Best hotel in Argostoli! Very welcoming staff and in best location for getting right into heart of town whilst being a great place to launch your adventures outward to the beaches and interior of the island.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and really loved it. The hotel is super clean, comfy, and in a perfect spot close to the sea front and shops

Small rooftop bar with spa pool, very little shade. Tiny but reasonably equipped gym, fine for one person at a time. Had a problem with ants one day, not good but maid cleaned everything quickly and thoroughly

I've stayed here 3 times now and it's always friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is really good

Hotel not quite as modern as some photos suggest. Maybe a bit small for longer, not enough room to have 2 cases open. Good sized terrace, full sum in the day. Breakfast ok, nothing special

Perfect Stay at Aenos Hotel – Heart of Argostoli We stayed at Aenos Hotel with a group of 11 people, and it was the perfect choice! The hotel is right in the heart of Argostoli, with everything within walking distance — the main square, shops, cafes, and the harbor

We were greeted with a friendly smile and a complimentary breakfast on arrival, which was such a lovely touch. The room was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathrobes were a cosy bonus

This hotel and its staff are absolute gems. We have returned on 3 September from having 10 days there. The room is beautifully designed and a really comfortable base for a holiday in Argostoli

Great location, good breakfast, amazing receptionist (Lilia) who went out of her way to help us arrange everything we needed including our pre-departure Covid tests at short notice

We stayed in this lovely little hotel for 2 nights but wished it had been more. It was conveniently situated and was clean, modern, and welcoming. We had a lovely room and a roomy bathroom

We were 5 minutes away from boats trips, less than 5 minutes to the central square. The room was spacious and comfortable, the shower was really good, the wi-fi was strong. We will be happy to come again

Good breakfast, the room is not as big as the picture though. However, its location is super! Right in the center of the town.

Just stopped by for a chat with and coffee from the lovely Margarita, the cheerful friendly member of staff who got us some good coffee and yummy free cake! The hotel is across from the marina in Argostoli is a great place to watch the world go by

The staff was very polite and eager to help us and provide us with info about the island. The highlight of the experience was the exceptional breakfast with a wide variety of traditional greek products

Nice accommodation with a sea facing balcony , there are facilities for cooking in your room if you wish but the food at Oscars is very good and reasonable so we didn’t bother

Poly Efharisto to Costa, Yannis and Makis for a lovely week at Oskars. Very clean, good food, very cold beer and plenty of sun beds around the pool. Great to chat with the brothers over a coffee about all things Greek

Lovely family run hotel, really friendly people running the place, delish cocktails and food. You get the sun all day when day by the pool and can even stay for a beautiful sunset with accompanying cocktails

Location is perfect with access to Lassi, Argostoli and some beautiful local beaches. We found a tiny beach that almost felt private just a short walk away. And to top it off, great value for money

Our only complaints were the towels were air dried outside, so a little rough, and the shower was a bit small with a curtain that wanted to blow inwards! Otherwise, we highly recommend Oskars

The half-board menu isn't extensive but includes a good range of options including souvlaki, pork steak, pasta, etc as well as a lovely special cooked each day

The quality of the food was excellent, freshly cooked and table service (which I much prefer over the all inclusive buffet chaos you get at bigger hotels)

Firstly, this is a beautiful hotel. Our room, although it was excellent, the view wasn't the best, overlooking an electricity pylon/ rear car park but it did also have a partial sea view, so that was nice

We had a wonderful stay at Limanaki. We had one of the beautiful private pool rooms which was perfect for us. Room was spacious and the pool was divine. Room came with tea and coffee facilities, mini bar and bath robes

Also recommended the short walk from the cove along the coastal path to the lighthouse, only takes about 15mins. Thank you to the hotel management and staff for creating such a beautiful, friendly place

Perfect if you're looking for a quiet holiday, away from the crowds. We were half-board and thought the food was fantastic

The beach was lovely clear waters sandy 15 euros for 2 sunbeds excellent value plenty of places too eat value for money as always would highly recommend the lassi hotel 11/10we will be back next year

WE stayed here for 10 days from 17/9 too 27/9, we had a fantastic time the hotel is lovely rooms are clean and spacious the view we had was stunning

There is also a little taverna overlooking the sea which is beautiful. Sun beds are 20 euro for the day and 15 at the other. There are refreshments available on both beaches which are reasonably priced

The staff are great nothing was too much trouble friendly and chatty breakfast in morning was great

Easy to walk into lassi and the restaurants and gift shops there but also only a 20 minute walk to argostoli where you can see turtles by the fishing boats in the harbour and a good range of shops, bars and places to eat

You really need earplugs though to have a good night sleep because of the doors. The rooms had wooden doors so you can hear everything what’s going on in the corridor

Upon arrival at Hotel we were greeted by a friendly & helpful reception Manager so a good start. Our room on 4th floor, spotless, great air con & very comfy bed & pillow

This is a very easy review, because this hotel is one of the best we've ever stayed at. The drinks are reasonably priced. The pool is good and the views from the pool and outside drinking area are amazing

Because of some of the reviews I’ve read before I really expected it to be not a great experience but the hotel was perfectly fine even without a see view room

Room cleaning is astonishingly good and timely. The staff are among the best I have encountered and plainly all of them are long term employees

On arrival, they were aggressive, not what we deserved. After taking all day to get there, we headed for the restaurant we spent 350 euros we actually had a good time service was friendly food, well, it was different

Staff very helpful and friendly. Small quiet sandy beach very close. Kettle only no actual tea or coffee provided. Fridge and a safe in the room. Bar drinks expensive so buy your own and drink on your own balcony

This was our second time staying at the Thalassi Hotel. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Our room was fantastic, plenty of comfy sunbeds available around the pools at all times

The best part in the room was the walk-in shower, so spacious, new, but at the same time kinda dangerous cause at night if you needed the toilet, we bumped into the glass at the beginning until we knew our ways

first, the hotel gave me the wrong time, which cost me 20 euros in taxi fares and then repeated the trip at the correct time, which they said it was a misunderstanding

The poolside bar and restaurant were also good. The best thing about the hotel was the staff who were very pleasant and attentive and seemed so happy to meet everyone

Would be excellent if they weren't so dark.of the beaten track a bit of a walk to the restaurant.

