Good food with many variations and extra restaurants

Food was very diversified - everybody could find something delicious to eat. Beautiful place with well-kept gardens and swimming pools. I'd a lovely, bright and big apartment with impressing view

Animation team is very polite and they do many things so you can always join anything, they also have one person to watch the kids if you want that, it looked very nice for the kids

We are happy that we choose this Hotel. It's true this is French hotel but if you are searching for a hotel you have to get before some information about place you wanna visit

Mostly French but they can communicate in English also, we had a beautiful room close with garden view and close to the swimming pools/bar (only if you want to go to sleep early you can be awake from the little party's they do at the evening)

I'd an opportunity to visit this hotel two years ago and I can say that I was absolutely contented. Staff always wanted to help but in the meantime they weren't intrusive

I used to swim along the beach twice every day and I have really good time. Surroundings: Ierapetra is a small fishing town, but along the beach there are nice restaurants and souvenir shops

Perfect holidays for families with small children. Loads of activities for the little ones. A small town 20 minute walk away. The beach is not great, but it is what it is. The pool is good with astunning view

The food is great, with loads of variety. Staff is really nice apart from one annoying guy that wants to take pictures of you. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay in Petra mare

On the east of the hotel, there are kilometres of natural beach with almost no people, for those who need a getaway. There is something for everybody, old, young, families, couples, friends

An amazing two weeks at this wonderful hotel. Everything was excellent - the room, food, staff. They welcomed us at 4am and were so kind and helpful, it was a great start after a long journey with young children

We loved the movie nights and the dinner buffet was delicious and had so many healthy options!! Especially big shoutout to the woman working the front desk at the spa who helped me when I was having a low day

Paid coffee capsules in the room for 2 euros: Additional charges for coffee capsules are incomprehensible to me. Restaurant and bar service: Unfortunately, the level of service left much to be desired

We came here to mostly relax and take a few days off in the sun, but due to heavy winds the first couple of days we then decided to rent a car and explore the beautiful island of Crete for two days

Back to the Hotel now though. The whole Staff was exceptionally friendly and assisted us with all our needs like renting a car and letting us know what our options were for sightseeing

We had the most amazing stay here. We stay at a lot of hotels, and this has been one of our favorites. The check in process was so smooth, the staff is beyond kind

She went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. This was truly an amazing experience and hotel, we had a perfect vacation

The only disadvantage is that it is not accommodating to people with disabilities, unless they are willing to pay tip for the go-cart ride to the top (the hotel is on a mountain and you must go up many stairs to reach your room at times)

The food was good and the service was always great. Private pools for almost every room and plenty of space on the beach beds! Would recommend and would come again #legdayeverydayhere

The beach bar is never overcrowded and there is free access to sun-beds for guests of the hotel. They have an extensive drinks menu to choose from as well as snack menu

Great place to spend some nice days. Unfortunately the distance to next city is a bit too much to reach by feet but this is only for the case You want to explore the surrounding

The very attentive and helpful hotel staff left nothing to be desired. A shuttle to the rooms at any time of the day, a good selection of drinks at the bar and the daily changing menu at the buffet are worth mentioning

The food was “ok”, nothing special about the Italian night restaurant, no idea where the drinks are coming from, but I will recommend not drinking anything from there, is better to buy your drink from the mini market

Just an FYI: no gym as advertised or other restaurants within the hotel

Together with my wife and two daughters we had holiday in begin of September. That was the best holiday we had. Atmosphere created by management and staff was outstanding

But big disappointment with our room conditions, we have dead flies, cockroaches

The only thing that spoiled my stay were Germans smoking during meals

The rooms are good, with nice airconditioning, a nice view and a spacious bathroom. The staff is very helpfull, exept the restaurant personnel. The food is mediocre at best. Quite far from the beach.

