We had some problems with the air conditioning. The receptionist was supposed to call a technician but didn't follow up with us. She helped us change the settings, and that helped a little

You can hear people in the hallway from your room, which is annoying in the morning. The mattress is unfortunately hard and uncomfortable. I think the price is too high for what you get

Had a small balcony at the rear of the hotel which looked out onto restaurants and thoroughfare but excellent glazing on doors meant no intrusive noise

very nice hotel in great spot. I didn't like the mattress as it is soft and the electric circuit board was producing an annoying buzz in the night . other than that great view and nice hotel. breakfast is average.

Shower/ toilet an all glass affair, some may question privacy, but I didn't find it a problem. Obviously hotel is being refurbished bit by bit. Fantastic location in Argostoli

The hotel looks great from the outside but the moment you enter the lobby you know you’ve gone back in time, sometime in the 90s. We stayed in a large family room in the “new” wing which was under construction

What an experience at Canale Hotel & Suites! From the second we arrived right until we left the staff were exceptional, so accommodating, welcoming & helpful

The half-board menu isn't extensive but includes a good range of options including souvlaki, pork steak, pasta, etc as well as a lovely special cooked each day

The quality of the food was excellent, freshly cooked and table service (which I much prefer over the all inclusive buffet chaos you get at bigger hotels)

Firstly, this is a beautiful hotel. Our room, although it was excellent, the view wasn't the best, overlooking an electricity pylon/ rear car park but it did also have a partial sea view, so that was nice

We had a wonderful stay at Limanaki. We had one of the beautiful private pool rooms which was perfect for us. Room was spacious and the pool was divine. Room came with tea and coffee facilities, mini bar and bath robes

Also recommended the short walk from the cove along the coastal path to the lighthouse, only takes about 15mins. Thank you to the hotel management and staff for creating such a beautiful, friendly place

Amazing tavernas with gorgeous food 15 minutes walk on Lassi *****. Quite hilly terrain if you venture out but fine for people of moderate fitness, maybe wouldn’t be so good to if you had difficulty walking

Lovely staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast had loads of fresh fruit and fresh Greek yoghurt. Also bacon, beans, fried eggs, scrambled eggs etc. plus usual continental breakfast with some extra Greek cheeses

We are currently staying at the Lassi hotel and have found this week fabulous. The staff are very friendly and cannot do enough for you. The breakfast is lovely and caters for most tastes

English breakfast tea bags were provided which were nice and strong I didn’t need my Yorkshire teabags that I took with me. Surrounded by beautiful olive groves and greenery

On arrival, they were aggressive, not what we deserved. After taking all day to get there, we headed for the restaurant we spent 350 euros we actually had a good time service was friendly food, well, it was different

Staff very helpful and friendly. Small quiet sandy beach very close. Kettle only no actual tea or coffee provided. Fridge and a safe in the room. Bar drinks expensive so buy your own and drink on your own balcony

This was our second time staying at the Thalassi Hotel. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Our room was fantastic, plenty of comfy sunbeds available around the pools at all times

The best part in the room was the walk-in shower, so spacious, new, but at the same time kinda dangerous cause at night if you needed the toilet, we bumped into the glass at the beginning until we knew our ways

first, the hotel gave me the wrong time, which cost me 20 euros in taxi fares and then repeated the trip at the correct time, which they said it was a misunderstanding

The poolside bar and restaurant were also good. The best thing about the hotel was the staff who were very pleasant and attentive and seemed so happy to meet everyone

We enjoyed our breakfasts and learnt to eat in the buffet and sometimes the Lungmare at night. There are a lot of steps around the site and really you don’t need to leave the site unless you want too

Jet2 organised two excellent days out but you need to rent a car if you want to see more of the island. A day trip to Lixouri by ferry is advised. There is a good choice of restaurants in both Lassi and Argostili

