Ladies at the reception were very patient and they made our staying even more pleasant. The hotel was clean and guest-friendly. Beach was sandy and perfect to relax and swim. I really recomend Santa Marina

Not only the hotel and beach were perfect, pretty and really clean. The staff was more than nice so it was a pleasure being a guest here. Good service and nice food made our stay unforgettable

We chose the Santa Marina Beach for our holiday this year because we had some people recommend it to us. What else can I say than we were truly amazed. We enjoyed ever second in the hotel

The hotel is located right on the beach, divided by a road (there is a tunnel). The rooms (or mainly the bathrooms) are classified as about 3 stars by Polish standards

thanks to the whole hotel team. We arrived from the Czech Republic. We really liked it and we will fly again next year. The service of the whole hotel is great. The bartender from the photo was the best of them all

But nothing is missing :) except for the one who comes to Krenta to sit in the room. The food is delicious, everyone will find something to do. Very good local wine, drinks are served in specially designated areas

Good hotel with direct location on the beach. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Food is pure pleasure. There is nothing wrong here. It was a wonderful vacation!! :)

We are staying in this hotel for two weeks and so far enjoying the experience. Our allocated room overlooks a small pool and surrounding garden

Freshly prepared dishes are nicely presented and encourages to try the various options. Evening dinner is a little more restricted but nevertheless tasty and can be enjoyed within easy reach of the seashore

Amazing hotel with brand new facilities and nice pool/beach area. Stuff is friendly, helpful and very good at following social distancing and Covid preventing procedures

Sunbeds are available in the pool areas which have refreshments close to hand. Iced water is brought to your adjoining table by hotel staff, a really nice gesture

The beach is also nice, with distanced sunbeds and no loud music so you can enjoy the sound of the waves and cicadas

I’ve visited this resort twice now and it’s great. Lovely staff, nice apartments (especially sea view apartments) and is located right on the beach with two pools. Lots of food options nearby as well as in the resort

Just came back, we stayed in this hotel 10 days. One of the best hotels ever visited in Europe. The beach is just in front of the restaurant, the bus stop to Chania across the hotel

Very recommended Hotel! Extremely friendly staff, the room is cleaned every day, the swimming pool is nice and the bar at it is also very convenient. And the best is the location, 1-2min walking to the sea.

Excellent breakfast, impeccable cleaning and management of the common spaces. Beautiful structure with gardens, large swimming pool, valid restaurant/bar, massages, parking

No garden like many other had. :( Swimming pool area and bar was cozy but a but noisy (music from bar) sometimes. Pool is not good for small children / under 10years (too deep) but there were also a small pool for kids

Beach is very close and location is very good if you want to visit different restaurants or go shopping. Check out is too early (at 11. 00) if your fligt leaves in the evening

Luckily there were good showers in the pool area for those guests

We first booked for a couple days, then we chose to stay. Adorable place, with an amazing staff making breakfast and all the services both professional and human

The beach is 50m away, but it's not the best, it's better to go around 1km to the east to find beach with normal sand. If you have all inclusive option, you will get only the cheapest drinks in the bar

The Junior Suite room is very big and cosy and the restaurant offered lots of great options for food. The pool bar is also a nice place to hang out in the evenings

Very nice hotel, pretty much everything in it is brand new. The food is tasty, a good mix of local and continental cuisine. What's most important though is the service - a group of the most kind people on the planet

Especially the bartenders! I will have some of the most beautiful memories to keep from this place

Everething is good, just a few small cons: weird shower (water goes to the room), every day almost the same meals

The staff in this hotel were so lovely and friendly - after moving to this hotel after a bad experience at our previous hotel, they did an amazing job at making sure we had a special stay

All the 4 star hotel offers they got it! Drinks are served on the beach as well, on the pool and other hotel-belonging areas. There is a small gym you can use to maintain your training routine

Nice hotel on a very beautiful sandy beach. I have been here back in 2015 and if I compare the food quality and diversity I notice a downgrade

3) The view of our room was the best ever. You are about 20 m from the sea. 4) Initally we were planning to go in May 2020, but due to the pandemic we had to rescheudle to September 2021

Rooms are being cleaned few times a day. If you lost your key card for the room or got it wet on the beach or the pool, the person in the reception would hook you up with new set ASAP

From the staff serving food, through cleaning ladies to the manager of the hotel (thanks Aleksandar), everyone were on the top of their jobs. Unlike most hotels the food here is absolutely perfect

We had breakfast and dinner included in the package and it was heavenly. Staff serving drinks and food are just the most wonderful people. Always polite, always professional and helpful

We spent four days in the hotel at the end of the season. Accomodations ware great, food is good and the stuff gave us a home like fealing. We rented the big room with jacuzzi and it was great

