Didn't want to leave towels on beds as we don't agree with that. Maybe a couple more beds would help and get rid of deckchairs as we and others did not like using them. This was my wife’s second visit to this hotel and my first, beautiful architecture, stunning location, amazing gardens with fantastic rooms and service. 100% will return. A great hotel for a nice quiet relaxing holiday. Clean smart decor rooms set in peaceful surroundings away from the road. Beautiful infinity pool at the front of the hotel with plenty of sunbeds. The bar is well stocked and the restaurant serves great food. The staff are all friendly and a very good at their jobs. We will be returning here in the future.

The hotel is in a gorgeous setting overlooking the sea. it is a little far out of Scala but this means it is tranquil and peaceful and the views are stunning. Great location, situation about 20min walk down hill to fiskardo and similar time up hill to return. Free shuttle bus to town at scheduled times, which is a great service if you decide to have a drink or two. we new the hotel was a 15 minute walk from town which we enjoyed. Breakfast was great, staff were allways on hand and most helpful. Fabulous views to the sea from our room and from the terrace where we had breakfast. There were some beautiful beaches close by or some a short drive away(Myrtos beach). great location to explore the nothern part of Kefalonia which is the nicest.

Fantastic family run hotel in beautiful Fiskardo.

The Almyra hotel was a delight, far more luxurious than its 3* rating. Perched just above Fiscardo, it was the perfect location to reach both the beautiful port and various beaches of Kefalonia. Both the rooms, facilities and service were impeccable. I need to make a special mention to Eleni, who was a fountain of knowledge on the island and provided a 5* service ensuring our stay ran smoothly.

We have stayed at Almyra on several occasions. The lovely staff, Eleni and co are always so welcoming and friendly. The hotel is incredibly spacious with a great pool area. The location is stunning, a beautiful and quiet location with panoramic sea views. Highly recommend.

Pros: The location was perfect, as well as the pool and the views. Cons: The bathroom was too old and outdated, the beds were uncomfortable.

It's a quiet place, but there's a lot missing in the rooms. For example, they turn off the water at night, not even to wash your hands. It's inconvenient to climb up, there are two floors, and the bathrooms are very uncomfortable and leak water from the toilet.

Excellent location for moving around the island. The apartment was a little old but it made up for it with the view and the very scenic exterior... the hairdryer, iron and some small accessories are missing but otherwise good structure

Nice and Kind hospitality, rooms are clean and you have all the equipment in a small kitchen. The room in the 1st floor was very small also the bath. The pool is amazing with nice view. The price per night is fair and lower compared to other locations. It has free parking, wifi and breakfast.

I booked the hotel for 2 nights. The location is very nice (hillside location with sea view) and there are some cute corners on the grounds, but unfortunately it seems a bit old (cushions by the pool and the furniture on the balconies) and not very well maintained. This hotel was perfect for our family vacation. Everybody was so accommodating with our 1 year old and make us feel comfortable. Nice and big swimming pool. Quiet location away from hustle and bustle. Good breakfasts with lots of options, dinners however need improvement. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Adiola, who was always going an extra mile to make our stay pleasant.

Just had the most amazing week in this hotel. Slight issue with the air-con on the first day but sorted on the second day. We arrived too late to get it sorted out on the day of our arrival. We enjoyed a week at this hotel. My son loved the pools and the ham toasties! Staff were friendly, it was a short walk down to the beach and the tv had internet so we could watch something whilst taking a break out of the hot sun! From our room we had a view of the sun rising each morning which was lovely to sit and watch ☀️

We are back after 5 years.We were upgraded to Family Room ( it was spacious), cleaned every day, safe available free of charge .The lady from the reception extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the same each day but didn’t bother us .Overall great stay !

Average 25m pool was nice, but should be open for longer hours. The air conditioner blew right on the bed. The breakfast was substandard compared with other 3 or 4 star hotels in Greece. Staff was friendly.
