Accommodation, for understanding: - Garden view - first / second floor from the garden side - Bay View - 3rd floor and above from the garden side, view of Agios Nikolaos - Sea View - floors from the beach side

Just back from a few days here, it was a great trip, before we arrived I reached out to the hotel as had a few questions, Matthew kindly answered them and was very helpful

Desserts were brilliant always a large selection, snacks available in various locations around the resort. Drinks were branded and tasted great from cocktails to spirits, you name it they had it or would make it for you

There is a shop on site and also over the road which was handy, the only downside but nothing the resort can do about it is the transfer from airport took 2 hours which was long after a days travel

A special shout out needs to be given to Matthew, the concierge, who went above and beyond in every respect taking immediate care of any request and ensuring all of our requests were taken care of

First time visiting Crete and had a wonderful experience not least because of our fantastic stay at the Mirabello Bay Luxury Resort

We have just spent a week at Miramare , absolutely loved it , the staff were great always happy to help and chat , every where was spotless and the food was lovely always a good selection , just a short walk to a gorgeous sandy beach , 15 minutes into Agios Nicolas , it is very steep in places around the hotel is if you have Mobility issues but there were buggies we saw taking people around , a shout...

The food and service are good. The massage, on the other hand, was very disappointing. Instead of a deep-tissue sports massage, we were only lightly stroked, despite repeated requests to apply more pressure

The reason given was that the masseuse was pregnant, which unfortunately is not my problem a deep tissue massage being some lightly strokes

They could‘ve told us in the beginning, which we would‘ve accepted and could‘ve decided on our own whether to still do the massage or not

Several tiers for drinks, which I have never seen before, seemed very odd. Late checkout expensive at €80. Cannot continue to use AI when have checked out, which I have never seen before at an AI

All in all, I had a nice time here. Other places available for much better, for less money

Let’s start of with the room, we stayed in one of the villas in the resort, situated on the end of the cove away from the restaurants and main reception area, which I rather enjoyed as we were away from the hustle and bustle of the bars and night entertainment

The views of the cove are absolutely phenomenal and the sea is pristine and clear. Without a doubt, this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in, in Greece

Daios cove, or as I may say a cove of dreams. My family and I stayed here during the end of July to early August and this resort is absolutely exceptional

The only issue I would say in the room is the ants, if you leave any sort of food out of the fridge (even unopened) they will make there way in, and in the bin too

However, I would like to highlight the excellent service from Sarah and her colleague at the Beach Bar, they were always friendly and attentive. The buffet was very complete, with many options

You can take buggies from your room to the main area with just a phone call from the room. And they will come in five minutes or even sometimes less

The hotel is very suitable for couples, clean and quiet. The only drawbacks are 2: 1. The rooms are old. 2. The hotel charges a fee for using the sauna.

I loved our room and our shared pool, however our room was left to the reception area and the pool bar- some nights music was extremely loud and guest were extremely loud (if I wanted party vacation I would go to Mallorca/Ibiza) A door that keeps some noise away from that corridor would be good

We also felt the dinner buffet was always the same, no special evenings, every night just other versions of the same food, for example every night 2 types of pasta slightly different sauce/vegetables, 2 types of meat stews, everyday strawberry, vanilla and chocolate ice cream

The beach restaurant is beautiful, but the food was not at all to our taste. Overall we loved the facilities but there is potential for improvement. All the employees were extremely nice! Thank you to them

Room for improvement Beautiful hotel, especially the main pool, the beach with the different plateaus for sun bathing and the walking path along the cliff

Also I have never slept on a mattress that was so hard in my life. The shower/bathtub was so narrow, I don‘t know how bigger people are able to shower

Really helpful service, great food all week, nice drinks, including cocktails, and the two a la carte restaurants were incredible - by any comparison they were brilliant, and easily the best you'll ever find at an all-inclusive resort

First off it's not 5stars it's a 4 star hotel go with this in mind and you'll be fine. Food in the Italian restaurant was great. Food in the buffet restaurant was excellent even for a fussy eater always some thing to eat

