Nice hotel in Central Argostoli. The staff were fantastic. Breakfast was simple and lovely and we were greeted every morning with Rosa's beautiful smile. Room was super and housekeeping staff did a great job. The room felt fresh and clean everyday. Thoroughly recommended.

The reception and breakfast areas of this hotel are extremely modern and well decorated. The rooms however are old and dated. Stayed 10 days this is such a wonderful hotel, great location and easy parking right outside, if you have a room at the front of the hotel you have wonderful views. The place of the apartment is excellent. It is maximum 500 meter from the city center. We didn’t face any problem during our journey.

I suspect this place used to do quite well but has passed its prime. Their website stated that they offer breakfast, but the receptionist informed us that they haven't offered breakfast in ten years. There was a sign out front advertising that they have a bar and a mini market, but neither looked like they'd been open in a while. I stayed here for 2 nights. Rooms are clean and shower has really good pressure. Beds are not very comfortable but good enough for a short amount of time. Great location, a 10 min into town where there are load sof restaurants and shops.

It was a very nice apartment with amenities 4 children and we were very comfortably clean with everything necessary. It had a beautiful view from the balcony and Mrs. Maria was very helpful, friendly, smiling and if I needed to she ran immediately. I highly recommend it !!!!

The cleaner was very good every day we had the room tidy and clean. We had agreed that the room could see the sea and I could see the tiles. In the photos it seemed to have a large kitchen and we found this kitchenette. Generally the hotel was old. At least we found kind people there

The hotel is in a good place and you can be in 5 minutes by walk in the city center where can go out for dinner or drink something. The hotel is clean and the stuff is more than polite to us. We where here for 5 days and we would do it again. They also recommend good places to visit. Thank you!

I like the ambience, and natural beauty of this hotel. Well situated around walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. Brilliant choice in visiting Kefalonia. We have been here quite a few times now for a lovely cocktail and cold beer. They make a lovely cosmopolitan and expresso martini! Also show English football matches for those who enjoy watching the games. Staff are very nice. Would recommend!

Some improvements would be welcome such as replacement of some doors, couch, stairs, cleaning more in depth, some Raid or something against the many insects and ants. Otherwise it's a nicely located traditional complex of houses with a nice garden.

Nice place out of small crouded cities, not very far from Argostoli by car. Spasmata beach is walking distance with blue flag, very nice sunset and you can stay on beach up to 9pm. Owners were very friendly and helpfull for any information. Stone houses are very interesting, two floor style, wooden and clean. Every apartment has outdoor to stay in garden.

You won't find a more pleasant host than Nikos and his family in all of Kefalonia. Great complex with all the facilities and a hospitality that will make you return over and over again.

We stayed at Terra Mare 3 years ago and we really enjoyed it. Due to the place being busy, we couldn't get a space to stay this time. Howerver, the owner Niko and his family run the business. Stayed at the Dallas hotel in September 2019. What a lovely place. Rooms are all well kitted out. Air con, hair dryer usual Greek bathroom. Beds comfy and laundry cleaned every three days. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Dallas Hotel this April. Litsa was the perfect host! The hotel is wonderfully kept, well located and straight away felt like home. We didn’t realise this when we booked but the hotel is in fact walking distance from Ai Helios beach. Thanks for having us!

It is a great place. The location is in a vital spot- it is close to everything on the island. The owners are really kind and good people. I think everyone who likes Kefalonia should visit that hotel.

Very nice family run hotel. The staff are very nice, helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant is very nice and this included in the quoted price 4 days a well allowing you 3 evenings free to visit the Tavernas in town. There is a very nice swimming pool and the bar staff are happy to bring food and drinks to the tables on the pool level.

At first glimpse I didn't think it would be a good week. But after a few days it turned out to be a very good holiday. Where it is a small hotel only 30 rooms it meant it that everyone was friendly and social able. The food was lovely and they had a bar down at the beach. I totally recommend it! First of all, they upgraded our revervation without extra cost. The room view was wonderful, very clean with all the necessary amenities. The staff was very polite and eager to help us and provide us with info about the island. I stayed there with my girlfriend for two days. The location of the hotel is really convenient, in the center of Argostoli with various shops, restaurants and taverns nearby.
