Hands down to the best property, view and hospitality in Santorini. The view from the pool area on the floating bed is incredible. The rooms views are fabulous too with great amenities. USP of the hotel is the manager though for his Aura,zeal and commitment. He make sure he interacts with every resident and makes them feel at the home.Thanking the amazing staff from all our heart for making our babymoon such memorable.. would definitely definitely visit again..

We came to the Mediterranean food restaurant and we’re recommended the lobster ( catch of the day ) for 2 and they said pasta would be added, and the pasta was half hard half soft, and there was not enough meat for 2 people. If we would have known we would have ordered more plates.

Overall, the place is beautiful but I would not recommend based on service / our food choice.

LOVED staying at this hotel ❤️ The room was beautiful and the private pool was clean and the perfect temperature. I love the Diptyque products in the room, they smelled great. Service was perfect throughout the entire trip. The restaurant they have on site, Roka, was so delicious. It was the best restaurant we visited on our trip in Santorini. The sunset views from the main pool were so stunning, but it got extremely busy and crowded with people visiting the restaurant or just taking photos. Still a good experience.

Cavo Tagoo set the bar so high! The food and drinks were amazing and the service was impeccable. They treated us like family and we appreciate the warm hospitality. You can’t find a better view anywhere else and the staff pays so much attention to the small details. Try to book a yacht for the day - it was an unforgettable experience.

My husband and I will definitely be back in the future.

Where do I begin! Perfection!
The hotel is immaculate by all means, the staff are one of a kind! They are super nice, kind and very friendly, they will go above and beyond with the service, can’t thank them enough for making my stay unforgettable!
The pool area is breathtaking, the views are spectacular!
The suite is very clean, well decorated and spacious, the private pool is heated and big!
The breakfast is beyond delicious!
The pool snacks are delicious too!

I enjoyed every moment of my stay, thx again to all the staff.

One of the best sunsets of Santorini. We booked our floating table online, a couple of months beforehand. Classy environment, great food quality, and excellent service. It has been a unique experience.

My fiance Jessica and I were fortunate to stay for one night. We would have stayed more however as I now understand why,they were fully booked. The views and the accommodation were outstanding,especially at sunset. Kostas, Manosh(apologies is spelt wrong) were both extremely helpful,booking wine tours and helping with transport. Leo,the barman,was serving the finest cocktails I've had!!! Especially the old fashioned. Every member of staff were exceptional,very attentive and very friendly. A very enjoyable trip,and I'd 100%stay there again

They don’t work with the worldwide standards. Unfortunately they remind me to my home country (Argentina).
Not at the level of the top hotels of the world, as they don’t take care of the spending customers.
It is a shame.
Manager without manners and clearly no experience handling unsatisfied customers.
I expressed my thoughts to him openly and he addressed me back in an impolite way.
Unfortunately never coming back

Excellent service and top notch food. Best overall experience we had in Santorini. Must try pappardelle ragu and steak. Amazing view too.

The restaurant is a once in a lifetime experience, expensive of course but we knew what we were getting into and we were not disappointed! I highly recommend it if you want to try something exclusive but keep in mind that it's a whole experience!
