My wife and I have all inclusive holidays 5 or 6 times a year, and have done so since we both retired 10 years ago. Stayed at this hotel in October this year (2024). It has got to be one of the best we have stayed at. Super nice! There hasn't been a single type of food for breakfast or dinner, that wasn't great. People that work here all have personal approach and you feel like staying with friends.

The hotel itself is great, always cleaned and very friendly service.  Delicious food, lots of space and big pool. But our beloved Eleni did the greatest job here, she kept us busy throughout our time. Very nice and modern hotel in a very good location. Many restaurants right around the corner and just a great spot to be in on the island. Room was clean and modern, shower and bed were good. Breakfast was good too. Only downside is that they make you pay €10 per night extra for airconditioning, and the pool had so much chlorine in it that it made our skin yellow. Overall great stay!

2nd time was disappointed. Room was loud due to pool cleaning machine beside the room. Pool wasn’t family friendly due to ignorant smokers. Restaurant was excellent. Food was better than 1st time.

First of all this hotel is located right at the beach and shares the swimming pool with hotel paradise next to it. View from balcony is great when you have sea view. I've stayed in several hotels in Argassi. It had the most comfortable beds! We had wonderful stay! So great, that I organised my camp there. Everyone was over the moon and back. I think it is great value for your money. Yes the aircon is to be paid separately just like all other hotels in Zakynthos. The rooms have a big fridge included as well, cleaned every day. The owners are incredibly nice, the localisation is good as it's close to the beach, the rooms themselves are very good-looking, there's a pool here, a garden, you can pay and have delicious breakfast and other meals here... in general, if you're still hesitating whether to pick this hotel or not, please do, you'll be more than satisfied.

The rooms were decent but basic. The bed was big and the mattress was reasonably comfortable. The pillows were too big and very uncomfortable. We have been going to the Castello for some years and wouldn't go anywhere else in Argassi. The location is excellent and because my husband has walking difficulties they always provide a apartment on the ground floor. The staff are amazing always friendly and nothing you ask is any problem to them. Certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good service. Our room, towards the street, was not very well ventilated. That’s also the sunny side, in the mornings. So mind that! :) But the daily cleaning was impeccable. Make sure to call your taxi early enough. They tend to be 20+ mins late.

Meridien is in the central of Argassi mading it easy to meet old friends and make new. I had a small batroom problem with the hot water. It was delt with within the hour. That's what I would call efficient.

Very nice and cute hotel, nice hospitality and amazing views if the sea. Nice bar beside the pool, where you can relax and have a cold beer. Super clean and all rooms have a small kitchen and a fridge. The only negative you can hear some noises from thr room beside you, if the guests are a bit loud.

I'm sorry to say that I did not learn the name of the lady who works at the front desk during the day, but she was the absolute best and did everything she could to make things more pleasant for us. Greek hospitality is almost always great but here they made us more than welcome. Well kept up hotel, the apartments are basic but the balcony with ocean view make up for it all. Housecleaning went out of their way by arranging the children's towels and toys the kids left lying around so the kids felt extra cared for.
