Reviews
All Inclusive
Overall a very pleasant experience. Shout out to the Entertainment Superstar Elena, who brought fun and energy every day, engaged amazingly with all guests, and cannot be faulted.
Food was great quality, varied, plentiful and fresh. Chefs/waiting staff polite, always greet you, quick to clear plates.
Cleaning staff always smiley, and did a fantastic job cleaning the rooms daily.
Room: junior Suite - Only down side is air con is on a timer for all rooms, you can pay to upgrade but in my personal opinion, air con should be included as standard, even with a "fair usage" policy off needed.
Besides that, room was modern, shower had high pressure, great temp (can get very hot, be careful), good view from balcony, very comfy bed, pillows etc, flat screen TV, tea coffee kettle included.
2 pools, both clean, plenty of sun loungers, had the sun all over for most of the day, close to bar (shout out to Stathis, top barman!)
Overall: would recommend. Did not experience anything mentioned in any negative reviews.
The drinks were just as bad – cheap, watered down, and barely drinkable. You’d get better quality from a corner shop mixer. On top of that, some of the staff were outright rude, with zero interest in basic customer service. It felt like we were an inconvenience to them just by being there.
Overall, the place wasnt what i had expected. If you value your money, your time, and basic respect, stay far, far away from this hotel.
All the staff were amazing but 2 members deserve a special mention. Kelly at reception went above and beyond what I would expect her to do I injured my knee doing Greek dancing on day one. She went and made an ice pack for me and when the swelling went down she gave me directions to the nearby pharmacy who were very helpful and gave me the tablets I needed. Within 2 days I was totally pain free to enjoy the rest of my holiday. The other person who deserves a special mention is Elenor. She was the Queen of entertainment and brought so.much fun and laughter during the day and early evening before outside entertainers came to the hotel to wow the guests
There are two women who truly deserve a special mention:
🌟 Marina – a fantastic woman I kept seeing everywhere in the restaurant service. She works incredibly hard, always with a radiant smile. Her warmth and dedication genuinely make your stay more enjoyable. Every day she greeted us with a smile, and that is pure gold. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌟 Eleni (animation) – I almost have no words for how good she is at her job. She runs the entire animation program all by herself, yet everything feels perfectly organized and full of creativity. Her energy, positivity, and original activities are the reason I would come back to this hotel just for her program. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Of course, there are also some staff members who are less involved or friendly, but thanks to people like Marina and Eleni, this hotel has earned a special place in my heart. They are the reason my stay felt so special. Hats off to these amazing women! 🙌💛
Food was nice and plenty of choice. We ate far too much because we wanted to try everything.
They had nice tea but tiny cups. Bring a mug.
All inclusive food, drink and ice-cream for the kids.
The pool was cleaned daily and everything was clean and tidy.
The food was outstanding! Something different every night it just kept on getting better. Rooms are quite basic but beds were very comfy and we had a lovely view of the pool and the sea. The location was ideal, plenty of shops and bars and there is a sandy little beach 5 minute walk away, the water is very shallow and crystal clear.
The entertainment is pretty good! They do quizzes everyday which always turned into a good laugh. Pool games and water aerobics was also good.
Another shout out to Kelly on reception who made us very welcome when we arrived at the hotel!
Only con's:- air con is only on at selected times so if you want it on all week you have to pay! We did as first couple of days were so hot, the safe we also had to pay for, but we went knowing this already so took extra money.
Would I return! HELL YEAH xx
Elena - my girl. A special shout out to you, she goes to the max of keeping you all entertained, such a great spirited woman and an absolute credit to the hotel. You made our holiday Elena and I won’t ever forget you.
The food was amazing - different cuisines every day and was super tasty! (Something I’ve never experienced before in all inclusives)
The outdoor day & evening bar- the Barman is absolutely amazing, remembers your order and name from day one, truly an amazing experience.
The location is absolutely beautiful- I walked alone to the local shops many of times and never felt unsafe. Greek people are amazing.
The hotel room - absolutely beautiful and clean.
I can’t recommend this place enough and feel so sad to of left. Until next time
Lots of love

Highlights:
Ana and Stathis at the pool bar were absolute stars. Their customer service was phenomenal—friendly, attentive, and always made us feel welcome. The pool area itself is fantastic: very clean, well maintained, and perfect for relaxing.
Entertainment and activities were led by Eleanor, who was brilliant—full of energy and enthusiasm. However, some of the equipment could use a bit of TLC. The darts were worn out and the water basketball net could do with replacing.
The spa was another high point—lovely atmosphere and the girls working there were incredibly welcoming and skilled. A real treat!
Our room was fine and cleaning standards throughout the stay were very good. That said, I was quite disappointed with the room setup. We booked a family-sized room but were given two rooms with 4 beds for 2 adults and a baby. Since our little one wasn’t ready for a bed, we had to rent a crib for an extra €5 per night, which felt unreasonable given we’d already booked a family room.
A baby changing facility would also be a helpful addition for guests traveling with young children.
Food-wise, while the taste was generally great, the variety was lacking—it became repetitive fairly quickly.
Late night entertainment was mediocre. The singers weren’t much better than the guest karaoke participants, so not really something we looked forward to.
All in all, there’s a lot to like about Diana Palace, especially the people who work there, but a few small changes could make a big difference.
