I had a most relaxing stay at this hotel. The team were all welcoming from the moment I walked in. I was in the Imperial Suite and found it met my expectations. I appreciated the welcome wine, fruit and pastries. The concierge team were excellent, they booked us 3 restaurants and were extremely helpful. I was sorry to leave!

We were greated so warmly. The room was fabulous and not one detail was overlooked. My husband was so very happy (the drink coasters are such a plus, I tried to buy them online!) The location could not have been better. Our stay was fabulous.

Excellent experience in the Hotel. Location is unbeatable, check in was one of the best I had and we travel quite a lot. The room was small but perfect for a city trip. The view from the balcony is nice. The breakfast was included as a Platinum amenity and was delicious. The breakfast area is nicely decorated in a French style. We ended up booking a last minute stay for an unplanned stay in Strasbourg and used this property because we are Marriott Bonvoy members. It is located on a busy street that bustles with life (and trams) during the day. The area is pedestrianized so there is no traffic noise at all and our room which overlooked the street was very quiet. The hotel is newly renovated and it shows. Loved the Art Deco...

The location was really good. The staff were great at the reception. Stayed two nights and the room was not serviced after the first day, would have been nice for fresh bottled water to be given and for the coffee machine to be topped up. The bed is super hard.

It was an absolute pleasure to have stayed at this hotel. The staff were really helpful and kind. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The area is well positioned to local places of interest. Excellent 4* close to Strasborg centre. Helpful staff, clean comfortable communal areas. The rooms are super quiet and air conditioned. Hot powerful showers, kettle, coffee maker, hairdryer and fridge in rooms. Really close to a large shopping centre and supermarket for everything you need. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Great modern rooms and facilities. Dog fee is 20 Euro per night (which is very extreme so we will look for another hotel next time) and parking for 2 days was 32 EUR. But the hotel itself was superb. Thank you for the mask tester from Staycation_fr. I was surprised.. and happy for the little surprise. The hotel is cute. But they do not provide any toothpaste on the bathroom, (probably available upon request). Love everything, except the toilet (the water wasn’t strong enough compared to our toilet at home in Germany).

Rooms are the typical size for Europe, but very well designed. Excellent location with attentive staff and excellent breakfast. A variety of amenities are offered at additional charge. I would definitely stay here again when in Strasbourg.

We arrived at the hotel 13:30 pm and the receptionist lady with glasses simply told us that we should take the room at 3 without even trying to see if there was possibility to get our room earlier. When we arrived at 3 the room wasn't ready so we had to wait tired enough one more hour without any information at all from reception at least to come at 4! The most inconvenient welcome to hotel.

The hotel is ok, but I'm not amazed. It looks quite old and if you look closely you can see that a lot of the stuff should have been replaced a while back. A great hotel to use as a base for exploring Strasbourg. The rooms are small but for the area and price that was expected. The beds were comfy and all facilities were clean and comfortable. As to the breakfast, it is absolutely commendable. We have felt such a warm feeling from the wonderful staff. We are looking forward to our next stay here.

They advertise they have a private parking but they mention the parking can fit cars of max height of 1,80 m ONLY AFTER it is too late to cancel the reservation without penalty. Followong this, you can find yourself looking for a parking spot around crouded area, tired after a day of driving. The hotel is partially refurbished with the accent on "partially". The smell of old os still there.

The hotel is nice but nothing special. Also the internet didn't work properly.

What a great hotel! The bed was a little hard and it could have used a few more pillows, but it had air conditioning! The staff there was so great. If you go there be sure to ask for restaurant recommendations. They won't steer you wrong. The breakfast buffet is worth the extra money, so enjoy.

Bedroom is great and comfy but not too much light. The shower is awesome but you'll get the whole bathroom swamped. Lift is tiny. Parking is useful for a tiny car, as there is no room to turn into the ramps in 1 manoeuvre with a long vehicle.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was possible to adjust the hitting temperature. The service was good. It is far enough from the city centre, away from the hustle, but still perfectly connected to it via tram. I recommend this hotel.

When it comes to the hotel all went well, polite staff, modern, clean and quite rooms. However the wellness services have dropped massively with 1- the massage offered being one of the worst ever, a waste of time and money (and it came at a high price >€100 per person). 2- the pool was relatively cold vs what one might expect to find at a wellness center. The staff at both the reception and the restaurant were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, our experience was slightly marred by the unusually long wait for our meal, which prevented us from using the spa, though the warm service somewhat compensated for the delay.

Great hotel with a wonderful spa. The location is a bit far from a center for such a price but the friendly staff compensates for that. I would just have liked if the staff had reusable mugs in the rooms and informed us about massages.

A hotel in the heart of the city, Straßbourg. It was close to attractions and well-known spots. The staff provided excellent service. The rooms were always well-maintained. Our 3-night stay was very pleasant.

Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable beds! Great air conditioner. There is a mini fridge and a mini sewing kit which is a nice touch! There is an elevator. There is also complimentary luggage storage for early arrival and after check out while you wait for the train so you can stroll the town some more. Convenient location. Noise level is moderate since there are restaurants nearby.

The most darling hotel! The rooms are very unique and clean. The hotel is very quiet and quaint. The staff are excellent and really went the extra mile for us when we needed to borrow a cell phone for a Covid test, and Teo the resident lobby parrot is a sweet addition. It’s in an excellent location steps from the river, coffee shop next door, and excellent shopping.

This was a great four star hotel a bit out of the way from the tourist area but a close walk. (20 minutes or so) We thought the hotel was great, my only complaint would be if you enjoy a good shower....our shower had zero water pressure and the shower head was set off to the very left side of the shower so you had to press up against the wall to get any sort of water while showering. What a pleasant stay. The staff was accommodating and even offered us a free upgrade to a larger bed for my very tall fiancé. Very expensive for what you get. Very well positioned and good access to city centre by foot and the tram which most likely justifies the price. For a 4 star I would have expected slightly bigger bathrooms and also we paid for a classic room and a superior room, but both the rooms were identical which did not make sense to me. All in all it was a nice hotel and has all the amenities that one expects...

Two days in Strasbourg. The hotel is just near the railway station and at the border of the pedestrian area of the city centre, so great location and strategic position for visiting the old town. If you arrive by car you can park at a public parking 5 min walk away, with a 50% discount offered by the hotel. The look is quite old, the interiors would need to be "refreshed" and internet connection improved...
