotel), only by paying extra.

Nice hotel 2,5 Km from the city center. There isn't refrigerator in the rooms. They dont accept foods to their refrigeratosrs if it is necessary for someone

Is exemplary for 4th grade.The friendly approach to the reception, the service shown by the employees, forethought in all the details inside the rooms, in the bathroom, in the hallways and stairs, decoration at the entrance for Catholic Easter. All objects have an aesthetic point of view. One of the fastest check-ins I've ever done to a hotel.

This hotel is in a perfect spot. There were a lot of Asian restaurants nearby and everything was within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again. I was also able to check in early. Maybe it was just Luck.

Great hotel … but…. Fantastic and friendly staff, great location, clean and fab views with cool music in the evenings… But The breakfast sucks, we got a refund for 1 of our breakfast, as a couple, it was dire! The pasties were all stale bar a couple of fresh chocolat au pain! This is France!!! Aren’t their pastries supposed to be the best??? When I complained I was told repeatedly that they were fresh...

Excellent 4* close to Strasborg centre. Helpful staff, clean comfortable communal areas. The rooms are super quiet and air conditioned. Hot powerful showers, kettle, coffee maker, hairdryer and fridge in rooms. Really close to a large shopping centre and supermarket for everything you need. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Great modern rooms and facilities. Dog fee is 20 Euro per night (which is very extreme so we will look for another hotel next time) and parking for 2 days was 32 EUR. But the hotel itself was superb. Big rooms. Great pillows. Quite hards beds though. Great black out curtains. Very clean and modern shower. I recommend anyone without a pet to stay here!

It is beyond my expectation. Arrived late and got warm welcoming from the staff. Great room with amazing view and coffee machine. Great location! Great bar ambience with delicious cocktails. The fitness area is also nice with view! Worth the price! We enjoyed our stay there!

Despite checking in rather late the check in process was fast without any headache. The staff were super friendly. The room was clean and had a marginally good view. We visited Christmas time, good location - tram station is near and it's a short ride to the center. It's convenient if you arrive by car, the hotel has parking. Nice view from our window. The lobby was nice and decorated. The room wasn't good. The hotel is ok, but I'm not amazed. It looks quite old and if you look closely you can see that a lot of the stuff should have been replaced a while back. The hotel was very well located, just 5 min to the closest bridge. It had a small but well formed room with a great size bathroom. The room was clean and light with a modern decor. It was a bit tight with the dog bed, as he's a mastiff x but we managed. Great location just outside of the island - nice and quiet and very walkable to the downtown area. We checked in, and the staff at the desk were very friendly and accommodating. We had booked two rooms, and upon entry, one of the rooms had a very heavy cigarette smoke smell to it. The hotel is very central and you can easily walk to the town centre. The rooms are quite spacious, clean and comfortable though the bed is pretty hard. Breakfast is ok if a little disappointing- no bacon and eggs which surprised us as it is a big hotel chain. We also have a dog with us and despite them saying dogs are welcome they made quite a fuss when we said we would be leaving our quiet and timid...

An okay hotel. Breakfast was not bad but also not that great. Probably could find a better restaurant nearby. Could use some customer service training. The room were clean and spacious. About a 15min walk to the center so that was a plus.

A great hotel to use as a base for exploring Strasbourg. The rooms are small but for the area and price that was expected. The beds were comfy and all facilities were clean and comfortable. As to the breakfast, it is absolutely commendable. We have felt such a warm feeling from the wonderful staff. We are looking forward to our next stay here.

They advertise they have a private parking but they mention the parking can fit cars of max height of 1,80 m ONLY AFTER it is too late to cancel the reservation without penalty. Followong this, you can find yourself looking for a parking spot around crouded area, tired after a day of driving. The hotel is partially refurbished with the accent on "partially". The smell of old os still there.

What a great hotel! The bed was a little hard and it could have used a few more pillows, but it had air conditioning! The staff there was so great. If you go there be sure to ask for restaurant recommendations. They won't steer you wrong. The breakfast buffet is worth the extra money, so enjoy.

Bedroom is great and comfy but not too much light. The shower is awesome but you'll get the whole bathroom swamped. Lift is tiny. Parking is useful for a tiny car, as there is no room to turn into the ramps in 1 manoeuvre with a long vehicle.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was possible to adjust the hitting temperature. The service was good. It is far enough from the city centre, away from the hustle, but still perfectly connected to it via tram. I recommend this hotel.