The beach is a minute away, or rather the elevator brings directly to the beach, gorgeous! We arrived at 8 in the morning and settled immediately, which bought us completely, since we were tired from the plane and had no strength until 14 o'clock

Don't plan to stay by the pool as you have to get up by 6 am to put your towel out 😱. Went to the beach every day which is excellent on the left hand side

Thourghly enjoyed our stay excellent hotel but if allocated any room ending in 29 ask to change as these rooms are at the side set back above the service area

12 euro taxi each way to the town or the bus 10 past the hour outside the hotel 2 euros each way. Hotel perfect where it is no noise at night

21 Room9 Was absolutly a perfect Holiday. The Hotel is perfect and every day you feel like home. They clean the room's perfect. But the best was the 3 lady's and 1 guy at the pool. Georgia, Sofia, Despoina, Manolis

Quiet atmosphere with the feeling of mindfulness. Lovely and attentive staff with a special touch. Very good service in every way. Good location with a short walk to the town which has nice restaurants

We had lovely time we love the architecture the design of the room 25. we just would like to mention that there is no space to hang out clothes. and a more comfortable chair will be nice

The food all prepared fresh and made with love you really can taste the perfection placed into ever dish. The staff friendly helpful always a smile

The sea crystal clear fresh so much space when you look out you feel you are on a private island not a hotel 15 minutes walk into town

We have double sea view room on the 7-th floor, over the pull and the bar, but it turns out that it can be quite noise at night. If you want more quite room you should mention your preference

A great place to rest for the second consecutive year, wonderful varied cuisine, friendly and helpful staff, convenient location, close to two beaches: pebble and sand, salt water pool, near the pedestrian streets, the Bay of Mirabello is always relatively quiet

We booked for 7 nights in this hotel in Agios Nikolaos. The location is perfect by the sea coast, there is lovely blue flag beach right next to the hotel

Massive congratulations to the hotel manager Antonis and all the team for creating a hotel with a fabulous atmosphere, You come as a stranger and leave as a friend

Breakfast is nice with high variety of food, service excellent and the hotel staff- always kind and helpful

Staff is very friendly and helpful, they were always wearing a mask due to covid regulations, so couldn’t see too many smiles. The rooms are truly a bit outdated but everything is in place - fridge, AC etc

Fish were everywhere! The team was so helpful in planning catamaran trips as well as local excursions. And the resort food was so delicious. We are already missing that breakfast buffet! We cannot wait to return!

We especially enjoyed the sheltered cove for swimming and snorkelling. Children spent all of their time in the sea, rather than the pools as felt so safe in the sea. Loved the jetty bar for an after dinner drink

Perfect stay at this hotel! Beautiful two bedroom villa with pool. Exceptional staff and cleaning team. Maria on the restaurant team was wonderful. Relaxed and serene ambiance throughout

Hotel reception also recommended good day trips to local olive groves, spinalonga day trips and to the town of Kritsa to explore…all well worth doing

They are always smiling and work so hard to ensure everyone has a wonderful holiday, We don't normally return to the same place but will definitely go back, probably next year!

This resort is absolutely magical! The views! The pools! The stellar service! We stayed in the Grand Animos Villa and it was absolutely perfect

To there's also fresh bread and rolls to choose from and a vast array of dried fruit and even cakes and doughnuts. This is an adult only hotel so if you are looking for a romantic break this place is definitely for you

The breakfast was plentiful with many selections. We had dinner there 2 nights and we’re not disappointed, amazing flavours. The staff in the restaurant and bar were great and looked after us daily

Hotel was very clean, bright and welcoming. We arrived late and Iwavva (Joanne) welcomed us like family. We loved our room a unit on the top floor with access to a shared pool

There's a lovely bar area by reception that leads straight out to the pool so you can grab a drink sit back and relax on one of the comfortable sun loungers

We have had a fantastic 2 weeks here and we will definitely be back to see the wonderful staff

