Loved it, brilliant location, kids welcome pack very appreciated. Staff extremely nice. Shame we could not try the restaurant as it required a credit card reservation and would have been charged if not cancelled within 24 hours
I had a most relaxing stay at this hotel. The team were all welcoming from the moment I walked in. I was in the Imperial Suite and found it met my expectations. I appreciated the welcome wine, fruit and pastries. The concierge team were excellent, they booked us 3 restaurants and were extremely helpful. I was sorry to leave!
We were greated so warmly. The room was fabulous and not one detail was overlooked. My husband was so very happy (the drink coasters are such a plus, I tried to buy them online!) The location could not have been better. Our stay was fabulous.
Beautiful location and centrally located. The hotel and the staff are lovely. The decor is dated and needs a refurb but the hotel was great and facilities were good.
Very basic for 4 stars. Small rooms and I had to send 4 mails to get an invoice. The rooms are really really claustrophobic.
Very nice hotel, friendly staff, nice location. We are family of 4, include 2 small kids. And the room is decent sized and clean.

My wife loved this hotel. It was very nice and a great location. Breakfast was fantastic. Wish we would have had time to try the hot tub and spa.
This is a lovely hotel right in the centre of town. A great Spa and wonderful staff who speak English and so willing to help and resolve any issues. I highly recommend it!
Superior hotel in the pedestrian area of Strasbourg. It is fascinating to learn about all of the past guests that stayed in the hotel over the ages. The breakfast is also excellent.
Excellent experience in the Hotel. Location is unbeatable, check in was one of the best I had and we travel quite a lot. The room was small but perfect for a city trip. The view from the balcony is nice. The breakfast was included as a Platinum amenity and was delicious. The breakfast area is nicely decorated in a French style. If you're going to Strasbourg, stay here!
We ended up booking a last minute stay for an unplanned stay in Strasbourg and used this property because we are Marriott Bonvoy members. It is located on a busy street that bustles with life (and trams) during the day. The area is pedestrianized so there is no traffic noise at all and our room which overlooked the street was very quiet. The hotel is newly renovated and it shows. Loved the Art Deco...
They were understanding of me knowing very little French and were very helpful with maps of the city and holding our luggage while we toured Strasbourg for a day. Merci!

Lovely little place right in the heart of Strasbourg! I particularly like the loft room with views of Petite France!
It's a wonderful hotel! Cosy and large rooms, you can easily leave your car in front of the hotel. Breakfast was amazing and a lot of bio options. Staff were very friendly and helpfull! We would love to come back again!
Great location, wonderful service… HOWEVER, it is highly suggested to hire a professional driver in order to enter location with ease. Otherwise you will be carting your luggage on your own over ancient cobblestone !!
Want to give it more stars..... But the afternoon receptionist just killed the experience. Outside of her lack of service attitude, everything and everyone else was good standard! Breakfast was good, concierges were attentive, etc. Afternoon receptionist couldn't tell me roughly how much it cost taxi to the airport? For alternative breakfast arrangements, I had to call back to speak to night shift...
Excellent place, helpful and polite staff, beautiful and convenient location, great food and all facilities.
Exceptional experience for a 2 night stay half business half leisure. Loved the location, and once you're in the hotel, the style is absolutely amazing, the staff very nice, and the food is waaaaw. It's a very unique hotel, if you are visiting Strasbourg you have to experience the hotel at least for a night.

A good network. Not cheap enough. But the service on top. Well done, keep the brand. Oh yeah, at the reception English speaking young man-very pleasant
Far from the center /you can walk to tram near the hotel/ big rooms clean / the hotel is old but still hilton Big park Nice view Friendly staff
I didnt require any service. The bathroom door's lock didnt work and the view wasn't spectacular and we only found one restaurant near by circa 3 kilometers in range of hotel. Otherwise it was good. But not as good as Hilton in other locations as Copenhagen.

Amazing stay! Comfy bed, friendly check in, amazing location and great vibe to the property. Really loved our stay, it was good value and we would highly recommend it.
Great stay. The location is wonderful. We got a great, stylish and very clean room. Hope to visit this picturesque city and to stay in Regent Contades again.
I had a great experience with this hotel. It's a very beautiful historic building, clean with polite people. Bravo 👏 ! I recommend it for everyone. I rated it with 4 stars because when i purchased some jewels from the showcase, i couldn't pay with credit card because empoyee told me that they accept only cash.
Old hotel in the city centre . Everything is clean . Large rooms .For lovers of antiquity . If the Windows overlook the courtyard, it is quiet, you can sleep well . The price is not expensive for a 4 star . If you compare with other hotels .
Beautiful interior, white ornaments and classic design in the breakfast room. Rooms were nice as expected. the only negative thing was that you needed to prebook the sauna, which we didn't know.

We visited Christmas time, good location - tram station is near and it's a short ride to the center. It's convenient if you arrive by car, the hotel has parking. Nice view from our window. The lobby was nice and decorated. The room wasn't good. Bad air conditioner, a bit of draining problem in the tab, no heating in the showroom, all together it was a bit cold in the room. needs renovation. Also poor...
The hotel is ok, but I'm not amazed. It looks quite old and if you look closely you can see that a lot of the stuff should have been replaced a while back. The facilities also feel quite old (swimming pool, changing rooms etc.). It is true that not that many hotels in Strasbourg have them so at least it's something. They have a small fitness studio overlooking the pool and a sauna which I actually...
Good service this room is big arae for rest and activity i like it and comback to rest when to travel
Needs some updates, but rooms are quite spacious and the staff is very pleasant. For 4 starts and a bit far from the old town needs some "modernity"