Water in the pools is filtered all the time and the guys playing the music know their businesses. Chillout after lunch and live music after dinner. Very kind and smiling you the guests

In my opinion the terrace should have more shadow because in the morning most of the tables get sun and for me is not very pleasant but we can always have a table inside in the shadow and get almost the same view than in the terrace

The hotel is located in a great location in front of the sea. We had a sea view room and this was the best part of the place. The service and the people working there are amazing. The breakfast had a variety of choices

Pleasant hotel in Ierapetra, Crete, Greece. Fantastic sea view from the balcony. Good breakfast in the terrace in front of the promenade. Public free parking but not always easy to find

We had a standard room with a balcony that had a pleasant pool and mountain view, the bed was big and comfortable. It is close to city centre and to the bus station of Ierapetra, it was 15 minutes of walking for us

We were very happy with our stay and can fully recommend Tylissos! The staff was extremely friendly, professional, warm and welcoming at the same time

We enjoyed our stay in particular because the hotel is medium sized and very relaxing. In addition, the beach right in front of the door was beautiful and refreshing. Food and drinks were also varied and always tasty

It's a pity that the bar on the beach is not included in the all inclusive program. Some of the rooms have a bit old equipment and AC in our room was quite loud

The all inclusive food was delicious and different every day, there is a little less choice than in the big resorts, but we've never had a problem to choose

The hotel was refurbished and it had everything renovated: from the locker of the room to the glass fence on the balcony. Looks to be a family business as we were welcomed by a very nice young family

As the hotel was not full, they did us an upgrade of the room: same space but a refurbished one. The location is perfect, very close to the center and the seaside

Good rooms but the beds are not very soft and they hurt my back, but I like the rest of the room. The food is good and the service is also good

We had half board: the breakfast was very good, with local dishes (absolutely to try the dakos with tomatoes and feta and the yogurt with nuts and fruit preserve) and the dinner also tasty

The location ist absolutely great. Located at Ierapetra Paralia you reach most interesting spots in Ierapetra easily by foot

The new sand beach and the close located Waikiki beach is a huge upgrade for those who want to enjoy the Libyan Sea here

Fotini, the lady from Reception was ever so lovely, every morning we got greeted with a big, lovely greek smile and spoiled with delicious coffee outside and was very helpful and interested

I stayed for 4 nights in April 2023 and I feel this Hotel is good value for money, it is direct by the beach, town centre, boutiques, shops everything is close by

It was the last moment booking, but the hotel responded very fast. The manager was very welcoming and helpful. Room was small, but with a spacious balcony.

The owner is lovely, he helps you out for everything you may need! The villa is centrally located and is at walking distance from restaurants, pubs and whatever you may need during your holidays

We went to Ierapetra for 1 day and we were so comfortable and felt so welcomed that we stayed 2 nights. Manolis is very nice and polite and very diligent. It was an excellent stay, very relaxing and quiet

Lovely Hotel in a nice & quite neighborhood! We were very happy to choose Cretan Villa Hotel in Ierapetra. Big room with a huge bed! Clean and neat bathroom (renovated). Very friendly and helpful staff

Great location, very clean, value for money, within a building with internal yard and interesting rustic aesthetic (not very common in Ierapetra, which lacks in terms of architecture).

Traditional and charming with the best location, close to beaches, taverns, bus station, shops - whatever you need. Pedestrian street makes it nice and quiet

Positives first: great location, literally across the street from the beach and only a short walk to the shops and restaurants. The apartments are clean and are nicely furnished

Also, terrible terrible insulation - or lack thereof - so you can hear your neighbours as if you all shared one room. Every flush of the WC, every running of the tap, every sneeze

BUT: the rooms are tiny, itsy bitsy teeny weeny! Fine for one person for a couple of nights, not for longer. I have no idea where you would put a second suitcase

This is just my opinion and may not bother you. I am looking for a different holiday experience

Amazing rooms, very clean and amazing service. The owners go out of their way to make you happy and satisfied. The apartment has breakfast and dinner (some of the best food I’ve had in Greece) And an amazing pool

We enjoyed staying at Nicolas Apt for the clean space and great swimming pool. Wonderful landscape and access to the beach. Next to Ierapetra centre and everything you need on an amazing Greek family holiday

Hosts are very kind and have sense for details (dolphin mozaic in the pool, arrangement od flowers and rooms. ) Breakfasts were likes from mediaeval feasts and very tasty

It is beautiful and hot in the august month. It is very beautiful and quiet with no one to distract you or annoy you. It is the perfect paradise.

Beach under the apartement is beautiful and also in high season you will be there almost alone (you have to descend several stairs and rocks)

I would 100% recommend as it’s very good value and overall a quality place to stay
