This was my fifth visit to the Blue Palace and my first under the new regime - Phaea. The service was over the top incredible. The concierge is perhaps the best and most responsive team I’ve ever dealt with. The property is much smaller since they are renovating the entire other side. Only suggestion is to update the beach chairs and accommodations and the pool needs more sun umbrellas for shade....

Oh, Elounda, what an amazing way to end our Crete trip. Check-in went smoothly, we got a corner room with a private pool. Although it’s heated, it felt kind of cold at night. Stunning hotel in a lovely location. Staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. The breakfast is fantastic. All the restaurants offer delicious food and wonderful service. Plaka is less than a five minute walk and while small has restaurants, coffee shops and some lovely gift shops.

Definitely a five star hotel. Whatever I write about the hotel and its people is not enough. They just want to make everything so easy for you, with unpretentious kindness, which is the definition of a holiday and relaxation. We will definitely return without a second thought.

Situated on the fabulous Elouda bay, clear water, secluded beaches. In proximity to good restaurants in Elounda and Agios. The facility and service is superb. Kind and helpful staff, to mention the dining hall staff, especially the waitress Georgia .

Be careful, if you have a half board package you only have access to the buffet restaurant. We misunderstood the explanations about the system (number of courses in or not included) regarding the other restaurants, à la carte. We had dinner in one of them, 3 courses and a bottle of wine, fine but not exceptional, 182 € thank you very much, with 50€ deductible for the HB package. Does not feel right...

I had a wonderful stay at Tui Blue Elounda Village Resort & Spa by AQUILA. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The beach access and pool area were fantastic, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

Everything was perfect The price is big, but totally worth it. The renovated rooms are really pricey but totally worth it , if you stay in the renovated rooms you can go to this really nice beach (there are two beaches). Believe me big price equals good quality at this hotel.

On arrival we discovered we had been put in a room for 2 not 3. The hotel were not able to offer any solutions or compensation. In the end they brought in a pullout bed. Had the best week here. A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location with a sea and mountain view. The food was delicious with plenty of choice and our 2 year old son loved playing in the pools. I stayed in the hotel for a week with my partner. Nice location, not too long walk the beach and the centre. Loved the breakfasts and the diners, loads of different choice to pick from. The hotel is very beautiful, the hotel has its own swimming pool. And some rooms have their own private swimming pool. From room you can have a beautiful view of the sea, you can see the sunrise, you can see the mountains. Room setting is also very cute, daily cleaning. The workers are also very nice and friendly.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel which ha been recently refurbished to a very high standard. The staff and the food is excellent. The Sushil restaurant serves some great dishes. Actually, this is just one of the hotels in the entire complex. Unfortunately, guests from the other hotels can use the pool and have the communal breakfast, which can be a bit confusing and noisy. A superb hotel, from the Elounda collection of Maré, Porto and Peninsula. Manolis, the manager and his super friendly team always make us feel great, on arrival and while we stay. Stayed in the Presidential 1 bedroom villa for 3 nights ! Amazing time .. we took a helicopter from Mykonos so we were able to land right at the resorts helipad . Great hotel complex. Fabulously clean. Really well maintained with friendly and polite staff. Food areas were immaculate with a good range of food. We were there for the last week of the season so a few amenities were not open. If we had paid full price then we would have been a bit miffed. If you are you going on the water slides use a ring or lilo. The joins on the slides rip you to bits!

Excellent staff and great hotel rooms and food but the standard of alcoholic drinks was terrible. Wine was draught and undrinkable and the only red wine was very chilled. Also the spirits were barely alcoholic and the lager tasteless. This is a great shame as the overall standard of hotel and food was excellent. However I don’t expect to buy in my own wine and beer at an all inclusive hotel.

Very nice property. Our room was a small suite and had 3 balconies. We made reservations on short notice. Staff was great and helpful. Breakfast was nice and the views were good. The location is a great spot to spend the day at Agios Nikolaos or a trip to Spinalonga, or Elunda beach.

Good hotel with nice views of the ocean. Hotel is in a quiet location between Elounda and Plaka. Bed was comfortable. Good shower with lots of pressure. Breakfast was nice with lots of options.
