One night stay. Fantastic location lovely staff. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and can’t thank Alhil and Bryan enough for looking after us. They are both delightful, our meal was great but these two staff members made our night. They were professional extremely helpful, really fun, great smiles and laughs. We will be back and hope they are still here. Thank you both very much. Robbyn...
I stayed for two nights on a solo trip. The hotel is ideally located right next to Place Kléber, and the area was very quiet. However, it's a bit of a walk to the train station, Petite France, and the Cathedral. The room was clean, but the desk is positioned right by the door, making it difficult to enter or exit if the chair is even slightly pulled out. What's more, the chair was quite heavy, making...
The hotel is nice just the rooms need to be refurbished
I absolutely loved my stay at Sofitel! The location is excellent, close to everything. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. I would especially like to thank Karen, who was incredibly kind and attentive with my twins – the kids adored her! I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again. :)
Our team has visited this location multiple times for various business meetings, and each experience has been excellent. Celine, our meeting manager, was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the planning process. The team consistently complimented the hotel and spoke highly of the meeting spaces. It was a smooth and enjoyable experience.
The staff at the hotel is welcoming and always helpful. The location is great for walking to the important sites; one way to the Petite France medieval area, another to the Cathedral. It has about a 10-min walk to/from the train station that is safe and scenic. The restaurant at the hotel is indoor/outdoor and the food is very good. My favorite was the Caesar Salad with very crispy chicken. It was...

Magnificent building located in the Petite France district, surrounded by canals with the old icehouses integrated into the structure. Quality room, bar, and restaurant. Friendly and professional staff. The icing on the cake is a small spa for relaxation.
We arrived at around 11 o'clock in the morning. The concierge enthusiastically came out to help with the luggage storage. The hotel is right in the middle of the old town. We walked around and felt a little tired, so we came back to rest. The concierge and the front desk staff took the initiative to tell us that the room was ready. Not only could we check in early, but it was also a room with a view...
Great hotel in a fantastic location. The spa was lovely and I couldn't recommend the hotel enough for anyone wanting a lovely place to stay in the heart of strasbourg.
Breakfast food is limited but high quality Very good service
The hotel was a wonderful experience. Everything was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the pillows allowed for a great nights sleep. The Spa experience was a brilliant way to relax after exploring the city.
Very friendly staff. It's a shame that it rained in our room and that they didn't ask us how we liked our stay when we left the hotel.

I stayed in a Deluxe King room for two nights and had a good experience overall. The location was convenient: just a short tram ride from the city center and close to the convention hall. The staff was friendly and professional and always...
My stay at the Hilton Strasbourg was overall very pleasant. The location is convenient, close to the European Parliament and with tram access to the city center. The room was clean and comfortable, though a little dated in style. Staff were polite and helpful, and the breakfast had a good variety. A solid choice for a short stay in Strasbourg.
The place is clean, odor-free, with a great view and convenient transportation. However, the hotel has few facilities, mainly the lobby restaurant. There are always groups staying here, probably because it is a favorite of travel agencies.
Hotel very nice and clean. Service great and breakfast good 👍
The location was the only flaws of the hotel. It takes around 15mins tram from the central station. Other than that it was almost perfect

We visited Christmas time, good location - tram station is near and it's a short ride to the center. It's convenient if you arrive by car, the hotel has parking. Nice view from our window. The lobby was nice and decorated. The room wasn't good. Bad air conditioner, a bit of draining problem in the tab, no heating in the showroom, all together it was a bit cold in the room. needs renovation. Also poor...
The hotel is ok, but I'm not amazed. It looks quite old and if you look closely you can see that a lot of the stuff should have been replaced a while back. The facilities also feel quite old (swimming pool, changing rooms etc.). It is true that not that many hotels in Strasbourg have them so at least it's something. They have a small fitness studio overlooking the pool and a sauna which I actually...
Good service this room is big arae for rest and activity i like it and comback to rest when to travel
Deserves the four stars, though does not stand out in any way for more than that
Needs some updates, but rooms are quite spacious and the staff is very pleasant. For 4 starts and a bit far from the old town needs some "modernity"
Everything was ok! The receptionists were realy nice. Breakfast was absolutely perfect.

Just 15 min walk to the Cathedral, very modern and clean hotel.
We stayed at the hotel for one night with our two kids. The location was nice, about 15 minutes walking distance to the center. The room was nicely designed and spacious. Unfortunately some of the electric devices were damaged, which could’ve been quite dangerous. Breakfast was ok, too pricey for the selection. The parking across the hotel was 24 euros a night.
Rooms are modern and comfortable! Definitely the best part. As others have mentioned, if you are driving and need parking you may want to choose a different hotel. The off site lot is privately operated and a 10-min walk. Breakfast was not good and very overcrowded, albeit convenient.
During our stay in December, during check in, we were greeted and welcomed. The hotel is modern, comfortable, close to the center (10 min walk) and has a restaurant/bar on site. During busy times or holidays it will be difficult to get an Uber from the train station, but it is doable. One thing to note, if you book a 2 bed room, it can only be shared by 2 adults. If you have more than 2, depending...
It's anice hotel marriott standard. But the breakfast is very, very simple with not many choices.

