The main restaurant is on the beach. There are two large swimming pools with sun loungers. The entire hotel staff are very nice people who work hard to make the time spent by the guests the best

Ladies at the reception were very patient and they made our staying even more pleasant. The hotel was clean and guest-friendly. Beach was sandy and perfect to relax and swim. I really recomend Santa Marina

We chose the Santa Marina Beach for our holiday this year because we had some people recommend it to us. What else can I say than we were truly amazed. We enjoyed ever second in the hotel

The hotel is located right on the beach, divided by a road (there is a tunnel). The rooms (or mainly the bathrooms) are classified as about 3 stars by Polish standards

We are staying in this hotel for two weeks and so far enjoying the experience. Our allocated room overlooks a small pool and surrounding garden

The room is quite modern and spacious with a well equipped bathroom and excellent shower. There is also a good sized veranda with table and chairs for enjoying the morning sunshine

Sunbeds are available in the pool areas which have refreshments close to hand. Iced water is brought to your adjoining table by hotel staff, a really nice gesture

I stayed in Deluxe Double Room Sea View which is in the newest building of the hotel. Very nicely decorated, new modern furniture and bathroom with walk in shower and good water pressure

The bed is actually 2 twin beds but I didn’t mind that - very comfortable matrress with 2 pillows of different types to choose from. The room was spacious, it had coffee machine with capsules and tea maker

Great service and we got upgrade with a front view sea! The room itself is well equipped and the big plus is how clean the beach is. Also you can do activities behind the hotel for a good price. Well done!

The beach is clean and very well organized and the drinks in the beach bar are very tasty. Room was nice and clean and the breakfast was huge and delicious

The best part for us is to paddle board all the way to the small island in the background! We had a free room upgrade, which was a such good surprise! Will definitely stay there again if visiting Crete again!

The hotel was so good. The staff were especially the best thing about the hotel because they were all very welcoming and we had a really good experience with everything in the hotel. All in all it was great.

I have been to Greece over 6 times and have never had a better hotel experience, even at 5 star resorts/hotels. The hosts make you feel welcome, the food is excellent, very clean. I will definitely be back

All the 4 star hotel offers they got it! Drinks are served on the beach as well, on the pool and other hotel-belonging areas. There is a small gym you can use to maintain your training routine

3) The view of our room was the best ever. You are about 20 m from the sea. 4) Initally we were planning to go in May 2020, but due to the pandemic we had to rescheudle to September 2021

Rooms are being cleaned few times a day. If you lost your key card for the room or got it wet on the beach or the pool, the person in the reception would hook you up with new set ASAP

Views from most of the room is breathtaking, they all catch at least some sea angle but most of them are looking at it pretty directly

Back in 2015 you could reserve a beautiful diner on the beach, now the beautiful ideea is almost forgoten. Overall the experience is nice, the beach and the see is amazing!

Nice hotel on a very beautiful sandy beach. I have been here back in 2015 and if I compare the food quality and diversity I notice a downgrade

The beach is 50m away, but it's not the best, it's better to go around 1km to the east to find beach with normal sand. If you have all inclusive option, you will get only the cheapest drinks in the bar

The Junior Suite room is very big and cosy and the restaurant offered lots of great options for food. The pool bar is also a nice place to hang out in the evenings

Very nice hotel, pretty much everything in it is brand new. The food is tasty, a good mix of local and continental cuisine. What's most important though is the service - a group of the most kind people on the planet

Especially the bartenders! I will have some of the most beautiful memories to keep from this place

The rooms were cleaned every day. The pool side was nice as well and the fact that the sea is so close to the hotel is extremely convenient

Family oriented, great location mere steps away from beaches and restaurants. The have a huge pool and children's play area. The front staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

No garden like many other had. :( Swimming pool area and bar was cozy but a but noisy (music from bar) sometimes. Pool is not good for small children / under 10years (too deep) but there were also a small pool for kids

I’ve visited this resort twice now and it’s great. Lovely staff, nice apartments (especially sea view apartments) and is located right on the beach with two pools. Lots of food options nearby as well as in the resort

Just came back, we stayed in this hotel 10 days. One of the best hotels ever visited in Europe. The beach is just in front of the restaurant, the bus stop to Chania across the hotel

The staff are all ridiculously friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was terrific and the view from our room was lovely. (We had room 6 which is supposedly the best one) Hope to visit again in the future

The pool area was very clean and enough sun beds so you don’t have to rush out and place a towel on bed. The pool bar was well stocked. The all inclusive drinks and pool bar snacks were plenty full with a wide choice

The hotel is a stones throw from the beach. There are lots of nice walks close to the hotel. All the staff from the domestics to the manager were helpful and always happy to help. No issues no problems no complaints

