Hotels with sea view in Afitos

Really close to the sea (10 min walking) and the best beach around (we have been on 4) and the cafe on the beach really the best one we visited! Close to the main street 7 min walking

This place is a 3star hotel, and it has everything you could ask for in a 3-star hotel. The pool was great, and the breakfast was diverse enough. (Even if no fruits) The staff were nice 👍

No water heater in a room and no hairdryer

Cheap place, but value for money. A bit dated, but still price reflects that. Had a room high up, so lots of steps to climb, but had a good view.

Great and pleasant stuff, clean rooms, recomend for families with children, awesome pool (spent most of my vacation in it)

The house is tastefully decorated. Very comfortable for a family (two rooms). A wonderful balcony with a view. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The host thought of everything

It is far from the sea, but the bus has a good schedule and the beach is great, the one where you can stay on the sand, the one with sun-beds ia expensive and does not worth the experience

I stayed with my 2 friends for a week and we had the best time. The animation girls Emilia and Patrycja were AMAZING they made our holiday. We got involved in all the games which were perfect for kids and adults

If you go, we recommend to get involved in the entertainment!! The rooms were spacious and very clean, we had a balcony sea view and it was amazing. The pool/bar staff were very friendly and helpful

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kriopigi! The location is perfect—peaceful, with beautiful sea views, yet close to the beach and town. The staff was incredibly welcoming and always ready to help

Stayed in main building nice room, sea view although a bit away. Good WiFi through out , food was excellent, sometimes could have been warmer but overall good. Staff very friendly and hotel spotless

The pool area is clean and relaxing, and the food at the restaurant was delicious, with plenty of variety. Our room was comfortable, tidy, and had a lovely balcony. A great place for a relaxing holiday in Halkidiki

The alcohol in all inclusive is very weak, i would rather pay extra for better quality drinks. Other than that the place is awesome and would most definitely recommend as one of the best places in Greece

We've greatly enjoyed our holiday in Iris hotel. Amazing hotel surrounded by nature. The beach is nice with clear water and close - 10 min walk away. Receptionist Vicky is polite, kind, open-hearted person

For greek standard, place is very clean. Rooms are great, in good condition, 2 AC's, hot water all day, enough space. Food is great, menu is various and you can choose food each day so it is not boring

We had a lovely stay at Iris Hotel in Siviri. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach and close to local tavernas

Food was great, best is to avoid peak hours at the restaurant. Sea was perfect for the kids as it starts real shallow and they can play with little supervision

However, we were surprised and frustrated to learn that even water at dinner costs €3, which feels unreasonable when you're already on a meal plan. The rooms were a bit outdated but clean and serviceable

We went the the hotel for a 5 day vacation break. Hotel surroundings were great. You feel the nature everywhere, have complete serenity and wake up with birds humming

On a positive note, Dmitrij at reception was fantastic—professional, kind, and always ready to help. The food was very good (we had half board), with a wide selection and good quality

There was no real evening entertainment, just a kids' mini disco that our 5-year-old didn’t enjoy at all. The animation team did try hard and deserve credit for their energy

While we understand it’s a national tax and not the hotel’s fault, it still felt excessive and added to our disappointment. Overall, I’d rate the hotel 4 stars

Our stay at Elani Beach Resort left us with mixed feelings. The natural surroundings and location are beautiful, and the rooms are spacious, although a bit outdated

Everything is great.Rooms are large and plenty of space. Huge balcony with nice evening breeze to cool off.

The beach bar was just as bad; some days they had a couple of pizza options, but on most days, they had nothing to offer at all. ​This hotel has the potential to be a wonderful resort, but significant changes are needed

The manager did not seem to care either, she just brushed me off quickly. It's a shame they don't care about customers satisfaction, because the beach was amazing and the frappe was one of the best I've tried in Greece

Beach bar review: I was charged 6. 50€ for a frappe that's listed as 4. At the time I'm writing this, there is nothing in the menu about paying 2€ extra for milk and the waiter did not explain that to me

Great place! With very good coffe and good draft beed with chips! Also we had snack which was perfect and fast! Relax time and we enjoyed in sunset! Staff was so so one girl was really friendly and second girl wasnt

The Resort was excellent! The garden is perfect! Food is varied, very tasty … top cuisine! Beautiful sandy beach! The staff is great! Kassandra Palace is very suitable for children, there’s playhouse and outdoor playground

The next morning, we mentioned that the sea view from our room wasn’t quite what we expected, and this was sorted out immediately. We were moved to a higher floor with a stunning view — no fuss at all

I went to this hotel with my family,but first of all the wall of the rooms were a bit cracked tv worked fine tho and the balcony was ok but the bathroom was fantastic! The food changed each day tho the scrambled eggs were bad but the rest of the food was really good but the lady at the reception looked like she wanted to die

Excellent beach. You could go mile from the beach and still be in the water up to the shoulder. Very good for the kids. Family oriented. Nice sand and clear water as far as eye can see

Best hotel in Siviris, especially newly renovated rooms. Front location, acceptable price. Breakfast is not bad, but there is a poor choice of food. If don't ask they will not refill.

This hotel has everything you need for a perfect vacation. It is located 100 m from the crystal clear sea, there are shops, bakeries and activities for children nearby

The hotel is perfectly clean, the staff is friendly and in whose presence you will feel like you are at home and want to come back again and again. The breakfast is varied and satisfies all tastes

We had a room with three beds, very modern and nicely furnished. The balcony was large enough and had a sea view. The bathroom was also quite new, and the shower was pleasant

You will not have a kitchenette because is a hotel but you will find a big enough fridge and a small TV which I didn't use so I don't know what programs are available. In the lobby it's a bar and is very cozy

It's a little bit boring after a week but this is available everywhere where breakfast is included, unless you use multiple options available The bed in the room I stay it was probably an 180cm long and he have metal headboard so, time to time, I hit it with my foot

You can also relax in the swimming pool which is perfectly clean. Given that we have been here twice within two months, it proves that this hotel has all the qualities that a family with children needs
