Santorini Palace

The hotel was great location for walking into Fira town. On arrival we got an upgrade to a room with private pool. All the staff were extremely helpful especially Maria who showed us the scenic route into town. The pool bar drinks and snacks were very good. Breakfast changed daily and had a very good selection. Both outdoor and indoor seating available. The location doesn’t tell you it’s a 2 minute walk to the three bells which was a lovely surprise. I will definitely return to this hotel.

My fiancé and I stayed there for my birthday from October 16 to October 22, 2024. The service was very professional, and the room was very clean. We had a sea view with a hot tub on the caldera side. The Fly Away Bar & Restaurant was the best. The staff there was very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this place; everything was excellent, from the room to the food. In my opinion, it is the best hotel in Imerovigli. I can't wait to go back and stay at the hotel again.

Though we had a room that did not have a sea view. The hotel is neat and clean. Staff at reception were helpful. Spread for breakfast is sumptuous.

The hotel is clean, the room was spacious, staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was magical, the views are amazing with a great sunset view steps away and the church of the three bells is just a few steps from the front of the hotel. Be aware the streets are very steep for walking but the car services and taxis are amazing.

My family and I stayed at Santorini Palace for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location of the hotel is quite spectacular, as it’s located just 10-15 minutes away from a main square filled with many different restaurants, bakeries, and shops. Right across from the hotel entrance is a lookout spot that gives a spectacular view of Santorini sunsets, and many of the rooms and other locations in the hotel itself provide great spots for viewing sunrises. The included breakfast was truly wonderful, including many typical breakfast items but also a wide variety of Greek breakfast/brunch items. Different foods were served on a rotating basis, allowing for a comprehensive taste of Greek breakfast foods.

The staff were also just spectacular. One notable staff member named John was particularly helpful, from the moment we arrived all the way to our departure. John was very professional and knowledgeable when it came to logistics of the area and recommendations for anything from food to transportation. All the other hotel staff were also extremely helpful and were happy to assist whenever needed. Overall, I can highly recommend Santorini Palace for anyone visiting Santorini looking for an enjoyable and memorable hotel experience.

Excellent service, staff were very helpful and supportive. They upgraded our room and offered sparkling rose as soon as they knew we were on honeymoon! Pool is not to be missed. Definitely worth the stay!

Friendly staff, breakfast was good with plenty to choose from.
Rooms were clean and comfortable, room and pool towels were a little tatty early in our stay but seemed to be replaced with new later on.
Location was up a steep hill, fine for us but may not suit everyone.

Our room was excellent, with a terrace facing water, very comfortable bed, bathroom was well equipped/set up. Food was very good, breakfast was copious with outdoor eating options. Quirky setup of the hotel made it special and fun. Highly recommend.
