This is a 3.5 star hotel according to the travel company Apollo. The space is nice and the place is (very) clean. The service is perfectly OK in terms of what to expect. Absolutely superb hotel and perfect for a week of rest and relaxation at the end of the season. Hotel was spotless, staff friendly and helpful and the pool area big enough for everyone to have a sunbed!! Hotel is well situated on the hill. Good food served on breakfast and even better on dinner. Swimming pool is ok no problem with enough place. Music mostly Greek played gently. Rooms are clean. The only problem is distance to main road but hotel arranged shuttle small busses. I liked it !

My friend and I are two girls from Denmark, who spend 1 week in Agia Marina and stayed in Epimendis hotel. Our flat consisted of 1 bedroom, 1 dining room with a small kitchen, 1 bathroom, and 2 outside sitting areas. We enjoyed to make our own breakfast and there were plenty of shops nearby the hotel witch made it easy to get groceries. It is not a 5 stars hotel, but you get good value for the money...

Very nice and clean Hotel. (floors could be cleaner, other wise everything ok). Nice pool. Restaurant had also good food, gyros,pizza and mousaka for example. Location was easy, everything nearby. Why have many stars on the hotels. When you can have epimenidis. Nice staff. Nice rooms. Nice hospitality. And a nice pool. You are only 5 min away from freedom and nice Places to eat.. so if you want to save money and use Them on fun. Choice epimenidis.

Large apartment, 2 storey with 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 3 balconies. 2 double beds and air con in each room including the lounge area. We stayed here a week with four Kids. So nice small hotel. Poolbar had good and quite good prizes. You could eat in the bar or in your room/balcony. Good location, quiet road on the side. Super market just other side of the road. Pool were nice, kids could play with balls and other toys. If we go again to Platanias, we will get here again

We had a room with garden view and we enjoyed a lot the evenings in the balcony. The hotel is on a hill and the evenings are really enjoyable since it feels a bit chilly. We had a nice spacey room with sea view. We stayed there for one night, which was quite expensive, but for a family with kids this is definitely a place to visit. Very good bathroom and shower and good quality beds.

This is my second stay at Christina Beach Hotel. Loved the apartment and pool, and the super convenient location on the beach with an onsite cafe and bar serving tasty food and cocktails. Very basic hotel with nice view to the beach and the sea. Elderly hotel keepers are nice. Hotel reception is in the taverna which is overpriced and food is nothing special. Personnel of the taverna are pretty weird and seems that they are drunk every day. Also they are smoking inside the restaurant and in the kitchen. The cocktail bar next door is ok and the personnel there is normal.

We spent 11 nights with a family of 7 at the Albatros, a family run, medium sized hotel in the center of Maleme, only a short walk to the beach front. The hotel and the rooms are a bit dated, but well maintained and reasonably priced. The sea view/pool view room was quiet and had a very nice view from the balcony, especially in the evenings. A beautiful modern hotel located on the edge of the old town with a stunning roof top bar where you can watch the sun set. The room we stayed in was spacious with a comfy bed and a nice quiet air-con system. The room also had a fridge/safe Our shower was v powerful and toiletries are provided along with slippers and hairdryer. If I was to return to Chania I would definitely stay in this hotel...

Very comfortable rooms and a great location. We loved the old town vibe and having a superb breakfast, sitting outside, seeing Chania waking up. You get great value for a good price, no doubt. No parking at the hotel but we managed to park at the public square Talos. This has free spots and is only within 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel.

Hotel is in old town and easily accesible to any where. Rooms were clean, bed and pillows were comfortable and everyday they are making room up. Breakfast in the morning has lots of kinds, I especially liked local olive so much. Rooftop pub has a nice view and prices are affordable. And most important one, everyone working at the hotel is friendly, sincere, polite and helpful.

We had a great stay at the El Greco hotel. We were fortunate to be upgraded from a balcony room to a suite which was wonderful. The bed was comfortable, the bedding of excellent quality, the pillows, superb, and the shower fantastic. Breakfast was really good, and there was a lot of choice, all of good quality. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and I can thoroughly recommend it.

Beautifully quaint and authentic Greek hotel overlooking the harbour in Chania old town. Very hospitable hosts. Bed was extremely comfy. Continental style breakfast was extremely plentiful and delicious. We will definitely stay longer on our next trip to Crete.

Beautiful, clean and romantic hotel overlooking the old port of Chania. We stayed in room no 1 on the first floor which has a double iron bed and a large TV. From the bed you can see the lighthouse.
