My only comment would be that there is a need for some maintenance to lift the standard

A simple modern style hotel in an excellent central location right on the harbour. Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything just works! Tip: book a room facing the harbour for the best views

We had two lovely nights at the Grand, we had a side room and on the top floor, very clean, great shower and very comfortable bed (10/10 for the pillows). Breakfast was excellent and drinks in the evening were perfect

The location is perfect, close to the centre whilst also being on the waterfront, rooms are cleaned daily and also have a good sized balcony however, the main asset to the hotel is definitely the staff

The staff were so friendly with nothing too much trouble. The restaurant also offers a good selection. Hotel is of simplistic design

Regarding the parking possibilities we always found a free lot in one of the roads nearby the hotel. Max walking distance we had was ~100m. The only downside we’ve seen or better heard is the noise

Great location at the pedestrian area of Argostoli,near to the shopping centre of the city. All the nice restaurants and cafe are really close to the hotel. Very comfortable rooms ,clean,with great taste of decoration

Stayed at The Alley on a work trip. Rooms clean, large and modern. The two staff at reception and the cleaner/lady managing the breakfast were all attentive, helpful, caring and excellent all around

What a great experience! I stayed here with my girlfriends and we enjoyed every minute. The hotel is nicely decorated. You feel the atmosphere of the island to the core. The rooms are clean, chic and comfortable

We had a balcony and a water view. Already looking forward to our next stay here. I almost forgot to mention that they have a spa. We were all given massages and beauty treatments

They get you a first line reservation for Costa Costa beach which is the best beach. The breakfast is amazing as well. The hotel actually gives you a 5 star service, not 4 as they modestly claim

Location: very central with good free parking options on the main road, you can walk easily in the city center Hotel atmosphere: nice and friendly everywhere you go Breakfast: During Corona, very organized and without long waiting time, you are given whatever you want to have from the buffett Rooms: Clean, nice interieur and modern - there is nothing I missed

Good breakfast, the room is not as big as the picture though. However, its location is super! Right in the center of the town.

Rent a bike or a car! The menu of the hotel restaurant is very limited. The only nearby restaurant is Oscars (1. 5 KM to the right) which was one of the best restaurants on the island that we tried

Great stay in early September for 10 nights. Friendly staff, check in simple, room was spacious with balcony over looking the rear of the hotel to the sea. Small beach just a minute walk was a touch

Bit out the way from the centre of Lassi but taxis can be ordered from reception for a small price or enjoy a 25 minute walk to town. Argostoli is a similar distance in the other direction

Lovely, clean and friendly place. Polite and nice but friendly staff. Special cuisine with simple but exquisite dishes, also suitable for those with particular problems.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel, the staff are kind and attentive. Spotless room with complementary toiletries, towels and bedding changed every other day. Breakfast is the best I've ever eaten in Greece

Great place for staying when you are in Kefalonia. They even managed to check in us earlier as I asked in advanced and they said they will do their best

The location was so special you can't describe the beautiful scenery we looked out on every day whilst eating our fabulous breakfast which I have to say was plentiful, fresh and always replenished

One of the downsides I found with the hotel, was you had to face quite a steep hill to get to the main road, so if you're as unfit as I am, or have mobility issues, it's worth taking this into consideration

Even though there were only the two of us, we enden up with what appeared to be a family room with 2 large bedrooms, both with really good and efficient aircon (much needed) a kitchen area (which we didn't use) with microwave, fridge freezer, two hotplates, kettle, sink and plenty of utensils if you wanted to cook, large bathroom and a balcony overlooking the pool

Lovely hotel, really clean right on the beach. Staff are very friendly and helpful . Good entertainment and lovely food. Beautiful location right on the beach also a lovely swimming pool with views across the sea.

We hired a car from a place down the road and was good fun exploring this lovely island. We saw dolphins, turtles and even baby turtles hatching. Hotel was exceptionally clean throughout and had lots of amenities

Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of choice. We enjoyed some entertainment at hotel too but was out most in evenings exploring the lovely tavernas near by

On arrival, they were aggressive, not what we deserved. After taking all day to get there, we headed for the restaurant we spent 350 euros we actually had a good time service was friendly food, well, it was different

Staff very helpful and friendly. Small quiet sandy beach very close. Kettle only no actual tea or coffee provided. Fridge and a safe in the room. Bar drinks expensive so buy your own and drink on your own balcony

This was our second time staying at the Thalassi Hotel. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Our room was fantastic, plenty of comfy sunbeds available around the pools at all times

The poolside bar and restaurant were also good. The best thing about the hotel was the staff who were very pleasant and attentive and seemed so happy to meet everyone

Jet2 organised two excellent days out but you need to rent a car if you want to see more of the island. A day trip to Lixouri by ferry is advised. There is a good choice of restaurants in both Lassi and Argostili

Whilst the hotel pool and small beach are fine there is a decent beach for 10 euros for umbrella and two loungers just below the hotel. The reception staff and porters are excellent. Will be there again next year

We just returned from a 5 night stay at the White Rocks. It’s in the main building which is very convenient. It has a beach view with a balcony and the best water pressure & rain shower head

They constantly ran out of hot water for Tea (you have to fill your own tea pot at the buffet) We much preferred the public beach next door as the WR private beach is very narrow and has loads of slippery rocks in the water

We had a sea view with a balcony. Great pool area with cozy chairs. The staff were very nice and we really liked the location in Lassi, only 10 minutes from the airport. Photos are of the pool, room view and hotel lobby

A taxi into Argostoli is only 8 euro. The front desk will call a cab for you. Food & drink prices were reasonable. Close to Airport and a winery. Not suitable for guests with mobility issues
