The ideal place to stay in Argostoli.
The suite is amazing, quiet, with great sea view, everything you need in a walking distance including lot of restaurants and supermarket.
Our host Athena was very pleasant, kind and attentive for anything we needed.

We spent five nights at The Twelve Suites and it did not disappoint. The location is excellent, Athina and all the other staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating, and the rooms are comfortable and well stocked. The hotel is right on a busy street, but the sound proof windows kept the room nice and quiet. Athina’s recommendations were great, and she and her colleague easily handled an issue that arose for us in renting a car. We would absolutely return and recommend the property to all.

This was an absolutely amazing place to spend our 5 days in kefalonia. Athena was more than accommodating, kind and helpful to us the entire time. The apartment is decorated in a modern style with lots of everyday comforts and conveniences. The location is amazing and the view from the balcony is stunning. Everything was super clean and felt just like home. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone going to Kefalonia.

It's a beautiful sea view room. It would be better if the sofa bed was better. There should also be an induction cooker for cooking. But the view and convenience are unquestionable

Our stay in Argostoli was exceptional, beginning with our contact, Athina. From the first email, Athina was responsive, professional, informative and quick to answer all questions and enquiries. She was also the individual to welcome us upon arrival, with such warmth, hospitality and excellent information regarding the area’s beaches and restaurants.

The space itself is spacious, comfortable and full of modern amenities, with a beautiful welcome package waiting for us, including a lovely wine and fresh peaches. Excellent shower pressure, generous washing machine, air conditioning and comfortable beds with wonderful linens. The location is excellent, within walking distance to anything and everything, including the local ferry and a pedestrian only street full of shops and restaurants.

Our stay at The Twelve Suites was absolutely wonderful! The space was truly a work of art and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and charming. We could watch the sunrise and sunset from the gorgeous waterfront balcony. Athena, the owner, was so hospitable to our group and made us feel welcomed as family. She was always excited to share her favorite restaurants, beaches, or even where to get the best haircut in town. The location in the heart of Argostoli was perfect - easy for exploring the rest of the island and steps away from the charming downtown square. If you're planning a visit to Cephalonia, you must stay here!
