The rooms were quite warm and we had to keep the balcony door open to maintain an appropriate temperature. We were on the church side so that was a bit noisy at times with the playground. Next time we’d stay on the other side which seems quiet. Otherwise all was good with a great location.

Good hotel situated in the well connected Charpenne area of Lyon. The room was well put together with nice decor, it was clean and maintained with care. Water bottles were included in the room and topped up daily. This was a front facing room with a good view of the Charpenne crossroads. Beautiful view of the Saone river. And the staff were uniformly helpful, informative and responsive. BUT no TV, no closet, no clear indication of where the entrance to the hotel is from the closest tram stop. Regulating the water temperature in the shower was a challenge because it kept changing. Finally, the location is not the most convenient.

I had an excellent stay. The room was clean and comfortable. I have two minor complaints: I couldn’t figure out how to turn on one of the lights, and the thermostat was set just a tiny bit too low. I would stay here again.

It's a typical French value-for-money hotel. There aren't any amenities, and you'd be grateful for just a towel... I recommend it only to those who are focused on the price. Don't expect much from the room.

It was great stay, location clean but no refrigerator in the room. Even though the area is busy, the room was quiet. Simple room and good service as well.

Our room had a shower over the bath which you couldn’t get under rendering it useless as a shower. Also there was no ‘rubber’ strip under the shower screen so the floor got soaked. The garage was unavailable so had to park in road. It was ok and saved €50!

This is a capitalist facility, you can't talk to anyone, especially in other languages then French. But it's a non stop business, so you can book and check in at late hours. The breakfast is a "petit" one.

This is a very solid 3 star hotel located in quiet residential area. Easy access by Metro and bus. I visited for a conference at in2p3 and this hotel was in walking distance from the venue. Would recommend to a friend and will definitely book again if occasion presents itself.

It was challenging to reach the hotel from the airport. I had to take four different modes of transportation. The hotel should give proper instructions for those travelling for the first time. However, returning to the airport was easy because I took a taxi from the hotel.
