The suite was stunning with our own private pool which was a great size with patio area

Desserts were brilliant always a large selection, snacks available in various locations around the resort. Drinks were branded and tasted great from cocktails to spirits, you name it they had it or would make it for you

There is a shop on site and also over the road which was handy, the only downside but nothing the resort can do about it is the transfer from airport took 2 hours which was long after a days travel

Food was great, a big selection to cater for all, for breakfast we had the option to eat in Ela restaurant which was a quieter setting with fresh food to order available

First time visiting Crete and had a wonderful experience not least because of our fantastic stay at the Mirabello Bay Luxury Resort

The whole resort was great and clean, with towel available for sun beds. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone

Let’s start of with the room, we stayed in one of the villas in the resort, situated on the end of the cove away from the restaurants and main reception area, which I rather enjoyed as we were away from the hustle and bustle of the bars and night entertainment

Unfortunately, the weather was terrible during our stay—rain, wind, and clouds all week. April is definitely a gamble! Although the pools are advertised as heated, they weren’t that warm

Daios cove, or as I may say a cove of dreams. My family and I stayed here during the end of July to early August and this resort is absolutely exceptional

The views of the cove are absolutely phenomenal and the sea is pristine and clear. Without a doubt, this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in, in Greece

Next let’s talk about the food, the restaurant’s are amazing and there is a great children’s menu on offer, the buffet also has a lot of variety and I especially loved the soup on offer that night we were there

The room service was on another level, this is by far the best room service I have ever had in a hotel, there is a vast menu with a wide range of different food and desserts, from ramen to rice there is anything you could ever wish for

We have just spent a week at Miramare , absolutely loved it , the staff were great always happy to help and chat , every where was spotless and the food was lovely always a good selection , just a short walk to a gorgeous sandy beach , 15 minutes into Agios Nicolas , it is very steep in places around the hotel is if you have Mobility issues but there were buggies we saw taking people around , a shout...

Pool areas are clean and beautiful. Food is ok but made for a large crowd. Snacks in the pool areas are poor: only donats, small pies and some times watermelon. All inclusive is not worth of the price

As others have said lots of steps and hilly which was fine for us but not sure how accessible it would be for people with mobility issues. Walk to lake took about 20 minutes. Definitely recommend comfy shoes

You can put bed charge on your room bill or pay by card which we wished we'd known before as had no cash with us so had to use the rip off cash machine in the hotel

Gym - some equipment older but new stuff was being delivered whilst we were there. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice

The hotel is delightfully set with modern stone built bedroom units clustered on each side of a small valley leading down to the sea

There are two large pools (and a smaller one) with plenty of sunbeds and parasols; also nice shady areas for those wishing to avoid the sun. The indoor/outdoor restaurant is set around the pool with a lovely aspect

The beach across the road is pebbly so sand is not a problem; there is however a daily charge for the sunbeds on the beach

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel on the beach and within easy walking distance from the centre of Agios Nikolaos

Going back to your room is like walking through a small Greek village; nearly all rooms must enjoy a great sea view

In addition, there is large sandy bay a short walk away as are the beaches of down town Agios Nikolaos

Beautiful property! The pool was spectacular! The beach/seaside was perfect. Our room was small, but well appointed and very clean. It was ocean view from the patio, but mostly blocked by trees

Quiet atmosphere with the feeling of mindfulness. Lovely and attentive staff with a special touch. Very good service in every way. Good location with a short walk to the town which has nice restaurants

I had an exceptional stay at Minos Beach Art Hotel. Although it’s located right in the town, the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and relaxing it truly feels like a hidden oasis

The sea crystal clear fresh so much space when you look out you feel you are on a private island not a hotel 15 minutes walk into town

Don't plan to stay by the pool as you have to get up by 6 am to put your towel out 😱. Went to the beach every day which is excellent on the left hand side

The staff were helpful, the rooms were clean and quiet, the pool was lovely, private beach was fantastic

First off it's not 5stars it's a 4 star hotel go with this in mind and you'll be fine. Food in the Italian restaurant was great. Food in the buffet restaurant was excellent even for a fussy eater always some thing to eat

Has its own beach, spa and multiple pools. Room was really big with an amazing view. People are super friendly, very good service. Buffet was really yummy and many options. Overall really good, definitely recommend

