Hotels All-inclusive in Ierapetra

Being able to top up your own water/juice at the dispenser was great and I I know that a review mentioned about rules but we very much support this as the Pool restaurant wants to maintain a high standard and we are in agreement! We loved that there was table service for drinks at the Pool restaurant as well

We're still listening to and dancing to the brilliant holiday songs at home! The Theatro pool bar/restaurant and Animation pool/stage are in the same area and there was where we spent most of our time - you could be in or out of the sun which was a great bonus

We even appreciated the quality of the sound and lighting at the Animation Stage - a lot of investment in the place. The programme/activities are well considered and implemented with high professionalism

The pizzas (lunch served here as well as the buffet and then 'pizza & desserts' late afternoon) are fantastic - and we have a pizza oven at home! The staff are incredibly hardworking and professional

The Club Eldorador team are multi-talented professionals with wonderful charisma and incredible skills in hosting. We knew we were booking a French hotel - which to be honest was part of the appeal

But for the first half of our stay we did feel at times a little invisible - if you don't book through Club Eldorador you get a different wristband and I would say this is a helpful tool for staff when engaging with guests

Several bars during day and evening and surprisingly many premium drinks were on the all inclusive

A special mention goes to the entertainment STAFF, who was absolutely fantastic! Things to improve: there is a rule that does not allow people to take food outside of the buffet restaurant, which is reasonable in my opinion

Lovely hotel covering a large area. Food was brilliant with numerous different options for all meals. There was also a large vegan option at all meal times even though I am not vegan myself

Various sports attractions are organized every day throughout the day. In the evenings there were great animation shows led by the amazing Salvatore and his team. The animator Julia from Poland was amazing

They also have several free cocktails if that is your thing, Location is on the edge of town, so it is a walk to amenities, which caused us a problem as the temperature was very high until late evening

The hotel and conditions are excellent. Everything was well-kept and clean, and I saw that they regularly tested the pool water. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a superb sea view

Nice area with own beach, without extra cost for sunbeds. The food and beverage in the main restaurant very tasty. Rooms with equipment, simple but very causy. Very nice staff at Reception and very friendly

Our daughter enjoyed herself in the children´s tobogan pool and the kids club. Thank you very much for making our holidays wonderful. We will definetely come back to Blue Mare Sunshine Koutsounari

This place is amazing and the perfect place for a family trip! We really couldn’t find any faults at all. To start with, the food was absolutely delicious and there was a nice selection at all meals

Great location, friendly staff, very comfortable and clean family room, very very tasty food. We stayed from June 24 till July 1 and we were very happy with the hotel

Be prepared to pay for some cocktails such as Pina Colada, and any alcoholic drink after 11. 00 pm, so not really all inclusive. The food is so so, but guess that comes down to individual taste

I was actually there in October 2023. The hotel is located near Lerapetra on the beach shore. There is a swimming pool for children. Only with all inclusive was the poor choice of alcoholic beverages

We had a standard room with a balcony that had a pleasant pool and mountain view, the bed was big and comfortable. It is close to city centre and to the bus station of Ierapetra, it was 15 minutes of walking for us

We were very happy with our stay and can fully recommend Tylissos! The staff was extremely friendly, professional, warm and welcoming at the same time

We enjoyed our stay in particular because the hotel is medium sized and very relaxing. In addition, the beach right in front of the door was beautiful and refreshing. Food and drinks were also varied and always tasty

We really enjoyed our stay here despite 40 degrees! The staff were very friendly. The restaurant team were unbelievable. (Rania the manager, Krystina and Sofia. ) They really made us feel at home

The location is great right next to the beach, close walk to Ierapetra which is a lovely town - not too busy with tourists. The food is varied and excellent, and lots to do in the day at the hotel

I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for: the positive and friendly staff, the cuisine, the location, and the many facilities for guests (such as free sunbeds)

Housekeeping is not quite 5 star, pull out bed not made, no sheets for it, daily floor wash but no restocking but definitely clean!! If it didn't take me a day to get there and a day back, I would go every year

- the hotel is mostly well maintained, quality of food and drinks are a 4/5 - the spa team does an amazing job, definitely recommended getting a massage - pool and beach areas are perfect The negatives: - on our first night, we were given room 1101, which is right behind the reception, overlooking the parking lot of the hotel

Be warned that in June, the winds can be extreme!

The bed was terrible (old frame or mattress). Due to its proximity to the lobby we were woken up at around 6 am with guests departing, leaving us with just 5 hours of sleep

The positives: - we arrived past midnight and the check in was still very well organised, we were greeted with a drink and refreshing towels

Despite the resort being recommended to us by friends, it unfortunately was just a 3/5 experience for us

A special shout-out to Katia from the restaurant for her delightful service and attention to detail; Andreas at the beach bar who was helpful and very kind; Stelios at the pool bar for the great drinks and friendly welcome each time; Ioanna at the pool bar who was always so sweet; and Anna at reception who was very lovely and gave us great insight

The place is wonderful from any aspect. The area is gorgeous, the beach is stunning, with little stones and right next to the pool. The restaurant served delicious food

We loved the modern design, the relaxing pool area, and the beach just steps away. From spa treatments to beachside lounging, everything was designed for comfort and relaxation

I recently stayed with friends, and it was an amazing experience. The hospitality and service were outstanding, staff were always friendly and helpful

Breakfast and dinner buffets had an endless variety of anything you can think of and the choices for lunch were also really nice

We enjoyed a lot the spa, the wonderful greek products they are using and the extra care they put in order to make the experience enjoyable

But big disappointment with our room conditions, we have dead flies, cockroaches

The food was “ok”, nothing special about the Italian night restaurant, no idea where the drinks are coming from, but I will recommend not drinking anything from there, is better to buy your drink from the mini market

Just an FYI: no gym as advertised or other restaurants within the hotel

The resort Is great, especially for families with children. Everything was always clean, enough sunbeds And umbrellas on the beach. The sea Is beautiful, ideal for snorkeling. Food was amazing, various choices every day

The rooms are good, with nice airconditioning, a nice view and a spacious bathroom. The staff is very helpfull, exept the restaurant personnel. The food is mediocre at best. Quite far from the beach.

The only thing that spoiled my stay were Germans smoking during meals

Water in the pools is filtered all the time and the guys playing the music know their businesses. Chillout after lunch and live music after dinner. Very kind and smiling you the guests

Staff is extremely helpful and willing to make your state a nice experience. Food varies and also Greek specialities are prepared. Amazing views from the rooms and swimming pool

The location is excellent, just on the harbor, very close to where the boat to chrysi departs from. The breakfast is 5 stars, a big variety of food and you can refill your plate

The room is spacious and clean in general, but I would say that it needs some renovation. The fridge was not working sufficiently, there was a hot air coming out whenever you opened it