Whilst the hotel pool and small beach are fine there is a decent beach for 10 euros for umbrella and two loungers just below the hotel. The reception staff and porters are excellent. Will be there again next year

We just returned from a 5 night stay at the White Rocks. It’s in the main building which is very convenient. It has a beach view with a balcony and the best water pressure & rain shower head

When we finally came to check in, they knew us and were very welcoming. The views are stunning, dinner was really good

They also offer a few minutes (30 maybe?) of water gym in the main pool, and an evening bar, where the staff was playing quizz with the tourists, and dancing and singing

The closest beach to the hotel is extremely small, even smaller than what we saw in the pictures from the previous years, but lots of bars with sunbeds, and food

But the water is very clean and clear and warm, for mid-September. If you want to stay in the hotel, I definitely recommend it

Although disappointed we weren’t expecting much or too bothered. Just think the hotel star rating and what most happy clients seem to think can be misleading for others with different expectations/ standards

We aren’t snobs although strangely I do feel it while I write this. Think modern 3* and you should be happy. Don’t bother with all inclusive unless you want to drink loads of cheap coffee and booze

Most drinks I wanted weren’t included. Local restaurants are cheap enough but there aren’t many it’s so isolated here. Hotel shuttle to nearest town is just a public bus that passes

Stayed here for a 4 night break in Kefalonia with our two boys aged 11 and 13. Service was fantastic and hotel was lovely. Staff were lovely and the hotel facilities and room very good

La Signora is also conveniently located close by to a couple of nice watering holes in Lourdata: Cafe Plantanos (a short walk up the hill) and Waikiki Beach Bar (at the bottom of the hill)

Pool area is very good there are the usual Towel barmy army but you don't need to reserve beds there are plenty. Only moan would be the Toilet, shower which is very small

You get more than you pay for here, clean, friendly and helpful. Breakfast caters for most tastes but is limited, Omelette, Sausages, Cereal, Fruit and fresh bread and toast

Sunbeds always taken early in the morning so unless you are an early riser you've no chance. Breakfast gets a bit boring but there are plenty of bakeries and restaurants to eat out

The family owned Mounda Beach Hotel lies very close to the public Mounda Beach and next to Skala. We stayded here for ten days and enjoyed every one of them

We had one of the best stays at the Melmar View Hotel. Dynos was very helpful and gave us some good tips on sightseeing. The rooms were comfortable and spacious and the breakfast was also a good spread

I don't have enough good things to say - Dinos is a beautiful soul, exceptionally helpful and just a lovely human! The hotel is clean, has everything you need, is tucked away from everything (15 min walk to the ocean), with a sunset view that's unbeatable

This is place is just amazing! The room is spectacular, very clean, very comfortable beds and huge balcony with unbeatable view! Breakfast is also great, good variety of all sorts of food

The best part was the view of the Ionian Sea from the bar and pool area was just superb. Overall, a great stay and awesome service

The place itself is beautifully clean, the friendly staff can’t do enough for you and there is an excellent communal pool in the centre of the complex

off the beaten track but that's no problem. there is no shop nearby so make sure you get what you need in town. This is a chill and relax hotel. The free bus to skala town is a great as the walk does look pretty far

There is a pebble cove about 15 mins walk away which is stunning. The pool area looks out to the sea as the hotel is perched on a cliff. Not tried the evening meal here yet

Two small hiccups were, they ran out of mythos one day ,and we had lunch which wasn’t as good as expected , all in all though , these are little teething problems which didn’t spoil our stay

It has a great location, situated between the picturesque village Fiskardo and the Emblisi beach, which is magical. The highlight was the excellent breakfast, offering a wide variety of pastry and fruit

There are outdoor areas which look ok but no good if it’s raining. It’s probably worth hiring a car if you come to the island, although I’d happily stay in the hotel for a week with the odd shuttle to Fiskardo

Location - just a short walk down to the crossroads where you can find really good restaurants (Relax & Fidelio) and a stop of at the Iris bar for a nightcap on your way back. Just 10 minutes from the beach

