The rooms were decent but basic. The bed was big and the mattress was reasonably comfortable. The pillows were too big and very uncomfortable. Well positioned in the centre of the town, not too much noise of an evening. Bottom pool needs some TLC. Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were the best bit of the hotel, welcoming and friendly. This is NOT a kid friendly hotel, although they tried to make it so, other guests made it clear that they want a quiet and uneventful day by the pool.

My wife and I have all inclusive holidays 5 or 6 times a year, and have done so since we both retired 10 years ago. Stayed at this hotel in October this year (2024). It has got to be one of the best we have stayed at. Super nice! There hasn't been a single type of food for breakfast or dinner, that wasn't great. People that work here all have personal approach and you feel like staying with friends.

The hotel itself is great, always cleaned and very friendly service.  Delicious food, lots of space and big pool. But our beloved Eleni did the greatest job here, she kept us busy throughout our time. Good service. Our room, towards the street, was not very well ventilated. That’s also the sunny side, in the mornings. So mind that! :) But the daily cleaning was impeccable. Make sure to call your taxi early enough. They tend to be 20+ mins late.

No way it is a 4-star hotel. Obsolete furniture, quite dingy bathroom, especially the shower curtain which does not prevent water from being splashed all over the bathroom. If it comes to cons, it located in the city center and has the view on sea (on harbor, to be exact) and has a 'roof garden' with a bar and swimming pool. The staff was nice and helpful, especially at the reception.

Very beautiful hotel right in the middle of the port city of Zakinthos! Our room was superb, incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated, with a intimate balcony from which we could admire the sunsets and the boats in the port. Pretty views! Some people said in reviews that they could hear planes taking off and landing but I didn’t hear any! So just as a heads up, Zakynthos (Zante town) doesn't have touristy beaches, so you will probably not like the one nearby. However the hotel itself is close to Solomos square, that has an entrance to the port, and a bus station to Tsilivi (and tourist "train" to Kalamaki), that has that wonderful, sandy greek beach. I spent a week at a Klelia Beach hotel and I am still really charmed by it! First of all, I admire the people who work here because I saw how hard they work for the whole day. We stayed there 10 days in July where we felt like home thanks to Foteini, Hristos, Stavros and Eni. The room cleaning lady was very tidy and hardworking. You can also book touristic tours as well as Airport transfer from the desk. The resort has only 6 rooms so very quiet and discreet from the beach. Just spent 10 wonderful days at this four star hotel... staff are excellent, all friendly and working hard to ensure we had a great experience. Rooms were cleaned every day and our cases were taken to our room and collected on departure day. Pool is kept spotless as was the restaurant with lots of choice every day. Only one observation was that the evening entertainment could have been better.

Please note that Golden Sun Hotel and Golden Sun Resort and Spa are 2 very different hotels but Google shows them as one hotel. We stayed at Golden Sun Hotel, all-inclusive. The rooms are lovely and spacious but lack storage. The food was hit-and-miss. We spent two weeks at Serenity Luxury Boutique Hotel Agrilia and have enjoyed our stay. The studio-apartments are modern, spacious and luxurious. I can't comment on other rooms but the superior one I had was top notch and I can't complain. Hotel is a brilliant set up with different sections of pools for adults, families and superior rooms. Food is decent and plenty of it and a good selection. Staff were friendly and efficient and the hotel was absolutely spotless. If I am ever returning to laganas I will definitely return to the margarita.

Great quiet location with friendly staff, choice of sunbathing areas and pools to use. Rooms in the main block are tired and dated and in need of an overhaul. The all inclusive policy was the worst I’ve encountered. We ate out quite a bit too, enough said.

We stayed for one week and it was really nice. The furniture is a bit old, it's true, but it was no problem at all. The service was great, the personalle was helpufull and nice, we had good and quality food, with options for every taste. The location, outstanding, right on the beach. It was also very clean, towels were changed daily. It definitely deserves at last 4.2.

Our own hotel were very mean and we had to check out at the morning while the transfer left at night! So this hotel let us pay for only a lunch buffet and then we could spend the whole day by this pool, but things and eat the buffet. Really nice staff who helped us

We have been to Astir Palace last year and we liked it. But this year our stay was even much better. Extraordinary variety of food and very tasty. Very clean, every day cleaning of the room.
