Very good hotel, the customer service is amazing, the suite on the rooftop is fantastic. I’m in love with this hotel.

I chose this hotel from among many others, but I'm really glad I chose it.
First of all, it's about a 5-10 minute walk from the bus stop in Fira. It was hard to roll my suitcase through the crowds and climb the slopes and stairs. I requested a transfer on the way back. It's wise to request a round trip transfer.
It was the cheapest room, but it had a balcony and the view was amazing. Breakfast was delivered every morning, so I was able to eat on the balcony while looking at the great view. It was nice that there was a sense of privacy because there was no road in front of the balcony like usual.
The staff were also very kind, and they patiently explained things to me even when I couldn't understand English, which was helpful.
I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

If we could give it more stars I would, the best trip ever! Antonis and his staff was so attentive to everything really making our stay special. To top things off they decorated our room for my partner as it was her birthday. Decorated the room with Rose Petals and a customised birthday cake. The room was amazing and matched every photo as advertised with the private pool and Jacuzzi and the views were immaculate. Breakfast was incredible we got to choose from a variety of stuff. We are going to miss Antonis and his crew at Nefeles but we will be sure to come back Next Year if we can! 10 Star experience.

The hotel seemed really good on paper and its price made us believe that the place, view/location, and service will be immaculate, but when we arrived we quickly realised how the place isn’t what we expected.

Upon arriving, there are hair and dusts on the floor, and even some lashes around the bed area, hence we are quite disappointed with its cleanliness.

We were there for 4 nights and the breakfast service was never on time. We wanted the breakfast to come at 10:00 but they came knocking at 8:30 while we were still asleep. We also had to ask for things a lot of times (eg: replenishing water and tissues), as we weren’t given enough everyday. And when we ask for things we had to wait for quite a while and sometimes the staff forget about it as well, which is quite annoying when that happens almost everytime.

The room that we got also had a poor design, we had two rooms and the ceiling of the second floor room is really low and you can’t stand up straight (especially for men). And there are some funny barriers in weird places where we kept bumping ourselves.

The best part of the hotel would have to be the view and the location, and the fact that we didn’t have to buy water ourselves are the main benefits. But with this price, we definitely expected more.

Overall, it is not a really bad stay, as it is true that you will have all you need here, but with this price, we feel we could have had a much better experience and less frustrations if the hotel attend more to the details.

The service was great. They gave me a bottle of red wine and upgraded the room for free. The room was very clean and the breakfast should be good. Because we needed to leave at 6 o'clock to catch the ferry to Santorini, the hotel also thoughtfully prepared breakfast. It's really a great hotel with a good location. It's also close to the Acropolis on foot. It's probably a 10-minute walk from the subway.

The hotel is in a great location, a quiet place in the bustling Fira town, with convenient restaurants and supermarkets around. There is also free parking near the hotel. The room has a private hot spring bath and a cliff sea view, which is especially suitable for watching the sunset. Breakfast is customized and delivered to the room, which is a wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful stay, Fira is not as busy as Oia. We enjoyed the view out from our room. Everything was perfect.