All went very smooth from the beginning to the last minute. Very good variety of food and drinks. Sea view family room with amazing views. There are no queues for the drinks and food even hotel is fully booked

The beach is a minute away, or rather the elevator brings directly to the beach, gorgeous! We arrived at 8 in the morning and settled immediately, which bought us completely, since we were tired from the plane and had no strength until 14 o'clock

The layout of this hotel, with the infinity pool overlooking the private beach and sunbathing areas make it really special, and very easy to make the most of all options! The sunbeds are really comfortable and we never had an issue getting one

This resort is absolutely magical! The views! The pools! The stellar service! We stayed in the Grand Animos Villa and it was absolutely perfect

The pool is massive and the privacy and unobstructed views meant that we rarely left the backyard. Plus, we had a private cove that offered direct access into the ocean

We especially enjoyed the sheltered cove for swimming and snorkelling. Children spent all of their time in the sea, rather than the pools as felt so safe in the sea. Loved the jetty bar for an after dinner drink

The swimming pools are also great, with one for sportive people different from the one for sun bathing people and some rooms with personal small pools

Fish were everywhere! The team was so helpful in planning catamaran trips as well as local excursions. And the resort food was so delicious. We are already missing that breakfast buffet! We cannot wait to return!

Lovely hotel, super location on the beach short walk to centre (lake) 5 mins only, supermaket outside, reasonable spa, lovely room nice decor, amazing amaneiteis - Cool Clarins bottle red color, breakfast restaruarant on 5/F overlooking the sea, infinty pool all great

Wonderful stay! Not far from the city center, the pools are nice and the staffs are friendly. Breakfast was so good and they even have live musician playing for dinner

It is very sad situation that there is no beach access for an island resort yet the hotel is very nice and Maro Dyalina is a pearl. Her service is amazing and she make sure all the guests enjoy their stay

I’m not your normal busybody who leaves reviews for anything I am however exceptionally fussy and this by far is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in having visited many hundreds of hotels over the last 40 years the room the staff the food everything was superb and the location is fantastic

A great place to rest for the second consecutive year, wonderful varied cuisine, friendly and helpful staff, convenient location, close to two beaches: pebble and sand, salt water pool, near the pedestrian streets, the Bay of Mirabello is always relatively quiet

We booked for 7 nights in this hotel in Agios Nikolaos. The location is perfect by the sea coast, there is lovely blue flag beach right next to the hotel

The beach around the street from the hotel - this one is man made and there is no big difference between the pool and the sea. The beach has a lot of rocks if you want to swim. To truly experience a beach, go to Voulisma

Although reserving sunbeds was not allowed, some people brought their towels to reserve the beds, but did not come to the pool for another 1-3 hours

We have double sea view room on the 7-th floor, over the pull and the bar, but it turns out that it can be quite noise at night. If you want more quite room you should mention your preference

The only big problem with the pool and sun were the sunbeds - but I can only blame the people

Very nice installations, amazing view, food service very bad. Wine and beverages undrinkable. Sushi very low quality. Swimmingpool very packed, no free seats. The gym needs a reform urgently.

We’ve spent our honeymoon in Minos. We had junior suite with private pool, waking up every morning to a sunrise😍 hotel has impressive views from basically anywhere you stand

I also booked private yoga classes. It was really nice with a beautiful view over the sea

I loved our room and our shared pool, however our room was left to the reception area and the pool bar- some nights music was extremely loud and guest were extremely loud (if I wanted party vacation I would go to Mallorca/Ibiza) A door that keeps some noise away from that corridor would be good

The beach restaurant is beautiful, but the food was not at all to our taste. Overall we loved the facilities but there is potential for improvement. All the employees were extremely nice! Thank you to them

We bought breakfasts - it's a buffet breakfast, unique dishes, drinks, fruit, desserts. I also highly recommend having lunch in the hotel restaurant with a sea view, they serve exquisite dishes in 3 courses and dessert

The room, place, food, beach is excellent. Manus and Asimina were the best host we ever had experienced. We will be coming again to the place and we highly recommend the place to visit a place just like a paradise

