We stayed a night at this hotel. Truly enjoyed it. The staff were extremely friendly and flexible in helping us having a comfortable stay. Location was central yet our room was clean and quiet.
I gave a 4 star just because we had a sofa bed and it was noisy and uncomfortable.
Everything else, its a great hotel. Would be more than happy to go back and stay here many more times.

A lovely hotel located in the center of Toulouse. The staff are nice and very helpful. I absolutely loved the buffet breakfast—there’s a wide variety of high-quality options to choose from. The hotel’s restaurant is also a great bonus. A big round of applause to the chef and his team for the delicious food!

Well managed and staffed business hotel. Basic rooms and amenities. Great on site restaurant. Friendly and attentive staff. Adjacent to the Japanese Garden and close to several food options, a grocery, shopping and services. Easy walk to central downtown and tourist venues.

The stay was good. The restaurant staffs was really good. I stayed with family and they given extra care to my child. I really appreciate their service.
Reception staffs were not friendly. I booked with Breakfast options and they denied that I paid again for that. Other than that overall it was good.
Parking is there in underground. And it is 19euro per day.

Highly recommend for anyone visiting Toulouse!
The staff was lovely and even gave me a departure gift, the rooms were clean and fresh, as was the reception and dining hall. The surrounding area includes a nice park, historical buildings and a conference hall. Speaking off, walking from the conference hall from here is very convenient, as it is possible in around 3 min to go from your room into the conference venue.
I hope I get the pleasure of staying with you again!

Although it is located in the new city, it is within walking distance of the main attractions in the old city, and there are food stores and supermarkets next to it. The front desk service is warm.
Parking is convenient, there is a parking lot next to it, and roadside parking spaces are also easy to find.
