Hotels All-inclusive in Ierapetra

Several bars during day and evening and surprisingly many premium drinks were on the all inclusive

Hotel is great, food is amazing, staff is very kind and helpful. Pool is great and sea is clean and many free sunbeds with umbrellas. Drinks at bars are good and strong. Only downside for me are kids

The dessert bar is a bit limited, but the salad and side dish options are very good. The restaurant is well organized — there are always available tables, and the staff are friendly, polite, and helpful

The children’s pool is also well designed, with many fun attractions and activities that keep kids entertained for hours. The animation program for kids is excellent — one of the best we’ve seen

The animators are cheerful, energetic, and create a great atmosphere every day. Overall, Petra Mare is a great choice for families looking for comfort, fun, and relaxation

The beach is sandy and perfect for children, with a seabed that gradually deepens — safe and ideal for young swimmers, though the water can be a little cold at times

We had a standard room with a balcony that had a pleasant pool and mountain view, the bed was big and comfortable. It is close to city centre and to the bus station of Ierapetra, it was 15 minutes of walking for us

We were very happy with our stay and can fully recommend Tylissos! The staff was extremely friendly, professional, warm and welcoming at the same time

We enjoyed our stay in particular because the hotel is medium sized and very relaxing. In addition, the beach right in front of the door was beautiful and refreshing. Food and drinks were also varied and always tasty

We really enjoyed our stay here despite 40 degrees! The staff were very friendly. The restaurant team were unbelievable. (Rania the manager, Krystina and Sofia. ) They really made us feel at home

The location is great right next to the beach, close walk to Ierapetra which is a lovely town - not too busy with tourists. The food is varied and excellent, and lots to do in the day at the hotel

I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for: the positive and friendly staff, the cuisine, the location, and the many facilities for guests (such as free sunbeds)

Being able to top up your own water/juice at the dispenser was great and I I know that a review mentioned about rules but we very much support this as the Pool restaurant wants to maintain a high standard and we are in agreement! We loved that there was table service for drinks at the Pool restaurant as well

We're still listening to and dancing to the brilliant holiday songs at home! The Theatro pool bar/restaurant and Animation pool/stage are in the same area and there was where we spent most of our time - you could be in or out of the sun which was a great bonus

We even appreciated the quality of the sound and lighting at the Animation Stage - a lot of investment in the place. The programme/activities are well considered and implemented with high professionalism

The pizzas (lunch served here as well as the buffet and then 'pizza & desserts' late afternoon) are fantastic - and we have a pizza oven at home! The staff are incredibly hardworking and professional

The Club Eldorador team are multi-talented professionals with wonderful charisma and incredible skills in hosting. We knew we were booking a French hotel - which to be honest was part of the appeal

But for the first half of our stay we did feel at times a little invisible - if you don't book through Club Eldorador you get a different wristband and I would say this is a helpful tool for staff when engaging with guests

Even though we experienced about 50 hours of constant strong wind, so typical of the southern part of Crete, we found time to rent a car and visit many pleasant and interesting places, including sandy beaches in the southeastern tip and the eastern coast of Crete

As an experienced traveler (here I also include business trips around the world), I greatly appreciated the atmosphere of the hotel and the approach of its staff

The evening program for children and adults was also imaginative and pleasant, thanks to the young French artists, accompanied by great dance routines and music

Programs and care for children, even very young ones, were, thanks to the lovely Czech animators, meticulous and enthusiastically accepted by the children

I would also like to highlight the unobtrusive, but friendly and very efficient help of Mr. Stephanos Kaminis, the hotel's Guest Relations Manager

From the reception to the aforementioned bars or playgrounds, it was professional, attentive, friendly, and helpful

We had the half board and the food was great with plenty of choice. The pool bar food was also delicious. We had an evening meal in their al carte restaurant which was excellent

My husband and I stayed here for one week in mid October. The hotel is stunning and so amazing to be on the beach. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind and friendly. The hotel is immaculate and very clean

Breakfast and dinner were excellent; I especially recommend the MENOA Restaurant (tip: make a reservation in advance!)

My room was stylish, spotlessly clean, and featured a lovely little terrace – a perfect place to unwind when I wasn’t at the pool or the beach

However, we would absolutely recommend this gorgeous hotel for anyone looking to completely unwind and relax, it's perfect for that!

The pool and beach areas were fantastic – clean, comfortable, never crowded, and always peaceful, making it easy to truly relax

Good communication with hotel for organising parking and a later checkout on our last day. Parking at the hotel was close by. Check in was smooth and all staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful

We were greted and made to feel at home. We were upgraded to a suite and it was very spacious and comfortable with amazing views. Breakfast was excellent taken right beside the sea

Lovely large room with balcony and sea view. Our room was clean and tidy with a large comfy bed, air con, fridge, hairdryer, towels, robes, slippers and toiletries in the bathroom

This was a great place to relax and enjoy the last few days of our vacation. The lunch menu also great salads. The beach is a little rocky in that area but it was nice to be on a private beach

Staff is amazing as well very attentive. One recomendation as we dis not have all inclusive. For dinner we preffered th A la carte restaurant for the price compare to the buffet

The place is wonderful from any aspect. The area is gorgeous, the beach is stunning, with little stones and right next to the pool. The restaurant served delicious food

Breakfast and dinner buffets had an endless variety of anything you can think of and the choices for lunch were also really nice

There are so many activities to do like the outdoor cinema which was the best!!! Also the food was probably the best I have ever had. Genuinely so happy I went there and cannot wait to go back, and stay forever!

The rooms are good, with nice airconditioning, a nice view and a spacious bathroom. The staff is very helpfull, exept the restaurant personnel. The food is mediocre at best. Quite far from the beach.

The only thing that spoiled my stay were Germans smoking during meals

Water in the pools is filtered all the time and the guys playing the music know their businesses. Chillout after lunch and live music after dinner. Very kind and smiling you the guests

Staff is extremely helpful and willing to make your state a nice experience. Food varies and also Greek specialities are prepared. Amazing views from the rooms and swimming pool

The food was “ok”, nothing special about the Italian night restaurant, no idea where the drinks are coming from, but I will recommend not drinking anything from there, is better to buy your drink from the mini market

Just an FYI: no gym as advertised or other restaurants within the hotel

The resort Is great, especially for families with children. Everything was always clean, enough sunbeds And umbrellas on the beach. The sea Is beautiful, ideal for snorkeling. Food was amazing, various choices every day
