This is a 3.5 star hotel according to the travel company Apollo. The space is nice and the place is (very) clean. The service is perfectly OK in terms of what to expect. Our second visit to this excellent hotel. We asked and were given the same room as the year before which we were very happy with. We had B&B again as there is a huge variety of items available. The room had air con a balcony and nice view of the pool, grounds and the sea.

Absolutely superb hotel and perfect for a week of rest and relaxation at the end of the season. Hotel was spotless, staff friendly and helpful and the pool area big enough for everyone to have a sunbed!! Lovely clean modern hotel. Just across road from long sandy beach. Listed as 3* in brochure but recently gained 4* status and rightly so. Modern bathroom with seperate walk in shower. We stayed for night at the Alexia Beach hotel as we was travelling around Crete and needed an overnight stay. we arrived 5pm ish and headed for the pool bar where we had a large beer which arrived with snacks and nibbles free of charge. Not too expensive. Breakfast food is just ok, floor of the rooms were quite dirty. No WiFi in the room, even though we paid for it. All in all ok for the price, but I would not come back again.

We did not stay here but at, drank and swam one afternoon. The staff were truly welcoming and kind and the pool was clean and refreshing. We went with friends who are from the area and our visit was a nice change from the beach for the day. We will visit again.

I had a pleasant stay at this lovely hotel. The rooms were clean, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was decent but could use more variety. The biggest drawback was the need to book the fitness room. It's absurd that one person can reserve it for themselves. This policy needs to be changed. Really a fantastic hotel. Better than expected. The room were perfect with electronic cortrol of locks and lightning. The reception were helpfull, the cleaning of the room of high quality and the breakfast were splended. The staff were helpfull and polite.

A unique hotel of two parts: modern technological rooms and a village part with more traditional rooms. We didn't like the modern room, which design is not for everybody. They are also right above the street and no privacy - neighbour rooms can observe you from the outside and literally anyone from the street has an access right outside your room so can't feel safety when ti keep the window/door open...

I would say the hotel is a relatively small, intimate property which is kept extremely clean. The apartment had everything we could have wanted and the beds were comfortable. What a fantastic find this hotel is. Ideally situated above the main street and beach and close to restaurants and bars. The staff are fantastic, from the welcoming lady on reception, to the hard working breakfast and bar staff and not forgetting the ultra hard working cleaning ladies who really did a great job. Just returned from a lovely family holiday. Very clean hotel towels changed daily.Cleaners worked really hard to keep the hotel clean. Compliments to Joseph and Zelda for looking after us at breakfast and preparing lovely lunches. Good restaurants very close to hotel. Also lovely restaurants if you walk down to the main street.