We stayed there for our honeymoon for 7 days, and it was INCREDIBLE! Beautiful resort with everything you need, friendly staff, delicious delicious food! We booked the Executive Suite, it is two stories with a hot tub and a big balcony overlooking the pool and sea

The pool area was very clean and enough sun beds so you don’t have to rush out and place a towel on bed. The pool bar was well stocked. The all inclusive drinks and pool bar snacks were plenty full with a wide choice

The hotel is a stones throw from the beach. There are lots of nice walks close to the hotel. All the staff from the domestics to the manager were helpful and always happy to help. No issues no problems no complaints

We have been in Oscar Suites for a week. The location is super nice and the apartments are also very good. It's nice they have two pools and a fitness. The employees are very very nice and helpful

The hotel located in the very nice area, the beach is just across the street and there are a lot of great restaurants around

Even though our hotel is located only a 5 minute walk away from the beach we also offer the option of enjoying our swimming pools to cool down during the hot summer days of the Cretan summer!

The staff at the Minerva gladly let us use some beds when we wanted a beach day (@ 6 days) as long as we bought some drinks. On our last day we stopped there for some lunch, a good couple of hours looking out to the sea

Right by the beach, top-notch service and spacious rooms (if you can, pick the sea view). Breakfast is monotonous which is expected for the price. 20 minutes to Chania by bus, great restorants in the vicinity.

We had lunch at the patio at Minerva restaurant, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience! The setting is beautiful with a serene sea view, the food was very good with fresh local ingredients, and the service was outstanding

I will comment only the on the restaurant as I have been to almost all of them in the area. The food is probably the best along the sea side of Agia Marina

Great food and service by the beach bar. My son is really gonna miss this place and the guy in the bar.

It's all fresh food freshly made, including the meat, fish, veggies, fruits,. You really get quality for you money spent. On the other side, the service, the waiters, the manager, the cook, are very friendly and helpful

All inclusive, breakfast is very nice and the rest of the meals are great. Only minus is the gym, old machines and not working properly. Close to the rental of water toys. Probably located at the best part of the beach

Remember we are in living in a world of technology and I am extremely disappointed with the outdated technology other than that a beautiful hotel and the pool is amazing with the view of the ocean 👍🏼

I have to clean my foot before going to bed. I don't know what the cleaning was there. The boss was not very interested if there happens something,like fridge broken. What I liked was the sea ,so close and pool was fine

Sea bream is simply great. Other food is delicious too, especially grilled feta. We ate here for 6 times in a row.

Very nice location with the hotel AT the beach. You are at the pool and you can hear the ocean. The double rooms are nice and good size. Could maybe use an extra shelve, but it is very cozy

Very nice pool with a deep end (2,5+ meters). The water isn't full of chemicals and they have a good amount of sunbeds. We had no trouble getting one even at noon

Not the most luxurious hotel, but the location and price is hard to beat. The rooms are fine, the staff very friendly and the breakfast adequate. So for a basic hotel this is the perfect choice

Air con works fine and a small fridge. Nice big mirrors and nice toilet/bathroom. The service is quite okay and they speak good English and are very polite. Breakfast is good with nice choices

Soft drinks are to the expensive side (2,10 euro for a 250ml pepsi), but at least it is very cold

A nice clean hotel (family business) renovated the last year. Cozy rooms and interior spaces. Roof bar with beautifull sea view. magnificent sunset and realxing atmosphere

On the other hand, the underground floor that gets you to the pool doesn't have a pleasant smell and the sun-beds weren't clean (but every other area is very clean)

Friendly and serviceminded staff. No elavators, so you have to use the stairs But this will be available in 2020. Pool in the backyard, with poolbar 😊

The hotel is great! The location is great, the staff is super kind and polite… we loved the place so much that we extended 2 more nights… I believe that cover everything :) highly recommended! The room is amazing, clean and renovated

We didn't really understand the concept of throwing the toilet paper in the bin but i believe it's a common thing in Crete. We can only suggest to maybe give a small kit for the kitchen (like dish soap, salt and sugar)

The view from the balcony was towards a local family house but if you turned your chair towards the sea, you could see a bit of it :) A narrow street just in front of the room led uphill to some other houses but there was almost no traffic

Although it's only few meters from the lovely sand beach of Agia Marina, there is also a lovely swimming pool with kids area, for those who want to have some rest from the beach. Overall, a fantastic place to stay

Crete is a beautyfull island with alot to see, nice beaches, freindly people

A shortcut to the beach was easy to find and it took only some minutes to get there. Two supermarkets within 150 m and many tavernas close by, too

Had a fantastic stay, very freindly staff, almost like family. Thanks to Neff, Chris and Dina who made it very special for us. We will recommend this place to all who will go to Crete. And we will come back for more