They decorated our room the night of the wedding with flowers and a bottle of bubbly and then set out breakfast for the wedding party in the morning. Our room was immaculate and was decorated beautifully

The grounds are well kept and the food is reasonably priced and delicious, especially the souvlaki! Within a week of being back we are already looking to go back in Sept

Lovely friendly 3 star hotel with great beachfront access. Pool is lovely and there is a good mix of shade and sun. Room was clean and sufficient. No it’s not luxurious, it’s simple but very clean

The views from the sea rooms are stunning. All restaurants, shops and cafes are very close by. The pool has plenty of loungers and is a lovely way to relax

They also offer a few minutes (30 maybe?) of water gym in the main pool, and an evening bar, where the staff was playing quizz with the tourists, and dancing and singing

The closest beach to the hotel is extremely small, even smaller than what we saw in the pictures from the previous years, but lots of bars with sunbeds, and food

But the water is very clean and clear and warm, for mid-September. If you want to stay in the hotel, I definitely recommend it

Although disappointed we weren’t expecting much or too bothered. Just think the hotel star rating and what most happy clients seem to think can be misleading for others with different expectations/ standards

We aren’t snobs although strangely I do feel it while I write this. Think modern 3* and you should be happy. Don’t bother with all inclusive unless you want to drink loads of cheap coffee and booze

Most drinks I wanted weren’t included. Local restaurants are cheap enough but there aren’t many it’s so isolated here. Hotel shuttle to nearest town is just a public bus that passes

Stayed here for a 4 night break in Kefalonia with our two boys aged 11 and 13. Service was fantastic and hotel was lovely. Staff were lovely and the hotel facilities and room very good

Wow! Everyone here ensured we had the best honeymoon. All were so accommodating, friendly and generous

Rooms were a good size, clean, amazing views, beautiful pool, the spa and treatments were wonderful

We got a free upgrade, free dinner and drinks and when we once went to breakfast late the staff went out of their way to make some breakfast for us. I cannot recommend this place enough and we will 100% be visiting again

Had a week long stay at Electra Kefalonia and I only have great things to say about this place. Rooms are nice and spacious with an amazing view, convenient location and very helpful staff

Espidres, a lovely restaurant just five minutes walk up the road. We ended up going four nights—it was that good. Also loved Sea Salt down at Al Helios beach for relaxed beautiful sea views in the evening

The area is lovely too, with excellent restaurants within walking distance and Argostoli, and its beautiful marina, also just a short drive away Exactly what we were hoping for

Couple other guests we spoke to ate at Crazy George’s and said it was good. All these were in walking distance

For a proper breakfast treat, *Bake Me Happy* down the road had excellent brunch options, pastries and coffee

So refreshing not to have to be up at the crack of dawn getting sun loungers! If you're up for exploring Kefalonia, I’d definitely recommend hiring a car. It made all the difference for seeing other parts of the island

We had access to beach towels, bikes, pool, gym and breakfast. I really enjoyed the breakfast - fresh fruit each day, a few cooked items, fresh bread and pastries

We have been staying at Residence Poseidon for over 15 years. It never disappoints! Its in a fabulous location with great views and is very tranquil. The accommodation is immaculate and room service attends every day

The rooms are cleaned every single day, and breakfast has everything you could think you could eat. from fresh fruits to home-made cookies. We were also very impressed of the lawn , the gardens, the plants

Brilliant people, the receptionist lady was brilliant at helping us hire a car and giving us some tips for the best beaches/places on the island

The property was very chilled offered all the facilities we needed with a great view and staff were vary helpful and informative. Nice chilled vibe and great staff

Hotel was clean, bedrooms were nice even thought our view was over a tennis court and a bit of scrubland {room 313} cleaners were great, shower head needs looking at, also twin beds not great, pillows a bit flat

We loved our 8 night stay at Sunrise Inn, and it’s relaxed atmosphere. The pool was great, our apartment was cleaned every day with fresh towels and the owner was friendly and helpful

The restaurant staff were great particularly Katya who also helped us book dinner at a local restaurant

This was a last minute booking due to Skiathos being cancelled because of bad weather

We just went for food, but the staff were so friendly and great with our little boy, food wasn’t served till 1pm and we arrived at 12 - but they opened the kitchen early and we had some great starters, very friendly and great food! Highly recommend

Beautiful short break at Panas. We had booked a standard room,which was perfect for our needs,spotless,clean towels daily. Friendly, attentive and helpful staff

The hotel location is beautiful set in a very quiet cove at the bottom of a very steep hill. The sea and a small sandy beach are just 50 yards from the hotel offering the option to split your time between pool and sea

The portions are generous, the quality is very good and prices very reasonable. We had lunch there most days and dinner twice
