great, nice people, clean rooms, great new rooms, airco top. delicious breakfast. Eccellent service. Top location. Nice swimming pool. The sea just crossed the street. We will be back.

They are very welcome and kind hearted people, always helpful, always there if we need any help or any recommendations for any kind of activities. The best people, the best place to stay in. I can say 1000% that i will come back here to stay in greece.

Our summer started with a bang at Haven! The rooms were spacious, clean, and decked out in a festive style. We spent our days soaking up the sun by the sparkling pool and exploring the area with easy beach and boat access. When the sun went down, live music filled the air and added to the fun atmosphere. And let's not forget the breakfast buffet - it was a delicious way to fuel up for all the activities Haven had to offer. It was the ultimate summer escape!

Very nice, familiar hotel with a great staff a few meters from the beach. The breakfast is made with love, you get amazing cakes and warm fresh prepared dishes every morning. Our room had an extraordinary size, a rainshower, a couch and a lovely sky painted on the ceiling. The lounge chairs on the balcony were extremely comfortable and there have been several plants like palms, aloe vera and other green stuff, that created a maximum of summer feeling. The rooms on the base floor with pool have great sight protections, so you get privacy. Several cute cats and Lola, the dog, hang out at the hotel. The outdoor space, where you can eat and drink, is very nice. The Cleaning of the room was really perfect. The only things i did not like, was that the pool was not heated and pretty cold in October (they dont have warm pools and jaccuzys at all) and the painful mosquitos despite protection at the windows. The hotel crew also manages the water park at the beach, but sunbeds are not inclusive, this would make the 100 Percent. I can really recommend this hotel, it is incredible. Good to know is, that the live music bar next door is really loud, if someone is sensitive of course. And you will hear a lot of the tourist nightlife, but thats normal for Faliraki.

One of the best hotels I've ever been to. Staff was amazingly nice and breakfast was amazing, seaside view was beautiful, great hospitality. Clean fresh rooms. Good pricing!!

We have stayed 2 days. Smiling and nice staff. Communication is easy with good command of the staff. Clean rooms.. Nice pool for the kids. Very close the a nice beach.. Only missing thing for me is, we should not have to paid the sunbed at the beach...

The owners/managers of this hotel are so nice, generous, helpful and resourceful that I felt they were friends from the first day I met them.
The place is beautiful, clean, very strategically located across the street from the beach and in a lively area where it’s easy to access all activities.
Morning breakfast is delicious, our room was spacious, fully air conditioned and furniture is new and clean.
A short stroll along the beach and we’re at the port ready to hop on a boat for our cruises.
A few minutes down the road and we take our bus tours.
All in all, a very satisfying experience in what I believe to be the best place in the area!!