The best part about this hotel is the location, perfect for famillies. The beach is a stones throw and the local restaurants and bars are a 5 min walk if that. The bus stop into Zante old town is also in a 5 min walk

Our room was tried and in need of modernisation the bathroom is very small with a shower over the bath not the best as personnel preference would be a shower only but the room did have a sea view and balcony

I didn't really have much to do with the staff, but all seemed very polite and pleasant. We thought the air con was broke and the handy man came with in 2 mins of reporting. The girls on the front desk were lovely

The people working here (no matter if it was the people at the reception, the cleaners or the staff of the restaurant) always tried their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible and we always felt comfortable around either one of them

As a Hotel guest you receive a 10% discount on everything and after staying a few days we realised that other restaurants around aren’t really any cheaper and the food was often not as good as the food offered in the hotel restaurant, so we came to eat often

The Hotel makes sure that even if your room doesn’t have the Pool or Ocean View, you still get a decent nice view from the balconies on the ground floor by taking good care of a nice little garden part outside of the building

We did a boat tour around half of the island and found that the hotel is not too far from Xigia Sulfur Beach and the Blue Caves which (in my opinion) are worth seeing the most of all things on the island, so the location of the hotel is amazing

Our room got cleaned every day, we got provided with fresh towels, toilet paper, new coffee and cups and neat sheets every time. When there were any minor issues the Staff at the reception instantly made sure to solve it

As an addition to all that we were able to use the huge hotel pool for free and also lay at the beach chairs by the pool for free, they also provide you with free beach towels if you need them

Excellent views but apart from that in need of a revamp , lukw warm food at best a bit remote aswell nice for a peaceful relaxing break of 7 days

Great place to stay, great views, the location is peaceful and not too far from tsilivi taxis are cheap 11 euros each way, food is quality and tasty, staff always happy to help, front of house always willing to help especially Kostas no problem is too big for him, will tell you the best places to go and see, eat, best photo opportunities, they offer car, ATVs push bikes for hire and a local bus runs...

Getting a taxi back is easy too as most drivers speak some English or you can show them the location you want on your phone! Although there was no evening entertainment music is played quietly in the back ground so a relaxing evening playing cards or chatting can be had at the bar which had a good selection of drinks available

Excellent service, staff go above and beyond, peaceful rarely any kids, well suited to adults looking for a quiet relaxing vacation! Paradise!

Loved this hotel! Had our own swimming pool! Breakfast was great and staff were helpful too. Beach is 5 minutes walk and there is a separate swimming pool for everyone to use with a cafe and bar next to the pool. 👌

There are some issues with certain rooms having broken showers and making weird noises throughout the night which do keep you up, unfortunately we didn’t complain about this so mainly our fault! Great place and a great atmosphere! Having a room with your own pool and access to a shared pool as well as having a beach close by was amazing. The beach is more a pebble/ stone beach so it’s not sandy

The food, which is cooked by the owner's wife, is the best I ate in Zakynthos! You can really feel the love and care in the way the food is cooking, and I especially appreciated the traditional menus

If you’d like to explore the area, it’s very easy to rent a car directly from the hotel or simply call a taxi (the drive from the airport to Atlantica Eleon Grand Resort costs about 30 euros)

Best price and quality hotel I've ever been. Starting from location and view, ending to cleanliness, staff and food. Amazing experience and rest. Highly recommend to all people/families.

The hotel and rooms are very clean and modern. The whole staff is attentive and friendly. Especially Stella and Aggelos because they were very helpful during our stay and fulfilled our wishes to the best

Also it was nice that Stella spoke German. Restaurant and Bar are also good but we would have appreciated it, if the bar had a larger variety of drinks

The personnel is very nice and they are friendly and communicative with the visitors. Rooms are very ideal and have most of all basic accessories for your stay. Their wifi system is perfect as well