When it comes to the hotel all went well, polite staff, modern, clean and quite rooms. However the wellness services have dropped massively with 1- the massage offered being one of the worst ever, a waste of time and money (and it came at a high price >€100 per person). 2- the pool was relatively cold vs what one might expect to find at a wellness center. A shame as the hotel’s wellness used to be...

The staff at both the reception and the restaurant were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, our experience was slightly marred by the unusually long wait for our meal, which prevented us from using the spa, though the warm service somewhat compensated for the delay.

Great hotel with a wonderful spa. The location is a bit far from a center for such a price but the friendly staff compensates for that. I would just have liked if the staff had reusable mugs in the rooms and informed us about massages.

A hotel in the heart of the city, Straßbourg. It was close to attractions and well-known spots. The staff provided excellent service. The rooms were always well-maintained. Our 3-night stay was very pleasant.

Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable beds! Great air conditioner. There is a mini fridge and a mini sewing kit which is a nice touch! There is an elevator. There is also complimentary luggage storage for early arrival and after check out while you wait for the train so you can stroll the town some more. Convenient location. Noise level is moderate since there are restaurants nearby.

The most darling hotel! The rooms are very unique and clean. The hotel is very quiet and quaint. The staff are excellent and really went the extra mile for us when we needed to borrow a cell phone for a Covid test, and Teo the resident lobby parrot is a sweet addition. It’s in an excellent location steps from the river, coffee shop next door, and excellent shopping.

The hotel breakfast is good enough. Fruits, yogurt, cereal, local cheese, egg, bacon, home bread. The staff is very friendly, we were able to have breakfast earlier in out checkout date. The staff were great, really helpful and friendly, Nicola was on reception most of the time we stayed and showed us around the breakfast room so we know what was available, drew us a map to help us get to the Christmas market. This was a great four star hotel a bit out of the way from the tourist area but a close walk. (20 minutes or so) We thought the hotel was great, my only complaint would be if you enjoy a good shower....our shower had zero water pressure and the shower head was set off to the very left side of the shower so you had to press up against the wall to get any sort of water while showering. If you feel lost when you are waiting for the madeleines in the shop in the left of the hotel then the cakes and tea in this hotel is the things you are deserved for. The tea room is warm and nice. The cakes are the best (apparently they are made by a famous patisserie in the town). The service is great too.

Cheerful and modern hotel close to train station. Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms and beds, and good breakfast. Sadly they do not have any storage room for bicycles, so you need to entrust your bikes to the public train station storage.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful, the Hotel was very clean and the location was perfect. Parking was an issue cause you have to park in a public parking around and pay 11 EUR per day and walk back to the hotel. Other than that, everything went very well. We did not try the hotel breakfast but there are good bakeries and cafes very close.

Verry good value. A 3 stars hotel that strive to be 4. Free coffee/tea and snacks all day at lobby. Well kept premises. Basic Bfst but good enough. Comfortable bed. Very good location. Some things can be hit and miss (some days they were slow to replenish breakfast items or never did. we had no noise issues but I can see that a noisy neighbor MIGHT be an issue).

Two days in Strasbourg. The hotel is just near the railway station and at the border of the pedestrian area of the city centre, so great location and strategic position for visiting the old town. If you arrive by car you can park at a public parking 5 min walk away, with a 50% discount offered by the hotel. The look is quite old, the interiors would need to be "refreshed" and internet connection improved...

Clean, spacious rooms. Design, optimistic, zero waist. ibis Styles have interesting concepts! Not high end but also not high end prices. Nice breakfast. Absolutely recommend!

Room and bathroom was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly (you might have a hard time to get certain information if you don't speak French, but they are really helpful). The location was perfect: the tram station is right across the road. From there you can get to the old town centre within 10 minutes. Friendly service, satisfactory breakfast. Hotel well located in front of the Tram that takes you straight to the downtown (line D). 20-30min walk from the bridge with the border France-Germany. 50min by car from Europapark. Own underground parking! super recommended! The entire team was very solicitous.

Everything you expect from ibis styles, clean rooms, clean bathroom, good breakfast. To bad restaurant was not open.