Excellent cocktails from Andre (better than Chania old town)! Alongside the hotel manager being very accommodating and recommending all of the best beaches alongside some non-touristy local villages and towns

From start to end of our holiday the staff are excellent. 30 and found that we had been left a nice cold platter in the fridge in our room. Even catered for my gulton free diet

There is a small bar in the hotel, which also serves food. Highly recommend their Greek pizza! Very nice bartender who always makes sure you get the best! Small pool, but there was never a shortage of space despite that

Very quiet area, but close to the main road where there are nice restaurants and shops if you want to cook in the apartment. Unfortunately the rooms are not well equipped with kitchen utensils

The cleaning service is very service minded and take care of details. The location is close to several nice restaurants as well as the sea and bus stop for local bus to Chania

The staff at the Minerva gladly let us use some beds when we wanted a beach day (@ 6 days) as long as we bought some drinks. On our last day we stopped there for some lunch, a good couple of hours looking out to the sea

Right by the beach, top-notch service and spacious rooms (if you can, pick the sea view). Breakfast is monotonous which is expected for the price. 20 minutes to Chania by bus, great restorants in the vicinity.

We had lunch at the patio at Minerva restaurant, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience! The setting is beautiful with a serene sea view, the food was very good with fresh local ingredients, and the service was outstanding

I will comment only the on the restaurant as I have been to almost all of them in the area. The food is probably the best along the sea side of Agia Marina

Great food and service by the beach bar. My son is really gonna miss this place and the guy in the bar.

It's all fresh food freshly made, including the meat, fish, veggies, fruits,. You really get quality for you money spent. On the other side, the service, the waiters, the manager, the cook, are very friendly and helpful

We spent four days in the hotel at the end of the season. Accomodations ware great, food is good and the stuff gave us a home like fealing. We rented the big room with jacuzzi and it was great

In 5 minutes bakery with ice cream and coffee, beach, shops, bars, bus station to Chania There is also amazing bar in the hotel and relax zone. Highly recommend to stay in this place

We have been in Oscar Suites for a week. The location is super nice and the apartments are also very good. It's nice they have two pools and a fitness. The employees are very very nice and helpful

The rooms maybe a but outdated but that is in no way an issue when you consider free parking, free air conditioning, decent breakfast and a wonderful service. Definitely choose these folks

Nice staff, you can get free sunbeds if you plan to consume something from the bar.

A very important thing to notice: They advertise free sunbeds for ALL if you buy something from the pool bar. This results in a lot of people not staying at the hotel visiting both the pool and and the hotels beach area

It seems that many of the sunbeds has been relocated to the hotels beach area where you have to buy something from the pool bar to be allowed to use them

This is applies even to guest at the hotel! After staying here for a week, buying a lot of things from the pool bar, I was immediately told to buy something from the pool bar when going to the beach and the beach was practically empty

I witness several times that people not living at the hotel were giving the choice to use the sunbeds at the pool area as long as they purchased something from the poolbar

Maybe I should have given 4 stars because it is on the wrong side of the road, but because of the excellent service we received I'll give them 5

New, modern and good design/style. And a lovely bartender named Petrus that plays the best music! (80’s/90’s rock etc) 😁

There is the main bedroom with, again, two single beds and a wardrobe and dresser. The seating area has a sofa plus table and chairs

Had a newly renovated room in back. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the middle of the busy street with lots of food and beach entrances.

The beach is 50m across the road, behind the opposite buildings (head to it by the Minerva). Only gripe, apart from any mentioned above, is that they wanted to charge €216 to keep the room on for 8 hours

The rooms are a good size and are cleaned to a high standard every day except Sunday. Nice fresh breakfast with different options daily. The staff is what makes this place very friendly and nothing is too much trouble

All inclusive, breakfast is very nice and the rest of the meals are great. Only minus is the gym, old machines and not working properly. Close to the rental of water toys. Probably located at the best part of the beach

A nice clean hotel (family business) renovated the last year. Cozy rooms and interior spaces. Roof bar with beautifull sea view. magnificent sunset and realxing atmosphere

On the other hand, the underground floor that gets you to the pool doesn't have a pleasant smell and the sun-beds weren't clean (but every other area is very clean)

The hotel is great! The location is great, the staff is super kind and polite… we loved the place so much that we extended 2 more nights… I believe that cover everything :) highly recommended! The room is amazing, clean and renovated

We didn't really understand the concept of throwing the toilet paper in the bin but i believe it's a common thing in Crete. We can only suggest to maybe give a small kit for the kitchen (like dish soap, salt and sugar)