Nice rooms and nice service. Kind, friendly staff especially in the bar. The view from my room was fantastic and the bed was extremely comfortable. However small problems exist which could do with some improvement. In the room there aren't enough hooks near the shower to hang the towels especially since we are 2 people. I had a very unfortunate experience of having the bathroom lights turn off on me...
Great hotel … but…. Fantastic and friendly staff, great location, clean and fab views with cool music in the evenings… But The breakfast sucks, we got a refund for 1 of our breakfast, as a couple, it was dire! Excellent 4* close to Strasborg centre. Helpful staff, clean comfortable communal areas. The rooms are super quiet and air conditioned. Hot powerful showers, kettle, coffee maker, hairdryer and fridge in rooms. Really close to a large shopping centre and supermarket for everything you need. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
Great modern rooms and facilities. Dog fee is 20 Euro per night (which is very extreme so we will look for another hotel next time) and parking for 2 days was 32 EUR. But the hotel itself was superb. Big rooms. Great pillows. Quite hards beds though. Great black out curtains. Very clean and modern shower. I recommend anyone without a pet to stay here!
It is beyond my expectation. Arrived late and got warm welcoming from the staff. Great room with amazing view and coffee machine. Great location! Great bar ambience with delicious cocktails. The fitness area is also nice with view! Worth the price! We enjoyed our stay there!
The hotel was nicely decorated, and the staff were friendly. The room was big and cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping cleaned every day, which was greatly appreciated. The only bad thing about the room was that there was no privacy in the bathroom. If you wanted to take a shower, there was no way to do so without your roommate seeing you. If you're a couple, this isn't a problem, but...

It is a nice hotel. The windows open. They do not put a plastic condomlike cover on the mattress. Breakfast is decent although the scrambled eggs come from a box. However, charging 9 EUR for it is really ridiculous. High praise on water in a...
The location was excellent, easy walk from the railway station and to the city center and Petite France. The hotel is new, very clean and decorated with quality materials and nice colors. Fantastic stay! Room was spotlessly clean, bed and linens were very comfortable and nice sized bathroom with rainfall shower. Air conditioning was easily up to American standards. I would not say that the pool is child oriented, but great for couples...
We arrived at the hotel 13:30 pm and the receptionist lady with glasses simply told us that we should take the room at 3 without even trying to see if there was possibility to get our room earlier. When we arrived at 3 the room wasn't ready so we had to wait tired enough one more hour without any information at all from reception at least to come at 4! The most inconvenient welcome to hotel.

The location was really good. The staff were great at the reception. Stayed two nights and the room was not serviced after the first day, would have been nice for fresh bottled water to be given and for the coffee machine to be topped up. The bed is super hard.
Beautiful hotel in a converted historic building. Staff are friendly and speak English. Although all literature is in French for the most part it is easy to understand. The room was modern, clean and I have absolutely no comment there. As we traveled with our baby, having a quiet place was particularly important, so I appreciated the room being soundproof. Location is excellent, the hotel is charming. Room was not spacious but it's a small sacrifice for the classic Alsation hotel building, historic wooden doors, bits of exposed original wood, and supreme walkability. Great little hotel. Rooms are very spacious. There are two things that I didn't like. 1. Beds were too hard. Didn't enjoy them. 2. The toilet was in a separate room than the shower/sink which was very strange - and didn't enjoy it. Everything else great!
Boutique hotel with parking. Friendly staff. No air conditioning was allowed as September wasn't deemed hot enough. But window allowed ventilation. Unusual to have a separate toilet and bathroom. Fantastic shower
Hotel D was the perfect choice for a two-night stay for our family of four. We were near everything we wanted to see and do. The rooms were on the small side but configured to maximize everything we needed. Wonderful staff!! Nice sauna and gym. Garage parking was a plus.

We stayed in this hotel for the Christmas season and it was such a delight! Complimentary coffee in the lobby, so cozy for the winter season, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The only disappointing thing was that we didn't stay longer!
Super cute hotel with wonderful stuff. I can't say enough about how wonderful they were and helpful. The location in the city is great too. Very easy to get to and around. Loved the room themes and amenities. Would absolutely stay here again.
Spacious, clean room close to the Christmas markets. However, the bedding (IKEA) and towels (Thin and scratchy)did meet up to our expectations for a €400/night room. Room felt a bit spartan with no rug, just a bare floor.
Cons: wifi disconnects every hour or so and requires active reconnection. It will not auto connect when you return, no fans in the bathroom. Pros: amazing staff, room was nice and large, comfy bed and pillows, large bathroom with a separate toilet area, coffee and tea in reception, chilled wines and other beverages for sale in reception, great location.
This was a lovely boutique hotel in a great location. Walking distance to the old town and you are right amongst the heart of Strasbourg. However, the hotel was still quiet and private. Room was a great size and all the little touches they provided with amenities were great. Parking just across the road was easy to find and use. Rooms are smaller and outdated and dim for 4 star. Location is convenient to tram station but not in a vibrant neighborhood.

Overall service was very nice. Friendly staff. We absolutely love the extra amenities, such as the lounge area where there are snacks and soft drinks at no extra cost, and plenty of coffee. Unfortunately, as a four star hotel, the following shouldn’t be an issue: - 2 out of the three days we stayed did not have hot water. We understand that this happens everywhere but we should have been informed,...
Great hotel. Breakfast was great. The crew was always very accommodating in the le club. Small rooms but that is probably the norm in France - I'm from Michigan. 20 minutes walk or 13 minute tram from the cathedral.
clean and comfortable to stay, exceptionally nice personnel, who was very polite and helpful. comfortable beds, beautiful view out of the window on the river. great rest zone to chill and drink some coffee and tea, sit there for a talk. Disadvantage: in the shower the faucet (the watering can), the one on the top wasn’t really working much, the water was barely coming through in a few places only
Very nicely designed hotel, very nice staff, and very cool concept in particular when traveling for work.