A Hidden Gem in Provence ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "This is truly a hidden gem in the beautiful region of Provence. Classic Elegance and Comfort ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming hotel ! The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the room was spacious and beautifully decorated. It is a nice hotel. The windows open. They do not put a plastic condomlike cover on the mattress. Breakfast is decent although the scrambled eggs come from a box. I enjoyed the fresh orange juice, dates and nuts in the buffet breakfast. It was all very clean. The pool is very warm and pleasant with clean dressing rooms. However, charging 9 EUR for it is really ridiculous. High praise on water in a...
The location was excellent, easy walk from the railway station and to the city center and Petite France. The hotel is new, very clean and decorated with quality materials and nice colors. Fantastic stay! Room was spotlessly clean, bed and linens were very comfortable and nice sized bathroom with rainfall shower. Air conditioning was easily up to American standards. The pool/spa area was wonderful and much needed after a week of travel. Be prepared to pay 9 euro per person and book in advance, but this was no problem. I would not say that the pool is child oriented, but great for couples...
We arrived at the hotel 13:30 pm and the receptionist lady with glasses simply told us that we should take the room at 3 without even trying to see if there was possibility to get our room earlier. When we arrived at 3 the room wasn't ready so we had to wait tired enough one more hour without any information at all from reception at least to come at 4! The most inconvenient welcome to hotel.

Highly recommended for a stay in Strasbourg. Awesome, very quiet, new and modern hotel. You can reach everything by foot and the main sights in old town are max 10min walking distance away. The location was really good. The staff were great at the reception. Stayed two nights and the room was not serviced after the first day, would have been nice for fresh bottled water to be given and for the coffee machine to be topped up. The bed is super hard.
Beautiful hotel in a converted historic building. Staff are friendly and speak English. Although all literature is in French for the most part it is easy to understand. This hotel is very conveniently located near the train station and city center, making it easy to get around. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the recently renovated rooms were clean and comfortable. A great choice for both convenience and comfort.
It was very nice and close to the train station and the old town. Very nice front desk service as well!
Here is a clear and precise comment that you can leave: The location of the hotel is very good, but the rooms are old and quite small. This may be a point to consider for those looking for more comfort. The hotel offers a garage for €30 per night, but I strongly advise against it for people with a large car: we had a lot of trouble getting through the garage door. Finally, breakfast was not included...

Super nice centrally located hotel with super attentive staff. We stayed in the standard room which is small for two big suitcases. Our bikes were stored in a separate storage.
Location was perfect. Rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was fantastic; they were not only friendly and helpful but also always enthusiastic to share some recommendations, hear about our day, or just simply interact with us.
Love the hotel and vibes. Staff are friendly and helpful in providing directions too.
Hotel Tandem is at good location. There are 2 to 3 mins walk to the station. Some rooms are faced to train station. A Carrefour supermarket near the hotel. Some restaurants around the hotel.
I am very satisfied with this hotel. It is close to the train station. Although it is along the street, it is not noisy at all and very quiet. The hotel decoration is very unique, the room is very clean, and we can park our bicycles in the room. The waiter is also very thoughtful and enthusiastic, and the breakfast is very rich and delicious. I would have stayed a few more days if I had known earlier
The hotel is 100 meters away from the train station, just across the road. The cleanliness is OK, it has a sense of design, and the mattress is comfortable, but the elevator is very small, and can only take one person and one luggage at a time. I don't like the iron coffee table, and the bedside table is also iron. There is only a picture outside the window.

Just across the Orangerie Park and near European Council. Multiple water channels - in Strasbourg and great vibe of the Petit France are presenting a high class image
The last stop on our rail trip. The pool was the highlight of the hotel and we spent a peaceful afternoon there. The room was disappointing, very small with a tiny bathroom that was tired. We stayed at the room #4 for 3 nights in May. This room had that lovely small balcony that is visible on the main picture of the hotel. The room was modern, clean and I have absolutely no comment there. As we traveled with our baby, having a quiet place was particularly important, so I appreciated the room being soundproof. The room was clean, small but very functional. Bed was very comfortable.
We are very happy with our two nights here. Great location and friendly staff. Free coffee and water in the lobby. Very close to the tram station and supermarkets.
The location of the hotel is very convenient. The cathedral is a 10-minute walk to the left and Petite France is a 3-minute walk to the right. The French breakfast is average. The room is small and it is understandable that it is an old house in the old city, but it is a bit far-fetched to give it 4 stars.

honestly quite upset because there was a construction going on early in the morning and the drilling woke me up which was really annoying. should’ve informed us during check in that there would be such work going on. other than that, very happy here!
Location is right in the middle of Strasbourg, Old Town. However please check for roadblocks and reserve for parking as we couldn't drive into the city center without permit or parking reservation. Had to park at a nearby facility which is 10 minutes walk.
The location is good. There are many restaurants nearby and a short walk to petite-france. It is a challenge to drive though. As we didn't know there's a need to make a reservation for parking, we got to park somewhere nearby and a walking distance away. Also, google Maps does not bring you to the front of the hotel, needs to do an illegal turn to get to the front of the hotel to unload luggage
Very satisfied. The children like the small bed in the room. There is also a small balcony where you can see the street view of the city center. It is a good experience.
The hotel is very well located, the staff is very helpful and very kind. On the other hand, regarding the room and its facilities, I expected something relatively better compared to the price and the fact that it is a 4-star hotel. The photos are not representative of the room.
Excellent structure located in the center, quiet at night, comfort of the room, cleanliness, excellent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful receptionist and breakfast attendants. A mini fridge in the room would have been appreciated, otherwise the room was well stocked and of a good size.

A little out of town but very quiet A little dated but very large and comfortable room. Had a very good stay
Everybody at the hotel was very friendly, and the area around it was absolutely beautiful. The only thing I would like to criticize is the fact that the parking spaces that the hotel provides are way too small for hybrids and SUVs. Free street parking in that area is almost impossible to find, and the ’payant’ spaces are outrageously expensive
Good hotel, calm and confortable, thank you.

Great location, the staff is correct. I have nothing much to say about this place
This is a small, very quaint, but very full of character hotel. Of all the hotels we stayed in, all four or five stars, in a five week trip through Europe, this was my favourite.
