The catering was also great in the main restaurant and at the beach bar. The overall atmosphere was perfect, mostly thanks to the animation team

City hotel the best on the city of ierapetra

Food was very diversified - everybody could find something delicious to eat. Beautiful place with well-kept gardens and swimming pools. I'd a lovely, bright and big apartment with impressing view

Animation team is very polite and they do many things so you can always join anything, they also have one person to watch the kids if you want that, it looked very nice for the kids

We are happy that we choose this Hotel. It's true this is French hotel but if you are searching for a hotel you have to get before some information about place you wanna visit

Mostly French but they can communicate in English also, we had a beautiful room close with garden view and close to the swimming pools/bar (only if you want to go to sleep early you can be awake from the little party's they do at the evening)

I'd an opportunity to visit this hotel two years ago and I can say that I was absolutely contented. Staff always wanted to help but in the meantime they weren't intrusive

We loved the movie nights and the dinner buffet was delicious and had so many healthy options!! Especially big shoutout to the woman working the front desk at the spa who helped me when I was having a low day

Paid coffee capsules in the room for 2 euros: Additional charges for coffee capsules are incomprehensible to me. Restaurant and bar service: Unfortunately, the level of service left much to be desired

We came here to mostly relax and take a few days off in the sun, but due to heavy winds the first couple of days we then decided to rent a car and explore the beautiful island of Crete for two days

Back to the Hotel now though. The whole Staff was exceptionally friendly and assisted us with all our needs like renting a car and letting us know what our options were for sightseeing

We had the most amazing stay here. We stay at a lot of hotels, and this has been one of our favorites. The check in process was so smooth, the staff is beyond kind

She went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. This was truly an amazing experience and hotel, we had a perfect vacation

Grocery Stores: The hotel has its own grocery store with reasonable prices. Plus, there are additional grocery stores nearby within 100m where you can pick up toys, snacks, and other essentials

A picturesque promenade right next to the hotel is perfect for relaxing walks. Unfortunately, the most historical places and famous beaches laying a bit far away from a hotel

Stavros on reception went above and beyond and arranged for it to be taken by bus to where we were staying that night. I am so grateful to him for this act of kindness

This hotel offers a fantastic experience, especially for families with children, thanks to its prime location, excellent facilities, and exceptional animation team

Despite this, the room was well-equipped with all necessary amenities. Bars and Drinks: The hotel offers several bars, including a pool bar and a beach bar, with a good variety of drinks

The drink quality is  good, nothing special, done of "cheaper alternative" engridients, if you're after branded cocktails, they cost between 7-8 euros at the bar

The only disadvantage is that it is not accommodating to people with disabilities, unless they are willing to pay tip for the go-cart ride to the top (the hotel is on a mountain and you must go up many stairs to reach your room at times)

The food was good and the service was always great. Private pools for almost every room and plenty of space on the beach beds! Would recommend and would come again #legdayeverydayhere

All in all, a perfect holiday in a very good accommodation. The view from the rooms was breathtaking. The view directly to the sea as well as to the town of Ierapetra, became a daily ritual at sunrise and sunset

I would like to add more stars but it is not possible. I've traveled to Multiple places in my life, but this hotel is one of the best I've ever stayed at

The rooms are good, with nice airconditioning, a nice view and a spacious bathroom. The staff is very helpfull, exept the restaurant personnel. The food is mediocre at best. Quite far from the beach.

The only thing that spoiled my stay were Germans smoking during meals

Water in the pools is filtered all the time and the guys playing the music know their businesses. Chillout after lunch and live music after dinner. Very kind and smiling you the guests

Staff is extremely helpful and willing to make your state a nice experience. Food varies and also Greek specialities are prepared. Amazing views from the rooms and swimming pool

But big disappointment with our room conditions, we have dead flies, cockroaches

The food was “ok”, nothing special about the Italian night restaurant, no idea where the drinks are coming from, but I will recommend not drinking anything from there, is better to buy your drink from the mini market

Just an FYI: no gym as advertised or other restaurants within the hotel

The resort Is great, especially for families with children. Everything was always clean, enough sunbeds And umbrellas on the beach. The sea Is beautiful, ideal for snorkeling. Food was amazing, various choices every day

Very good and classy hotel, top location close to the beach and restaurants. Good prices! Service was great

In my opinion the terrace should have more shadow because in the morning most of the tables get sun and for me is not very pleasant but we can always have a table inside in the shadow and get almost the same view than in the terrace

We spent a night on our honeymoon in El Greco and we really enjoyed it! Thank you for all the surprises that made our stay really special! Try the milk rice and the greek pastry for breakfast!

Pleasant hotel in Ierapetra, Crete, Greece. Fantastic sea view from the balcony. Good breakfast in the terrace in front of the promenade. Public free parking but not always easy to find

We really enjoyed our stay here despite 40 degrees! The staff were very friendly. The restaurant team were unbelievable. (Rania the manager, Krystina and Sofia. ) They really made us feel at home

Miss them already! Sometimes the room service forgot to replace things, but the receptionists were very helpful. The animateur wasn't very motivating

The location is great right next to the beach, close walk to Ierapetra which is a lovely town - not too busy with tourists. The food is varied and excellent, and lots to do in the day at the hotel

The all inclusive food was delicious and different every day, there is a little less choice than in the big resorts, but we've never had a problem to choose

We booked adults only, there was also a sign on the beach, (only 16+,) but late afternoon there were families with children taking up the sunbeds

The place is run by a charming couple. The other staff is also very pleasant. In the town and 5minutes walk from the see front and beach. Breakfast is included and mostly consists of a wide variety of sweet things

Awesome customer service, very polite and kind manners. Spacious rooms, everything is new and very clean. Good WiFi, big towels, soap dispenser, price similar to other lower quality hotels. Very good choice!

The television had a wide variaty of European channels and the bathroom was very nice, only having the toilet and shower, while the trough was outside, for use after the toilet and your entrance to the room

The one and only thing I did not like was the poor breakfast, which was not due to the corona laws forcing for more sanitized ways of delivering breakfast, but because of the poor quality of it

It was the last moment booking, but the hotel responded very fast. The manager was very welcoming and helpful. Room was small, but with a spacious balcony.

Hosts are very kind and have sense for details (dolphin mozaic in the pool, arrangement od flowers and rooms. ) Breakfasts were likes from mediaeval feasts and very tasty

It is beautiful and hot in the august month. It is very beautiful and quiet with no one to distract you or annoy you. It is the perfect paradise.

Beach under the apartement is beautiful and also in high season you will be there almost alone (you have to descend several stairs and rocks)

Nice place and very nice people, but far away from the city.

The owner is lovely, he helps you out for everything you may need! The villa is centrally located and is at walking distance from restaurants, pubs and whatever you may need during your holidays

We went to Ierapetra for 1 day and we were so comfortable and felt so welcomed that we stayed 2 nights. Manolis is very nice and polite and very diligent. It was an excellent stay, very relaxing and quiet
