Great position on ground floor facing the sea at the back. Idea position. Cleaning staff very friendly. Near to everywhere. Not too noisy at night although sound did travel between rooms

The owners and staff are excellent in all they do, the location of the hotel is excellent that is why we choose to go there. What more could you ask for.

Location is second to none is the resort, right on seafront and in the middle of the town - however still quiet. Staff helpful and very friendly. Rooms big enough and aircon great!

We have been going to the Castello for some years and wouldn't go anywhere else in Argassi. The location is excellent and because my husband has walking difficulties they always provide a apartment on the ground floor. The staff are amazing always friendly and nothing you ask is any problem to them. Certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is a straight up GEM! The staff are ALL so incredibly accommodating, friendly, and professional. They allowed us to use the facilities, store our baggage, check us in hours earlier than scheduled, and would have allowed us a much later checkout, or the room at a super cheap rate because our flight wasn’t until 2130. Great place for any type of group. I was out of season (end of September) and the children by the pool did not bark ;-) Pool nice and very clean with beutyful greens aroud. The apartment was roomy, cleaned regularly. The hosts very nice and helpful.

Rooms are dated but very clean. The service is second to none. Location is five minutes from bars, restaurants and shops. The beach is none existent not helped by the fact that every beachfront hotel have been allowed to build right up to the sea. This is a very chilled

Lovely, clean hotel. As it only has 20 odd rooms you could have a lie in get up mid morning and still get a sunbed by the pool. Staff were lovely. Just a short 5 min walk to the restaurants,bars and shops in Argassi. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice hotel with Nice owners. Restaurant is good and everything is clean from the swimming pool to the toilets. We had a very good time ad the edelweiss. For the future they may remove the bath and install al walk in shower

Very beautiful and CLEAN hotel! The rooms were cleaned daily and towels refreshed quite often. We were there during the start of the summer season so it was nice and quiet, yet very lively. Definitely would come back here again. The staff was friendly and helpful. Thank u again for a lovely stay!

We had a lovely 10 day stay here. The room we stayed in was perfect for us. Yes they are basic but it is a 2*. The room was clean and was cleaned every day. New towels every 3 days. It was great staying here. The location is great, it is right at the sea. There's not really a beach but you can just swim in the sea or chill at the pool. The staff is very, very friendly. I have to eat glutenfree and they made sure I had a very tasty breakfast. Argrasi is a great town as well, we liked it here. Would definitely recommend.

Me and my husband and our little dog was stay there over 14 days. The hotel is dog friendly for a small dogs..It was very beautiful. front desk was very professional. Beautiful and clean pool, very nice small beach. Sea view rooms calm and ok, street side terribly noisy, beware! Nice room service. Awful food at the pool bar - tried several times, always disgusting. And, don't event try to ask for anything at the reception desk, they won't help anyway.

My wife and I have all inclusive holidays 5 or 6 times a year, and have done so since we both retired 10 years ago. Stayed at this hotel in October this year (2024). It has got to be one of the best we have stayed at. The whole place was spotlessly clean, the furniture in the foyer, the rooms, and the poolside was as good as new, and this was the end of the season! The food was perfect. Good choice...

Super nice! There hasn't been a single type of food for breakfast or dinner, that wasn't great. People that work here all have personal approach and you feel like staying with friends.

The hotel itself is great, always cleaned and very friendly service.  Delicious food, lots of space and big pool. But our beloved Eleni did the greatest job here, she kept us busy throughout our time. Very nice and modern hotel in a very good location. Many restaurants right around the corner and just a great spot to be in on the island. Room was clean and modern, shower and bed were good. Breakfast was good too. Only downside is that they make you pay €10 per night extra for airconditioning, and the pool had so much chlorine in it that it made our skin yellow. Overall great stay!

The absolute best. The owners are incredibly nice, the localisation is good as it's close to the beach, the rooms themselves are very good-looking, there's a pool here, a garden, you can pay and have delicious breakfast and other meals here... in general, if you're still hesitating whether to pick this hotel or not, please do, you'll be more than satisfied.

Incessant noise. The hotel is on the road. Incessant traffic noise and smog (cars, trucks, pullman, moto, quads). The nice pool is equally plagued. I had to use air conditioning at night to shelter from the noise. Do not stay there without a car or scooter. My room (for one) is huge, two double beds, a sofa (bed?), shower room and a kitchenette - fully equipped. Even has a bottle opener. We have stayed in this hotel for a week with our 1 yo daughter. An early check in was prepared for us, as well as cot in the room. Good service. Our room, towards the street, was not very well ventilated. That’s also the sunny side, in the mornings. So mind that! :) But the daily cleaning was impeccable. Make sure to call your taxi early enough. They tend to be 20+ mins late.

Just a lovely family run Inn peacefull and not getting pestered by waiters for you to keep buying food and drinks. We love it. Best ever.
