This was our first trip to Santorini and we had an amazing time. The views are spectacular and the hotel staff treated us like family. Lots to do within walking distance. But the food at the hotel restaurant was delicious! Be prepared to walk stairs anywhere you go on the island, but worth every step! We will be back!

Arrived having transferred from a quick stop over from Crete on the fast ferry. We’re welcomed by the entire team who thankfully carried our bags to our relevant hotel rooms. The hotel has a stunning outlook with basically everything catered for. Likewise the food was delicious & the dining area located on the cliff side allowed uninterrupted views of the port & the sunset in the evening. All in all a brilliant hotel & we can totally recommend it BUT’ a word of warning! There are 147 pretty much straight up steps from the lower rooms to the entrance of the hotel!! Quite hard work after breakfast as no lift! Many thanks to Tim & his team of wonderful hosts for our short break .

Three stars for the guy at reception who was super nice and all other friendly staff. Two missing stars for their mean boss who is so unresonable. The hotel was remodeled two weeks ago before we checked in so all rooms smell, more or less. I asked whether we can discuss about canceling one night since my mom has asthma and she just can't deal with the smell. The boss was straight and non-negociable, so be it, bye bye, never back.感谢携程官方协调退房及补偿！

This hotel is amazing with the most fantastic views of the sunset and volcano . We were celebrating our 25 th wedding anniversary 1. The staff without exception are friendly, attentive and genuine just fab 2. It is spotlessly clean 3. Perfect location with spectacular views everywhere you look. 4 . within 2 mins walk , bars, restaurants, mini market, within 5 mins more shops , restaurants different views.. I would say Fira centre is 15 min walk to main square 10 mins if you go in the main road . 5. Fab cocktails and wine / beer selection 6. Breakfast cooked to order and superb There are steps in the hotel but there are steps everywhere in Santorini. ( great for burning calories) We were in room 101 with fantastic views sunbeds on balcony We will defo return here and recommend to our friends da and family

The sea views are stunning, the facilities are first-rate, and the hotel is located in the heart of the town.

What a beautiful view, what a beautiful site, what a comfortable and quiet place, what a fully equipped apartment. Each detail is beautiful, clean and well maintained. And on top of this, Maria the housekeeper is the most lovely person on earth. I can't wait to come back to that place.

Do not stay here! This property charged me $2,000 for a cancellation fee - make sure you read the terms and conditions. They have a very strict policy. I had gotten severely ill before my trip and cancelled 2 weeks and advanced and they still charged me 100% of the stay.

Completely unresponsive and uncaring for the guest. They made many attempts to charge my bank card for months.

Do not trust them! They just want money
