We arrived at the hotel 13:30 pm and the receptionist lady with glasses simply told us that we should take the room at 3 without even trying to see if there was possibility to get our room earlier. This was a lovely boutique hotel in a great location. Walking distance to the old town and you are right amongst the heart of Strasbourg. However, the hotel was still quiet and private. The hotel is very well located at the heart of Strasbourg, easy access to all the attractions. However, it looks like the hotel needs some renovation. The carpet, for instance, was very dirty. Parking can be tricky if you can’t take a spot on Level One (hotel spots). Parking on Level 2 means carrying bags through some stairs.
