This is a great and clean hotel complex. We didn't do the all inclusive although the breakfast buffett covered all bases. The swimming pools offer variety and the beach is fantastic to visit around 4pm/5pm when it is a little cooler. The staff who cleaned are room were amazing and very friendly.

Our cruise ship was detoured here due to high winds and dangerous surf. We emailed the resort and asked for a day pass, which they offered to us. It can’t get any better than this. Rooms are perfect, with central air (not common in Greece), very clean. The pool is amazing. We've had our holiday at Althea Village in mid-september. It was the first time coming to this hotel and we will definitely come back in the future. The complex is big and spacious, perfect for a family holiday. We really liked how well maintained the common area was, with many trees and flowers, that gives you a holiday vibe. Just a lovely place overall. Really really nice place with very helpful staff and super nice food. Located 10 minutes from the beach making it great for a short walk after breakfast to reach the beach. The small gym was super well maintained and surprisingly well equipped. All day Gyros was an absolute treat, I highly recommend it!

Overall we had a great stay! The staff was super kind and helped us with everything we needed. Our room was cleaned daily which was a huge plus! We did however had a little problem the last day because our toilet didn’t flush. The pool areas were a bit small but there was always sunbeds available. Just returned from a lovely weeks holiday staying in Althea Village. Facilities and room were very good. Good quality food, we were particularly were pleased with how well labelled it was as my wife is vegetarian. She was very well catered for. Location is excellent, short distance from Chania airport. Short walk to a bus stop to take you into Chania itself which has a very pretty Venetian harbour

I have been staying in toxo several times and looking foward (hopefully) doing it again this coming summer 2025. Hotel is located nicely close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants etc. Also bus to Chania is very close. Hotel has 2x pools and it's not too bad to get yourself a spot by one of the pools. Arrived very late and reception was closed but rang the phone number and manager arrived to show us to our room. Large apartment, 2 storey with 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 3 balconies. 2 double beds and air con in each room including the lounge area. Clean with a small kitchen area with fridge and crockery and cutlery and washing up equipment. Proper clothes airer which was nice. Well kept...

We stayed here a week with four Kids. So nice small hotel. Poolbar had good and quite good prizes. You could eat in the bar or in your room/balcony. Good location, quiet road on the side. Super market just other side of the road. Pool were nice, kids could play with balls and other toys. If we go again to Platanias, we will get here again

Clean, comfortable and affordable room for a 3 star hotel, excellent menu, and pool bar, ..it has 2 pools for children and adults..the staff are friendly and helpful , most important is the fact that its wheelchair friemdly which many hotels dont

Very nice hotel! It's like a thirty second walk to the beach. If you don't like the swimming in the sea, there is also a very nice pool at the hotel. Water is a bit cold but very nice on hot days. Like 50 meters from the hotel is a busstop wich will bring you to Chania Centre in like 20 minutes. The only downside I could find for the hotel was that the mattresses were a bit hard. But not terrible

Realy nice hotel with friendly workers.Bathrooms modern and clean.Good start location.Bus station to Chania is near tickets you can bay in the market near hotel and couple of good restaurants you can find around hotel.Close to the hotel is realy good sand beach with nice beach bar.

We had a pleasant holiday, staff is very nice, rooms are good (the rooms heading to the main street are a bit noisy, but they have double windows, so its not so disturbing). Pool is super, the sea is in a 5 min walk distance, bus stop, supermarkets, tavernas are near.

The receptionists are great and can't help you enough. It is a 3 star and you get value for money. 2min to the beach, the room and bath was very clean. 20min to Chania. It is nice and quiet and there is more than one beach to go to - check them out, in particular the one near the chapel on the hill- 5min away. Very happy to recommend it.

First of all our room was upgraded. It’s connected to the beach so you can choose the pool or the sea. The breakfast area is lovely next to the pool or the roof terrace which over looks the beach, it’s a nice way to start off the day. It’s just off the Main Street but is so quiet. We just spend 2 weeks at the hotel the staff was absolutely amazing and so friendly Stella, Katarina at the bar and at the restaurant was so kind all the other waiter was amazing the cleaning staff EVERYBODY WAS so kind, the hotel is close to the beach and there is so many shops I will definitely recommend this place and see u all soon again

Nice and clean. Decent morning buffet. All inclusive not worth it. Close to a myriad of decently priced restaurants with everything from burgers to local Greek cousine. Friendly staff and right at the beach.

Good breakfast. Nice pool-area with a good variety of drinks and food in the bar&restaurant. Drinks come very quick after order in restaurant. Food also come quite fast, despite many people in the restaurant. The food is very good. WiFi sucks. Not a stable connection ever after 5 days at the hotel.
