So I have the last day of my stay sitting on the balcony and drinking a beer that I brewed to me Bartender - Brother - friend KOLIN is a great guy has a nice approach to people and even to me, even though I do not know English, we had fun with their hands

Breakfast is available in an area adjoining the lounge and the selection of food is very good and should satisfy everyone's requirements

Freshly prepared dishes are nicely presented and encourages to try the various options. Evening dinner is a little more restricted but nevertheless tasty and can be enjoyed within easy reach of the seashore

Sunbeds are available in the pool areas which have refreshments close to hand. Iced water is brought to your adjoining table by hotel staff, a really nice gesture

It is a beautiful hotel, on a great location, well and clean kept, delicious food ……but we came back because of the people!!! Thank you for being a part of our vacation! We had a wonderful time and we are waiting to see you again next year

We are staying in this hotel for two weeks and so far enjoying the experience. Our allocated room overlooks a small pool and surrounding garden

The room is quite modern and spacious with a well equipped bathroom and excellent shower. There is also a good sized veranda with table and chairs for enjoying the morning sunshine

FANTASIC SUITES! Really minimalist technology suites with jacuzzi inside. They are fantastic and very beautiful, and the receptionist is very pleasant and smiling. Rooms that have Alexa and make the mood in seconds!

Ungortunatly the food served are not as Good as the hotell itself. Most if the personal are very service minded bit as in other hotells there are some that would Be better of doing other things

Beautiful place and good staff. Only downside for me as i have mobilty issues was its up on a steep hill so getting down and up from main road/beach was a little difficult

Starting with a very warm welcome when we arrived and ending with a very nice gift when we checked out, during the whole time we really enjoyed our stay

The location is perfect, close to very nice restaurants and bus stop to Chania (15-20 minutes ride). The views are amazing, especially the sunsets

The beach is clean and very well organized and the drinks in the beach bar are very tasty. Room was nice and clean and the breakfast was huge and delicious

This hotel was really amazing!! it's a newly built complex and has all the facilities you would need plus an amazing view of the ocean - the hotel is on a sandy beach which makes sunbathing and swimming (and doing yoga if you're into it) such a relaxing experience! Right opposite they have a cool island and the sunset from the rocks on the beach is a sight not to miss!! and most importantly the staff...

3) The view of our room was the best ever. You are about 20 m from the sea. 4) Initally we were planning to go in May 2020, but due to the pandemic we had to rescheudle to September 2021

From the staff serving food, through cleaning ladies to the manager of the hotel (thanks Aleksandar), everyone were on the top of their jobs. Unlike most hotels the food here is absolutely perfect

We had breakfast and dinner included in the package and it was heavenly. Staff serving drinks and food are just the most wonderful people. Always polite, always professional and helpful

(4 hours earlier than the usual check in) but they gave us the room inmidiatelly. 2) As an unexpected gesture, we recieved champaign and a chocolate cake to celebrate our honey moon

We have complained and after second initiative to keep the noise down we were arranged with the new room with complementary wine, fruit (and better view 😁)

We will never forget our 3 nights in this hotel. The staff and the manager were super professional and nice, helping us with everything we needed

The beach is 50m away, but it's not the best, it's better to go around 1km to the east to find beach with normal sand. If you have all inclusive option, you will get only the cheapest drinks in the bar

Very nice hotel, pretty much everything in it is brand new. The food is tasty, a good mix of local and continental cuisine. What's most important though is the service - a group of the most kind people on the planet

Everething is good, just a few small cons: weird shower (water goes to the room), every day almost the same meals

Overall very good hotel, good food (we had only breakfast), I appreciate the fact that there are multiple pools that you can choose from - some of them were occupied by kids and one pool was more chill and relaxing

Splendid views, 2 really nice swimming pools plus one more water splash area for kids. Food was really good and something different each day. Very nice Staff - overall we spent there a great time with family.

The local restaurants in the area are also brilliant. Overall, it's a great place to stay for a peaceful retreat with stunning views and excellent hospitality

All inclusive has good variety of foods and also vegans can find mostly all they need (may need to eat fish occasionally to get enough protein)

Atlantica Caldera Village is a lovely hilltop hotel with amazing views. The hotel is well-maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. Despite being on a steep hill, the hotel has a lift for convenience

I generally had a great stay at the studio in Crete, but there was one point of concern that I would have liked to know before booking: there was a quite steep slope to reach our studio

Just came back, we stayed in this hotel 10 days. One of the best hotels ever visited in Europe. The beach is just in front of the restaurant, the bus stop to Chania across the hotel

I’ve visited this resort twice now and it’s great. Lovely staff, nice apartments (especially sea view apartments) and is located right on the beach with two pools. Lots of food options nearby as well as in the resort

Excellent cocktails from Andre (better than Chania old town)! Alongside the hotel manager being very accommodating and recommending all of the best beaches alongside some non-touristy local villages and towns

Great rooms, fantastic view, Aircon brilliant, Service with a smile. All staff very attentive and nothing is too much trouble. Food really good. We stayed her for a week and would definitely come back.

From start to end of our holiday the staff are excellent. 30 and found that we had been left a nice cold platter in the fridge in our room. Even catered for my gulton free diet

The pool area was very clean and enough sun beds so you don’t have to rush out and place a towel on bed. The pool bar was well stocked. The all inclusive drinks and pool bar snacks were plenty full with a wide choice

Spent 10 days at the hotel in September. Sadly we had to cut our holiday short by 4 days due to grandchild number 2 looking to escape early. Fantastic Greek food which for us was a massive bonus
