The staff were so friendly with nothing too much trouble. The restaurant also offers a good selection. Hotel is of simplistic design. My only comment would be that there is a need for some maintenance to lift the standard.

Beautiful location. Unfortunately only stayed overnight as flight was delayed. Was welcomed to the hotel by receptionist Cassandra. Such a warm, friendly, helpful and wonderful young lady. Room was clean and comfortable, food was nice. Hotel location great, buzzing with holiday vibes/activity. Shame we didn't have the time to experience more.

I don’t understand some of the bad ratings here. The location is perfect and the service of the hotel and restaurant is so lovely. We really enjoyed our stay. Yes the rooms are not very large and the balconies are small but in general I need the room for the night so I’m fine with the room size. Regarding the parking possibilities we always found a free lot in one of the roads nearby the hotel....

We had two lovely nights at the Grand, we had a side room and on the top floor, very clean, great shower and very comfortable bed (10/10 for the pillows). Breakfast was excellent and drinks in the evening were perfect. Excellent stay 😃

We just returned from a week stay at Kefalonia Grand and we loved our experience. The location is perfect, close to the centre whilst also being on the waterfront, rooms are cleaned daily and also have a good sized balcony however, the main asset to the hotel is definitely the staff. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming from the reception to the restaurant staff. Thank you for a great stay.

A very nice boutique hotel! The room was lovely and clean! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is hard to beat as you are right on the bay and in the heart of the town. Great location, good breakfast, amazing receptionist (Lilia) who went out of her way to help us arrange everything we needed including our pre-departure Covid tests at short notice. What I love most about this hotel is the gracious staff who know my name and how I like my coffee. They are very sweet to my pets and always greet me with a smile. Stayed at The Alley on a work trip. Rooms clean, large and modern. The two staff at reception and the cleaner/lady managing the breakfast were all attentive, helpful, caring and excellent all around. I had a fabulous experience at the Leivatho hotel. Location was ideal for a quiet, relaxing holiday. Close to a beach with pristine water. Close to a couple tavernas, a beach bar, and a 15-20 minute walk from another 3-4 options. In early July the hotel was quiet and peaceful. Staff were very attentive and always polite and helpful. We had access to beach towels, bikes, pool, gym and breakfast....

Very relaxing there.Clean and tidy along with very friendly staff . Most days we managed to get sunbeds around the pool only by occupying from around 9am. Didn't want to leave towels on beds as we don't agree with that. Maybe a couple more beds would help and get rid of deckchairs as we and others did not like using them. This was my wife’s second visit to this hotel and my first, beautiful architecture, stunning location, amazing gardens with fantastic rooms and service. 100% will return. Magnolia resort is the most fabulous place to stay and relax. The family run hotel is so friendly and the team do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable - they make it seem effortless. The facilities are very clean and tidy and had the best shower I have had in Greece!

The place is magnificent being a true resort in the island. The rooms are spacious with a high celling that provides a great feeling of luxurious. We had one of the best stays at the Melmar View Hotel. Dynos was very helpful and gave us some good tips on sightseeing. The rooms were comfortable and spacious and the breakfast was also a good spread. The best part was the view of the Ionian Sea from the bar and pool area was just superb. Our suite was on the fist floor and was immaculate. The renovated old house is in the centre of the town, and therefore perfectly positioned. However, the proximity of restaurants and bars can make it noisy late at night unless all the shutters are closed tightly - we learned that by the second night! The owners were very helpful, and I would return there again.
