Beware of this hotel scam.

I paid extra before I went for the advertised ‘Side Sea View’ as you can see from my evidence / photos, I did not get that.

The hotel… (Dimitris - reservation manager & not a nice person - no doubt he will try and belittle and call me a liar in the reply in due course) … said if we want to change rooms to a sea view (as there were no ‘side sea view rooms’ available) we would have to pay 300euro for 6 nights & because our room was rubbish (in my opinion) so we decided to pay it.

Then the water ran out and broke a pump, had a constant banging noise throughout the stay, hotel offered an inferior room, I just bought earplugs and stayed where we were and hoped it would get fixed.

Complained to hotel that they advertised a side sea view room, but you could not see the sea, they were not interested, they just wanted my 300 euro, complained to the service provider when we got back for a refund of the extra I paid (who is not the hotel..!!) they were not interested as we didn’t complain when we were there to them 😳, complained to love Holidays, they were not interested - I wonder how many other families have fallen for this scam..???