I ‘ve stayedin Faedra Beach hotel this year in august. I liked the hotel staff, always helpful, friendly and welcome. I felt I was the local amongs them. The room was clean, and being cleaned every morning

We had dinner in the room, you can buy food in the minimarket nearby or in the supermarket - the bus stop is very close. And of course the sun and sea are super. Cool, clear, turquoise water and waves

Many thanks to the hotel Faedra Beach Resort for our summer family vacation in July 2025. I want to note the very friendly and hospitable staff. All issues were resolved quickly and without problems

2 lovely beach front restaurants 10 mins away at Amoudi Beach. Town about a further 20 mins. Had a wonderful holiday and would definitely return. So long as it remains adults only!!

We stayed here following a 4 star holiday in Chania last year. Although the communal areas of the hotel are lovely, the pool areas and rooms need updating badly

“Private” beach was Ok but there is a much nicer beach 10 mins down the road where you can hire sunbeds and dip in the sea. The location is good (about 20 mins walk to town and €8 in a taxi) with bus stop outside

Breakfast was good and bar and restaurant staff efficient and friendly. The pool bar closes at 6pm and music goes off and shutters down which is a shame when people are enjoying an early drink

Had a 2 night stay in the Deluxe Double Room with seaview and minipool. The room is spacious and nicely decorated. Large balcony area which had sun loungers, table and chairs plus the minipool

From the moment we entered the hotel until we checked out, we were made to feel very welcome guests. We had a room on the 3rd floor with our own very private balcony , sun loungers and jacuzzi!! It was amazing

The room was beautifully appointed. The shower creme and shampoo were baby powder scented ! So lovely. We had a very nice continental breakfast for a very reasonable €7 ! Hotel is perfectly situated

A cleaner visited the room every day. You can eat well at breakfast, although the offer is pretty much the same every morning. There is no swimming pool, but the beach is wonderfully close

The room with the sea view was fantastic. The room was clean and cleaning is done both on request and without. The breakfast was tasty and surprisingly versatile considering the star rating, the products were fresh

The location of El Greco Hotel is great. It's worth taking a room with a sea view, otherwise you end up seeing a hole-like courtyard, which, however, has plants

Air conditioning is chargeable, but it was provided for and does not reduce the functionality of the hotel. Thank you for a very good Crete experience, of which the hotel is essentially a part

we loved this hotel! ok, the room could have been bigger, the shower could have been better, but the view from the balcony and the absolutely lovely staff made us forget these little flaws

We stayed as a family of 4 excelent location family business if you make an effort they will make it worth it, clean tidy room every day we stayed twice in a month of traveling around island walking distance to dinner many choices, yes parking is a challenge but that is the case in most of these types of towns in the greek islands, its part of the deal, 🍻

Nice location near old town 5 min walk, great view , and a fin spot to start your walk thru Kom Kapi headed for old Chania

It is okay if you only need a place to sleep. The location is really good, except that it is difficult to find a parking spot. Also you have to go up some stairs to get to the hotel and then again to get to your room

The hotel is run from a supermarket downstairs and there is no real reception. The supermarket itself is quite big, but prices are a bit high. The double room we got was basic and quite dated, but the view was nice

Don't expect too much for that price. Its 10 steps to the beach and restaurants. They have an elevator to the floors but in entrance you have to take like 10 stairs without help. Would recommend for that price

Hotel ok but nothing more. Convenient location for going out at night, but difficult to park next door. Breakfast with industrial foods, it's a shame. Shower room very small.

Big studios with kitchen well equiped and bug enough bathroom. It is emplaced in aconvenient distance by Agios Nikolaos (3 km) and Elounda (10 min by car). There is a nice beach nearby at about 5-7 min walking

It has a beautiful view to the see and the personal is very friendly and kind

Micheal was a wonderful host and Maria an amazing housekeeper. They made us feel like home! They both deserve a 10. The appartement itself really needs renovation. Lot of stuff are outdated or even slightly broke/damaged

Also the beds to sleep in aren't comfortable. With the help of Maria we fixed that for a couple of days but everything can use a upgrade. If that will do by the owners than the appartements are perfect

Its an old building falling apart here and there. Found it to be clean, neat and cheap. Wish they would top up on the kitchen utensils, kettle enough plates etc
