Hotel Aggelos Kefalonia

Excellent hotel, thoroughly enjoyed staying here very pleasant and charming hotel with friendly staff and will help you if you need anything from local knowledge to services needed. The hotel is situated in a great location for walks into Argostoli and evening strolls along the channel front. The rooms are cleaned everyday and have lovely balconies to just sit and relax and read a good book. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices and would cater for everyone. I had a great time in Greece and would definitely book again to stay here.

The hotel was very well placed slightly out of the town with fantastic views across the water and mountains. We had requested a top floor seat view room - 402 which was small but had lovely views and was quiet. It’s a 5-10 walk to bars and restaurants and if you walk the other way there are nice places to swim. Breakfast was more than adequate with different things to choose from.

We love Hotel Aggelos, great location near Cruise pier and far enough out of town to be blissfully quiet but close enough to walk to all main eateries etc. lovely sea view from s just perfect. Our second year and will be booking next years very soon. Always a welcoming smile from the owners and staff. Room immaculately clean and basic high is all you need when you are on holiday. It’s lovely sitting on the terrace every morning for breakfast which is simple Greek style with coffee- Bliss!

Very polite and accommodating hosts. Always with a smile and a nice word. The hotel and the rooms are super clean . Rooms are a bit small , specially the bathroom ( always full of water after taking the shower). In my opinion the mattress is too hard. They gave me an upgrade ( from city view room to sea view) , thanks ! Breakfast ok ( from fresh fruits to sweets , yoghurt, … )

Great view and a pleasant stay At the quiet ends of Argostoli waterfront, about 10 minutes walk to the main area for shops & boats. Our room with balcony overlooked the sea with a view that was a treat to wake up to. Room was kept spotlessly clean with frequent changes of sheets and towels. A couple of small maintenance jobs needed doing, and we were glad we brought an electrical extension as there were only two electrical charging sockets available. Shower was good. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Not a big hotel but they made a good effort with a variety at breakfast. Air conditioning was efficient with a quiet setting. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely hotel, situated on the waterfront in Argostoli. Room was comfortable. Our room was on the 2nd floor; there isn’t a lift in the hotel. Good selection of items for breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby

Currently staying at this beautiful hotel, perfect for our needs. Well appointed double room with patio, wonderful bathroom, the rooms are serviced twice daily, the hotel owners and staff are extremely helpful, smiley, go above and beyond in every way.
The breakfast is excellent, so much variety to cater for everyone's needs, far exceeds our expectations!!!
Location is perfect, facing the marina area, close to local ferry, nice walk into the town, quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Once again a very enjoyable stay at Aggelos Hotel. We had rooms on the second floor with a sea view and I would highly recommend. Breakfast is simple but there is enough choice for all. Easy flat walk to the centre of Argostoli. We look forward to our next visit.