We came for 2 nights in couple. It is a nice place, reserved for adults. Swimming pool is confortable and very quite, with some wind and a very beautiful view on the see! Lots of olive trees around the place

Private and quiet with comfortable sun beds. The spa service was great and there is a wide range of treatments for both him and her. An all round brilliant experience of total relaxation and luxury

Incredible Crete at its best! Stunning boutique hotel with a private intimate beach, gorgeous rooms with special touches including private jacuzzis and pools, but what sets Island Concept even further apart is it’s incredible staff/hosts that provide genuine superb hospitality

A late arrival and we were welcomed as long lost friends. Breakfast is a treat, a la carte with many inclusive choices. Nothing is too much trouble for the super staff

Mariana has a smile for every situation and Fortini especially served us with knowledge of wines and helped whenever we needed assistance. The pool and private beach are both special

Breakfast was great, with multiple choices. We ate dinner at the restaurant both nights, and the food was delicious, with a variety of dishes. The outdoor setting for meals was lovely, and they have a nice outdoor bar

We had 6 nights here and had a wonderful time. A stunning location overlooking the bay and far off mountains. Our room was huge with its own small pool and large terrace together with sunbeds and wonderful views

Just came back from This beautiful place with my friend. Hotel Immaculate very peaceful. Breakfast good with plenty selection. Staff Monica and Nicki very friendly and helpful. Beds super comfortable. Highly recommend

Had a 2 night stay in the Deluxe Double Room with seaview and minipool. The room is spacious and nicely decorated. Large balcony area which had sun loungers, table and chairs plus the minipool

Overlooking sports running track and the sea. Wish there was instructions how to use the minipool. Our fault we could have asked. We found a sandy beach close by too. Visit Jollies bar a few doors along

The room was beautifully appointed. The shower creme and shampoo were baby powder scented ! So lovely. We had a very nice continental breakfast for a very reasonable €7 ! Hotel is perfectly situated

The best hotel in Agios Nikolaos! Nice breakfast, helpful staff! Clean rooms! We were allowed to check in earlier because our room was ready! I highly recommend this hotel which is close to the centre.

Nice little find for a beer and cocktails

The house is really beautiful and the team was very helpful and friendly! We were staying with a group of 6 teenagers and could not have wished for anything better for us to relax (morning yoga at the pool with amazing sea views) and the kids to have fun at the same time

We were here in October 2019, 7 adults and 9 days. I have been in many Villas and appartments around the Europe. For example the welcome hamper was so enormous, that we first just take photos of it

Awesome views. Great house. Close to beaches, shopping and site seeing. Lots of room. Well furnished, 3 large tables to seat all of us. Everyone loves the pool. The owner has been very nice.

fridge was totally full of food and drinks. Couple of things were broken, but when I report about them repairmen came immediately and fix those things. The householder was most kind

Free access to Domes Elounda Beach ( did this 3 times) Our package included breakfast, we were so full we didn’t need lunch! Package included a free bottle of wine (which they replenished!! Package also included complimentary evening meal at Domes Elounda

Pleasant housekeeping and daily pool-clean. Main road to Elounda is a little disruptive at times, but then we do live in a quiet village in UK! Tasty Whities…. If you are susceptible, then DEET is strongly recommended!!

Beautiful villas, well equipped, amazing views, and top notch hospitality. highly recommended for a couple or small family with access to a car. Access to the Domes Signature Collection in Elounda definitely a plus

On arrival we were greeted by Lina who was really friendly and shown to our beautiful villa! Sea views, spotless pool and accommodation with wine, fruit and a birthday cake in the fridge! They were so accommodating throughout, arranging day trips to spinalonga and taxis when we needed them, as well as recommending excellent restaurants

Private pool in each villa, well maintained and everything kept squeaky clean. (poool not heated so dont plan to swim before May, or better yet June- but it still adds to the view and vibe

Chose this on a popular holiday site and were not disappointed. Villa is finished to a high standard and the privacy of the pool was a massive bonus when we wanted a lazy day
