Well positioned in the centre of the town, not too much noise of an evening. Bottom pool needs some TLC. Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were the best bit of the hotel, welcoming and friendly. This is NOT a kid friendly hotel, although they tried to make it so, other guests made it clear that they want a quiet and uneventful day by the pool.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic, beds were large and very comfortable. Absolutely spotless, fantastic pools and pool bar. The location was great, with plenty of shops, bars, eateries, tourists activities shops on every street. And the bus stops at the end of the road. Just perfect.

Good service. Our room, towards the street, was not very well ventilated. That’s also the sunny side, in the mornings. So mind that! :) But the daily cleaning was impeccable. Make sure to call your taxi early enough. They tend to be 20+ mins late.

The location is excellent. It is right in the center of Zakynthos Town. I booked a sea view room and watched the sunrise directly from the balcony. The view was superb. The room was average and the facilities were quite old, but the location offset many of the shortcomings. There are also many restaurants around the hotel, and it is very relaxing to go out for a walk. I regret not bringing running...

The location is definitely good, and the front desk is quite polite. But the facilities are a bit old. The air conditioner is facing the TV, and it won't turn on if you don't close the door. You still have to use your own shower gel and shampoo, but I didn't use them despite looking at the facilities.

We have visited many Greek islands but Zakynthos is one of the best! Diana Hotel is a great hotel with even greater people! Mornings were something we looked forward to! Pretty views! Some people said in reviews that they could hear planes taking off and landing but I didn’t hear any! The staff at the reception is incredibly helpful, friendly and constructive, the rooms are clean, there is a balcony and everything you want in the room, A hearty buffet, a pleasant breakfast, free egg options, friendly staff, there is free parking and it is right in the center of the city, I recommend it.

Spacious and bright room, great location

The room is quite big. The sea view room you booked can see the sea. Across the road from the hotel is a long beach coastline. The tap water on this island is too salty to even rinse your mouth. The driver who picked me up at the airport said that you must not drink the tap water, even if it is boiled, and the hotel does not provide free drinking water.

It is a pretty good hotel that can be booked in the off-season. The room is not too big, there is free parking, it faces the sea, it is not far from the port and the airport, and the breakfast is also rich.

I spent a week at a Klelia Beach hotel and I am still really charmed by it! First of all, I admire the people who work here because I saw how hard they work for the whole day. Just spent 10 wonderful days at this four star hotel... staff are excellent, all friendly and working hard to ensure we had a great experience. Rooms were cleaned every day and our cases were taken to our room and collected on departure day. Pool is kept spotless as was the restaurant with lots of choice every day. Only one observation was that the evening entertainment could have been better.

Please note that Golden Sun Hotel and Golden Sun Resort and Spa are 2 very different hotels but Google shows them as one hotel. We stayed at Golden Sun Hotel, all-inclusive. The rooms are lovely and spacious but lack storage. The food was hit-and-miss. Some nights there seemed to be plenty I could eat and other nights there was nothing to suit me but that's my personal preference. There isn't loads...

Fantastic 4-night stay. Great location away from 'the strip', just a 10 min walk to Laganas Beach. Hotel is superb ...staff amazing, our private-pool room was lovely...and finally, the food was delicious! Mix of guests of various nationalities ...families, couples and young clubbers ...we had no problems at all!

We came here on a girls holiday, we were aware it’s a family hotel however we were looking a resort which was relaxed during the day. I spent 7 wonderful days at Margarita Hotel in Laganas in August with my son, and I can’t recommend it enough! I can't comment on other rooms but the superior one I had was top notch and I can't complain. Hotel is a brilliant set up with different sections of pools for adults, families and superior rooms. Food is decent and plenty of it and a good selection. Staff were friendly and efficient and the hotel was absolutely spotless. If I am ever returning to laganas I will definitely return to the margarita.

The hotel staff are so friendly. We had a very comfortable stay. There isn’t much choice of food for breakfast and evening meal. However there are plenty of restaurants near by and the locals are so welcoming. Hotel in great location onto the sea front. Room was also clean.

We stayed for one week and it was really nice. The furniture is a bit old, it's true, but it was no problem at all. The service was great, the personalle was helpufull and nice, we had good and quality food, with options for every taste. The location, outstanding, right on the beach. It was also very clean, towels were changed daily. It definitely deserves at last 4.2.

Our own hotel were very mean and we had to check out at the morning while the transfer left at night! So this hotel let us pay for only a lunch buffet and then we could spend the whole day by this pool, but things and eat the buffet. Really nice staff who helped us

Signs should be put up notifying payment for where to payfor sun beds around the hotel and pool area .Not just some women turn up asking for money .Owner aggressively arguing with staff by the pool cafe as soon as we arrived which we found horrendous and very unprofessional as paying customers don’t want to hear this whilst on their holidays to relax ,hotel very basic 3 star .could do with coffee...
