We have been going to the Castello for some years and wouldn't go anywhere else in Argassi. The location is excellent and because my husband has walking difficulties they always provide a apartment on the ground floor. The staff are amazing always friendly and nothing you ask is any problem to them. Certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is a straight up GEM! The staff are ALL so incredibly accommodating, friendly, and professional. Greek hospitality is almost always great but here they made us more than welcome. Well kept up hotel, the apartments are basic but the balcony with ocean view make up for it all. A good hotel to sleep and near the city center to visit by foot. We had a relly good matress. Our room had a balcony with Sea View. Maybe the rooms need a fresh-up in renovation, but it's not that bad. The bathroom of our room was really small to keep in mind if you are a big person. It's an average hotel with very friendly staff. The Room's have are average and for some reason they don't give you a shampoo for your shower and the toilets has a weird design that haven't seen in any other hotel. The pool a very nice addition. My boyfriend and I had a really nice stay here during peak season. The pool area was great and the staff were lovely and very helpful. They helped us organise taxis, transport around the island and tours. Only ten minutes walk down the hill into town. Would definitely return and recommend.

Very nice and modern hotel in a very good location. Many restaurants right around the corner and just a great spot to be in on the island. Room was clean and modern, shower and bed were good. Breakfast was good too. Only downside is that they make you pay €10 per night extra for airconditioning, and the pool had so much chlorine in it that it made our skin yellow. Overall great stay!

I've stayed in several hotels in Argassi. It had the most comfortable beds! We had wonderful stay! So great, that I organised my camp there. Everyone was over the moon and back. I think it is great value for your money. Yes the aircon is to be paid separately just like all other hotels in Zakynthos. The rooms have a big fridge included as well, cleaned every day. That is clearly stated in advance....

Meridien is in the central of Argassi mading it easy to meet old friends and make new. I had a small batroom problem with the hot water. It was delt with within the hour. That's what I would call efficient.

Very nice and cute hotel, nice hospitality and amazing views if the sea. Nice bar beside the pool, where you can relax and have a cold beer. Super clean and all rooms have a small kitchen and a fridge. The only negative you can hear some noises from thr room beside you, if the guests are a bit loud.

I'm sorry to say that I did not learn the name of the lady who works at the front desk during the day, but she was the absolute best and did everything she could to make things more pleasant for us.
